Ristorante Romantica in Werdau

I've been here many times and have never been disappointed 👌😋 NEW: Saturday EVENING 10/25, I reserved again for my FAVORITE spot for 2 people...it was really busy!! The reservation at the pre-booked table worked out even after being seated incorrectly. With only breakfast in our stomachs, we immediately ordered two pumpkin cream soups along with our drinks... Free extra bread 🍞 and olives were served immediately. However, this time we couldn't identify the soups served as the ones we ordered 😳😇😂 The salad was extra, and the main courses of veal liver and Hawaiian pizza 🍕 were excellent. The goodwill shown is truly remarkable; our complaint about the two soups, each costing €6.50, was waived. As we are regular customers here, we found this truly remarkable. 👌🚀✨️ All in all, a restaurant, a culinary delight, where everything is just right. 👌💌Service, friendliness, quality, service. 🍀🫂🚀Chefs who know their craft and have made a name for themselves in the small town of Werdau‼️

So, there's absolutely nothing to complain about with the food and the ambiance. Truly top-notch. But the service leaves a little to be desired. We were repeatedly not asked if we wanted anything else to drink or if we had any other requests. We also repeatedly waited forever for the bill, and there wasn't much going on. The staff sat or stood outside the restaurant and chatted.

It was a spontaneous, very pleasant evening. The waiters were very friendly and accommodating. Ordering was very quick, and the food arrived in a very short time (10-15 minutes), and it was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be happy to return.

We've always been very satisfied with the food, but tonight's was absolutely terrible. The veal liver was still raw inside, which is unacceptable. The service was very good, as always.

We sat outside, it was loud and windy, and we were bothered by another guest. The staff didn't respond. What a shame.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't good at all. It was rather bland and boring. My pasta smelled and tasted like a packet of cream sauce. Charging 16 euros for that is an absolute disgrace. Not to mention that they forgot to bring the food. There were four of us, and everyone was very dissatisfied. They didn't even offer an espresso to apologise for the delayed food. What a shame.

Really crazy, the noodles are really expensive and then you only get half a bowl. I can't eat anywhere else now. Really sad.

We had a large salad, it wasn't very creative, carelessly thrown together, lots of rocket and iceberg. The plate is quickly filled. Disappointing for 12 euros. A few years ago more effort was put into this.

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately it was end of service after that. We sat for another half hour until I got tired of it and asked for the bill.

On Friday evening we were lucky and got a table for two people without booking in advance. Service was friendly and very quick. Food was tasty, although the lasagna was very dry. I wouldn't order these again. Portions were very large, so come hungry. Restaurant definitely recommended.

We were in this wonderful restaurant on Monday lunchtime. Everything was very tasty, quick and of high quality. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can only recommend it to everyone! I will definitely come back.

A lovely restaurant and very busy. The food was also delicious, and it arrived very quickly. To order more drinks, even though the restaurant wasn't that busy, you had to approach the waiter. Later, when there were four more tables to serve, you were ignored with empty glasses, and when you spoke up, the staff were very unfriendly.

It was once again very tasty, but the shop was very busy and you were often overlooked and rarely got new drinks.

We had dinner with friends last night. We were more than satisfied with the food, the ambience and the consistently attentive/friendly service. We'd love to come back.

The best thing here was actually the ambience. It's been a while since we ate here, but for 3/4 of the meal it was ice cold inside and felt like it had been warmed up and not even properly. We wanted to order something to drink and said something twice and were forgotten twice, and it wasn't even full there. The food was therefore far from recommended. Something like that simply shouldn't happen. Too bad.

Very tasty, large pizzas. Thin floor and great surface. No pizza like from Dönermann. The only pizza in the region that comes close to one from Italy! Ambiance is very cozy. Several waitresses, one unfortunately a bit abrupt.

Ristorante Romantica is beautifully located in the “center” of the large district town of Werdau and offers a pleasant atmosphere for a cozy evening. We were a group of 11 and tried a wide range of dishes from pizza to steak to fish. Everyone was very happy with the food. The food came to the table freshly prepared and the waiting time of around 60 minutes was completely fine. Unfortunately there were some deficiencies in the service. Despite the empty glasses, our table received little attention as the waitress preferred to sit at another table and chat instead of attending to the guests. This was unfortunate, as not only did the restaurant lose sales, but we as guests were often left high and dry. Apart from this service issue, the visit to Ristorante Romantica was very pleasant and we will certainly come back, hoping that the service will be more attentive next time.

Can't fault the food so far. But the knife wasn't sharp at all, which made eating pizza more of a challenge, and the location was also a bit stupid. We were a group of over 20 people. Otherwise everything was fine!

There is good Italian food here.

This was our first time in this restaurant. Ambience, food, as stated above, top, but the service. We had to wait 45 minutes for drinks. I don't even want to talk about the food. Regular customers were served immediately, they had their wishes in front of them promptly, well. I just want to suggest that you shouldn't expect any new customers like this, but maybe that's what you want.

