Nicht geeignet für große Gruppen. Tisch war auf 12 bestellt, Essen kam um 14 Uhr

Das Essen sehr gut,wenn man 3std Zeit hat. Der Service lässt echt zu wünschen übrig. 45min auf die Vorspeise gewartet und dann nochmals 45min bis die Hauptspeise kam. Mal abgesehen von dem Gestank der aus einer Mülltonne kam und man auf Grund dessen nicht draußen sitzen konnte.

Das Essen war gut! Die Vorspeise war lecker, besonders das Vitello tonnato (meiner Meinung nach etwas zu viel roter Pfeffer). Auch der Tintenfisch war sehr gut.

Das schöne Ambiente wurde durch den penetranten Bioabfallgeruch der permanent über den Biergarten flog zerstört.

Schönes Lokal. Service nicht wirklich herzlich und Essen etwas seltsam angelegt. Fleisch mit Soße und dann ein separates Tellerchen mit einem bisschen Gemüse und 1 kleinen Kartoffel in 4 Stückchen. Auf der Speisekarte steht Beilagenteller oder Salat aber das wurde noch nie zur Auswahl gestellt. Und nach drei Besuchen dort hat man das Gemüsetellerchen wirklich schon etwas über. Es ist halt immer gleich... Nudeln für meinen Geschmack immer zu hart und zu wenig.

Glutenfreie Pasta und Pizza - endlich 😋

Sehr netter Italiener. Gute Preise, schneller und professioneller Service. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Hier würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Das Essen im Ristorante Firenze war geschmacklich wirklich gut. Die Pizza hat uns überzeugt, und besonders die selbstgemachten Nudeln waren sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Leider konnte der Service mit der Qualität des Essens nicht mithalten. Die Bedienung wirkte eher unfreundlich und wenig herzlich. Ob es daran lag, dass das Restaurant gut besucht war, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Trotzdem hatten wir leider nicht das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Kulinarisch ist das Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, beim Service besteht aus unserer Sicht jedoch noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Richtig gefreut das Firenze zum 1 x auszuprobieren! Mein Mann und ich kamen hungrig gegen 16.30h im Lokal an und entschlossen uns draußen zu sitzen! Es war ruhig zu dieser Zeit, wenige Gäste im Lokal! Wir bestellten nichts Aufwendiges nur Salat und 2 Pizzen! Die Getränke und den Salat bekamen wir ziemlich zeitnah! Danach warteten wir minfestens 50 Min auf 2 Pizzen! Andere Gäste die nach uns kamen, wurden schneller bedient! Die Krönung des Ganzen war, meine Pizza Funghi war fest und trocken der gesamte Aussenrand verbrannt und so fest, dass es sich gerade noch am Anfang schwer schneiden ließ, nach 10 Min so hart das ich den Rand mit Mühe abgeschnitten hatte (ungenießbar)! Nachdem ich Eingangs die negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte, dachte ich probieren wir es aus! Schade, so kann man Gäste nur vergraulen, auch das Angebot eines Dessert's auf Kosten des Hauses (nahm ich nicht an) und stimmte mich nicht mehr Milde! Da hätte ich mir gewünscht eine ehrliche Entschuldigung zu bekommen aber es wurde nicht mal gefragt, wie es geschmeckt hat!!

Masse statt Klasse - wir waren länger nicht mehr hier. Das lohnt sich gar nicht mehr, ewige Wartezeiten, es geht nur noch schnell schnell schnell und der Gast wird hier nicht mehr beachtet. Sollten ggf mal eine Person mehr im Service einstellen!!! Danke wir kommen so schnell nicht wieder!!!

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Nicht nur, dass wir mit 5 Personen einen winzig kleinen Tisch bekommen haben. Der Service war unterirdisch. Der Kellner hat sich mit allem viel Zeit gelassen, nur nicht damit, unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen und uns das bestellte dann auch zu bringen. Er war unfassbar unfreundlich und hat uns gehetzt. Erst als wir um die Rechnung gebeten haben, ist er aufgetaut und hat gefragt ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. War es nicht und das hat er dann auch am Trinkgeld gemerkt. Den Laden meiden wir künftig wie die Pest! Nie wieder Firenze Bissendorf!

