It's a shame that only the uncomfortable part is still open!

I had made myself comfortable in an upholstered corner to wait for my 86-year-old mother, who was still in a store. From there I could see the area clearly (she takes wrong turns every now and then) and I browsed through the map. The atmosphere was nice, the seats were comfortable and the walker also fit well. Unfortunately, a nice waiter pointed out to me that I wasn't allowed to sit there. The area would only be served on Saturdays and he had already sent 2 away. So I had to move to the flight path in the middle section. As an Ossi, this reminds me a lot of the past and I ask myself why, instead of constantly explaining to people why no one is allowed to sit there, you don't just serve them where the guests like it best, even on weekdays? The food was really tasty and the service was nice. There would have been a lot more stars if the coziest part hadn't been closed off, like it used to be in the GDR. At home, I don't finish my guests in the hallway because I don't want to clean the couch in the living room.

First of all - it was our fourth attempt to eat here and the first where it really worked. As far as we can tell, the restaurant always suffers from a lack of staff. The ambience in the middle of the shopping center is not for everyone either. At the same time, it is not located at the central food court. Overall, the operator doesn't have an easy time of it. It's all the more surprising that it's always well attended - at least until you try the excellent food. Then you'll be amazed at the low price. Overall, the restaurant delivers considerably more than first impressions would suggest.

The restaurant is located in the middle of the shopping center and the music plays right above you at a relatively loud volume. The service is not bad and not good. Here you will be asked the bare minimum and if you want something to drink during the meal, you either have to make eye contact or stand up. The food is of average quality and is definitely worth taking a break from shopping. In terms of price, it is also within reasonable limits and does justice to the average quality. All in all, it is a classic Italian restaurant that you can find anywhere. Not outstanding quality but nothing subterranean either.

Gnocchi not cooked. Tortellini from the bag. Onion soup unseasoned. Every hobby chef can do this better. Service friendly and quick.

We were tourists and just happened to be in the area and my wife and I were hungry and wanted something to eat. My wife loves Italian cuisine more than anything and said we should try the Italian here. To be honest, we didn't have any great expectations (because of the shopping center). To be honest, we were very surprised ☺️ my wife's spaghetti Bolognese tasted very good and my Hawaiian pizza was also great 😍 The waiter got a very generous tip from us, if we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again over ☺️

I am incredibly disappointed with the Borsalino at Nova Eventis. On April 19, 2024 I went there again to eat waffles with my three-year-old daughter. Until now, the fruits served with the waffles were always cold. This time we ordered the waffles with blueberries. My daughter happily ate it and burned her mouth badly because the blueberries were hot and no one informed us about it. When we asked the waitress about it, he reacted so unfriendly and completely inappropriately. Instead of apologizing or perhaps offering some ice cream to cool, he walked on without understanding. Unfortunately, incredibly disappointing.

Prices are good, but the pizzas had too much cheese on them for my taste. Unfortunately, you can't really eat the pizza slice with your hand because the cheese drags the whole slice down far too much. Card payment is accepted, the receipt said it was paid in cash (?) Hmm, don't know... In short: you can do it.

Wir haben heute wieder kurzfristig 6 Pizzen zum Mitnehmen geordert und alles superschnell bekommen. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgäste und sitzen sehr oft bei Borsalino. Wir sehen immer wieder wie auch dieses Restaurant mit Personalmangel zu kämpfen hat und dennoch versucht nichts an Qualität einzubüssen. Ein wenig mehr Verständnis für diese Branche wäre wirklich sehr schön. Weil: wo sollen wir essen gehen, wenn viele Restaurants aufgeben...?

Die allerbeste Pizza weit und breit bei super liebem und herzlichem Personal und freundlichem Service! Ein ganz bezaubernder und herzlicher Familienbetrieb!

Personal schnell aufmerksam freundlich. Vorallem Frau Laura hat eine herzliche Art mit ihren Gästen umzugehen und die anderen Angestellten lassen den Gästen spüren dass sie willkommen sind ! Man fühlt sich als Gast richtig wohl und Wünsche werden erfüllt man merkt das gute Arbeitsklima und wir kommen immer gerne wieder! Alles Gute weiter für alle . Das Essen war ausgezeichnet heiß 🔥 frisch gute Portion und top zubereitet ein großes Lob an alle vielen Dank!

gute Pizzen, freundliches Personal, vernünftige Preise

Naja, wie überall in der Gastronomie, gestiegene Preise und weniger auf dem Teller 😏 hat aber trotzdem geschmeckt 😋

Wir waren und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Egal ob Pizza oder Nudeln, es schmeckt alles sehr gut und wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Borsalino.

Ich war heute spontan im Nova unterwegs und habe etwas passendes zum Essen gesucht. Da bin ich auf dieses Restaurant im 1. Obergeschoss aufmerksam geworden. Die Preise sind unschlagbar und der Geschmack des Essens war gut. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist Kartenzahlung möglich. Die Speisen werden schnell serviert. Eine Reservierung ist theoretisch nicht erforderlich, aber kann dennoch vorab gemacht werden. Von mir auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung!

