Ristorante Da Michele in Marsberg

The place is very cozy, clean, and the coffee is good. The food was very average. The pizzas were formed on baking sheets and had a thick, firm crust. The herb butter and sauces tasted like Maggi. So, unfortunately, the memories of our Italian vacation didn't come flooding back.

The pizza dough was too thick. An Italian chef usually does things quite differently. The seafood pizza had no garlic or oregano. Every kebab shop does it better. The three-figure bill included the cardboard box for takeout. I've never seen that in Germany.

I went there spontaneously, and they quickly found me a seat even without a reservation. I had an appetizer, main course, and dessert. A relaxed atmosphere in a sophisticated setting, fast and friendly service, and authentic Italian food. Reservations are recommended. Thank you very much!

We waited an hour for our food. It wasn't fresh either. There was no difference between the kids' food and regular food.

I visited this Italian restaurant with high expectations, as Italian cuisine is usually known for its quality. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't very pleasant. The pizza I ordered was undercooked in the middle, which completely ruined the taste and quality of the dish. The ambiance and service were fine, but in an Italian restaurant, I would have expected an authentic and well-cooked pizza. Perhaps it was a one-time mistake in the kitchen, but for me, it was disappointing. I hope they pay more attention to the cooking in the future, as the other ingredients seemed to be of high quality.

We had lunch today. It was delicious. The service was very friendly. The prices were reasonable. We will be back.

The pizzas were delicious! The herb butter was also very tasty. The carpaccio bruschetta, on the other hand, unfortunately tasted exclusively of balsamic vinegar, which wasn't even listed on the menu. The drinks were unfortunately only slightly cold (on a hot summer day), and the extra water cooler was warm, making it essentially useless. The service was friendly but could have been more attentive. Our table also wobbled a bit and wasn't particularly clean. The kitchen bell rang whenever new food was ready. Since it was quite busy at the time of our visit, it seemed to ring every two minutes. In conclusion: The food was good, but there were a lot of minor annoyances that added up. Whether we'll be back is still unclear.

As always, top service and high-quality food at fair prices. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. We were neither greeted nor noticed – despite several attempts to make eye contact with the staff. After a good five minutes without any greeting or drinks, we left the restaurant. I've never experienced anything like it – service begins with attention, and that was simply not there here. What a shame.

We came here on a Monday because all the other restaurants in town were closed. Our landlady recommended it. Luckily, we made a reservation in advance. We received a very friendly welcome. The kitchen served pizza rolls with herb butter. The house red wine and the pizza we ordered were very good. Freshly prepared and well-topped. Definitely a recommendation.

A very nice, authentic Italian restaurant that I highly recommend. The food was simply delicious; you felt like you were in Italy. Excellent quality and a good selection of Italian dishes. Very friendly service. A family-run restaurant that puts its heart and soul into it. I would come back again and again.

This was by far the tastiest meal we've had in the area! The service and the owner were all super friendly. They're real Italians, and you can really feel the love they have for what they do. This family-run business is passionate about what they do. You made us very, very happy. Thank you!

Always good, hopefully you establish yourself permanently. The pizza 🍕 was top notch again today. Update 04-25 The food was good, but the price is higher.

Unfortunately, our visit didn't impress us at all. The service was completely overwhelmed, as they constantly had to take phone orders, which were then handed out and paid for upon pickup. We sat for ages with empty glasses while eating. The excessive noise in the restaurant was also annoying. It certainly wasn't a cozy dinner. The menu was okay. Who needs bruschetta in countless different variations? Why snails? And please, please leave out the 90s balsamic cream. Likewise, the whipped cream on the desserts. If they're offering ice cream, how about limoncello ice cream or an affogato? At least there are a few different main courses on the daily menu. Fresh fish, pasta, seafood, etc., at fair prices. Nevertheless, if we want good Italian food (beyond pizzas, lasagna, etc.), we'd rather go to the competition.

My daughter didn't quite finish her pizza. We took the rest with us. At home I discovered that even the pizza box had been charged. I paid over 100 euros. I find it a bit outrageous.

My favorite restaurant in Marsberg

We wanted to eat at the restaurant on Sunday at 1:45 p.m. When I asked for a table I was literally shouted at, which is why I thought it was too late. After all, she wants to take her break promptly at 2:30 p.m. In principle that would be understandable, but the sound makes the music.

