I can only recommend this restaurant! The ambience, the service & the food were terrific. When we asked if we could have a rag to clean the window because our little daughter used this window to “play”, the waitress said so “It’s really nice that you brought this up, because hardly anyone does it, but they are children and a child should be a child - we do it ourselves” That was a statement that was simply human and competent! We definitely visit this place often - great!!!

Unfortunately this time we experienced inattentive staff. The order was taken incorrectly and the customer was blamed when serving. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. Some of the meat on the grill plate was very dry, so I wouldn't order it again at that price.

Absolute recommendation, we would never get pizza anywhere else again. We don't often go out to eat/pick something up, but when I do, I like to go to Da mimmo :)

Today we were guests at da mimmo. The selection of food is good, but we missed the children's meals and those after dessert etc. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was good and the service was super nice. Special requests were also fulfilled, thank you again. The look of the restaurant is good, but we didn't get the Italian spark, but it's still chic. I can certainly imagine visiting the restaurant again and trying the pizza, it looked quite appealing. If it still shines with taste, then that would be great :-) Last but not least, my recommendation: optimize the menu and also ask for dessert etc. The latter could also bring in sales ;-) Otherwise, thank you and all the best.

Bitter disappointment... When the restaurant opened years ago, I was very impressed with the food and service. Today I realized it's not what it used to be. The food only tasted like garlic and oil. The lamb strips in the main course had to be searched for and were just like they were cooked in hot water. When it comes to dessert, a picture says more than a thousand words 😫. Even if you only order one scoop of ice cream, can you serve it a little nicer or are my standards too high? A mint leaf, for example, with two pieces of fruit and a waffle would have at least had a small wow effect, but €3 for this mini ball served on two plates is really unbelievable. Everyone knows that the eye is there too. Eating out is a luxury these days given the prices, but then I expect a little more than a few noodles in oil or a dollop of ice cream on two plates. So it's not like it used to be. Really a real shame. It's not easy to deal with criticism from guests, but you can learn from it. Sorry but the disappointment was really big.

I had a great experience at Ristorante Da Mimmo! The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients, a real treat for the taste buds. The dishes with truffles were particularly excellent. The service was also impeccable: the staff was attentive and very friendly, so we felt completely comfortable. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine and quality truffle dishes. I'm already looking forward to my next visit❤️

An Italian in a class of its own! We are frequent guests at Da Mimmo and what particularly stands out here, in addition to the fantastic food, is the always outstanding service. You can tell that this is a family business where everyone has the goal of giving their guests a good time. The food is excellent and there are always changing special offers that are offered in addition to the very extensive menu and leave nothing to be desired! The dishes are all prepared with a lot of love and care and the portions are very generous. Particularly noteworthy is the ambience, which offers a perfect combination of elegance and coziness.

Before eating there was a beer shower (0.4 l Becks) over the pants. The compensation in the form of desserts was not helpful because it had already been communicated that there was no longer any need. Dealing with the mishap was questionable. Even though several service staff apologized, there was no further response. To round things off, the bill for another table (double height) was presented. The food, however, was excellent.

We spontaneously went there for dinner last week and it was delicious. The portions were generous and simply very, very tasty. The menu also said that there are also lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives, so you just have to ask the waiter about it in advance. The staff was very friendly. We really felt comfortable and if we lived in Delmenhorst, we would eat there more often. 😊

Two people. The service was attentive and approachable. The food (pizza) was powerful and delicious. The only negative point was that the seat (bench) was narrow.

I reserved a table online! We only knew this restaurant from friends. After arriving, there were small misunderstandings, but they were soon resolved. Food great! Were a bit disorganized. But still everything is good. Come again!

I think the Italian team is great. Unfortunately, I have to honestly say that a woman with black hair, who apparently is the owner herself, terrorizes the customers without respect and empathy. If you are dissatisfied with your job and feel overwhelmed, it is best to stay at home. Customers don't need service from people with little patience. I would be ashamed if I were you

The Da Mimmo restaurant is a real insider tip for all lovers of Italian cuisine. Particularly noteworthy is the pizza, which is simply perfect - crispy base, fresh ingredients and plenty of toppings. Every single ingredient tastes like pure Italy. The service was also excellent: friendly, attentive and always with a smile. You feel welcome and well looked after right from the start. We ordered catering for our wedding from Da Mimmo. And what should I say?! È stateto meraviglioso!!! From the starter to the main course to the dessert - the food was simply fantastic! All of our guests were thrilled and wanted to know where we ordered the catering. Despite a long journey to the location, the rump steak, for example, was cooked to perfection, super tender and extremely tasty! I'm just sad that I started with the main course and didn't make it to the starter...otherwise my dress would have burst. But all the guests especially raved about the antipasti. Everything worked out wonderfully from an organizational and logistical point of view. Thanks to Vito and team! ❤️

