Our large group of guests spoke very highly of the food and the friendly staff. Upon request, the little boy received painting materials, a baby high seat was available, and the table was pleasantly festively set. The drink order went quickly, as did the food order. We didn't have to wait too long to eat together. Excellent: The children got their food quickly and first and satisfied their hunger with pleasure. The food is very good and the service is very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately we had to wait a little longer for everything. The place is very nice, but also very loud. That's a bit of a shame. But that doesn't stop me from visiting the Ristorante again and again.

The food and pasta is very good. Pizza wasn't our taste, but you can't make it suitable for everyone. The furnishings are generally nice, but they are much too loud indoors, as more attention is paid to mass processing and more tables. With 1-2 fewer tables and plants the problem would be solved quickly and easily. In addition, fewer guests in addition to the incredible number of pickups would also reduce the waiting time in the restaurant. That brings us to the service. The lady was very nice, but unfortunately the operation came too late. The boys cannot tolerate this way in the long term. You feel ignored and the children were not taken into account. As you can already read from other recessions, I can now gather myself for the following reaction. All I can say is that after every high there is a low. HELLO

We ate here with 6 adults and 2 children and had to wait over an hour for our order. An additional half hour passed between the first and last meal that was served. In addition, a pizza was taken completely wrong and took an additional half an hour. Even the children's food didn't come earlier or with the starter. Guest room is very loud. The food is very, very tasty but not recommended for prime time. The balance between orders for pickup and guests in the dining room doesn't seem to be right.

We still weren't served within 10 minutes or didn't even have a clean table, although other people who came after us were served sooner. The waiters walked past us several times and consistently ignored us. It's a shame, we used to love coming here but the service is really declining. The pizzas and salads are really tasty and the quantity is really enough for me, but now comes the big but: If the menu says pizza with a diameter of 30cm, then it should have approximately this diameter and not just 26cm (at 2 pizzas measured!). Nevertheless, I was more than full and it was delicious - maybe you should just change the information on the menu.

Wir sind regelmäßig hier. Das Essen war immer super lecker. Wir haben echt schon alles probiert. Egal, ob Speisekarte oder Tageskarte, alles ist lecker. Wir fahren gerne die Kilometer von unserem zu Hause nach Gemünden. Diese Fahrt lohnt sich Preie sind total in Ordnung. Personal ist super nett und der Chef und die Chefin nehmen sich immer Zeit, egal wie viel zu tun ist. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und werden auch weiterhin kommen.

We usually order our pizzas from another restaurant in Gemünden - but after an acquaintance of mine raved about them, my wife and I said: "Okay, let's try it out." On Saturday at 6 p.m. I ordered 3 pizzas to be picked up by phone and I was told the pickup time would be 25 minutes. To be on the safe side, I was there at 20 past 6, gave my order number and paid straight away and waited in the entrance area there - next to other guests who had ordered. After waiting for a quarter of an hour (now 6:40 p.m.) we still hadn't received any food. Unfortunately, I (and a few other waiting guests) had the misfortune that two groups from the neighboring campsite had ordered 16 pizzas each shortly before - which of course is quite a number with a total of 32 pizzas at once. Unfortunately, the kitchen was probably completely overwhelmed by this and they simply couldn't get it together. In the meantime, more and more pick-up guests had arrived there and no answer could be given to the question of how long it would take and how long we still had to wait. After a solid 3/4 hour waiting time (mind you, in addition to the 25 minutes that I was told), it became too stupid for me and I canceled the order and got my money back. I completely understand peak times because I know how stressful it can be in the catering business (my wife worked in the catering sector for a long time) - but then when ordering by phone you would like to say straight away: "Sorry - it's busy right now and We have a hard time estimating how long it will take. Can you perhaps call again later?” – instead of giving unrealistic times and then leaving the pick-up guests standing on their feet in the entrance area. At least then after a certain time there would be a “Sorry!” “Would you like something to drink?” But nothing like that was the case. The real reason I'm writing this review: After I had paid my money back, the following dialogue between me and the person who made the refund: He: “Next time it will be faster.” Me: “I won’t come again.” He then called after me when I had already turned around and was on the way out: “Thank God!” At first I thought I had misheard myself and I have already experienced a lot: But I have never come across such impudence!!! I can understand that you might have a short fuse when you are under stress and maybe you can think that about the guest - but certainly not saying it out loud or calling after you. Something like that is just extremely unprofessional and cheeky! I told the story to a few acquaintances the next day because I was so taken aback by this reaction, and it doesn't seem to have been an isolated case that such reactions have already been shown to guests who "dared" to criticize in some way to practice. Anyway, I went to Gemünden where I usually get our pizzas because we didn't want to go to bed hungry. Arrived there - ordered - and after 15 minutes I drove home with three steaming pizzas and was satisfied as always. Conclusion: If you can't deal with - in my opinion justified - criticism, and then become rude and can't control your mouth and treat customers like that, in my opinion you are in the wrong business and such behavior is reflected in the " Province” also get around very quickly. Addendum to the operator's answer: OF COURSE I have a lot of time! More than enough! :-) After all, I had already had to pay for it when I waited for over an hour - and ultimately in vain - for the order! I'm happy to follow the suggested "solution"! Nothing is further from my mind than “stressing” someone! ;-) VG!