Ein heißer Freitagabend. Die Terasse war brechend voll, auch drinnen saßen Gäste. Trotzdem war der Service schnell sowie aufmerksam und gut. Die Küche ist hervorragend, ob Fleisch, Fisch oder Pizza, wir (5 Personen) waren sehr zufrieden.

Waren zu viert dort. Essen war gut aber längere Wartezeiten. Ausserdem hatte der Kellner wohl Stress oder einen schlechten Tag, war sehr unfreundlich bei nachfragen.

Absolutes Spitzen essen wie immer ! Luigi ist der beste Kellner .

Für mich der absolut beste Italiener im Umkreis. Vor allem mit und von " echten " Italienern. Essen sehr gut, tolle Pizza und diverse Sorten zum Teil hausgemachte Pasta mit besonderen Füllungen ( Steinpilze, Lachs etc(. Im Sommer traumhafter Außenbereich mit Spielplatz für die Kinder. Die Kellner sind aufmerksam und auf Zack. Zur Stoßzeit dauert es immer recht lange und man wartet einige Zeit. Da wir dies bereits wissen und der Laden durchgehend geöffnet hat ( Pluspunkte!!!) gehen wir einfach etwas früher hin um nicht in den regulären Abendbetrieb zu kommen. Und das klappt wunderbar.

Wir haben bei diesem tollen auf der Terasse gesessen. Es gibt viele schattige Plätze.

10/10, wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen und bedient, schneller und aufmerksamer Service, hervorragendes Essen. Wir sind spontan hierher gekommen und wurden wirklich äußerst positiv überrascht.

Sehr toller Service, sehr fairer Preis

Richtiges Italienisches Essen es ist nicht so verdeutscht wie in anderen Ita.Restaurants.Es fängt von der Bedienung bis zum Küchenpersonal an.

Ich habe da nur eine Pizza gegessen - Geschmäcker sind verschieden, daher bewerte ich das nicht. Jedoch war die Art der Bedienung irgendwie unhöflich. Der Servicemitarbeiter hat extrem Kaugummi gekaut, war reserviert bis unfreundlich… dies extrovertierte Kaugummi schmatzen finde ich sehr unhöflich und unpassend

Leider war der Service wirklich schlecht. Wir hatten mit 1 Woche im voraus einen Tisch für 5 Personen bestellt. Wurden an einen kleinen 4er Tisch mit zusätzlichen Stuhl vor Kopf fast im Gang plaziert. Haben ca 30 min auf die Vorspeise gewartet. Dann nach wiederum 30 min kam die Hauptspeise, bei 2 Fleischgerichten fehlte leider die Beilage. Diese kam, als das Fleisch bereits kalt war. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich nicht, sondern war stattdessen patzig, die Küche hätte das verschuldet. Das war das letzte Mal, dass wir dort gegessen haben

Bin heute äußerst enttäuscht. Mussten trotz Tischreservierung ca.10 Minuten im Eingangsbereich warten und wurden sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, im Weg zu stehen. Nach der Platzvergabe an einen nicht eingedeckten und meines Erachtens für 5 Personen zu kleinen Tisch wurden uns dann in unserem Beisaein lustlos und unmotiviert die Bestecke und Servietten vor die Nase gelegt. Danach wurden uns ca. 15 Min. nach Bestellung die Getränke serviert. Weitere 20 Min. später die Vorspeise . Nach weiteren 30 Min wurde der Hauptgang ohne Beilage serviert. Auf Nachfrage gab es unfreundlich die Antwort, er würde sich gleich um uns kümmern. Und nach mindestens 7-8 Minuten gab es die Beilage zum mittlerweile nur noch lauwarmen Fleisch. Uns wurde eine Entschädigung versprochen, die am Tisch leider ausgeblieben ist. Bei Bezahlung im Eingangsbereich wurde ein Grappa/Limoncello oder ähnliches angeboten, am Tisch hätte eine weitere Wartezeit auf die Rechnung von ca 30 Min. erwartet. Diese Entschädigung hatte ich früher schon am Tisch erwartet und unter diesen Voraussetzungen abgelehnt. Alles sehr schade und enttäuschend. War im Firenze anderes gewohnt.

