Actually a good restaurant. The food was okay, but not up to the highest Italian standards. Still, it's nice to have it here. The service is great...

Celebrated at the bowling alley on Saturday. We had a fantastic and delicious finger food buffet. Everyone loved the food and drink service!

Here we found what we call a "good Italian restaurant": good food, not overpriced, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

The pizza was bland in flavor and lacked any zest. Unfortunately, it's no longer as good as it used to be! A shame.

Pizza was not bad but you will find better in San Teodoro. You have to wait for a long time without reservation. Stuff was OK, not very friendly, but OK. Average place and food.

Delicious food, good portions, good service

Ristorante Il Diamante is a very beautiful restaurant, and we are absolutely thrilled! Upon entering, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is cozy and lovingly designed—you can tell the passion that goes into the work here. The food is very good, and the drinks are excellent. We'd love to come back.

I spontaneously stopped by the restaurant for dinner with my family. After a short wait, we were politely shown to our seats. The food was beautifully presented. The pizzas were nice and thin, not too crispy, and very crunchy. Even a special request from a family member was fulfilled. I have to say, I've rarely eaten such good pizza. The special, handmade ravioli with truffle, was also sensational and beautifully presented. The next day, we weren't in the mood for a more culinary experience, but we wanted to try the truffle pizza again. We spontaneously ordered pizza to go from the bar. We sat in the forecourt of the community center, where deck chairs were set up, and asked the restaurant to let us know when the pizza was ready...this request was also accommodated. Overall, very good food, good service, even special requests are welcome. We can only recommend Il Diamante and look forward to eating another delicious pizza on our next visit to Munich. PS: Thanks also to the staff member at the community center who, even after he had already cleared away all the others, made the lounge chairs we were sitting on available to us for our stay. We then cleared the lounge chairs away ourselves.

I had a great time here the other day!! The service is amazing and friendly! Drinks,food everything was good and of course the vibe of the place was awesome!! If you are looking for something chill und feel easy just go for it!

Great restaurant at a good price, that was a year ago... we've been there a couple of times now, the pasta, for example the Carbonara, is too dry... we ordered it a few times to try it out... and the really amazing thing was that the Parmesan is now served in a small pot... we were shocked... if the cheese is too expensive for you then ask for something for it, but don't come with a thimbleful... impossible, I've never seen anything like it before.

The pizzas are first-class, well-topped, and crispy crusts. The other dishes are also very good. The service is excellent, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

I haven't felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant in a long time. We were in the area with our company for the weekend and, due to a lack of alternatives, ate here both evenings. On the first evening, the service was halfway decent, but what awaited us on the second evening was an absolute disaster. The waiter was irritated from the start, making faces and audibly sighing whenever something didn't suit him. For example, we ordered only the appetizer first and then the main course. This was obviously a problem, because he made it clear that it bothered him. The previous evening, my friend had already been subjected to comments for not finishing her entire portion. It was rude and intrusive. On the second evening, she wanted a children's schnitzel, which was refused on the grounds that it was only for children. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant before. Every time we ordered something or asked for something, gestures and facial expressions made it clear that we were obviously disturbing them. The highlight was paying. Due to the unfriendly demeanor and the unpleasant feeling that pervaded the entire evening, we paid separately, and I only rounded up slightly. Which, by the way, I shouldn't have done. The waiter then exclaimed, "Wow!" and shook his head. Simply disrespectful. This kind of behavior towards guests is unacceptable. This was definitely the last time for me.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The waiter was extremely rude, completely unprofessional, and showed no friendliness whatsoever. No greeting, no smile—he was dismissive and unpleasant the entire time. Instead of making us feel welcome, we just wanted to leave quickly. Service like that definitely doesn't encourage us to return. Very disappointing.

The service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and courteous – you feel completely appreciated as a guest. Il Diamante is an absolute culinary highlight: The dishes are fresh, lovingly prepared, and authentically Italian. Whether for a romantic dinner, a meal with friends, or a special occasion – Il Diamante is always an excellent choice. We will definitely be back and recommend it wholeheartedly!

Absolutely disappointing! The waiters were completely overwhelmed and disorganized! There was a piece of plastic in my pizza, and my 4-year-old son's food didn't arrive until half an hour after our meal. It was just plain spaghetti with no sauce, which looked like it had been heated in a microwave. A real shame and unnecessary. We won't be back.

Four of us spontaneously went there and got a small table. When a 6-person table became available, we were offered it immediately. The service was very good and the food and ambience were also great. It's worth a full 5 stars.

