Ristorante Pizzeria Luise in Königswinter

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Zahlung war alles stimmig. Das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bestellt hatte ich eine Pizza Frutti de Mar und einen Aperol. Geschmacklich einer der besten Pizzen, die ich bisher hatte. Hier wird Qualität großgeschrieben. Werde immer wieder gerne zurückkommen.

Wir waren mit Freunden Essen, feine Pizza, gute Bruschetta und Vitello Tonnato, freundlicher, speditiver Service. Italianita wir gelebt hier.

Wie es sich für einen Touristen gehört, habe ich mich an den positiven Bewertungen orientiert. Wir wurden nach über 30 Minuten bedient. Die Pilznudeln waren ziemlich geschmacklos, aber die Portion war gut. Die Pizza war lecker, aber sehr dünn.

Meine Portion Tagliatelle war überschaubar, aber kaum gewürzt (znd ich bin kein Scharfesser). Die Pizza meines Mannes war sehr groß, aber nicht so doll belegt. Doch das Schlimmste war, dass ich im Mantel essen musste, weil es dermaßen kalt war und gezogen hat, dass ich froh war, als wir wieder in die Sonne draußen konnten. Kein 2. Mal!

Ein gemütliches Italienisches Restaurant. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Bruschetta, Pizza Emiana und Tagiatelle Al Salmone und zum Abschluss noch die Hausgemachte Tiramisu sowie Panna Cotta mit Erdbeersosse. Alles gut gewürzt und mit liebe zubereitet. Wir waren hier am frühen Abend mit unserem kleinen Kind essen. Der Service war überaus freundlich und kinderlieb. Bruschetta, Pasta und Pizza haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt und für unser Kind gab es eine extra kleine Portion Nudeln mit Wunschsoße. Wir können einen Besuch auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Wir besuchten dieses Restaurant mit einer Gruppe von acht Personen unterschiedlichen Alters. Das Essen war hervorragend italienisch, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Ambiente geschmackvoll. Nach drei Tagen in Königswinter, an denen wir ausgiebig essen gegangen sind, sind wir überzeugt, dass dies das beste Restaurant in Königswinter ist!

Dicke Empfehlung! Der Vorspeisenteller des Hauses sowie die Pizza und das Tiramisu waren äußerst schmackhaft, schön angerichtet und definitv frisch. Wir wollen trotz einer Stunde Fahrtzeit wiederkommen!

Hello everyone, Here's another 5-star review from me for Pizzeria Luise! I felt like having an appetizer plate after a long wait. Since all the outdoor seating was taken, we waited a while until a table became available. The service was excellent. The appetizer plate I had was the best I've had in a long time. The value for money was excellent. I definitely recommend this place, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The owner, Ludovico Luise, has been running this restaurant for almost 60 (!) years. He truly is a restaurateur with heart and soul. I ate scallops and veal involtini there today; both were well-cooked, very fresh, and delicious. By 7 p.m., every table was full—that speaks for itself. Very friendly staff, great food. We had pizza and various pasta dishes, and everything was very good. The tables and chairs could use some updating, but it's not that important. We would go there anytime.

We visited there twice within a week. Food: Very good and lovingly prepared food. You can taste Bella Italia here 🌞 I absolutely love the house-made limoncello. Far too expensive for what's on offer. No homemade pasta. Spaghetti carbonara with cream (a real Italian would turn in his grave). Tagliatelle with smoked salmon (fresher would be too expensive?). Portion sizes are manageable. Wine 0.1 liter €6.80. Cheeky!

Exquisite service, delicious food and spectacular area

We went there twice over the weekend with a group of six. Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Fast service and excellent food. I would go back to Königswinter anytime for that.

A very authentic, small but fine restaurant. It was very busy, but the staff weren't stressed and took the time to listen to the children. The pizzas are, as you would expect from Italy, nice and thin and truly delicious. Special topping requests were accommodated, and questions about the various pasta sauces were answered immediately, so there was no need to ask the kitchen, as is often the case. The homemade gnocchi were the best I've ever tasted. It's worth a visit; the price-performance ratio is also absolutely fair.

We stopped by spontaneously. We were able to sit outside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food—we had bruschetta, pizza, and pasta—was excellent. Truly delicious. We'll definitely be back.

