The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect. The food is fresh, very tasty, and highly recommended. We had the veggie doner and the meat doner and were absolutely thrilled. Even if you're very hungry, it's absolutely plentiful. And everything is very hygienic. You're in good hands here. Reservations are recommended on Sundays.

Even though the shop wasn't even full, we waited a very long time. The service was absolutely terrible. We ordered beyti, and the yogurt was simply bad. We were told that they had tried it and it was fine.

This was already my second attempt to give this restaurant a chance – and unfortunately, I was once again bitterly disappointed. Upon arrival, the same waiter again stood out negatively, clearly not bothered to greet guests promptly or even acknowledge them. After what felt like an eternity – about 15 minutes – I finally got the menu myself, as there was no response from the staff. The waiter moves at such a slow and listless pace that you can't help but wonder if he simply doesn't care about his work. And this despite the fact that the place was minimally staffed at the time (5-6 tables). Even this low occupancy already seems to be overwhelming him. The order was finally taken – without a smile, without a single word. The communication is monosyllabic, emotionless, and in no way guest-oriented. There is no question of warmth or attentiveness here. The food itself tastes fine, but it's not a WOW! A gastronomic experience depends not only on the cuisine, but also on the service – and unfortunately, that is completely unacceptable here. Conclusion: If you value friendly, prompt service, and a pleasant atmosphere, you'd be better off looking for an alternative. Very disappointing – and definitely my last visit.

We were there, 17 people in total, including the whole family, and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening! Everything went smoothly, even with the reservation. We received a warm welcome; the chef even came by to greet us – a very nice gesture! The service was super friendly, attentive, and very attentive, despite the large group. The wait for the food was pleasantly short, and everything arrived promptly and at the same time, perfectly organized! The atmosphere is good. Service has deteriorated significantly compared to the past. Just like the food, the doner bread is dry and the toppings are very poor. Sad what's become of Reyna. I used to eat there several times a week, but this is probably the last time for now. Hope it improves. Correcting to 1 star, thanks for the doner with completely dry bread.

Best Turkish restaurant in Bad Oeynhausen and the surrounding area. I've eaten here several times. The dishes are all freshly prepared on the grill and taste fantastic. The mixed grill platter is especially recommended. The owner and all the staff are also very friendly and accommodating. A top-notch restaurant!

Disappointing service – poor communication! We ordered food to take away, including two doner kebabs, one of which was supposed to be spicy – ​​I clearly stated this several times over the phone, and the employee repeated it. However, they weren't aware of this when we picked it up. It was obvious that the information hadn't been passed on – to me, this was clearly due to the inattentive phone reception. In addition, several dishes were missing side dishes – for example, the salad on the lamb plate and also on my daughter's vegetarian dish. When we asked by phone, we were told we should have returned the food immediately – considering a 20km drive, that's completely unrealistic. At the prices charged here, I expect orders to be carefully checked and that customers can be confident that everything is complete and correct. What annoyed me most, however, was that my feedback was questioned rather than taken seriously. In a restaurant, you should treat guests with respect and trust – and not make them feel like they have to justify themselves. A simple apology would have made a big difference here. Conclusion: The taste is okay, but the organization, service, and customer interaction do not meet the standards a restaurant in this price range should have.

We stopped by spontaneously on a Saturday evening and got a place even without a reservation. The staff was quick and friendly. The food was tasty and fresh, the portions were very good. We were very satisfied. But I have to deduct one star: only accepting EC cards and no VISA is really out of date...

Döner plate was really good, the meat was also very juicy, but unfortunately we only had chicken skewers. The sauce was particularly good; I had never tasted anything like it before. You definitely can't go wrong with baklava as a dessert :) Unfortunately, payment was only possible with a debit card and not with Google Pay, for example, but that could perhaps be changed again.

An unforgettable experience… unfortunately. So if you're really in the mood for adventure but don't want to book a safari - head to this shop! The cola? Big, yes. The taste is somewhere between “meh” and stale puddle water. But hey, quantity over quality, right? The meat… wow. Dry and tough like the leather sole of grandpa’s Sunday shoe. I think I built biceps while chewing. Gym saved! The kofta were… alive. In the truest sense. I'm pretty sure one of them went "muhhh" before it was put on the plate. Fresh meat taken too literally. The waitresses were there, physically at least. Mentally more on the catwalk between gossip. Who needs service when you can hear the latest rumors from the staff room? The vegetables were so dry that I thought I was eating sand from the Sahara. And the bread? More stable than my WiFi. Ideal for building houses or as a weapon at a medieval knight's tournament. Conclusion: If you feel like taking a culinary journey back in time to the Stone Age, definitely stop by. For everyone else: Maybe you'd rather go to the kebab around the corner

Food was really great, there was nothing to complain about. The only thing would probably be the bread which could have been warmed up but otherwise everything was “on point” the meat, the rice, the dips. Really absolutely flawless.

We went there because of the good reviews. I went to the toilet to order and the order was placed for me. My husband thought he had communicated the number correctly, but the service claimed he had given the wrong number when I got chicken instead of lamb. I found that a bit of a shame, if you've mixed something up then you should be honest about it. The food was delicious, but you still had the feeling of being stared at as if you didn't belong there. Most of the time this happened through other guests in the restaurant. The staff is otherwise quite friendly but it took a little longer to pay. Card payment was possible.