Vor ein paar Monaten war ich schon einmal da und hatte leider auch kein tolles Erlebnis. Nach dem Prinzip jeder hat eine weitere Chance verdient, waren wir heute wieder da und es war kurz vor einer Katastrophe. Als erstes wurden wir an der Tür zweimal komplett unbeachtet stehen gelassen, am Tisch angekommen knallt die Servicekraft das Besteck auf den Tisch sowie die Speisekarten. Bei der Bestellung wäre ich schon aufgestanden und gegangen meine Begleitungen haben es nicht zugelassen. Sowas unfreundliches, ungeduldiges habe ich lange nicht mehr gesehen! Das hat nichts mit der guten italienischen Gastfreundschaft zu tun, zudem kommt der „Streit/die Diskussion “ unter den Bedienungen. Schade, ein schönes Restaurant wo wir gerne hingingen, aber die nächste Zeit bestimmt nicht wieder.

Die Pizza Parma war mir einfach zu labberig.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Der Service war der schlechteste, den ich je erlebt habe. Und ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Das Essen kam auch viel zu spät und die Hälfte war vergessen.

Service muss raus Alles war Katastrophe

In alten Erinnerungen schwelgend wollten wir den 2. Geburtstag unserer Tochter mit einem leckeren Essen in netter Atmosphäre verbringen. Leider gab es nichts davon. Falsche Getränke, abgestandene Getränke, die höchst unfreundlich zurück genommen wurden. Das Essen wurde nicht gleichzeitig gebracht. Der Salat war vom Vortag und wurde erst nach Aufforderung neu gebracht. Neue Getränke auch erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage. Von Kinderfreundlichkeit war nichts zu spüren. Als es kein Trinkgeld gab wegen der absolut unfreundlichen Bedienung, wurde die Dame, die abkassieren wollte noch unfreundlicher. Hören wollte sie von unserer schlechten Erfahrung auch nichts. Wir werden nicht wieder in dieses Restaurant kommen. Absolut keine Empfehlung mehr!

Heute Nachmittag mal wieder im Firenze gewesen. Nach lsnger Zeit mal wieder mit der Familie gespeist. Die Vorfreude war riesig, gerade bei den Kindern. Nach der ersten Begegnung mit dem Kellner, war unser Eindruck schon ziemlich verwirrend. Familie mit kleinen Kindern erhielt kein Kinderdtuhl,kein herzliches Willkommen. Es machte den Anschein, wir seien keine Stammgäste und so behaltete man uns auch. Der Service katastrophal uns sehr frech. Falsche Getränke gebracht, zum Fisch einen Salat von vorgestern, die Pizzen ziemlich dürftig und der Thunfisch schmeckte ziemlich alt. Der Kellner launisch und frech, zum Schluss nach meiner Beschwerde noch Trinkgeld verlangen. Beim Verlassen keine Verabschiedung, Entschuldigung oder "Absacker". Als Familen (Eltern mit 3 Kindern) und einer Rechnung von 95 Euro eine wahrhaftige Enttäuschung. Viele Jahre immer wieder dort gewesen, Privat und mit der Arbeit. Wahnsinn, was für eine Enttäuschung. Leider auf allen Ebenen sehr mies. Das kannten wir vom "alten" Firenze nicht. Es war jeder Willkommen. Heute hab ich erdtmalig deutlich gespürt, dass es eine "dreiklassen Gesellschaft" im Firenze gibt ... Stammkunden, italienisch sprachige Menschen und dann der Rest...