Waiting 1 hour for a pizza to be picked up is a joke. Think about a larger oven Sorry, but that doesn't work at all - From the answer you can see that as a guest you don't have to leave your money there. Fortunately, there are enough friendly innkeepers and excellent food in Franconia where you don't have to wait an hour.

As a large group, we ordered meals to pick up at the campsite. Everything worked smoothly and on time. The communication was great and it was very tasty.

Very good and rich food that is also pleasing to the eye! We had bruschetta and pizza bread with herb butter as starters, both of which were great! The noodle portions were large and tasted great! You could also tell from the very good pizzas that a lot of “work” is done with fresh ingredients! Parmesan, fresh garlic and chilli oil for seasoning as well as always polite and relaxed (yet quick) service round off the overall positive picture! We'll be back, keep it up!

Very nice pizzeria, where I often order pizza. I can't make any statements about consumption in the restaurant. Every member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. When I placed an order they were ready for pickup at the specified time. This can be received through an assigned number.

Delicious and rich food. Had fresh pasta with asparagus and scampi gratinated with cheese. There was a lot of asparagus in it and really tasty! The side salad was also delicious. Service very nice and accommodating! Price-performance absolutely reasonable! Gladly again!

Me and my family ate here after a day of hiking. The restaurant was on the way and we were hungry. A bouncy castle was also an important argument for my 4 year old daughter. The service itself was very nice. Because of the heat we wanted to sit them and even though it was almost empty inside, we had to take a seat outside. It was said after a group it would take too long to prepare a table. We ordered the food and after a while it was there. I chose Jägerschnitzel and unfortunately I didn't like it that much. Probably a ready-made schnitzel or frozen. Fries with it were okay. My wife wasn't particularly keen on pasta either but it was okay. Regarding the ambience - the restaurant is right next to a self-service car wash, which was also open on Sundays. She was also visited. So it was loud and there was water dust coming over to our table. Overall, I wasn't entirely convinced by the visit. Sorry - 3 stars.

Prices fair, decent portions. Staff very nice. Typical Italian flair is completely missing. Bruschetta, very good. Bolognese schnitzel very good. Pizza Margherita, very good. Pizza Tony, very loveless.

We have known Signora Sophia since the beginning in the old Hofwegstube. During the new building we liked to take our pizza with us after football training at the ESV home and also like to eat in the current restaurant. Our son's birthday, a bike tour, was crowned with a stop at Vita and Silvano. Kids were happy, I was happy (and I'm a picky eater) and my wife was in love with her arugula salad. The food ordered and the food on site have always been excellent. And the most important: Adoro this restaurant. È come mangiare with gli amici. There is a fitting saying about those who only give ⭐or⭐⭐ stars: La scimmia è semper scimia, also vestita die seta.😜 Ho finito. Grazie🍕💖😁

Nette Pizzaria, gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung, Man kann im Aussenbereich sitzen. Die Innenräume sind sehr schön. Die Gaststätte wird sehr frequentiert, Reservierung empfohlen.

Our drink was forgotten, pizza was slightly burnt, salad was warm, group of 15 people made extreme noise and despite complaints nothing was done about it. The staff was nice, the taste was okay too.

Were there for the third time now and I have to say, the food is delicious and more than plentiful. Ambience is ok for my taste. Mostly very warm inside (were there in autumn/winter). But I'm sure everyone feels differently. The service is not very fast, ordering takes an unusually long time, hardly any customer contact or no questions about whether everything is OK, etc. You can like it or not. Unfortunately, we have already noticed the boss twice. In addition to her clothing style as the supposed managing director (hooded sweater and something like sweatpants or something similar) (my personal opinion!), she has her baby in her arms, which just spit up past a guest the first time (can happen). The stain wasn't removed while we were there. The third time, the baby's pacifier came out of his mouth and into a guest's food (the dish was replaced, as we noticed). In my opinion, something like this could be avoided. But everyone can judge that for themselves. Unfortunately, criticism cannot be handled very well.

Were invited to eat there, the food was really good, the pizza was delicious and the pasta was really good too. Service also worked well, everything came to the table correctly and he did a really good job. We'd love to come back.

