We were two people in this restaurant for the first time, we were positive, surprised by the good service, the service was very attentive, but not intrusive. Were there with a group. Waitress was nice but a bit incompetent. The staff really should be trained better on how to talk to guests. I wanted to order dessert but the waitress only wrote down main course and ignored the rest. The food was good. The meat was dry but well seasoned. All side dishes were very tasty although very spicy. Unfortunately it didn't say anywhere that it was spicy. I only recommend visiting this “restaurant” as a group because it is very loud inside. If you value togetherness while eating, you won't get it here.

Our favorite among the charcoal grill restaurants. We live 1.5 hours away from Bad Oeynhausen, but when we go to the thermal baths in the neighboring town, a visit to Reyna is always firmly planned afterwards. The grill plate and the pide are super delicious. But other grilled dishes that we tried also impressed us. Unfortunately, your stomach only has a limited capacity otherwise I would try more every time because it tastes really good. The service is always friendly and quick. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

It used to be better than it had more food and now it has less and when they showed us a receipt it didn't say how much each dish cost, so I suspect they secretly made it more expensive.

The service was not good, the toilets are unkempt and the toilet paper is empty. We ordered kashar pita, it was white, there was still dough in it, it was undercooked and the chicken kebab was not tasty, %90 salad and most importantly it is definitely not a place to go with family can. Definitely not child friendly The only chance for companies that don't offer good service is that there is no competition.

Conclusion: service can be improved, food is satisfactory. Beyti is served cold, upon request it is said that beyti is like that. Then you can see it and take it with you to warm up. Shortly afterwards the plate comes back and the waiter says: "warm sauce was made over it." 🤔but the beyti doesn't get warm inside because of the lukewarm sauce. The food is then taken away and now you have to wait. On the third attempt, warm food finally comes. While we were covering it, we wanted to order dessert but the waiter covers it and leaves very quickly. There are 4 ladies at the drinks bar, busy chatting and it takes a while until one of them notices us. We ask for dessert. Katmer is a specialty from the Gaziantep area and has pistachios inside and out. This is apparently not the case here as pistachios are too expensive, we are told. Maybe it shouldn't be advertised as such! Then we ask for tea and the bill straight away. 15 minutes later we still haven't been served anything and the 4 waitresses are still chatting. At a signal we say that we now want the bill and forego tea. The bill is paid and at that moment we notice that €5.80 was charged for two teas. Such disgrace 😡... The lady then tells us: normally tea doesn't cost anything but if you order then it does🤣🤣🤣 Ahaaaa We will be reimbursed the €5.80.

It's great to have it in our own city, of course, we had our iftar a while ago, it was very nice, thank you very much.

Never had such a bad meal, kebab didn't taste like anything and was totally soft, but the lahmacun was hard as wood and I don't want to say anything about the fries. While I was preparing it, I noticed the man behind the counter sorting out something in the fries with his fingers. An attempt to contact by telephone would not be given that much value and would not be received satisfactorily.

I have been able to visit the restaurant several times over the years. There is now a big difference between a la carte and 2 go dishes. The plated dishes, fresh from the grill, are okay to good. Do I have to have the salad with sauce? No. With little commitment you can do something yourself. Overall the price is a bit above average and okay. Local service? Okay to partially attentive. Apparently unskilled/family business, like most of the staff. You can work on that. The classic kebab dishes only disappoint. Unfortunately, as in many places, only chicken is on offer here. Nobody needs it in a kebab. The highlight years ago was the lamb kebab. It happened again last year, although I would describe the lamb portion as minimum maximum, if I could still call it that. Doner bag 6.50 is decent for chicken, but average. Latest experience: Neighbor's order: Lahmacun with salad and cheese 5.00 (rounded down) My order: Lahmacun with meat 9.50. Wow. Next time I'll probably take 2 with salad 😅 Conclusion over the years: started strong and then waned. A pity. As almost the only place to go in the city center, you could clearly stand out in terms of quality. Since the quality is now declining in many companies while prices have risen at the same time - which is not only due to internal price increases - this was unfortunately probably my last visit to you. Too bad again.

It was my first time there and “Turkish” cuisine… the food was very tasty and well portioned, the staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I was hungry for kebab. Unfortunately, since kebab tastes the same everywhere, I thought I would go to a Turkish restaurant and get a kebab. It's a shame... I could have gone to any other kebab shop. It really wasn't great I'm wondering why you don't make your own kebab. Veal scrapings, Yaprak kebab. There's a Turk in Osnabrück, so I like to go there from BO sometimes because it's delicious. Feel free to pay a little more for it if it tastes good.

Well, I really expected something different. The dishes are everything BUT traditional Turkish food. They go in a different direction with a super watery yogurt sauce and way too much garlic (I say it as a Turkish woman!) For the Turks: not recommended. For the Germans: if you really want to go there, don't expect anything traditional, just “weird” interpretations.