Naja, Schweinefilet, ohne Kartoffeln,Pommes oder Reis ; nur Brot....Was soll das ? Bisschen Salat dazu, für 21€!!!!! Das grenzt an Unverschämtheit.

Enttäuschender Abend trotz gehobener Preisklasse – Organisation mangelhaft ​Wir hatten hier kürzlich ein Firmenevent, doch leider blieb der Abend weit hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Die Reservierung und Koordination im Vorfeld waren bereits extrem mühsam, und vor Ort wurden wir mehrfach umgesetzt. ​Der Service ließ massiv zu wünschen übrig: ​Wartezeiten & Kommunikation: Erst nach 60 Minuten (!) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der bestellte Seeteufel und Steinbutt ausverkauft seien. Drei Kollegen mussten komplett neu wählen. Dass so etwas erst nach einer Stunde auffällt, ist bei diesem Preisniveau ein absolutes Unding. ​Umgang mit Kritik: Als wir nach 1,5 Stunden freundlich nachhakten, wo das Essen bleibe, wurden wir schroff zurechtgewiesen. Besonders der männliche Mitarbeiter (mit Zopf) wirkte durch seine harte Art eher abschreckend als gastfreundlich. ​Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Die Portionen sind für die aufgerufenen Preise viel zu klein. Ein Fischteller mit ca. 250g ist schlichtweg zu wenig. Geschmacklich war es zwar gut, aber keineswegs überragend. ​Nach insgesamt 2,5 Stunden waren wir endlich fertig. Einziger Lichtblick: Das Tiramisu kam immerhin sehr schnell. ​Fazit: Ich habe mich den gesamten Abend über weder willkommen noch gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich habe lange mit mir gerungen, überhaupt zwei Sterne zu geben. Das war vermutlich mein letzter Besuch. Schade! * Der Vorspeisen Teller war auch gut.

Ich bin aufgrund einer Beruflichen Reise im Ort und habe mit einem Arbeitskollegen hier gegessen und konnte einen sehr freundlichen umgang mit Gästen erfahren und habe mit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend ich hatte eine Pizza Diavola. Sehr lecker. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Macht weiter so. Ich komme wieder

The food was generally good and tasted fine. The quality of the dishes was impressive. Unfortunately, the wait times were quite long, which somewhat marred the overall impression. The service was friendly but seemed understaffed, which led to some delays. Overall, it's still a solid restaurant that I can recommend – with a bit more staff, it would certainly be even better.

The bread was quite good… but we probably won't come back. Our expectations for the service and food weren't particularly high, but they fell short. There's definitely room for improvement there.

What a lovely surprise! We arrived around 3 pm without a reservation and still got a table. The service was very attentive, and the tables were covered with cloth tablecloths. The food was 100% Italian and tasted absolutely delicious! The tiramisu was simply divine! Highly recommended!

A small special exhibition by the artist Marion Sommerschuh is currently on display. The centerpiece is the expressive "Mille Miglia Torso," which artistically captures the dynamism and elegance of the famous historic car rally. Guests are warmly invited to discover the artworks during their visit and combine their appreciation of art with culinary delights.

The ambiance is outdated, the food is okay, but the portions are definitely far too small, and the value for money is rather satisfactory to poor.

The atmosphere is lovely and cozy. The service is friendly, but sometimes a little overwhelmed. The pizzas are delicious, and the pasta is good too. All in all, a very cozy restaurant, perfect for meeting up with friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food and drinks were truly a disaster. The service was just as disastrous. We got our drinks and then had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring our food. Better go to McDonald's or something, at least they have hot food.

There were three of us, and we all enjoyed a superbly cooked sirloin steak with crunchy vegetables. Rarely had such well-roasted and, above all, delicious meat served with arugula and Parmesan. Superb.

Simply a beautiful ambiance, attentive staff, delicious food, and more than fair prices. Firenze is always worth a visit to make an evening a wonderful one.