We were standing in the restaurant (Sunday 5:30 p.m.) where around 60% of the seats were occupied and then we were told that there were no seats available. It's a shame, we've been there many times and the service was always friendly and helpful and the food was good. An explanation in such a case would be the least.

The quality of the food was very good and actually worth a full 5 points. Unfortunately I have to deduct one point because the selection of vegan dishes was limited to exactly one (2 if you count the fries from the children's menu). The service seems very authentic and was hardly overwhelmed, even with our quite large group. I'd love to come back.

A really great restaurant and the food tastes fantastic when you get it. We waited 2 hours for our food. We ordered spaghetti aljo olio, pizza, margherita, and pappardelle in parmesan cheese. Nothing more complicated. We got the starter and then nothing came. When I asked after 2 hours where the food was, the waiter responded very rudely. You had an appetizer after all. What do you want. Honestly: that doesn't work at all. This place is dead for me. Then I just asked for the bill and left.

Delicious Italian food at reasonable prices in a very pleasant atmosphere. We recommend the wood-fired pizzas, spaghetti carbonara (Giuseppe makes the best around with crispy bacon), vitello, and the mixed appetizer. The salads are also fresh and delicious. Gianni and the crew ensure smooth and friendly service. Ample parking is available in the community center's underground garage.

A relatively new restaurant in Unterföhring with a certain advantage: there is an underground car park. The pizza and salad were ok, but it didn't blow us away. The service was very friendly and quick. I recommend making a reservation, the place was packed when we were there.

Went to IL Diamante before a performance at the community center. The restaurant was full. After it took a while until we had our main course, the waiter apologized and promised that he would pass it on. The food came... quality was very good. As a small apology, the bedside table was given for free... Without even asking. That's service!

It's a shame, it's actually assumed that a restaurant in the cultural or community center closed the restaurant at 10⁰⁰ during large events (last Wednesday on October 16th, 2024 opera performance with almost four hundred spectators). We actually know from other places that both clubhouses and venues with the appropriate number of visitors are open. It's additional revenue, insofar as you need it in the first place ;-) That's actually the point of tenants making commitments so that you can have something to drink or eat in the same building after a big event. Things should be different for such a beautiful, attractive community center.

The three of us came by on Sunday evening around 7 p.m. without a reservation and got a nice seat. The waiter served us very friendly. The food was very good and fairly priced. We can recommend the Bruscetta from the weekly menu, the Vitello Tonnato, the Pizza Parmigiana and Margherita. Card payment was also possible. We'd love to come back. So definitely worth a visit :)

We were here for the first time today and will definitely be back. The food was super tasty and the price was great. The service was great. People regularly ask whether everything is OK and whether they want to order anything else. I can highly recommend eating there. Parking available in the underground car park, parking spaces for bicycles and also public parking would be great.

Very good food at fair prices. Attentive waiters. Good selection of food. The only small disadvantage: When the restaurant is full, the sound in the elongated room increases and you can sometimes hardly understand the person sitting opposite you at the table. Even the waitresses had problems understanding the guests when they ordered. Room dividers could possibly help here.

We loved the restaurant when it was just around the corner from our house. The excellent quality and service haven't changed now after they moved 3km away. The nice, even fancy inventory is a very pleasant bonus now. We love the pizza there!

The entrance is a disaster due to the construction site, you have to walk around half the house.

The food wasn't good. The noodles were not freshly cooked. The fries weren't good. The non-alcoholic Hugo was terribly bad. The bread wasn't that good. The pizza was ok. The tiramisu was good. The service was very friendly and nice, but the etiquette was lacking (food was passed across the table, cleared across the table). Can't keep up with other Italian restaurants in town.

I've been there twice now and am referring to my last visit. The food (pizza) was first class, as was the service, patient and attentive. There are no time slots. The ambience is ok, lots of exposed concrete, but still cozy. - a bit noisy due to the architecture, but that doesn't bother me. Recommended!

Unfortunately, the specially reserved table for a birthday dinner was given to someone else beforehand and we were seated differently without comment. We waited 1.5 hours for the main course. It would have been nice if we had been informed about the longer waiting time without asking. A “greeting from the kitchen” would also have shortened the time. The fish (sea bream) was filleted by the waiter - more show than expertise! The side dish, potatoes (from the day before) with sugar snap peas and asparagus was moderately good. The pasta with salmon was tasty. The service was good.

The service was excellent. We were looked after very well. We were eight people. The short-term telephone reservation went smoothly and without annoying waiting times on the phone. The food came quickly. I had a pizza. This was huge and very good. If not the best I've eaten so far. It wasn't salty at all, the dough was perfectly cooked and not too thin. The topping was just enough. Not too much and not too little. I will definitely go there again. Value for money for the quality is top. Thank you!
