I wanted to give you a big shout out! The food really tasted great and the staff were incredibly friendly. I can recommend you with a clear conscience.

I can't judge the ambience, we ordered food. But everything came super fresh, even the fries were still crunchy, good large portions and really tasty. Will definitely order there more often!

Terrible visit! Service was unfriendly and extremely slow. Food came cold, tasteless and looked unappetizing. Restaurant was dirty, loud and uncomfortable. Never again!

Unfortunately, our order yesterday was an absolute failure. We ordered food with friends, but all three dishes arrived wrong. The delivery person also rang our neighbor's doorbell three times, even though I clearly stated my last name. The worst thing was that we were overcharged by 5 euros. After this experience I will definitely not order from here again.

Great place with delicious food

Ordered food here and it only arrived after waiting over 2 HOURS. Of course it was totally cold and no longer edible. When we called where the food was, all we got was a very unfriendly: "The driver is on the way".

Very tasty food and friendly staff/drivers. I order there often and have never had any problems, the food always arrives quickly and warm. Telephone contact also works great if you have any questions. Can only recommend the store.

I have a whole 80!!!!!!!!! Waited minutes for my food even though it said 35 minutes! After calling the store, I was just rudely told off that the driver was on the way (standard answer!!!!) Finally the food came, the burger was sticky, but at least it still had some flavor. The fries were so soggy and inedible that I had to throw them away!!!!!! I would have liked to give 0 stars! I will never order from there again or recommend it to others! Shame about the money!!!!!!!!

Deliver late, deliver incorrectly and then want more money for the replacement. Never again and I will also advise family and friends away from these bad shops.

Definitely not ordering, had a falafel dürum, after 2 bites I almost threw up because of the smell, falafel smells expired and the vegetables were probably from 5 days ago and were just left in the sun, they also tasted spoiled and disgusting. I really don't understand how you can prepare something like that as food and give it to people. It would probably be best if the health department stopped by

The food was disgusting and inedible. It's a miracle this store still exists. The food smelled so bad that I almost threw up. Food was thrown away after tasting. The kitchen should be ashamed of itself. I'm so stunned and have a stomach ache even though I've only tried it.

It's a shame that all the Lieferando orders drag down the overall rating so much. The store is really great.

Placed an order 9 days ago at 5:45 p.m. Unfortunately I would now like to complain about the disappointing service I experienced. After a wait of over 1.5 hours, I called Rhein Grill at 7:20 p.m. to ask where my order was. The agent on the phone claimed that my food had already been delivered and even took a photo of my kitchen as proof of this. The photo that was supposed to show my kitchen does not reflect my reality. It's obvious that my food wasn't delivered and no one was here to hand it over. When I told the employee that the photo did not show my kitchen and that I had not received my food, I was treated unkindly without properly addressing my complaint. Since I had paid directly in advance via Paypal, my money was gone! And the food wasn't there! I then wrote a complaint email to lieferando.de, they quickly resolved my issue! Thank you again for that. If I had the applications in front of me Read through the order, I would never have ordered here!!!!

Food TOP, delivery time flop. We've had to wait several times (!) 90-120 minutes for our food and when we called afterwards the only thing that came back was: Yes, we have a lot to do. It's a shame, now we'll look for another snack bar.

I ordered from Liferando and have to say it was my last order from Rheingrill. I ordered a kebab that simply didn't taste like anything. The meat was soggy and didn't taste like anything and looked very bleak from the look of it. The sauces were catastrophic and... It simply tasted like chemicals and the kebab bread wasn't even crispy, it was simply untoasted flatbread and the kebab had been cold. I also ordered fries special and I have to say yes, they are fries special but the fries are soggy, how can you Please screw up the fries, the fries taste like they've been lying around in the store for a while and the curry sauce also tastes like pure chemicals. Any person in their right mind would be tempted to order them from Rhein Grill.

Nice place to eat and meet up with friends. Good pizza. The base could have been even crisper. Fast delivery. Uncomplicated and very, very friendly people.

We were told 20 minutes delivery time. After calling twice and after 2 hours the food arrived. Of course everything was cold, the taste was a disaster and out of 3 small orders, 2 were even wrong. Never again. Really a joke.

We ordered 2 kebab menus today. First of all I would like to say that the driver was great and very friendly and accommodating. One kebab was okay, the other had ingredients on it that weren't ordered. Since my wife is allergic to pepperoni, we had to complain about her kebab over the phone. During the phone call things got really wild and bottom drawer. During our complaint the head chef was heard shouting from the kitchen that we were trying to rip him off and cheat him. If you are unable to read a simple order properly, you should change careers or at least shut up when a complaint comes in. We have my wife to thank for not driving there ourselves to ram this dirty kebab into the chef's chewing bar. Meanwhile, 2 out of 3 orders were wrong and the food bordered on bodily harm. We'll never order there again, we'd rather get a canned ravioli, at least then you know what you're getting. Absolutely dirty shop that should be blown up. You only have your driver to thank for the star.