Unfortunately I can't find anything positive about this store. The food, especially the minced meat that I ate (according to card no. 56 for €18.90) is of very poor quality, it is very gristly. Furthermore, the staff is inattentive and clumsy, so the coat rack was knocked over by a waitress (certainly not intentional) but, which I found to be a shame, they didn't apologize or offer compensation because my expensive coat fell on the floor. The least I could have done here would have been to ask if my coat had gotten dirty and offer a cleaning service at the house's expense or a free dessert or something similar. But nothing like that happened. This makes it very clear that untrained staff work there. Now I would also like to mention that the restaurant has raised its prices “massively”. For the meal, which according to the menu was supposed to cost €18.90 as mentioned above, I now had to pay €24.90. This is absolutely outrageous, especially since this was not communicated in advance. Incidentally, the dish I ate there wouldn't even have been worth €18.90. I will definitely not go to this restaurant again and I would advise the same to anyone who is thinking about eating there.

Anyone who demands such prices should also be able to deliver. Service, well, I'll save my comment. Food not in proportion to the required prices. Ambience nice.

Man bestellt etwas vor es wird zugesagt dass es fertig ist kommt hin und muss dann noch eine Viertelstunde warten! Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und patzig! Schade werde ich nie wieder aufsuchen!

Ich habe einen schönen Tag mit meiner Familie in diesem Restaurant verbracht. Das Team war gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen war köstlich, und meine Kinder waren sehr glücklich.

Ein türkisches Restaurant das Holzkohlegrill anbietet, was ich immer bevorzuge und liebe Es war sehr voll und laut bei unserem Besuch das man kaum Platz bekommen konnte Das Ambiente an sich ist schön eingerichtet und gemütlich Bestellt an Essen haben wir... - Hähnchenspieß mit Pommes Salat - Döner - Pide mit Dönerfleisch Hähnchenspieß sehr weich und lecker Salat wurde auf Wunsch ohne Dressing zubereitet Bei dem Döner und der Pide waren wir etwas enttäuscht weil da viele knorpel drinne waren, sehr schade ansonsten wars lecker Waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden Im Anschluss gibt es türkischen chai vom Haus, finde ich sehr toll Der Service war am Anfang nicht so toll Man kam rein und wurde nicht beachtet mussten selber zu den Mitarbeiter gehen um nach einen Platz zu fragen, wobei man oft angeschaut wurde aber ohne Beachtung, man hat sich nicht wilkommen gefühlt. Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und die Wünsche erfüllt Danach waren die Mitarbeiter auch nett und freundlich. Beim Essen ist mir im Hals was stecken geblieben und ich habe keine Luft bekommen, konnte nicht mehr atmen, eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und hat sich um mich gesorgt, vielen Dank dafür !!! Die Preise sind etwas erhöht zu anderen Restaurants die ich sonst besucht habe Kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen 😀 Eine Reservierung würde ich nächste Mal unbedingt tätigen da wir keinen Platz hatten am Anfang und etwas warten mussten. Bisschen blöd wenn man nicht aus der Gegend kommt

Gutes türkisches Restaurant zentral in Bad Oeynhausen. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Wir hatten dort den Döner Teller und waren sehr zufrieden. Die anderen Gerichte sahen auch sehr gut aus. Es wird sehr viel auf der Speisekarte angeboten. Sehr sauberes Restaurant.

Das Gericht, knapp unter 20€ war leider früher besser und preiswerter. Die Pommes waren sogar kalt. Man könnte meinen es wäre sehr voll dort gewesen und daher wären allegestresst und deshalb wäre etwas kalt, war es aber nicht als wir dort waren. Werden dort nicht wieder hingehen.

Waren gestern eigentlich zum Essen da, leider konnte man an dem Tisch an der Tür nicht sitzen da es zu kalt war trotz Jacke. Auf Nachfrage, nach der Essensbestellung, ob nicht ein anderer Tisch frei wäre, wurde uns von der "netten" Dame gesagt dann könnten wir ja gehen. So sieht Gastronomie in der heutigen Zeit aus 👍👍👍👍👍

Wir hatten den Grillteller mit verschiedenen Fleischvarianten. Dazu gab es Salat und Pommes. Das gesamte Essen war leider so gut wie kalt. Pommes nicht mehr knusprig und Salat überhaupt nicht angemacht. Kein Dressing! Es fehlte im insgesamten total an Gewürzen. So stellt man sich authentisch Türkische Küche nicht vor. Bestellten 2 x Alt Schuss. Bekamen aber 2 x Schmutz. Auf Nachfrage kam nur die Antwort das wäre ein Altschuss. Mussten die Bedingungen darauf hinweisen das dort ein großer Unterschied besteht. Das eine ist Altbier Cola und das andere Bier mit Cola. Schmeckt auch völlig anders. Im Prinzip nicht schlimm aber man sollte nix anbieten was man garnicht hat.

