Sind durch Zufall auf dieses tolle Lokal gekommen. Jeder Cent lohnt sich, es schmeckt sehr sehr lecker und preisleistung stimmt. Exzellente Bedienung!!!! Jeder Zeit wieder.

Wer Spaghetti Carbonara mag, sollte dieses Restaurant unbedingt probieren! Die Pizza ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Ein hübsches Lokal mit freundlichem Service.

Super nette Bedienung, wir feierten heute mit den Eltern den 60. Hochzeitstag im kleinen Rahmen. Sehr tolles leckeres Essen, die Eltern und wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das nette Personal überraschte uns noch mit einem tollen Desert. Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Man wird hier freundlich empfangen der Service ist Klasse. Die Speisen sind schmackhaft und sehr ansprechend präsentiert, die Weine sind Klasse, das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Die Tages Empfehlungen haben wir auf einer Tafel präsentiert bekommen. Auch auf An- und Rückfragen wird stets schnell, freundlich und ausgesprochen professionell reagiert.

Haben uns hier mit Freunden zum Essen getroffen. Und es war wirklich der Hammer. Obwohl es brechend voll war an diesem Abend, war trotzdem alles perfekt. Die Bedienung super, der Chef super, das Essen Mega. Ich kann Da Toni nur jedem ans Herz legen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Besser geht's eigentlich gar nicht. Wir lieben es! Ob Garnelenpfännchen, bruscetta mit Flusskrebsfleisch oder pasta mit Rinderfiletspitzen in einer unfassbar guten Parmesansauce... das pure Glück auf Besteck! Die Kellner und Kellnerinnen durchweg freundlich und professionell. Es gibt nix zu meckern...außer vielleicht das man nicht immer einen Platz bekommt, wenn man will. Denn es gibt "leider" viele die ihn toll finden :-)

Erstklassiges Essen, höchste Qualität, eine Vielfalt täglich wechselnder Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte sowie ein Service mit viel Charme und einem guten Auge. Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl und kommt gerne immer wieder.

Die Essen, die wir bestellt haben, waren wirklich gut und im Vergleich zu durchschnittlichen Italienern im Rhein/Main-Gebiet und in Anbetracht des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses echt top. Eine wirklich leckere und authentische Carbonara, eine tolle Bolognese zu den Spaghetti für's Kind, eine tolle Pizza und tolle Salate. Alles zu einem fairen Kurs. Dazu wirklich echt nettes, freundliches und gut gelauntes Personal. Bin Würz-Junkie. Wenn ich nicht nachwürzen muss, bzw. maximal noch etwas frisch gemahlenen schwarzen Pfeffer hinzufüge, ist das ein großes indirektes Lob. Essen was gut und richtig rund abgeschmeckt aus der Küche kommt, ist man sonst maximal eher aus anderen Preisregionen gewöhnt. Kann mich wirklich nicht erinnern, wann ich zuletzt so eine wirklich leckere Bolognese und Carbonara in einem Restaurant aus diesem Preisbereich in Deutschland gegessen habe. Vielleicht ist die Location und das Umfeld etwas "strange" aber am Ende irrelevant. Wie kommen definitiv wieder, bleibt nicht unser erster und letzter Besuch. Ist leider nur nicht gerade in unserem eigentlichen Umfeld gelegen.

Bestes italienisches Restaurant in der Wetterau; sehr empfehlenswert sind die Gerichte der Tageskarte; ein besonderes Highlight zwischen Oktober und November ist die Pasta mit weißem Trüffel aus dem Parmesanrad.

Uns wurde das Restaurant empfohlen und es war den Weg aus Ffm wert. Überaus freundlicher und hervorragender Service mit Beratung, Empfehlung und Erklärungen zu den Gerichten. Ruhiges authentisches Ambiente für Gespräche und Zweisamkeit oder Familienfeier. Angenehme italienische Musik passent zum Ambiente. Top Qualität und Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Preisleistung vollkommen Gerechtfertigt für diese Frische und Qualität. Das Essen ist optisch ein Augengenuss und wurde in einer sehr angenehmen passenden abfolge serviert. Wunderschöne Außenterrasse mit tollen Sonnenuntergang in den Abenstunden. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Wir sind bereits unzählige Male über Jahre lang Gäste und es gab keinen Abend, an dem wir sagen würden, dass es sich nicht gelohnt hat. Das Essen ist überragend, genauso wie der Service. Die Preise entsprechen der herausragenden Qualität der Speisen. Dafür sprechen auch die überregionalen Nummernschilder der Fahrzeuge, die wir bei den Fahrzeugen bei unseren Besuchen auf dem Parkplatz sehen. Wir haben bei Mimmo auch unsere Hochzeit gefeiert. Wir waren begeistert. Ich bin froh, ein solch großartiges Restauraunt in meiner Umgebung zu haben. Vielen lieben Dank für die zahlreichen wundervollen Abende ❤️