Hatte mir bei der Freundlichen Bedienung eine Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellt. Es dauert etwas als 10 min und konnte sie schon abholen. Pizza war sehr lecker und kann ich bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. 😍

Wir kommen gerne und können nichts negatives sagen. Das Personal ist freundlich und absolut bemüht :-))) und selbst dann wenn es total voll ist. Das Essen ist total lecker 😋 und die Getränke 🥤 werden schnell serviert.Die Preise sind unschlagbar .Was möchte man mehr ??? Es ist schlimm, dass die Leute heut zu Tage alle keine Zeit mehr haben und immer nur am nörgeln sind . Habt vielen Dank 🙏 für alles wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🥂🥰🥳

Super leckere Pizza und echtes italienisches Feeling 😀 Update August 2023: leider wurden wir das letzte Mal nicht bedient. Nach 10 Minuten sind wir wieder gegangen. 4 Personen vom Personal waren hinter dem Tresen ‚beschäftigt‘. Schade, aber es gibt genug Alternativen.

Sehr leckeres Essen zu einem spitzen Preis. Ich verstehe gar nicht, warum dieses tolle Restaurant in einer Mall ist.

Sehr gute Gaststätte. Macht immer wieder Laune, sehr nette Bedienung und es schmeckt sehr gut. Empfehlung sind die Gnocchi in Gorgonzola und die Pizzen. Exzellentes P/L-Verhältnis - 2 Personen unter 20€ ist gut machbar. Das Ambiente ist halt mittig im Gang - mich stört es nicht, wer empfindlich auf Geräusche und Bewegung ist mag es eventuell aber nicht

Essen ist richtig lecker, die besten Pizzen überhaupt! Leider klappt manches nicht, weil ich z. B. wenn man etwas spezielles nicht möchte, wird es trotzdem drauf gemacht. Sonst passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Personal ist auch nett und kommen einem entgegen, wenn was ist.

Dadurch das dieses Restaurant in einem Einkaufszentrum ist, ist natürlich auch sehr laut. Ansonsten alles okay.

Wir wollten mal was anderes als das Essen von der Fressmeile. Wir fanden das Personal sehr freundlich, aber es hat schon ne Weile gedauert bevor wir in dem Behälter für das Besteck sauberes Besteck gefunden haben. Das Essen ist sehr günstig, der Salat an sich war auch lecker, was aber gar nicht ging war die angeschimmelte Gurke auf dem Salat! Ich hatte Spaghetti agil e olio, die Nudeln haben glaube ich nie eine Pfanne gesehen und scharf wie in der Karte stand waren sie auch nicht, ich empfand sie sogar als komplett ungewürzt. Mein Mann fand sein Essen ganz ok! Was wir aber am schlimmsten fanden, als wir das mit der verschimmelten Gurke auch angesprochen hatten gab es keinen einzigen Kommentar dazu, kein Wort der Entscheidung . Einmal und nie wieder!

Hatten einen Salat dazu bestellt und die Gurke war nicht mehr die jüngste. Hatten es dir Kellnerin gesagt aber es kam nicht wirklich eine Entschuldigung. Sonst alles im allen hat es geschmeckt.

Sehr kinderfreundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch.

Wir waren zu dritt hier und haben zwei Pizzen und einmal Nudeln bestellt. Abgesehen davon, dass die Mitarbeiter überschaubar freundlich waren (einer ziemlich unfreundlich), kamen die Nudeln einzeln und erst 5 bis 6 Minuten später die Pizzen. Wenn ich in einem Restaurant mit mehreren Menschen essen gehe, dann wollen wir Gäste schon zur gleichen Zeit essen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass im Moment nur drei Mitarbeiter da sind. Okay, zur Kenntnis genommen. Es waren allerdings zu jeder Zeit (unseres Besuchs dort) nur zwei, maximal drei Tische besetzt. Ich wüsste nicht, warum es nicht möglich ist, die Nudeln erst anzusetzen, wenn man auch die Pizzen in den Ofen schiebt. Timing und Gäste-Orientierung sind hier Stichwörter. Vielleicht waren wir aber auch nur zur falschen Zeit am falschen Ort. Die Nudeln und die Pizza waren in Ordnung. Zu Hause die Pizzen noch mal warm gemacht waren aber nochmal deutlich leckerer.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Service und wohlschmeckende Essen. Hier ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Wir kommen oft und gerne hierher. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und das Essen ist Super lecker. Die Qualität ist Top und hat mit "Shoppingcenter-Essen " nichts zutun, dies ist ein richtig Gutes Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier sensationell. Unser nächster Besuch lässt sicher nicht lange auf sich warten.