In the beginning they tried hard. Now underground... We ordered two pizzas and said three times that we wanted no ham and tomatoes instead. We are vegetarian. Then there was ham on it. It wasn't the first time that what was ordered didn't come. I was then told to wait a quarter of an hour and then I could pick them both up. Then I went out for a bit and when I came back I got the same pizzas again. The ham was simply taken down and a mozzarella cheese was placed on top. It wasn't even cut and was cold. An absolute impudence that I only noticed when I got home. For us, the store is down even if the pizza is good.

We have so far Brought takeaway food for four to six people at least every month. This time all guests wanted a calzone. When we opened the pizza boxes at home, we were surprised and disappointed at how small the calzone was compared to usual. Unfortunately, this time the pizza dough tasted tough and the filling was very spicy (the salami!) Unfortunately we didn't like it at all compared to usual. It seemed to us as if the chef had changed. We'll be getting our Italian food somewhere else in the near future. There is enough choice in Gemünden!

Alles super. Wir gehen regelmäßig in das Restaurant. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Essen super, Service super, Ambiente super.

Waren das erste mal hier und sind positiv überrascht. Das Essen war überdurchschnittlich lecker und vorallem in einer Schnelligkeit am Tisch, so wie man es sich wünscht !!!! Qualitativ hochwertige Küche für alles was man in einer kleinen gemütlichen italienischen Pizzeria so vermutet. Der Service ist fachlich angemessen und waren überrascht, wie leicht man seine Gäste doch noch versucht ein Stück glücklicher zumachen als anderswo. Kommen gerne wieder und kosten noch ein wenig mehr vom italienischen Verständnis für das Essen und eurer Familiären Atmosphäre, Dankeschön.

Ausgezeichnet die Pizza, knusprig und saftig bis zum letzten Bissen, gut belegt, zwei Öle dazu gereicht. Prima Salat. Leider neben einer Autowaschanlage, aber wenn man diese ausblendet echt klasse.

Das ist die beste Pizzeria weit und breit!! Sehr zu empfehlen. Mit wunderschönem Biergartenbereich.

Wir waren zu Besuch bei der Verwandschaft in Gemünden und waren hier gemeinsam Essen. Super leckere Tagliatelle mit Meeresfrüchten in leichter Tomatensosse gegessen. Ein Traum!! Bessere habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Trotz mehrerer großer Gruppen im Lokal, kam das Essen zügig. Obwohl das Lokal etwas abseits im Gewerbegebiet liegt, sollte man unbedingt mal vorbeischauen.

Das eEssen war leider nicht so überzeugend. Beim Parmesan Schnitzel dachte man es handelt sich um eine Parmesan Sauce, allerdings war es mit Tomatensauce und ein wenig Parmesan überbacken. Beim Salat mit Lachs Salat der Fisch ebenfalls in Tomatensauce. Ohne Saucen wäre es deutlich besser. Service wünscht an Verbesserung, teil wurde abgeräumt wieder ewig nichts.

Hier gibt es die Möglichkeit glutenfreie Nudeln zu essen: steht zwar nicht in der Speisekarte; aber Nachfrage hat’s möglich gemacht. Die Soßen (Bolognese; Tomate; carbonara) geht auch.

Empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Das Essen ist immer überdurchschnittlich gut! Personal auch immer sehr nett und freundlich. Mein absoluter Lieblingsitaliener im Umkreis Main Spessart

Uff...wollte auf Tour eben Motorrad waschen....hm, bei Gelegenheit eben beim Italiener rein. Super Entscheidung, ich hätte was verpasst. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr gute italienische Pizza. Haben die Pizza telefonisch bestellt und abgeholt. Wartezeit auf Sonntag Abend bei vollem Restaurant 25 Minuten- optimal. Einzige kleine Kritik Pizza war leider nicht geschnitten. Sonst absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Sehr leckeres Essen, schönes Lokal.

Eher durch Zufall als geplant sind wir an einem regnerischen Freitag bei Signora Sophie "untergekommen" und haben festgestellt, das Zufälle auch Glücksfälle sein können. Es war voll und wir mussten etwas länger warten, aber auch darüber wurden wir mit der Qualität der Speisen getröstet. Die Tagliatelle Signora Sophie und auch die Spaghetti Carbonara haben wunderbar geschmeckt und kamen derart heiß auf den Tisch, wie ich noch nirgends Speisen bekommen habe. Dazu die Freundlichkeit von Chefin und Personal. Perfekt. Jedenfalls fast.... In einem italienischen Restaurant, das von Italienern geführt wird, sollten die Spaghetti Carbonara nicht mit Sahnesoße serviert werden. Dann gäbe es auch den fünften Stern.
