Saxons love this pizzeria😉. Super great service and great food. Spent a really great evening here on vacation 🥰. At the end there was a lolly for the kids and a schnapps or homemade cookies for the adults👍!

The service was a little bit slow, but it was Friday night and very busy. Food was worth waiting for, had the chicken salad very tasty. Washed down with a nice red wine. Staff very friendly, and I will definitely be coming back.😁

We order often and are very satisfied with the taste and the price. The timing of the delivery date is rarely correct and I've been waiting for almost 2 hours and still haven't had my food...the phone said it would be 1 hour...

The true goodness of a store shows itself when something doesn't work out and Marco Polo was great here. The order was wrong and the Marco Polo team responded brilliantly and delivered new pizzas. Great! The taste was top notch and the service was nice and courteous. We are super satisfied.

Absolutely the best pizzeria in Gütersloh. The food is great, the service is extremely pleasant and there have been almost no errors in at least 100 orders over 8 years. Also highly recommended in terms of price/performance. :)

Ordered 5 pizzas there. Arrived after 2 hours instead of 45 minutes. My pizza was wrong. I didn't want to have the ingredients that they put on it and charged for them and of course I didn't want to pay for them either. The boss told me they would deliver a new one, I told her on the phone that I didn't have any more time because I had to put the children to bed and it was already very late anyway. She should just calculate them out and I'll look for them. No chance, she stuck with it. Very customer unfriendly. Then I paid in full, the last time 🤷‍♂️

Most of the time I just stop there and pick up something to go. But today we had time and so we ate on site. A woman had the calzone and treated me to the rocket rocket special. Both pizzas were (as always) delicious. The dough, the arugula, was perfect and there was plenty of toppings. Pizzaria Marco Polo is one of the best in the GT district. The boss is also unique and you can immediately tell that she loves her job. I'm absolutely happy to give this 5 stars 🤩.

One of the best pizzerias in Gütersloh. In terms of freshness, service, price and selection, I can give this an unreserved recommendation. You can notice quality and dedication here. This is of course also reflected in the menu. Be sure to try it out, you won't regret it.

We ordered 9 pizzas over the phone last night. We were told 45 minutes delivery time. After 1:15 hours we called and asked how long it would take. It would mean that the pizzas would go out with the next delivery. After another 30 minutes we called again - the pizza was still in the restaurant!!! If you stall the guest without valuing their time, then it is disrespect. We had children with us and a long drive ahead of us. A simple message that it could take up to 2 hours would have been enough and you could offer to pick up the pizzas. Even if customers come to the restaurant after ordering, I expect that the order will be processed chronologically (first come, first serve). And if that doesn't work for some reason, then calling the guest would be the least you should do. Otherwise, at the latest when the guest calls the second time. I'm very upset about these circumstances, and I didn't even mention that the pizza was no longer fresh.

Italian food made with the finest Italian ingredients. The pizza was quite good and the noodles were very, very good and we want to try it again soon. Thank you all

Last night we got a place for the two of us at the Pizzeria Marco Polo. Enjoyed a great Pizza Rucola Speziale (a dough that could hardly be made better) and a great salad with pizza rolls with wine. But despite the large number of out-of-home deliveries, the service was very accommodating. Again any time.

Egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder etwas anderes, alles ist erstklassig. Dazu noch nette Mitarbeiter, besser geht es nicht!

I am big fan of pizza and I have eaten it in dozens of diffrent places. Mostly it is just good but this time I was totally suprised. Few days ago in Marco Polo I ate the best pizza in my entire life. Dough is always the thing I pay most attention to and in this restaurant they make it just perfect. Toppings were definitely fresh and good quality, both meat and vegetables. Every single bite was totally worth the price, which isn't really high. We had the one with spicy salami (number 81?). Service was nice but it was clearly a little uncomfortable for them to speak in english. If you are looking for amazing pizza, you won't find better than there. Better take more money because you will want to leave a tip. :D Also, there is interesting thing in menu - pizza with spaghetti - if you like something unusual. :D

Einer von bisschen ... falsche bestellen andere falsche geliefert. Sonst alles gut gelaunt ..

Also wenn die Bestellung nicht falsch ankommt,was leider oft passiert,ist alles sehr lecker. Eigentlich mit einer der besten Bringdienste,die es hier noch gibt. Nudeln und Pizza sehr lecker.

Sehr leckeres essen wir wurden super empfangen und hatten einen tollen Abend.

Also ich weiß nicht, seit wieviel Jahren wir hier schon bestellen. Sei es einfach so oder für Geburtstage/Feiern (hatten vor Jahren auch schon ein ganzes Silvester Menü geordert). Wie waren wirklich IMMER zufrieden. Und es hat immer allen Gästen geschmeckt und viele sind immer schon in großer Vorfreude, wenn sie hören, dass wir das Essen zu den Anlass hier bestellen. Unfreundlich wurden wir NIE bedient und wenn mal was war (1x war die Bestellung falsch und wurde sofort neu geliefert natürlich umsonst) wurde sofort kulant gehandelt. 2 mal haben wir eine Alternative getestet(wegen Urlaub)aber keine Chance... liebes Maco Polo Team, ihr werdet uns nicht los☺️

Ist lecker aber vor Ort zum verzehren noch besser weil es beim bestellen natürlich anders schmeckt als frisch auf dem Teller aber selbst dort kommt das Essen heiß an! Top!
