Sevice sehr freundlich. Das Essen leider nur durchschnittlich.

Eigentlich bin ich immer sehr gerne im Laguna und hätte gerne wieder 5 Sterne vergeben. Es war ein Essen mit der Familie zu meinem Geburtstag. Service war mega schnell und auch freundlich, das Essen lecker. Und jetzt das "Aber"! Zuerst war meine Reservierung nicht auffindbar, konnte aber durch die Bestätigungsmail an mich belegt werden. Wir bekamen noch einen schönen Tisch draußen auf der Terrasse. Obwohl zwei von uns noch Getränke hatten, wir aber nichts mehr nachbestellt haben, wurden wir nach 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten aufgefordert zu gehen, weil schon andere Gäste auf einen freien Tisch gewartet hatten. Es war voll, an einem Samstag dort völlig normal. Trotzdem finde ich es nicht okay, bei dem Umsatz, den wir hatten, so hinauskomplimentiert zu werden 😞 Ich war sehr enttäuscht von dem Verhalten des Kellners. Kommen wir wieder?? Muss ich mir ganz genau überlegen 🙁🤨

Sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Speisenauwahl. Sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung. Mein Tip, schwarze Nudeln mit Meeresfrűchten und im Winter karamellisierte Pflaumen mit Vanilleeis zum Dessert.

Es war alles sehr lecker...das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam...wir haben am See gesessen und es hat alles gestimmt 💕

sehr schönes Restaurant. Leider gibt es die Rigatoni al Chef nicht mehr... setzt die unbedingt wieder auf die Karte ^^ kommen sowieso immer gerne wieder.

Leider für Veganer nicht geeignet. Ich habe wiederholt erläutert, dass ich keine Kuhmilch esse. Die Diskussion war wirklich unangenehm, ich kenne es heutzutage nicht, dass ich das Wort „vegan“ erklären muss. Am Ende habe ich doch Käse serviert bekommen… Leider werde ich dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen.

Hier ist eine natürliche Rezension mit ca. 230 Zeichen ohne Leerzeichen: Sehr leckeres Essen, frische Zutaten und eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant Laguna nur empfehlen.

Ich bewerte ausschließlich die Pizza. Wir haben über viele Jahre oft dort bestellt oder im Restaurant gegessen. Für mich war das mit Abstand die beste Pizza überhaupt. Jetzt waren wir nach mehreren Monaten das erste mal wieder da und die Pizza war definitiv anders. Immer noch gut aber bei weitem nicht mehr auf dem Niveau wie vorher. Der Rand war viel härter, so dass er schwer zu schneiden war auch in der Mitte war der Boden härter und die Pizza insgesamt nicht mehr so saftig wie zuvor und trockner. Dass die Salami nun vom Käse überbacken ist und nicht mehr oben aufliegt, ist natürlich Optik aber spricht dafür, dass in der Zubereitung definitiv etwas geändert wurde. In den Bildern sieht man wie die Pizza „früher“ aussah und wie jetzt. Wie gesagt, nach wie vor gut, aber hebt sich letzt nicht mehr von anderen Pizzen ab.

Immer wieder gut. Wir gehen seit Jahren regelmäßig hin und es ist immer lecker. Reservierung ist allerdings empfehlenswert.

Tolles Restaurant mit schlechtem Essen. Risotto mit basmatireis ist kein Risotto. Salatteller mit billigstem Blattsalat und Supermarkt Tomaten aus den Niederlanden ohne Geschmack. Das Restaurant muss erst den Koch wechseln, bevor ich da nochmal hingehe. Service sehr freundlich und auch sonst toll zum sitzen.

Leckeres Essen und sehr nette Bedienung

Ein großartiges Restaurant mit exzellentem Service und sehr leckerem Essen. Wir bestellten ein medium-rare Steak, perfekt gebraten und herrlich saftig. Das Tiramisu war absolut herausragend, reichhaltig und geschmacklich perfekt ausbalanciert. Der Wein war exzellent, sehr weich und aromatisch und passte hervorragend zum Essen. Die Empfehlungen des Personals waren goldrichtig, und alles, was wir probierten, war köstlich.

Wir sind schon öfter dort gewesen, um uns etwas besonderes zu gönnen und haben selten etwas auszusetzen gehabt. Gestern allerdings - an unserem 35. Hochzeitstag - wurden wir enttäuscht: Spargel lauwarm und viel zu fest, die Nussbutter zu hell und der kleine Streifen Lachs für zusätzliche €12 dann doch übertrieben. Das hätten das angebotene Glas Wein oder der Kaffee auch nicht entschädigt. Wir werden erstmal pausieren. Schade

Sehr schönes modernes italienisches Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kamen spontan und fanden einen Platz zu zweit.

Nachdem das Ristorante Laguna in Meerbusch letztes Jahr geschlossen hatte, haben wir das Ristorante Laguna in Kaarst ausprobiert und sind vom Essen, Service und Ambiente sehr angetan. Wir hatten vorher reserviert, was unbedingt zu empfehlen ist und von einem der Chefs wurden wir sogar noch zu einem besseren Tisch lanciert, daher kommen wir wieder :-)

Die Pizza war köstlich, aber Burrata und Mozzarella sollten in einem italienischen Restaurant nicht ausgehen. Außerdem war es kein besonders geschäftiger Tag. Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell.