Super delicious gluten-free pizza with homemade dough! Pasta was also possible gluten-free. The normal pizza was also very tasty, and the advice on how spicy it was was very friendly and accommodating. The food arrived very quickly, even though the menu said it might take longer because it was freshly prepared (which is a really good thing!). Versatile menu with changing dishes on the first page, all very appealing. The employees were all very friendly and welcoming! Confident demeanor even towards difficult guests and unjustified criticism at the neighboring table (hats off to you for your friendliness in this situation). We came here quite spontaneously for dinner with our children on March 27th. At first we were unsure whether this was a good idea with our two little ones, but that quickly became relativized. The staff were super friendly, super relaxed and just great. They were there and asked if everything was okay, had fun with the kids and were just great. And not at all intrusive. 😊 We have. We felt completely comfortable yesterday. Unfortunately, such polite and courteous service is no longer a given. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was very cozy. Price-performance was completely okay!

We spontaneously went to DEL to eat: we were kindly offered a table without a reservation. We ordered pizza and a chicken salad. First of all there was bread as an appetizer, which we really enjoyed. In our opinion, the pizza was great, although the rather thick dough takes some getting used to. But - as the menu says - you can also order a thin dough version; The pizza tasted wonderful! The salad (at least € 15.50) disappointed us: the poultry meat (three pieces) was too dry and seasoned without any flavor. The actual salad only consisted of the ingredients listed on the menu and had to be refined by us ourselves with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Here we would have expected a great dressing from the house... at least as an option. We still give it "5 stars" because the restaurant was very busy that evening and all the employees were very busy. We also noticed the friendliness of the team. We see the somewhat “flat” salad as a slip-up.

Super delicious food. The portion sizes were absolutely sufficient. We had bruschetta to share first, and pizza and canelloni as the main course. There were also small, delicious rolls with herb butter from the house. After paying, we also got a delicious chilled Marsala on the house. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. Only the beer in wine glasses was a bit irritating but of course not a big deal 😅. The prices are not cheap, but worth the price. We'll definitely be back :)

The shop is run in a typically Italian manner and the staff is very friendly. The food tastes really good and the homemade oil with lemon is really exceptionally tasty and of good quality.

Ordered for the first time today. Apart from the fact that the service should be good for €8 delivery fees, it was an absolute failure. During delivery, the handle tore off the paper bag and the noodles ended up lying in the hallway. Ok, it can happen. Pasta returned and new after 23 minutes. Unfortunately, the pasta was still a bit away from al dente, and the rest of the dishes weren't really satisfactory either. There may be differences to the restaurant, but almost every other delivery service in Delmenhorst offers this quality at half the price. There is no risk of repetition for us.

Yesterday at lunchtime we were there for the first time this year...lunch menu fish fillet or pork fillet...unfortunately little potatoes (meat), with the fish dish (lemon sauce not tasty) neither potatoes nor rice as a side dish A little bit on the plate for 16 €/per dish...apparently the 19% VAT from 2024 is now making itself felt.. Then you can also eat a la carte. Cappuccino was very good...please come up with something... Service and ambience ok...

We sat in the winter garden, which was well heated so that you could even sit there in a T-shirt. The staff was friendly, had a lot to do and did their best to ensure that everyone had something to eat quickly. The food was tasty, not exceptional but good and the portion size was good for the price! If it's in the neighborhood you're welcome to go there, but it's not that great by car because of the parking in front of the house.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 4 Personen im Restaurant bestellt. Als wir unsere Plätze einnehmen wollten, mussten wir erst warten und wurden wir in den Wintergarten gebeten. Der Tisch wurde erst fertig eingedeckt, als wir schon saßen. Bis wir Getränke bestellen konnten, verging eine lange Wartezeit. Wir bestellten unser Essen gleich mit, um nicht noch einmal warten zu müssen. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber der Service ließ weiterhin zu wünschen Wünschen übrig. Getränke nachzustellen war mit viel Wartezeit verbunden. Auf den Grappa aufs Haus warteten wir ebenfalls ewig.

Wenn nicht hier, wo sonst! Das Essen war einfach grandios, wie in Italien. Es war wie ein kleiner Kurzurlaub. Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll und der Service ist hervorragend! Uns haben sie als Gäste gewonnen.