Wir haben uns gefragt, was außer der klischeehaften italienischen Hintergrundmusik und der italienischen Designelemente in diesem Laden "italienisch" sein soll. Die Bedienung bemühte sich professionell freundlich zu sein. Wir hatten jedoch das Gefühl, dass denen scheißegal war, ob es uns schmeckte oder wir uns woh fühlten. Das Essen war recht geschmacksneutral. Pizza ordentliche Größe aber leider auch geschmacklos. Unterm Strich viel Rauch um nichts und leider nicht zu empfehlen. Mi dispiace.

Pizza dough good. The sauce lacked spice and herbs and the vegetables were rather raw. It's a shame, but also easy to fix.

Ich hatte Pizza und Tiramisu gegessen. Beides hatte sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist gut gelaunt und freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auch. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung

Das Essen war gut, der Service eher nicht, wenig motiviert und schon gar nicht freundlich. Tisch abwischen-Fehlanzeige, mit der benutzen Serviette wurde mal kurz über den Tisch gefegt, dementsprechend wenig einladend sah es auch aus. Für die Preisklasse nicht angemessen.

Freundliche Belegschaft. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist groß. Wir gehen gern öfter hin.

Richtig tolles Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen schmeckt super lecker. Man fühlt sich willkommen und preislich ist es auch top!

Guter Italiener mitten in Werdau. Bei schönem Wetter kann man vor dem Restaurant auf dem Werdauer Marktplatz sitzen. Sehr beliebtes Lokal, Reservierung empfohlen. Typische italienische Speisen. Seit meinem letzten Besuch haben Qualität und Arrangement der Speisen noch deutlich zugelegt.

Freundliche Begrüßung und Platzieren im Außenbereich waren ein guter Start. Getränkebestellung und servieren so „wie nebenbei“. Als Gast wurden wir kaum wahrgenommen. Klar, es gab ja auch noch andere Gäste zu bedienen. Der erste negative Eindruck bestätigte sich, als die Bestellung des Hauptgerichts fast vergessen wurde. Trotzdem in guter Erwartung, wegen der guten Bewertungen, zwei Pizzen bestellt. Die wurden in ZEHN Minuten serviert…., haben gut geschmeckt. Aber auch nicht mehr! Pizza beim Italiener… da ist noch viel Luft nach oben!!! Naja, während das erste Bier schon länger leer ist, wird gefühlt von der ganzen Belegschaft die etwas vertrocknete Rankpflanze am Eingang des Restaurants von braunen Blättern befreit… Auf die Bitte hin, die Rechnung zu bekommen, zeichnet sich wiederum das große Vergessen ab. Wir hätten wohl auch so von dannen ziehen können. Alles in allem gibts zwei Sterne! Werden wiederkommen und probieren, ob es nur an dem heißen Wetter lag.

Ich empfehle es mit guten Gewissen weiter Viel Spaß.

Toll original Italienisch, "gut besucht" ist die beste Visitenkarte. 😁 Sehr freundlich, eine nette junge Dame hinter dem Tresen, und zum Abschluss bekommt man auch mal einen Grappa aufs Haus angeboten.

Sehr gutes Essen zu einer fairen Preis/ Leistung

Das Essen ist durchschnittlich. Mein Essen wurde ohne Besteck gebracht. Danach musste ich 15 min aber auch erst auf Nachfrage warten. Das Essen war kalt! Bedienung,“ich bringe ihnen ein neues Gericht! Nach 5 min war der Teller wieder da, natürlich in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt, so hat es dann auch geschmeckt. Daraufhin wurden wir wieder über 20 min sitzengelassen ohne Getränke. Ich rief dann an der Theke an damit die Bedienung zum bezahlen kommt!

Man muss sich als Gast beleidigen lassen, nur weil man höflich nach dem Brot mit Oliven fragt, was sonst an jedem Tisch serviert wurde. Der Umgang mit den Gästen geht gar nicht und das Essen ist seit heute geschmacklos und es sind fast nur Nudeln auf dem Teller, die Inhalte fehlten. Sehr arrogantes und patziges Personal, schade darum, für uns inakzeptabel, kommen nicht mehr und hat den Muttertag versaut. Selbst auf italienisch kann man nicht über zahlende Gäste herziehen. Gemeint ist der Typ in Hemd und karierter Hose. Die Negativwerbung geht weiter, versprochen

Die Restaurant Landschaft in Werdau ist nicht groß. Also wenn man Samstag Abend essen gehen möchte - unbedingt vorbestellen. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit - unser dritter Restaurantbesuch - und ein Super Vergleich. Diesmal waren wir mit Freunden und Familie unterwegs und wie in Werdau gewohnt - volle "Hütte". Nachdem Umzug auf die andere Marktseite - alles schön eingerichtet - nur die Bestuhlung etwas beengt. Was man jetzt alles über andere weiß ! Der Service - wie auch beim Griechen - wenn es voll ist - dauert es schon mal etwas länger - aber alles im Rahmen. Wir begannen mit Bruscetta - nicht wie das Orginal - aber dennoch sehr frisch und schmackhaft. Als 2. Gang wählten wir eine 4 Käse Pizza - ab in die Mitte - jeder hat was abbekommen. Nach einiger Zeit noch eine Speise für jeden - u.a. Lasagne - sehr heiß und lecker. Alles in Allem ein geselliger runder Abend - bis demnächst..