Absolutely recommended, very tasty food that I've rarely had the chance to experience in a "pizzeria"! Very good service too, 5 stars plus ✨✨✨

At first we didn't get a table in the inside room, everything was reserved. Only outside, when we said goodbye, there was a nice table free inside. The food was good. The tomato soup is great. Pizza selection large 29 cm and small. The service seemed a bit lackluster. A lot was going on.

Here you can order and pick up something or spend a nice evening with friends. You can also rent the venue for events such as weddings. You can easily stop here. Best regards

So far I've always been happy when we had food on site or to take away. Although it feels like the quality has decreased recently. The taste of the pizza used to be better. The lasange was half sauce half pasta with some minced meat. But that was some time ago. Yesterday we ate there, apart from the wait until we could eat, I had a gyros pizza, speciale, on which I felt like I had to look for the gyros meat. My wife had a fish from the daily menu. The offer to ask the chef to fillet the fish was accepted; he should have saved it. My wife removed a handful of bones and the back fin from the fish. Simply tearing the skeleton out of the fish is not filleting. That's what the fish looked like on the plate... When this was addressed in the service, only one statement aka: "That's just the way it is". The disaster came with the drinks: The Altbier, which was served in a bottle with a mushroom cuff, was still acceptable, but a look at the back showed that it had expired for over a month (best before date October 15, 2023 on November 18, 2023). When asked about the condition: You couldn't help it if the beer had expired, you knew that, but it would have already expired when it was delivered. Sorry, but that's an absolute no-go! Then it's better to say that they don't have any Altbier or that it's out. To make matters worse, it was then calculated. Sorry, that was it for me. No Recommendations for such restaurants. btw. At the neighboring table the spaghetti was even exchanged, which apparently wasn't okay either (that's in an Italian restaurant).

We were there with a group. Everyone had a different dish. EVERYTHING tasted excellent. Everyone was extremely satisfied. A beautifully decorated long table was prepared for us. Thanks! As always, we would love to come back 👍🙂🙋‍♂️

Delicious food, nice staff. Acoustics very loud when there are many guests. Then you can hardly have a conversation. Maybe put up more larger plants for soundproofing.

We ordered some pizzas to pick up, communication on the phone was problem-free and the pick-up time mentioned was also right. The pizzas were all tasty and hot too. "You cant complain :)" It looked cozy inside too.

Very nice service, but unfortunately the pizzas were still raw in terms of dough. Unfortunately, the noodles weren't the best choice either.

A really great restaurant! As a native of Marsberg and have been in Paderborn for over 15 years, we come to Da Michele every now and then, despite the much higher density of restaurants there. In the summer we even dined there with 20 people after our wedding. Everything was perfect, friendliness, service and especially the food. Exactly as agreed, our expectations were actually exceeded. A la carte is also always great, as are the daily specials. Da Michele is truly an asset to Marsberg. Thank you!!

Im Restaurant Da Michele in Marsberg haben wir lecker gegessen. Start mit einem Gruß aus der Küche (Bruschetta und Pizzabrötchen), gefolgt von Carpaccio, Risotto, frischem Fisch und Nudeln. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Empfehlenswert, wenn man gut italienisch essen möchte. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit wieder vorbei.

Leckeres italienisches Essen und sehr netter, guter Service!

Alles wunderbar, sehr zuvorkommend und auch kinderlieb.Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portion war genau richtig. Ich komme im Mai zur Hochzeit meines Bruders und seiner Frau sehr gerne wieder.

Ich hatte eine Pizza mit 4 Käsesorten. Schon der Rand war super, sehr locker. Die Pizza war perfekt gebacken und sehr reichhaltig und lecker belegt. Das Essen kam schnell, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Und auch das Ambiente war sehr geschmackvoll. Allerdings sollte der Tisch vorbestellt werden. Insgesamt so gut, dass ich dort sicher öfters essen werde.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr nett, bedienen fast zeitnahe mit betreten des Restaurants, immer freundlich, sehr ordentlich und sauber das Personal ist Distanziert aber auch zugleich schnell da wenn man was Brauch genau richtig für essen und Privatsphäre. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker die Preise passen wirklich gut zu den Portionen, das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr einladend, und schön warm anzusehen, gehe dort sehr gerne hin. Wieder sehr leckeres Essen in tollem Ambiente genossen. Als Amuse-Guele gab es Bruschetta und Pizzabrötchen. 👌🏾 Wir hatten Speisen aus verschiedenen Kategorien gewählt und wir waren alle begeistert. Eine Reservierung wird empfohlen, da es sehr gut besucht ist.
