Nice, small, cozy, quaint Italian ristorante. Nice service. Not priced for every day, but nice for going out to eat. Pizza was delicious, good dough, really big and filled with love. Leftovers still tasted very good the next day. Next time we'll try pasta :) It was pizza again, but it was just as good and the service was again attentive and friendly. Next time we'll try something different, I ate more than my body could handle 😆 because it was delicious.

Rarely eaten so badly and quite expensively. The service was very nice, unfortunately some of the drinks and food we wanted to order were no longer available. The pizzas were tasteless and not crispy at all, starter plates were bland and with ready meals. The best thing was the greeting from the kitchen! What's also strange is that none of the old and faded plates match the others! Maybe you should also think about renovating the 70-year-old toilets

Very nice little restaurant. Get a place without Ter.in. We both had a pasta dish. Once aglio e olio and penne. Both were very tasty 😋

Food (tortellini a la panna, spagetthi bolognese, pizza parms) is/was good and offered good value for money. Negative: The rear seating area was unfortunately very warm due to the outside temperature. Service took an incredibly long time for everything (tickets, taking drink orders, serving drinks, ordering food).

Vegan customers are not king here A whole and a split vegan pizza were ordered in the restaurant today. Instead, a vegetarian pizza was served. When I asked why she had brought the wrong pizza, the answer was that she didn't understand it correctly. When I was paying, I asked her why she didn't ask again if she didn't understand the term "vegan". Instead of apologizing, she rudely replied that it had been my responsibility to point out that the pizza was supposed to be without cheese. In my opinion, it is the waitress's responsibility to make sure she understands the order correctly. For me it was the first time that a waiter in a restaurant that wasn't purely vegan didn't understand what vegan was. The term should be well known to the public. Of course, she didn't get a tip from me after that. But she didn't understand that either - instead of giving me the change as a matter of course, she simply withheld it and I had to expressly tell her to give it to me. Even then she didn't give me the full change back. All in all, I have to say that they are obviously not willing to treat vegan customers with respect, but rather are willing to put up with scaring them away because they are not the main clientele. Non-vegan Omnivore customers will not be interested in this criticism and it will have no consequences for the restaurant. However, vegans should avoid this restaurant. But non-vegans should also consider whether they want to subject themselves to rude service. All in all, I unfortunately have to write that the hospitality was disrespectful, unprofessional with inadequate service. That's why there is only one star for the overall rating and service

Thank you for the great catering! We have often been guests at the restaurant and this time we decided to have catering. Our 25 guests were full of praise and - as expected - we also enjoyed it fantastically. From pizza to cannelloni, piccata, salad... great! Likewise the spaghetti, which is always popular with the children. We look forward to our next visit!

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday with 2 adults and a child. The welcome from the host was neutral, but the service was very friendly throughout. As a greeting from the kitchen there is a small piece of bruschetta, 3/4 filled with the usual toppings. This is no longer common in small quantities today. Almost all of the main courses were sufficiently large and warm. At the end, a nightcap is offered on the house. Unfortunately, the prices differ greatly between the menu and the invoice. The Fanta is charged at 5.00 euros for 0.5 liters, while the menu states 1.0 liters at 3.50 euros. The prices of the dishes sometimes differ by 2.00 euros between the menu and the invoice. The change to the side dish is charged an extra 1.00 euros per side dish - this is not shown on the menu at all. All in all, a visit like any Italian restaurant. It's a shame that the experience would be marred by little things despite the good service.

Absolutely recommended! We haven't experienced such a great and friendly atmosphere for a long time. The food tastes fresh and delicious and the staff is very friendly, so you feel absolutely comfortable. We'd love to come back.

On a weekend trip to Germany for the Dusseldorf and Cologne Christmas markets (2023), we stayed in the town of Mettmann, a nice small town. We are not great fans of stopping in our hotel for our meals as we like to explore, and on our walk around the town on the Saturday evening came across this very nice Italian restaurant. Luckily for us they had a table free. The food, service, staff and the whole experience was really nice, and if I am ever back in Mettmann this is one place that I will try to get a table.