Das Lokal liegt sehr zentral und bietet viele leckeren Speisen an. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Preis ist den Portionen wirklich angemessen und in Ordnung.

Essen lecker und frisch, Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich. Da alles sehr offen ist, ist etwas laut, aber man kann sich noch unterhalten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

War zwei Mal bis jetzt dort. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Laden ist sehr sauber. Die Kellnerin im weissen Hemd hat uns heute die Menüs auf den Tisch geworfen/geklatscht. Das fanden wir sehr unhöflich. Ansonsten waren alle anderen sehr nett.

Heute Abend waren wir mit der Familie im REYNA BAD OEYNHAUSEN essen! Soweit alles gut- absolut nichts zu beanstanden! Das Essen war frisch und sehr lecker! Auffallend war hier erstmal das permanente Suchen freier Plätze für wartende Gäste. Hier wurden uns zum Beispiel gleich nach dem Hauptgericht die Teller abgeräumt ohne nach weiteren Getränken oder Nachspeise zu fragen. Als wir signalisierten das wir nun doch noch etwas bestellen würden, verdrehte der Kellner seine Augen und ging ohne darauf einzugehen. Als für uns das Warten keinen Sinn mehr gemacht hat, baten wir nach der Rechnung. Lt. ausgewiesener Menükarte lagen unsere Speisen je zwei mal um die 14.90€ und 16.90€ ! (Getränke extra) Also 65.60! Lt. Rechnung sollten wir nun aber 6.00€ mehr bezahlen! Was mir bei der Gegenrechnung auffiel war das sich der Kellner beim eintippen der Zahlung verrechnet haben muss! Beim hinweisen seines Missgeschickes wies er nur auf eine veraltete Speisekarte hin die eben nicht mehr auf dem aktuellsten Stand sei! Hmmmmm … Seltsam! Das wollten wir nicht auf uns sitzen lassen baten den Chef- ( Filialleiter) dazu Stellung zu nehmen. Es wäre wohl im Chaos um Extra Ketchup oder Soucen gegangen- so die Begründung und deshalb wohl 6€ mehr! Soucen oder Ketchup hatten wir aber nie bestellt, nie erhalten und standen auch nicht auf der Rechnung!!!!! Als ich dann die REYNA INTERNETSEITE öffnete um dort zu vergleichen, standen dort ebenfalls die regulären Preise! Wie kommen also diese zuviel gezahlten 6€ zustande?? Wieder der Versuch dies sei ein Fehler vom Betreiber der Internetseite worauf REYNA keinen Einfluss habe! Mit dem Versuch uns die Differenz dann in Bar zurück zu zahlen, verließen wir das Restaurant wortlos! Bei dem Gedanken das dies hier nur ein Versehen war oder System ist, hat uns den Abend ruiniert! Sollte man ‚versehentlich‘ bei jeder Menü den einen oder anderen Euro dazurechnen, dann macht das schon eine Menge aus!!!! Dieses Verhalten ist für uns eigentlich nur der Beweis dafür dass hier systematisch mehr ‚abgebucht‘ wird als tatsächlich gezahlt werden müsste! Eigentlich hatten wir den Eindruck eines seriösen Restaurants- eigentlich!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen selbst für mich als guter Esser kaum zu schaffen.

Es fing erst einmal ganz gut an; die Bestellung wurde recht zügig aufgenommen…das essen hat dann einige Zeit gedauert; was noch ganz ok war. Das Essen sah optisch gut aus; geschmacklich relativ neutral; Gewürze hätten Wunder bewirkt. Der Knaller war der Service; es wurde meiner Tochter beim Servieren eine Cola 0,2 l versehentlich über die Hose geschüttet, es wurden Servietten gebracht und der Tisch wurde gewischt; es kam jedoch Null Entschuldigung; es wurde kommentarlos eine neue Cola hingestellt. Auf den Hinweis; das eine Entschuldigung schön gewesen wäre ( das Ungeschick kann ja jedem passieren) kam nur: wieso wir haben doch eine neue Cola gebracht und außerdem hätte sie ja nicht bedient und hätte mit dem Vorfall auch nichts zu tun. Meine Tochter saß während des Essens mit einer pitschnassen Hose; was niemanden dort interessiert hat. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das man zumindest gesagt hätte die Cola oder die drei Getränke die wir hatten - gehen aus Haus- stattdessen wurde die Bedienung sehr zickig und unfreundlich, kassierte und verließ kommentarlos unseren Tisch...... sorry - aber das ging mal gar nicht ... jemanden die Klamotten versauen und dann so zickig; das braucht kein Mensch und das Essen war auch nur mittelmäßig; so dass man über den Vorfall auch nicht hinweg sehen kann ..... nie wieder ..... absolut keine Empfehlung, wenn man ein kleines bisschen Wert auf Service legt