Die Pizza hier war wirklich köstlich 🍕 Die Pasta hat unsere Erwartungen etwas unterboten, aber die Bruschetta war fantastisch. Die Desserts waren genauso gut wie die Pizza und definitiv einen Versuch wert. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, ich kann es besonders für die Pizza, die Desserts und die Vorspeisen empfehlen.

Zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und direkt überzeugt. Die Lasagne war wirklich lecker – genau so, wie sie sein soll. Der Service war aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Location hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Und mit Kind kein Problem – sehr kinderfreundlich. Gerne wieder!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ich habe die Linguini mit Leber gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Die Nudeln waren perfekt gekocht und die Leber war zart und gut gewürzt. Das Gericht war geschmackvoll und gut zubereitet. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

Wir waren am Samstag mit 5 Damen in dem Restaurant welches wir durch Zufall via Google Maps entdeckten und wir waren alle begeistert. Der Service sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre waren TOP! Und das wichtigste" Phantastische Speisen"! Wir kommen definitiv wieder...Alle Daumen hoch.

Unglaublich lecker, tolle Speisenauswahl, gute Portionsgrößen. Nur die Getränke sind sehr teuer - 6€ für eine große Cola wird selbst in Tourismushotspots am Meer nicht verlangt. Aber ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

A lovely evening at the Laguna Restaurant. Excellent service and delicious food. We'd love to come back.

Good value for money. We went there with the family. Everyone found something delicious on the menu. We were there for lunch, and they also have a daily special. Very friendly staff. There was no long wait for the food. All in all, highly recommended. If you sit outside, you can see the town hall pond. It's a bit hectic outside, though, due to the pedestrian traffic.

In the middle of town, by a lake

The food here is always delicious! It's beautifully situated by the lake, which makes the atmosphere special. The staff is attentive and friendly. A truly great restaurant. It's a shame that we didn't have the opportunity to eat lunch there often due to the opening hours. But of course, it's understandable that the staff needs a break.

Food is very good. Large portions. In Italy, 3 courses are quite normal, but if you do that here, you will have to leave leftovers and not neatly finish your plate. Prices are reasonable, although I wonder if there is a profit margin. I had a Tomato soup (pomodori), Salad Capricosa (with lots of Tuna in it) and Lasagna al Forno as a main course. Respectively 8, 13 and 14 euros each. Half a liter at €5. Nothing to complain about. Prices in May 2025... Friendly service and the food was there quite quickly, while it was quite busy, for a Wednesday evening. Definitely worth a visit when I'm in the area again!!

A carelessly baked pizza, forgotten ingredients, some of which were only topped after it came out of the oven. Other ingredients were completely missing. The taste was disappointing, apparently a matter of luck depending on the pizza maker's mood that day.

The pizzas in particular are a dream - crispy, freshly topped and full of authentic taste like in a small trattoria in Italy. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, the service is attentive and very friendly. You can immediately tell that people cook with passion here. If you want to enjoy really good pizza in Kaarst, you can't miss Laguna. Absolutely recommended – I’ll definitely be back!

Yes, definitely, bruschetta is outstanding, lasagna is so-so.

I've ordered food there and never had anything worse. This is not food that was made with passion and topping a pizza so that it is visually appealing is not difficult, I think, but ok. Unfortunately, I can't recommend dessert tiramisu that didn't taste like anything.

I had dinner there with my girlfriend and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. We were served by a very friendly waiter, the food tasted very good and the atmosphere was beautiful, we felt very comfortable and can warmly recommend it, it would be a shame if you didn't try the food here. Owners/employees sit in the restaurant smoking cigarettes in the morning. No wonder it smells so unpleasant here. Have you ever heard of the ban on smoking in restaurants? The reservation book is open and accessible to everyone directly behind the window. Nobody here knows about data protection. Names and phone numbers are all visible. I definitely won't go here again.

Good food in a nice atmosphere!

We ate at Restorante Launa for the second time. They're super enthusiastic again. Top service, super nice service We sat outside, I would say in the anteroom, which was of course heated, super comfortable. The food was really a dream, whether it was a starter, main course or dessert. All you can really say is keep it up, we give it 5 stars. Since we come from Dortmund, about 90 kilometers away, it was unfortunately only the second time with you but we will definitely come back

The dishes are prepared with great attention to detail, wonderfully seasoned and visually appealing. We were particularly impressed by the fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Every bite was a delight! The service also deserves high praise: the staff was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. Our wishes were fulfilled quickly and with a smile, without seeming intrusive. The only small downer: Unfortunately there is no Italian beer like Peroni on the drinks menu. That would have been the icing on the cake! Nevertheless, we would be happy to come back and can fully recommend the Laguna. Top address in Kaarst! 🍽️👏

The food is excellent, but not exactly cheap. Unfortunately, you're left with empty glasses or have to get involved yourself. The staff are still super friendly. The restaurant has a lot of seating, and it's quite loud, so the service sometimes struggles. Still, I'd happily go back.

The wait for four pizzas was abysmal. Even though we had an appetizer, a wait of more than 50 minutes after the appetizer is far too long. "Your food is coming now," they said, and we waited another 15 minutes.

We reserved a table months in advance for my grandma's 90th. When we arrived we were told there were no tables available. We should wait. Even when I asked, my 90-year-old grandmother, who has walking difficulties, was not provided with a chair while she waited, and the staff became unfriendly and seemed irritable. After 15 minutes of waiting while my grandma sat on her walker, we decided to spend the day in another restaurant. Very disappointing service!

Nice atmosphere, food tasty, but could be improved. The absence of alcoholic ingredients was not observed. Balsamic on salad and as a decoration on the plate.