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier. Es ist ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant zum Wohlfühlen. Die Speisekarte ist auch hier nicht all zu groß, was mir immer sehr entgegen kommt. Der Service war leider sehr hektisch an diesem Abend und dadurch wurde es etwas unentspannt. Mein Essen wurde mit Parmesankäse förmlich "überschüttet", sodass der Geschmack alles übertönte. Der Burger sah leider auch alles andere als appetitlich aus. Für zwei Personen haben wir insgesamt 75 Euro bezahlt, was völlig in Ordnung ist. Sicherlich würde ich nochmal herkommen, aber dann andere Gerichte auswählen.

Habe ein Gericht mit Rinderfiletstreifen bestellt und ein völlig anderes Gericht, das in der Form gar nicht in der Speisekarte enthalten war, und zwar Rinderhack und gekochten Schinken, bekommen. Paprika und Gemüse fehlten komplett. Vielleicht war das in dem Gericht was gerade noch da war oder weg musste an dem Abend. Da wir eine größere Gruppe waren und schon länger gewartet hatten, habe ich mich entschlossen, nichts zu sagen und einfach zu essen. Vielleicht ein Fehler. Schließlich habe ich letztendlich auch Rinderfilet bezahlt. Ich war nicht die einzige am Tisch, die nicht das bekommen hatte, was bestellt wurde. Außerdem wurde ein Diebels alt in einem Weinglas serviert und zwar ohne Krone. Geht gar nicht. Geschmacklich war das Essen gut. Aber insgesamt nicht so dolle wie der Ruf, der dem Restaurant nachgesagt wird. Also aufpassen was tatsächlich bestellt wurde und was serviert wird!

Super leckeres Essen von Vorspeise bis Nachtisch Gerade die Pizzen sind klasse Preise sind gerade noch so in Ordnung, der Service könnte etwas besser sein und ist merkbar Stammkundenorientiert Update November 2023: service absolut überragend, der extrem nette und aufmerksame Kellner hat es geschafft unserer Gruppe von 7 Personen ein echt italienisches Feeling zu bereiten. Essen sehr gut, Pizza etwas dicker Teig aber das macht jeder wie er es gern mag. Preise nach wie vor gehoben aber okay. Immer gern wieder

Das City 4 Two hat uns heute ins Da Mimmo geführt. Auf der Internetseite lockt das Restaurant damit, das das Lieblingsgericht basierend auf eigener Rezeptur zum Highlight wird. Auch die 3D Ansicht auf der Internetseite der Einrichtung machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Reserviert wurde auch über die Internetseite. Einen Tisch für 4 hatten wir bestellt. Vor Ort konnten wir einen von wenigen Park-Plätzen ergattern. Das Restaurant wirkt von außen schick und ich freute mich auf den Besuch. Wir öffneten die Tür und mussten erst einmal Leute raus lassen. Bevor die Hälfte von uns 4 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) drin war, kam schon der Satz: Können Sie bitte reinkommen, ich möchte die Tür schließen. Netter Empfang, lass ich mal so stehen. Als wir unsere Reservierung einer anderen Dame des Hauses nannten, brachte man uns zu einem Tisch in die hinterste Ecke. Neben uns eine lange Tafel mit Gästen und vielen Kindern. Die Luft war drückend. Das Restaurant war voll. Die Tische eng gestellt. Von der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt der Getränke verging wenig Zeit. Das war positiv. Auch das Brot mit Kräuterbutter war sehr lecker. Dann kam mit wenig Wartezeit das Essen. Wir freuten uns und starteten. Die Kinder des langen Tafeltisches krabbelten aber nun lautstark 30 cm an unserem Tisch vorbei. Zwischendurch hielt ich sogar Getränke fest. Wir dachten an unsere Kinder die ja auch ab und zu laut sind, wir dann aber irgendwann einbremsen. Darauf hofften wir auch bei den anderen Gästen. Dann aber krabbelten auch die Erwachsenen auf dem Boden an uns vorbei. Wir konnten es gar nicht glauben. Vom Restaurant kam hier kein Einlenken bzw. eine Bitte. Also sagten wir nun etwas und baten darum auch Rücksicht auf andere Gäste zu nehmen. Meine Lasagne war so lala. Das versprochene Highlight war Sie nicht. Ich nehme überall immer die Lasagne, diese erinnerte mich stellenweise irgendwie an eine fertige Frosta-Lasagne. Die Soße der Penne mit Rucola war leider versalzen, was erst später bei den unteren Nudeln zum Vorschein kam. Die unteren Nudeln somit nicht genießbar. Sie blieben auf dem Teller. Die Pommes waren lecker. Die Spaghetti Bolognese war auch kein Highlight. Der Bolognese-Soße fehlte der Biss. Ob es uns schmeckt wurden wir nicht gefragt, es kam einfach keiner mehr in unsere Ecke. Also aßen wir bis zu einem gewissen Punkt. Der Rest ging zurück. Nachdem wir dann die versalzene Penne angesprochen hatten, brachte man uns einen Nachtisch aufs Haus. Das war dann eine nette Geste. Dann wollten wir bezahlen und es kam zu Rechenfehlern die wir noch begründen und erklärend nachrechnen mussten. Unangenehm. Durch das City 4 Two hatten wir ja eine Vergünstigung. Insgesamt muss ich leider sagen, das war kein schöner Abend, wenn auch das meiste auf die Störenfriede der langen Tafel zurück zu führen ist. Vielleicht sollte das Da Mimmo hier die Platzverhältnisse anders gestalten. Das war wirklich nicht toll in der Ecke da hinten. Wir kommen so schnell wohl nicht wieder.