We were staying for a few days in Königswinter and had the possibility to visit few different restarurants during those days. I must say that this restaurant was by far the best we've visited. From the relaxed atmosphere, the polite and welcoming staff, to the fantastic versatile and delicious food, and all that for a fair and affordable price. So if you are in Königswinter and you're looking for a nice restaurant with great food, this is the place you want to visit.

A very nice restaurant with a great menu and a very pleasant atmosphere. We had the sole and the tagliatelle al salmone. Both were excellent and very tasty. The food was accompanied by very friendly and attentive service and a very suitable red and white wine. We highly recommend this restaurant. Anyone looking for a nice dinner in Königswinter should visit this restaurant.

It's a real shame! They took too long to take our order; they ignored us. We had to wait an hour and five minutes for our food. Then they brought two dishes and left the third diner waiting. They brought the payment terminal before bringing the bill, and they charged for a drink we didn't consume. Yes, it's true that in the end we said the bill was fine because we were late getting home, and the bad experience was enough to keep wasting time.

We were there on May 1st, 2025. My wife had a pizza with arugula and absolutely loved it. As you would expect from a real Italian restaurant, very tasty thin dough, crispy edges and delicious toppings. I had tagliatelle with mushrooms and cream sauce - very tasty! The ambience could still be improved here and there.

Excellent hidden gem of an Italian restaurant in Königswinter. Reservations are strongly recommended. Be prepared for a noisy meal, the old walls trap all the sounds.

Yesterday I ate spaghetti carbonara in the Louise restaurant, which was really tasty, but today I actually wanted to go to Phantasialand. Unfortunately, during the night I suddenly developed severe symptoms of food poisoning, probably even salmonella. The unpleasant symptoms have plagued me ever since. I would therefore like to draw attention to this.

We were there on Easter Sunday and the restaurant was well attended. The seating is very tight, which makes it quite loud. Unfortunately we had to wait an incredibly long time for the food. Regarding the quality and price-performance ratio: the Vitello Tonnato at a price of €14 was a bit low in quantity (unfortunately I didn't take a photo, but there were about 4 small, wafer-thin slices of meat on a plate of 20x10cm), the quality was ok (thin meat in a sauce that tasted more like mayonnaise than tuna). Unfortunately, the side salad wasn't very Italian: the salad dressing was sour and bland, in Italy it usually consists of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The pizzas were swimming in oil; The Diavolo pizza can be spicy - but here it is almost inedibly spicy. And the (wafer-thin) saltimboca swam in an indefinable brown sauce made of salt and flavor enhancers that would make every Italian's hair stand on end. We give the points for the very friendly, attentive service (despite the long waiting time).

When my girlfriend and I went to the Drachenfelsen for the first time, we were looking for a place to eat something in the evening and found it here. What can I say? We returned soon after - but actually mostly for the food. The Drachenfels was just a side attraction. In our opinion the best and most authentic Italian food - both pasta and pizza - that we have ever eaten. In addition, the service is very courteous and the ambience is very well done. If you consider all of this, the prices are incredibly cheap. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone who ends up in Königswinter to go to Ristorante & Pizzeria Luise. You definitely won't regret it!

Spontaneous visit on Friday evening, what can I say, made 4 people happy. Great service, delicious, authentic Italian food, whether pizza, pasta or fish...delicious!!! Originally we wanted to eat at the Hotel on Saturday evening...we ended up back at Luise's and were thrilled again...if I head to Königswinter again, I know where we're going to eat...keep it up!!!!

Should be over in 15 minutes. When I was there I was only waited for 5 minutes leave and ignored then I was told to come back in 5 minutes the pizza was in the oven after I came back 3 times with a waiting time of 45 minutes I got my “pizza” the 3rd time a swimming pool pizza for 11 .50€. Not recommended

It was very delicious and made with love. The service was perfect and let's not even talk about the ambience, I've been here twice now, new favorite restaurant!

I was passing through Frankfurt and discovered this restaurant by chance. Hunger drove us in. My friend had lasagne and said it was the best he had eaten. I had pizza with ham, onions and pepperoni. Unfortunately the pepperoni was a bit too spicy but the rest was incredibly delicious. The dough wasn't at all mushy like many other Italians. I have my favorite Italian restaurant in Nuremberg, but I have to admit, this pizza topped any other pizza I had eaten. Except for the pepperoni 😅 they could have been milder. A top restaurant with friendly service. For us it was also nice and romantic and affordable.