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Eines der wenigen Restaurants im Quartier was mir noch keine Magenverstimmung beschert hat und obendrein auch für Mittagessen geöffnet ist. Anregung: Etwas mehr Heizung. Aber das scheint so ein deutsches Ding zu sein. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben zu dritt sehr gut gegessen. Sowohl die Pizza, als auch die Fischgerichte waren lecker und von sehr guter Qualität. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We met up with friends at a restaurant that was quite busy, and we spent a wonderful evening there. The paperless ordering system was particularly impressive, and the chef's remarkable memory was remarkable – he not only remembered the different requests of the six of us, but also recalled them upon request, even after we had finished eating. The food was divine, perfectly timed; we all received our dishes simultaneously and enjoyed a meal in reverent silence. It was a wonderful evening with good friends, with good food. Highly recommended: reservations are a must, and when booking, be sure to ask about any special requests. We will gladly return.

We were invited to a special birthday party, and I would have loved to stay there 😄 The super friendly and welcoming service certainly made it a pleasant experience. Not to mention the humor 🤭 When the food and drinks were served, I would have loved to launch one (or more) anniversary rockets 🚀. Here, the food is cooked and baked with passion and skill 👌 It tasted simply outstanding 💪 👏 It was simply fantastic. I could write so many lines here ✍️, but then I wouldn't be finished tomorrow. I enjoyed every bite and sip 😋 We'd better come back and enjoy and enjoy and enjoy.... The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect here. We went to DaToni for a birthday dinner. Once again, the service was super friendly. The food was amazing. Everything at DaToni is just right, and the prices are reasonable, too.

Excellent value for money, excellent and delicious dishes, a wonderful ambiance, also suitable for family celebrations, and extremely friendly and attentive service staff. It's worth another star for that. Reservations are requested and required.

Although I was only invited as a guest, I was impressed by the friendly, pleasant, and attentive service. The restaurant is superbly organized; every move is perfect, even with a large crowd, the team was always on top of the situation. From the fantastic appetizer platter to the main course, the dishes were lovingly and artistically presented. My recommendation is the Fagottini with walnut and truffle. (To the owners: Please name the dish in full and complete it!) Much is a matter of taste, of course, but here you can feel the passion of the owner and team for the restaurant.

Best pizza, best service, very nice atmosphere. Everything was clean, no complaints. Yes, we were there yesterday and just wanted pizza – even though they offer such great, even unusual dishes. The pizza was the best I've had in years. The service was quick and friendly, even though the entire outdoor area was full at noon on a Friday. I don't know if there were any customers inside. Absolutely recommended; we were there for the third time and would love to come back.

I have been there several times and have not been disappointed yet. I can highly recommend this Ristorante Da Toni.

I confess I arrived at the restaurant a bit in disbelief, at my husband's insistence. This is because we had been here two days in a row before—a Saturday and a Sunday—and couldn't be served because the times listed here on Google are incorrect and the kitchen was no longer open when we arrived. Please, you urgently need to update these kitchen hours! Today, we arrived shortly after opening time, and there were no more seats inside the restaurant. We were directed to the outside tables, and the server advised us to call and reserve a table before coming. The server, Mário, warmly welcomed us; what an example of empathy and proactive service. We were delighted with Mário's exceptional service. His recommendation for the dish "gnocchi ratatouille + burrata" was divine. The dessert he also recommended was actually an assortment of your various desserts and was also impeccably delicious. Mário, thank you for welcoming us and recommending the best dishes and desserts in the restaurant. We are pleased and happy with your recommendations!

The food is delicious, the service attentive and friendly, and the ambiance is overall perfect. Points deducted for the fact that after two hours, we were politely but firmly asked to vacate the table for the next guests waiting; this leaves a negative aftertaste of "profit-optimized service." Our small, completely inconspicuous dog, who obediently lay under the table after greeting our friends, was unfortunately not welcome and would have led to us being moved to another room... Where does something like that happen? We've never experienced anything like it, neither in Germany nor in other European countries! So, despite the good food (at higher prices), we won't be back anytime soon!