Habe eine Pizza bestellt(sieht ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern),sehr schlecht hab sie nicht mal aufgegessen. Der Boden war so hart dass man sich das Zahnfleisch aufschneiden konnte. Die Lieferung war 25 Minuten zu spät. Insgesamt 75 Minuten auf eine einzige Pizza gewartet. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen das ist das schlechteste Restaurant das ich je gesehen habe.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Essen, bisher keine Probleme gehabt. Das Essen war immer richtig gemacht, warm und die Cola kalt.

Essen war nicht lecker. Auf Bestellung 1,5 Stunden gewartet. War das letzte mal das wir bestellt haben.

W czwartek 20.07 kupiony döner w bułce. Po około 2 godzinach po spożyciu wystąpiły pierwsze objawy zatrucia, nudności. Później tylko gorzej. W piątek konieczna była wizyta u lekarza z powodu odwodnienia organizmu. Nie zaryzykuje zjedzenia już tutaj czegokolwiek.

Am liebsten würde ich diesen Laden null Sterne geben, aber es geht anders nicht so Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr respektlos und sehr unhöflich. Habe da fünf mal bestellt. Bei diesen fünf mal den hab ich sehr viel erlebt. Das erste Mal ich musste sehr lange warten und das Essen war kalt und da das geliefert hat gesagt, dass er kein Rückgeld hat machen Auge zu mach Trinkgeld hat er gesagt beim zweiten Mal, als ich da bestellt habe wurde fast meine Nachbarin überfahren beim dritten Mal hat es 4 Stunden gedauert, bis ich meine Lieferung bekommen beim vierten Mal hab ich selber abgeholt und dann wird er nicht mit freundlichen Händen behandelt sie schreien ein an beim fünften Mal und das bleibt jetzt auch das letzte Mal hab ich zwei Getränke bestellt mit ein Döner die beiden Getränke habe ich nie gesehen also so etwas erleben will, kann gerne da bestellen. Aber wenn das nicht erleben willst oder nicht bestel macht euch eine eigene Meinung von diesem Drecksladen

Bestes Dönerfleisch was ich gegessen habe , zart &ohne knorpel undso. Dönertasche bis unten gleichmäßig mit Gemüße und Soße alles saftig und Lecker. Magarita auch Top!!!

Die Bestellung kommt jedes Mal falsch Trotz 3 mal Abgleich am Telefon und dann noch unfreundlich am Telefon das schlimmste ist noch die sinnlose Frage. Was machen wir dann jetzt? Das kann ich nochmal beantworten vll können die ja lesen Zum Beispiel eine entschädigungs Leistung bringen. Wäre denke ich mal angebracht oder Leute die die deutsche Sprache

Lieferzeit doppelt so lang wie angegeben, Essen kam kalt, falscher Inhalt, ungenießbar. Fahrer unverschämt und versucht beim Wechselgeld zu feilschen.

2 Döner bestellt. Geliefert wurde nach 2,5 Stunden und mehrfachem Nachfragen (Antwort jedesmal: Fahrer ist gerade losgefahren... bla bla). Es kamen 2 kalte Döner mit komplett falschem Inhalt an. Falsche Soße, falsches und verbranntes+trockenes Fleisch, Brot komplett weich und voll mit Soße vollgesogen. Als ob der Döner 2 Std durch Duisburg gefahren wurde, bevor er bei uns ankam. (Wir wohnen nur 2 Straßen weiter) Fahrer weigert sich Wechselgeld zu geben, weil er angeblich nur Scheine hätte. Als ich ihm gesagt hab, dass er dann das Essen wieder mitnehmen kann, hatte er plötzlich doch Wechselgeld. What the hell is wrong with you?

Essen wurde innerhalb von 20 min geliefert aber leider kalt. Nun schon das zweite mal dort bestellt und leider unzufrieden.

Lieferant war mega mega freundlich, bester dürum den wir je gegessen haben und das essen war auch schnell da. Komplett einwandfrei!

Der Fahrer zockt ab. Sagt, er hätte nur Scheine und kassiert so 4,50 Euro anstatt 1,50 Euro Trinkgeld. Das geht gar nicht.