When I visit Bad Oeynhausen, this is a must for me. Staff is always friendly, portions are very good and the food tastes good.

It is a Turkish restaurant with an extensive menu. We ordered a portion of chicken kebab and a plate of adanata. Unfortunately, the service was a bit cold and I didn't feel welcome as a guest. The “hot” dessert - Katmer was also served cooled. When we took our order we were asked if we wanted tea, which we declined. When the Katmer was brought to us, we were told there was no tea at all. It was also strange that card payment was only possible with an EC card; a credit card was not possible. But there was no evidence of this in the restaurant.

Today I was at Reyna Ocakbasi for the first time. I was warmly welcomed and I was able to choose a table. After reading the menu, I ordered my food. Not a long wait, the food was freshly prepared and very tasty. The meat and side dishes were really well seasoned and very tasty. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. Not recommended, the food just didn't taste good. Chicken fillet was chicken thigh fillet, which wasn't on the menu, the salad was "seasoned" with crumbled diced vegetables.

I can't say anything against the food, but I think it's a disgrace and that wasn't an accident because during a conversation it turned out that that's the usual trick there. The same thing happened to some of my friends. In the end, the bill asks for more than what you ate. In my case it said we accidentally typed in another dish, but that can't be true. I ordered the most expensive dish twice, even if you type something in by mistake it can't be expensive but should have been less because I had already ordered the most expensive dishes. As I said, it has now turned out that this didn't just happen to me but to a few relatives and acquaintances who were there. I would recommend everyone to recalculate their bill.

I often eat in Turkish restaurants throughout Germany and I have to say that the quality here is very good. The Tavuk Şiş and the Tzaziki are particularly noteworthy. 100% everything, come again.

Happened to be in Bad Oeynhausen and it was lunch time so we found this restaurant. Lucky find. The food is excellent. They unfortunately don't have tripe soup on the menu (Iskembe - my favorite) but they do have and excellent lamb soup. Generous portion and nicely seasoned. For my main I had the Adana plate with bulgar. It was accompanied with freshly baked flat bread, grilled pepper and tomato, large portion of zatziki with a mixed salad in a separate bowl. The kebap was very good, tender and juicy. There was enough bulgar on the plate to feed two people along with a portion of a tomato and pepper dip. Be hungry if you order this. Service was fast, helpful and very polite. Bad Oeynhausen is a town with a LOT of specialized medical clinics and it looked like a lot of staff from the clinics eat here with limited time for lunch so the service is consequently fast. My soup and main came simultaneously so the main cooled off as I ate the soup. If you are here for a liesurly lunch and have a warm starter inform the waiter to bring the main after the starter so it doesn't cool off. Also note that they have weeekly specials. My wife had one of them which on that day was a lamb stew with potatoes, onions and peppers. Also included was a portion of flat bread and a nice mixed salad - all for € 9.50. Quite a bargain. Highly recommend this restaurant and it is a real Ocakbasi with large charcoal grill area delivering wonderful results.

Restaurant not recommended as first of all it doesn't taste good, way too expensive, very small portion on huge plate. Doner kebab is also a complete disaster, soggy, just disgusting. Atmosphere is also catastrophic, there are many better places for the price, you don't even get a bill there

The employees were very friendly on the last two visits, you can also tip someone else, like on a previous visit and it was quite obvious that there were no "voluntary" tips. Regarding dishes: unfortunately the kitchen did not implement the entire order as requested during the last visit... e.g. The starter "broad beans in tomato sauce" was supposed to be served "warm", but it came to the table colder than lukewarm. The dish that came out of the kitchen almost cold and is completely incomprehensible was the “lentil soup”! Of course, our complaint was addressed immediately, but something didn't go right when the food order was being processed. On previous visits, the food was very tasty and could be served hot, but there is a lack of continuity here and there is still room for improvement in terms of price/performance ratio.

Unfortunately I only got cheap thigh fillet instead of breast fillet and I find that very outrageous for the price. If I had known that, I would have ordered a kebab. My friends were happy with their food. The salad wasn't tasty either because a lot of dry herbs were sprinkled over the salad and the entire salad was covered with it.

If the rating is just about the food, then it was a full 5 stars. Unfortunately the service wasn't particularly professional. The Efes beer we ordered had already expired, when we told the waitress we were just thanked and they would remove the other bottles. No question whether we would like something else to drink or even an apology. Of course the drink wasn't bad, that's not the point, but when we pay for something we expect the goods to be in perfect condition. Of course, we had to pay the full price for the drinks in the end. An invoice was not presented to us when paying.....? It's a shame, but we won't be coming back.

My last visit was rather disappointing. Had a 0.5 still water, Döner Beyti and the Künefe. Prices have been raised and portions have been reduced. 28.50 € for specified dishes. Unfortunately I didn't get enough of my kebab Beyti. The taste is actually pretty good. However, I could have done without the hair in the salad. Unfortunately I won't be coming back :(
