The service was very friendly and quick. The food was very good and the portions were plentiful. So, I definitely recommend it 😁

We were there a few days ago and wanted to sit in the shade, but we weren't helped: they didn't put up any umbrellas, nor did they move a table into the shade. We ended up having to do it ourselves, as we weren't allowed to sit at a table for six, which was the only one still in the shade. Then a few menus and the ice cream menu were thrown onto the table. Not a minute later, another waiter came and was about to take our food order, but we were just opening the menu. The food arrived quickly, but no one asked if it was tasty, if there was anything missing, or anything else. Salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, and Parmesan cheese were all placed on the table without a word. We received a much friendlier and more courteous service, even here. The toilet seat was also completely missing, which was the icing on the cake. This time there was no tip – the seemingly arrogant way we were treated doesn't suit the hospitality industry. Conclusion: 1 star deducted for the service and 1 star deducted for the restroom. It could be much better!

A very good restaurant on the island of Ried, offering a wide range of dishes: appetizers and salads, main courses, and desserts. I had one of the daily specials: Gorgonzola Lasagna. Very filling, but delicious and out of the ordinary. My companion had the Sorrento Salad without ham and with oil instead of dressing, light and delicious. For dessert, there was ice cream and a cocktail. There was something for everyone. We sat outside and enjoyed the last rays of sunshine with a glass of wine. A lovely end to the day. 👌

Not really, waiters were quite curt even though there was little going on. My wife's cheesecake was good. The bruschetta with mozzarella, ham and mushrooms was nothing. Tomato was an imposition to tasteless cold storage tomatoes. The taste of the mushrooms is non-existent. The rest is OK, but the seasoning of the rest is rather bland...

Everything was almost perfect. The pinsa was the best ever, the rigatoni alforno very good and the bruschetti were fresh, crunchy and high quality. Only the head waiter is a bit strange.

A heterogeneous experience. Correct and good cuisine but servers either bitter or unfocused. On 2 visits, the server made a mistake 2x. Otherwise the setting is really beautiful and the decor pleasant. It's a nice stopover without being an obligatory stop.

Was rude!!! We had a great time! Felt uncomfortable and won't come back because of him. Older gentleman, (blue?), round glasses, black hair. Not even properly greeted...we came with our little son. There wasn't a high chair in sight, so until we found one we took a neighboring table chair (no one was sitting there) and sat on it. When we were sitting in peace, the waiter came, arrogantly shook his head and "threw" the menus on the table, not even giving them to us. We then quickly looked around for a high chair, which we do anyway The waiter came at the same moment and angrily took the 3rd chair that had been provided and said indignantly that he could now use the table from which we had removed the chair. I understand that is important. Nevertheless, they could have brought us a children's chair directly at the beginning (I know a few restaurants where this is the case. That would have been really great service...), or they could have asked us in a friendly manner But we should have gotten one IMMEDIATELY ;) Then the good man wouldn't have had to be upset...we were there in the restaurant for the first time and couldn't find a child's chair even when we did In the end, when he asked if the food was tasty and honest, he wasn't really constructive, but rather mushy...that the pizza should be so dry...specialty...that's how it should be. But the atmosphere was very nice. Beautiful in the Donauwörther Ried. On the water. In short...I wasn't really impressed. And we won't be coming back. The other staff, who unfortunately didn't serve us, looked really great from afar!!! Friendlier.

Unfreundlich ohne Ende, wie ich es in einem Restaurant bis jetzt noch nie erlebt habe, das Essen teuer und überhaupt nichts besonderes geschmacklich. Einziges Glück was sie haben, ist die top Lage. Wir werden diese Pizzeria auf jeden Fall nicht mehr betreten!!!

The service (older gentleman with blue glasses and short hair) was EXTREMELY unfriendly. No smile, no proper greeting, no “bon appetit”, no decorum. As a guest you don't have to put up with such passive-aggressive behavior and disrespect. First and last time in this restaurant.