The occasion for the meal was the 80th birthday of a family member. A total of 10 guests were invited. The table had been reserved. Regarding the service: The gentleman serving us was initially friendly, lacking focus, and completely overwhelmed as the number of guests increased. Of the 10 meals ordered, he forgot to bring one. Requested drinks were forgotten, so that in the end, there was enough for one round of drinks. His behavior then culminated in him loudly insulting a colleague who was obviously trying to help him. After other staff members intervened, the noise level calmed down. He remained fidgety, disorganized, and overwhelmed. Overall, the situation was unacceptable. The mood ultimately sank to rock bottom. Out of consideration for the hostess, the meal was not interrupted. Regarding the kitchen: There is much room for improvement. Of the 10 meals delivered, the pasta dish (pasta with fish and truffle; fish was sold out) was cold. Two pork fillets were so cooked that they were only half eaten. Our server complied with our request to wrap them up for home (cold cuts), stacking the plates on top of the meat and clearing them away. They were then properly packaged and given to us. We left them there. The pizzas were cold, undercooked, and greasy. As compensation for the forgotten food, we were kindly given a round on the house. Remarkably, the takeaway sales taking place at the same time were doing brilliantly. Conclusion: The Firenze was known for its good service and excellent Italian cuisine. None of that remains. Apparently, the emphasis these days is on quantity over quality, and the staff are overwhelmed. Thank you very much for this miserable evening.

Delicious flavorful seasonal food.

We can't say much about the food because we never got around to ordering. After no one came after 30 minutes, despite our efforts and eye contact, we left.

Despite a sold-out crowd, the service and food were once again top-notch. Always happy to return.

For many years, "Firenze" has been one of our favorite restaurants in the region. In the past, this was partly due to the small playground, which allowed us parents to enjoy our meal in peace while the children had something to do. A wonderfully family-friendly idea, and I wonder why more restaurants don't follow suit. Yesterday, I was there alone and ordered Vitello Tonnato and Salmone alla Toscana. Both were absolutely delicious, and the service was as attentive as ever. Even after 25 years, we still love coming back here.

I'm telling you, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is super cozy, and the servers were always right there when you needed them. No complaints! I don't know if one or two guests were hiding under the table, but I really didn't find anything that would justify a bad review. I'm making a clear statement: Firenze is an absolute must! Don't let a few strange comments put you off – go and see for yourself!

We went there quite spontaneously. The beer garden had a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the service was super friendly.

Never again.... 7 people waited 1.5 hours for the food. The steak came first. After 10 minutes, when I asked for the side salad for €14, they slapped everything on. Half was missing. They were out of items!!! Are you still there? Sauce, vinegar, oil. Bread on the table. I asked for it. Sometime 10 minutes later, the next meal arrived, each one worse than the last. Completely overwhelmed. I made a reservation and then stood around waiting for 20 minutes.

The previous day was very good. That also prompted a second visit. 2 hours until the main course... After asking if they had forgotten us (4 people), they finally took care of us. A hectic affair... the fish platter was grilled nice and dry. The scampi wouldn't come out of the shell. The salmon had a great color, a bit like asphalt. Well, the second visit wasn't what I had hoped for. The other three meals weren't as outstanding as the previous day, but still okay.

No go! Eat back anyway, have to pay It's not like it used to be

Amazing Italian... Food, service, ambiance... And temperament... Everything at a very high level... Italian warmth...

A beautifully decorated restaurant. The service was a disaster: pleasant, friendly. Guests in their 90s are told how beautiful they are. Very poor memory for the drinks and food ordered. A Coke can easily become a cappuccino, a rump steak a small plate of pasta. The food was generally very greasy: fat carries flavor. My pizza was extremely greasy, and the dough was undercooked. Orders were delivered over a total of one hour for 11 guests. Absolutely outrageous prices: a small bowl of tomato soup from a tetra pack costs 8.40. Pizza bread (water, flour, seasoning mix) costs 6.40 – which other restaurants offer as a free gift. The restaurant reeks of smoke, even though only one area is designated as a smoking area. At least the waiters have well-designed beards: one half white, the other jet-black. Overall, the Firenze is a prime example of why you should simply avoid restaurants and cook for yourself instead. It's problematic for guests with walkers or wheelchairs, as the restaurant is packed to maximize space—cafeteria style. Overall: Not again.