Wir haben uns auf die guten Bewertungen bei Lieferando verlassen und haben dem Rhein Grill eine Chance gegeben. Sonntags gegen 19 Uhr bestellt. Lieferzeit war okay für ein Sonntag (ca.50min). 4 Gerichte bestellt: - kleine Pizza Hollandaise mit Brokkoli - Döner Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat - Pasta Carbonara - gefüllte Pizzabrötzchen mit Schinken Kommen wir zu der Pizza Hollandaise mit Brokkoli - Sehr wenig Fleisch - kein Brokkoli (obwohl extra bezahlt) - sehr labbrig - Sauce Hollandaise wurde einfach auf den Käse verschmiert Im Endeffekt fettige, labbrige Pizza Margherita für 7,50€ Döner Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat -Schnitzel (TK, habe auch nichts anderes erwartet), kaum Dönerfleisch drauf -Pommes labbrig und lauwarm Salat ohne Dressing Pasta Carbonara - Tagliatelle zerkocht - Sahnesauce sehr salzig - Geschmacklich schlecht gefüllte Pizzabrötchen mit Schinken - waren okay - Kräutersauce (fraglich zu den Pizzabrötchen. War eher ein Dressing für ein Salat) Im Endeffekt 32,50€ für schlechtes Essen

Der Döner ist sehr gut. Die Pizza ist auch gut.

Ich weiß nicht ob die Mitarbeiter nicht lesen können oder zu inkompetent sind,aber unsere Döner wurden mit allem belegt, obwohl wir klar und deutlich angekreuzt haben was wir NICHT wollen.Die Mitarbeiter haben anscheinend einfach alles drauf geklatscht.Als das Essen ankam war alles kalt und ungenießbar.Am liebsten würde ich null Sterne geben.Nie wieder!

Pizza bestellt...Belag ist abgezählt. Sehr,sehr schade. War am Anfang deutlich besser. Werden leider dort nicht bestellen. Leider ist auch Oregano wohl ausgegangen. Nicht mehr empfehlenswert.

Preis Leistung teuer. Hat zwar geschmeckt, aber Pizza wenig drauf. Typisch eher Italienisch (Würd ich sagen), wenig Belag, nix drauf. Teurer Kurs.

Diesmal hab ich die schnauze voll. Anscheinend wechseln die Mitarbeiter ihre position als koch. Mal ist das Essen gut, mal nicht . Diesmal hab ich eine Pizza bekommen mit fast 1 cm Käse Belag . Gar nicht genießbar . Hab versucht telfonisch zu klären das die pizza nicht so in Ordnung ist. Als Antwort bekomme ich . Das ist normal das die pizza so viel käse drauf bekommt . Wahr das letzte mal das die mein Geld für so ein Service bekommen haben . Schade das ich kein Foto hochladen kann.

Würde gerne 5 Sterne geben, aber kann leider nur 3 Sterne geben. Die Burger die auf der Speisekarte stehen sind viel zu überteuert. Sind ganz einfache Burger. Pide Hackfleisch ist genau wie pide Käse. Hackfleisch ist weit und breit nicht zu sehen. Das ist die gleiche Mischung wie von lahmacun.

Essen wurde für eine Uhrzeit vorbestellt und es kam trotzdem 20 Minuten später. Falsche Bestellung wurde geliefert. Zur Krönung gab es im Essen ein Stück Einweg Handschuh mitgeliefert.

Einfach lecker! Ich hatte eine super großzügig gefüllte Falafel-Tasche, geschmacklich unschlagbar. Der Döner soll laut meinem Mann genauso fantastisch schmecken. Pizza und Pizzabrötchen die unsere Kinder hatten waren ebenfalls lecker. Vor allem die Pizzabrötchen schmeckten wie frisch gebacken und sind auch ein paar Stunden später kalt super. Wir bestellen gerne sehr bald wieder!

Nicht zu Empfehlen Geschmacklich nicht so Gut Portionen auch sehr klein Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sehr schlecht Sehr Lange Wartezeit ! Auf Nachfrage ob das Essen noch geliefert werde sehr unfreundliches Personal

Super lecker, die Döner Pizza ist richtig gut und mega lecker. Genauso Dönerfleisch und die Pommes sind nach Lieferung immer noch knusprig

Für mich leider nicht zu empfehlen. Von 5 Bestellungen waren 3 falsch und eine hat gefehlt. Auf dem Dönerteller waren die Pommes abgezählt und mini Portionen. Vom Geschmack naja.

Einfach 1a Sehr nett und freundlich Pizza Mega lecker Teig und alle Zutaten sehr frisch Der Döner auch ein muss bei dem leckeren Fleisch und den Soßen Alles frisch da und eine große Auswahl an Getränken

Kurz gesagt einfach der absolute Hammer

Der Döner schmeckt einfach der Hammer. Habe auch Nudeln mit hollaindaise Broccoli und Hähnchenbrust gegessen. Hat super geschmeckt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Ambiente ist angenehm. Im großen und ganzen würde ich mir mehr von solchen Restaurants wünschen. Deswegen von mir auch 5 Sterne. Überzeugt euch selber und lasst es euch schmecken.