Essen war nichts besonders. Nudeln mit einfacher Sahnesoße und vom Broccoli nur die Stängel. Das ganze mit fast geschmacklosen Rucola garniert. Das bekomme ich zu Hause sehr viel besser hin. Muss ich nicht nochmal haben .Personal und Ambiente aber gut.

Wir waren das erste Mal da und kommen bestimmt wieder. Alles in allem waren wir begeistert.

Als 10-er Gruppe wurden wir freundlich und zügig bedient, alles Bestellte war nahezu gleichzeitig am Tisch, von Pizza über Penne bis Steak alles dabei. Die Karte gibt für jeden etwas her, besonders sind hier die Dinge für Allergiker bezüglich Gluten und Laktose. Am Tisch konnte man sich sehr gut unterhalten, trotz dessen, dass das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz belegt war.

Molto buono! Wir hatten Gerichte zum abholen bestellt. Am Telefon wurde die Bestellung super freundlich entgegen genommen, alle Sonderwünsche bezüglich veganer Alternativen konnten ohne Wenn und Aber umgesetzt werden. Die Wartezeit betrug ca. 30min, das Essen war bei Abholung fertig und heiß. Die Pizza war sehr, sehr lecker mit dickem fluffigem Teig wie aus Puglia, es war zudem reichlich Belag drauf. Der Burger war auch hervorragend. Einziges Manko, der Salat könnte größer sein für diesen Preis, war aber auch durchweg sehr lecker. Zum Service im Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen, das Ambiente sah auf den ersten Blick auch sehr ansprechend und gemütlich aus. Das war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal dass wir hier gegessen haben! PS ans Restaurant: bitte nehmt die Pizza Hawaii von der Karte 😉

Styling und Ambiente sind sehr modern. Das Essen ist typisch italienisch mit ordentlichen Portionen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und im Restaurant herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Mieser katastrophaler Service. Nie wieder Da Mimmo

Wenn man bei einem Restaurant sagen kann: „Hier geht man gerne hin“ so kann man hier sagen „Hier kann man sich zu Hause fühlen.“ Vito und Martina sind Gastgeber durch und durch. Die Speisen sind von gleichbleibend guter Qualität und die Sonderkarte hält immer besondere Leckereien aus der italienischen internationalen Küche bereit. Hier sind wir seit mehr als 30 Jahren immer gerne.

Zum ersten Mal heute hier und wir sind schwer begeistert! Meine Pizza Antipasti war sowas von lecker und das Zwiebelcrostine vorweg hat den ganzen Tisch begeistert (leider kein Foto möglich gewesen). Heute (15.9.) Zum 2. Mal dort gewesen. Die Pizza war wieder sehr lecker. Jedoch hat der Service etwas gelitten. Wir waren zu sechst...nach der Vorspeise wurde einem mitgeteilt, dass der bestellte Fisch leider aus ist. Daher war die Wartezeit zwischen den Gängen etwas länger. Nach dem Essen wurde zwar fix abgeräumt, aber keine Nachfrage, ob es geschmeckt hat oder ob wir noch einen Nachtisch wollten. Nach längerer Zeit haben wir dann noch einen Kaffee bestellt. Eine Flasche Wein war erst nicht verfügbar, stand am Ende doch auf der Rechnung. Was sich aber dann auch geklärt hat. Vom Service her ist noch Luft nach oben...aber vielleicht werden Stammgäste auch anders behandelt. Wir werden jedenfalls keine werden.

Das Da Mimmo ist eines der wenigen Lokale in Delmenhorst von denen man sagen kann, dass es hochwertig ist! Das Personal ist immer freundlich und bemüht, allem gerecht zu werden. Sicher ist es mal sehr voll und das eine oder andere geht im Trubel unter aber auf eine freundliche Nachfrage wird stets freundlich reagiert. Das Essen ist wahnsinnig gut! Qualitativ, frisch und top zubereitet! Das Restaurant ist immer sauber und ordentlich. Ich bin begeistert und bleibe weiterhin empfehlender Gast! 🫶🏻