Old restaurant established in Mettmann. Small, rustic with charm. The menu leaves little to be desired. The service is very friendly. What comes out of the kitchen is convincingly good. No star cuisine but delicious! Price performance is consistent.

Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service! Unser Essen war mega lecker(frische Zutaten, mit viel Liebe gekocht und angerichtet)! Das gilt nicht nur für die Speisen, die wir von dort auch oft nach Hause liefern lassen! Wir haben uns im Ristaurante sehr wohl gefühlt! Lieblingsitaliener Nr. 1!

Service überaus freundlich. Das Essen war nicht wirklich von guter Qualität. Definitiv fehlt dem Restaurant ein italienischer Koch. Hat nach Italiener deutscher Art geschmeckt. Der Salat kommt bereits angemacht, das Hackfleisch in der Bolognese war gelinde gesagt eklig. Max. Discounter Hack. Die Soße war wenn überhaupt selbst gemacht max. Schnell gekocht. Absolutes NoGo. Ich muss kein zweites Mal hin. Gibt es bessere Restaurants im Umkreis.

Auf Empfehlung unserer Nachbarn waren wir zum ersten Mal hier und sind wahrhaftig nicht enttäuscht worden. Uns gefällt das Ambiente (so wie man sich eben ein italienisches Restaurant vorstellt) und der Service ist außerordentlich gut, schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kann man nur empfehlen, unsere Pizzen waren sehr gut belegt, der Teig wirklich gut, nicht zu salzig und der Käse tatsächlich lecker! Als Entree die Bruschetta war klasse, frische Zwiebeln und Tomaten, Nachtisch hat halt nicht mehr gepasst…also wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier, ein ganz heißer Tipp, wir empfehlen zu reservieren…!

Zufallstreffer das wir hier waren und Glück für uns noch einen Tisch bekommen zu haben. Restaurant war sonst komplett voll mit Gästen. Verständlich, das Essen war nämlich wirklich top gewesen, sehr freundliche Bedienung - ein Klasse Restaurant!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker 👍👌 vor allem die Inhaberin Laura und geht auch auf extrawünsche ein und ist immer freundlich und nett.. habe mit 13 Personen meinen Geburtstag gefeiert alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ambiente ist auch schön man fühlt auch dort einfach wohl.Sehr gemütlich komme immer wieder gerne. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und auf baldiges Wiedersehen Paola/Palmina

Es war ein schöner Familienabend. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service ausgezeichnet und die Getränke wohl temperiert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Preise bewegten sich im Normalbereich und waren nicht überzogen. Die Chefin verbreitete eine wohlfühl Atmosphäre. 👍👍

Ich habe Spagetti mit Meerfürchten bestellt, die mir sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Die Einrichtung vom Restaurant war schön und die Kellnerin war auch sehr nett und freundlich zu uns.

Great place, served quite fast, good pizza for honest price, very good prosecco. Very nice waiter speaking a little bit of english. Got free bruschetta to wine as a starter. Very good italian place especially for small town in Germany.

Deliciosa la pizza muy buena calidad y muy buen precio. La salsa de ajo y el chile delicioso. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Ein guter Italiener, wenn man Pizza oder Pasta essen möchte. Steak oder Fisch oder Vorspeisen sind nicht so herausragend. Aber Pizza und Pasta sehr gerne. Der Service ist sehr nett. Durchaus empfehlenswert. Ich komme sehr gerne hier hin.

Wir haben uns mittags eine Pizza, Canelloni mit Ricottaspinatfüllung und einen Salat bestellt, da während des Lock downs ein Restaurantbesuch nicht möglich ist. Das Essen wurde pünktlich und heiss geliefert und war sehr lecker. Köstlich.