Many of my work colleagues recommended the restaurant to me and I was quickly convinced. It was always a successful evening with friends and family, which is why my husband and I spent our after-wedding meal there. We were really happy to be able to celebrate there with a large group! The atmosphere is very cozy, the *employees are all welcoming* and service and arrangements are always very quick. We were thrilled with the service and would choose “Da Toni” again and again. The restaurant with all the trimmings has a special place in our hearts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the team!

We have recently been living in Altenstadt and are thrilled with Da Toni. Very friendly service and whether salad, fish, meat, pasta, pizza...everything tastes excellent! The Tagliatelle Mare, which can often be found on the table, are particularly recommended.

Usually full, and therefore quite noisy. It's just about cozy. Outside, there's little to no separation between people. The food is good, but unfortunately, not as special as it was a few years ago. Recently, the pasta dishes have often been a bit weak in flavor and not always served hot, but the prices are mid-to-high. Some dishes are expensive. In my opinion, that doesn't quite match what you get for them. You don't have to take them; the menu offers more. Nevertheless, at these prices, you become more critical; you expect something special, and that isn't always delivered. Definitely not your average Italian restaurant; you don't just get standard fare here, but something special on your plate. Over the last 30 years, it has evolved from a primarily pizzeria to a stately restaurant. Pizza is rarely seen on the tables here anymore, which used to be the norm. Takeaway sales are no longer the main source of income here either; that's probably handled by other delivery services in the area. One thing I do have to consider negative: the outdoor chairs are worn and uncomfortable. Conclusion I still like it, but it's not like I have to go there every month. It's now down to 1-2 times a year. I think you can tell a bit from the number of visitors.

The food is really very tasty, you could also taste that everything was very fresh and homemade and it was delivered very quickly after ordering. The waitresses were very friendly and memorized everything correctly, the emphasis is on memorized, she didn't write anything down, but was able to bring everything to the table correctly without asking.

There were four of us for dinner. The food, quality and service were outstanding. The staff was very attentive, friendly and always had a smile for us. The ambience is also good. I don't give it 5 stars because the price for some dishes is a bit high. We will definitely eat here again for a special occasion. This restaurant is worth a visit.

We were in this restaurant for the first time. The ambience was great, the service even better. It took an hour from the time the food was ordered until it was delivered, but the restaurant was also full. We were called the evening before, something I've never experienced before, and asked if we would show up with a full number of people. I actually think that's good. The restaurant was running at full capacity, and an hour's wait is not unusual. We felt comfortable, the time passed quickly even with children, and the food was very tasty... the price-performance ratio was also more than right. I will definitely recommend DaToni and will go there again.

Never again!! We were ONLY 3 people. We had to wait 45 minutes for anyone to come to the table and then the waiter wondered why we didn't know what we wanted to eat...we hadn't gotten a card yet! Waited 1 hour for the food. Zero attention as to whether we want to drink again. We then waited another 45 minutes for the bill. By the way, the terrace was empty and only about 1/4 full inside, so hardly any customers. This happened to us twice, definitely not a third time. We'll never go there again.

Disappointing. Both from the food and from the service

Update December 28, 2024: Sad! My wife and I went to Da Toni again. Like my earlier one below. Unfortunately it wasn't a review or rating. It was extremely loud, hectic, the waiters were shouting loudly to each other and there was nothing left of a feel-good atmosphere or a cozy atmosphere. The food was mediocre. When we finally finished, I almost had to beg to pay and was ignored by my waitress for 20 minutes. In the end we just got dressed and I had to go to the counter myself “to be allowed to pay”. It's a real shame but unfortunately true. You can also go to the pub there. My previous review: The best Italian in the entire area. The dishes are simply great and varied. The waitresses are always very nice and very accommodating. The food is simply delicious and always beautifully prepared. We really enjoy going to Da Toni and we have never been disappointed. We are very happy that there is such a good Italian restaurant nearby. Always happy and five full stars with a thumbs up, cream on top and a cherry 🍒 on the side.

Very tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere with very friendly staff.

Disappointing pizza experience! I had high expectations when I ordered pizza from an Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, the disappointment was great. The first glance at the slice of pizza shows how burnt the dough is. The surface has several dark, almost black spots, which clearly indicate excessive heat or inattention during baking. The crust looks dry and hard, rather than light and airy like you would expect from a good Italian pizza. For a restaurant that claims to be “Italian”, this is really disappointing. I would have liked a crispy, golden brown base, juicy topping and authentic taste - unfortunately all I got here was coal.