We were there with eight colleagues to bid farewell to one of our colleagues who was retiring. The reservation was fine, and we also had a nice, large table outside. So far, so good. The food order was also good, but unfortunately, the guest of honor didn't get his food until everyone else had finished eating, even though everyone had ordered together and he only wanted a regular pizza. When the meal was over, we sat for half an hour with empty plates and glasses. No one came to see us, while the other guests were served quite quickly. No one looked for help. Then we ran after the waitress so she could come over so we could order dessert. The same thing happened when we paid: no one came, and I ended up paying inside at the counter. The food was really good, but the service, unfortunately, was the complete opposite.

There were 10 of us in total. The food was okay, but the portions were relatively small. Smoking is permitted in one area, which was used by other guests, so the smoke permeated the entire restaurant. Furthermore, the food was served so modestly that, because the portions were so small, 4-5 people had already finished their food before the last one got theirs.

Leider leer, nette Service aber das Essen zurückgeben und trotzdem bezahlt. Nö go!!! Thunfisch Carpaccio angeblich mit Flusskrebse wären kleine gambas klein geschnitten und der Thunfisch salzig und alt, schlechte Farbe.

The pasta dishes were excellent and the portions were perfectly adequate. The outdoor seating is very pleasant when the sun is shining, although it's a bit close to the road.

Celebrated a birthday with 13 people. The appetizer platter was varied and delicious. The sea bream was excellent, as was the beef fillet! The vegetable side dish was perfect. The tiramisu was also excellent, and not too sweet like everywhere else. The service was good, and the staff very friendly.

The food was good, the atmosphere was okay. The service would have deserved minus stars, absolutely terrible. Time is taken for guests you know. Our order was taken more in passing, the food came quickly, the cutlery later, no bread at all... It was also unpleasant that there were a lot of uncleared tables that the staff walked past with empty hands. Too bad

We were served shortly after choosing a table. Drinks came quickly, as did appetizers. However, the main course was a long time coming. Unfortunately the portions and the taste were not suitable for the price. Didn't convince us, too bad. Ambience is quite nice.

It was my first time in Firenze and it was a very mixed evening for me. Mixed because in over 3 hours I wasn't asked once by the service what I wanted to drink. You had to ask about it yourself if someone stopped by. We also had to wait over 2 hours for food. But this was delicious and it was also positive that a short-term request could be quickly realized. This could be because staff were short at short notice and something like that can upset any daily routine and can happen anywhere. There was a rumor going around the store. That's why I give it a medium rating and I would give the Firenze team a second chance. But then things should work better.

Classic Italian restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food 👌

Hello friends of Italian cuisine and hospitality. If you love this and are looking forward to a nice evening, then look for another restaurant. Went there today with friends: For 45 minutes no one asked if we wanted something to drink. You can imagine when the drinks were on the table. Ok, somehow no one said... as usual, there aren't enough waiters... but it doesn't matter and we're still reasonably hopeful. Unfortunately our friends got their starter, ours was somehow forgotten. Then someone without a plan ran through the store and wanted to bring us the main course. That was enough for the Italian evening. Hunger was gone and pulse was 180. Just say no if you don't have the store under control and don't accept pre-orders. We left and won't be coming back .ciao

A constant for over 30 years. We have been there regularly since the early 90s and are always very well looked after. Friendly, nice atmosphere in the historic building and very good food. It's worth looking at the changing recommendation card.

On our first visit we waited 90 minutes for a pizza. I had to request the invoice 3 times. It wasn't full. Called in advance on the 2nd visit. It was said: you should just come over. Line in the door, no drink, no progress. Then we went somewhere else...