My husband and I took an extra 80 km detour today because we have often eaten well in this pizzeria. But unfortunately we were really disappointed this time. The waitress (only server 5 was listed on the bill) often made fun of us because we had ordered bruschetta, pizza, salad and lasagne. We were hungry and wanted to take the leftovers with us for the next day. I haven't experienced such rude, arrogant service in a long time. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste as good as usual. Everything was very tasteless. Bruschetta bread wasn't warm/toasted and the tomatoes tasted old. Salt and pepper were only made available to us after repeated requests and for a limited period of time. Even when paying, the waitress (No. 5) asked scornfully whether you had done everything... It's a real shame, but we'll definitely never go there again!!

Although the food was really very good, I can't give it more than 1 star because the behavior of the waiters was unpleasant from start to finish. Every time we interacted with the waiters, a cheeky comment or joke was made at our expense to the amusement of the staff. Our waiter supposedly couldn't speak German and was amused by how we tried to order in English. My companion's order was also wrong (perhaps they should have listened rather than laughed at us), but what he brought was much better anyway. Other guests had their food packed up and we were allowed to do it ourselves at the table and burn our hands on the hot dish. To top it all off, our tip was rejected with “I don't have any change, it's fine.” because they were too lazy to give out €4 instead of a €5 note. I have no idea what problem they had with us. Maybe it was because we were 2 women and didn't feel like going to the comedy show. If a man had been there, there might have been more respect. Even though it was delicious, we will definitely never come back.

Quiet and pretty location by the water, away from the very noisy main street. Very friendly service. My beef fillet was of first-class quality, the side dishes were cooked to perfection, and the portion was surprisingly large. Terrific. The dishes my companions served were also very good. The place is always busy for the time, no matter when we set up. The rooms inside or the terrace outside are suitable for any weather and are always looked after by a sufficient number of good staff. The food offers a wide selection, but still always has lots of fresh ingredients. Ice cream to take away always works without any problems as a dessert, even if everything is full and the kitchen is glowing red. Drinks are good and the waiters know what wine tastes like. Prices are cheap for a poor Stuttgarter, and for others cheaper than the quality corresponds. Amount of food: plan to take some with you for the next day.

Today I once again had a very positive experience at Cafe Raffaello because of the great staff. Eating out with two small children is often quite stressful and we broke two full glasses in a short space of time. The waitresses handled the situation in a very relaxed manner and had a funny, friendly saying in store. Extremely hospitable and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. Families are warmly welcome here. Regardless, there are 33cm large and good wood-fired pizzas at fair prices in a charming outdoor area. A perfect setting for a good meal, a very good restaurant.

Very nice Italian restaurant on two levels in the middle of the city. There is a parking garage right next to it and also on a kind of market square. You can also sit outside. The typical Italian dishes are very good and really filling. One can certainly speak of an “upscale” pizzeria.

Food ordered didn't contain all the ingredients it was supposed to have. Italian-speaking staff had fun when we got more peppers instead of artichokes!!!...no need to say more. Never again!!!

After a long, tough day at school, our heads were full and our stomachs were empty. At the end of the day we decided to change that and chose the Rafaello. After a short drive, we were welcomed by a beautiful architectural masterpiece on the Danube, with amazing decorations such as ornaments. The service was absolutely courteous and friendly, no request was denied to us. The food was top class in terms of taste and presentation. An evening at Rafaello is a successful evening.

If you want to experience unfriendliness and arrogance in person, you should stop by here. We've tried eating ice cream here a few times with our children, outside in the summer and inside in the winter. Unfortunately, we always came across the same Mr. Head Waiter (or whatever), who is often highlighted in other reviews for his "nice" nature. It's unbelievable how condescendingly he treats you as a guest here. He'd be better off looking for a job without contact with people. Although the price/performance ratio is quite okay, we will for this reason avoid further visits in the future. There is a point of grace for his colleague, who really tried to be friendly and serviceful, as well as the beautiful location of the restaurant.

Price performance is right, food tasted good, elegant furnishings. It's worth a visit, but you shouldn't expect a noble Italian restaurant
