Eating BEFORE the performance is already part of the "ritual"

Nach > 75 Besuchen in ca. 20 Jahren, bei denen es in den letzten Jahren immer wieder an Freundlichkeit, Service, Qualität und Neuem gefehlt hat, war dieser Besuch endlich wieder eine erfreuliche Ausnahme. Der Außenbereich ist nach wie vor toll, die durchgesessenen Möbel wurden großteils getauscht, Cocktails sind wieder nach Lehrbuch, das Personal zuvorkommend. Die Gerichte haben sich preislich seit unserem ersten Besuch fast verdoppelt, quantitativ ist das genaue Gegenteil der Fall. Geschmacklich sind sie okay. Wir lassen es mal wieder auf einen Versuch ankommen.

It has nothing to do with good food. Chili chicken was just a bit of fried chicken with a cheap sweet and sour sauce. Nothing that tasty.

My favorite kebab man, I've been getting my kebabs from him since he was still selling them from his little cart behind the Edeka supermarket. I've always been satisfied. I can't understand the negative comments at all, because he also has to keep up with the times, and thankfully, the staff isn't robots yet. You always get a friendly smile, even if you're just shopping at Edeka. My dears, you get your kebab the way you want it, it still tastes really good, and the gentlemen are always open for a nice little chat☺️

After a wait of almost two hours, I received a pizza that had actually been made an hour earlier. It was nothing like a fresh pizza. After calling, I was told to pick up another pizza because apparently there were no more drivers. I returned it and, lo and behold, all the drivers were there. And when they told me to put it in the oven for a while and warm it up, I demanded my money and ordered my pizza from a very good pizzeria. I'll never order from here again. Not recommended.