Food was okay. Pizza very thinly topped! Service okay! Bread as a greeting from the kitchen was already on another table!!

Nice restaurant, unfortunately bad service, the female waitress couldn't speak German at all, and when asked she reacted harshly, but what didn't work was that she was fiddling with her hair the whole time. So personally a no go. If the service wasn't so unfriendly you could come more often.

The Firenze is no longer what it used to be. The food is delicious, the service is nice, the ambience is getting old. You can eat here. And if I want to eat fresh pizza again we will still eat pizza there again.

The ambience is nice, The service, on the other hand, was very bad. If you're not part of the usual customer base, you'll be overlooked and not even given the bread that every other table got. We all have terrible stomach pains after eating for hours afterwards. Never again! After the food was cleared away, payment was quick😅 when he asked: is everything okay? One of us said no straight away. No one was interested or questioned👎🏻 Thank you very much for nothing.

Been a guest here for years and was satisfied. After a long break today again and unfortunately rarely have I had such a bad pizza. My partner's and mine were dripping with fat, which of course resulted in a completely soggy dough. Went back to unreasonable service. Not again

We went to Firenze for the first time yesterday and were thrilled by the lovely ambience, the friendly service and the excellent food.

Excellent food, very friendly service, a very nice atmosphere and, above all, very good value for money! You rarely find something like that these days. We will come back!

Ich bin schon als Kind oft bei Firenze gewesen. Es war jedesmal toll. Firenze hatte damals den Ruf, einer der besten Italiener des Landes zu sein. Das konnte ich damals 100%ig unterschreiben. Das Essen, die Stimmung, die Freude, es passte alles. Als ich noch vor 10 Jahren in der Wedemark wohnte, war ich oft dort, habe mir auch mittags oft etwas mitgenommen. Firenze war Bella Italia. Nun wohne ich schon lange weit weg und komme nur noch sporadisch nach Bissendorf. Es ist kein Vergleich zu früher. Was ist passiert? Ist das Gesicht nicht (mehr) als Stammgast bekannt, wird einem vom ersten Augenblick vermittelt, dass man stört. Nur schlechte Stimmung, lange Wartezeiten auf Kleinigkeiten. Traurig wie eine Ikone zerfällt. Dies ist keine Einzelbeobachtung, sondern die Summe der letzten Jahre. Ich bin trotz meiner schlechten Erfahrungen jedesmal als ich im Lande war hingefahren, um sicher zu gehen. Firenze ist nicht mehr das, was es einmal war. Das Essen ist weiterhin sehr gut, aber es ist keine Reise mehr wert.

The food at Firenze is really excellent. It is also very comfortable inside. Our waiter was very nice and we got our order quickly. We took our time to really enjoy everything down to the last bite. I would love to eat here again.

Monday 12:00 p.m. Order a lasagna with a hefeweizen. The beer comes immediately, the lasagne is a long time coming. When she finally comes, the bread is missing. If you ask, you promise to get it immediately. Then the waiter appears and announces that the bread is not ready yet! The lasagna has now cooled down significantly and I've finally had enough. Well, I didn't miss anything in the measly portion. However, without bread I would have starved. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Mostly good Italian cuisine... more relaxed than in Hanover.

Been back to Firenze for a long time. As a regular guest you will be treated well. Welcome hug, small talk. We weren't even looked at. They're not regular customers. Firenze is known for its two-class society, but we still wanted to eat there again. But it was a complete disappointment. The spaghetti carbonara portion was small, no adult would be full. My Parma pizza was sticky. Food not great, service more than bad. The older waiter preferred to defer to his regulars. Friendliness towards us is out of place. Luckily there are also Italians in Mellendorf who are happy about ALL their guests

Ate here after the registry office. Great service. Super tasty food. Great rooms.

The selection of the large appetizer plate was a bit sparse. There were plenty of delicious things at the buffet that would have fit well on the plate. But that's just my personal opinion.

It was unbearably loud, but there's no other way, if at all.

Very well maintained, very tasty pizza. We'll be back.
