Restaurante Burggalerie in Mühlhausen/Thüringen

The staff was super friendly. The food was tasty and the price was good. A huge plus point is that our son got his food first (unfortunately that is very rare these days).

I'm not giving it a star because after waiting 55 minutes (after ordering) I still didn't have my food. I can only advise against going out for something quick to eat there. The stars shown do not correspond to the truth. Unfortunately you can't delete them either. I gave it 0 stars.

There are no stars from me. We wanted to have breakfast there and a completely spilled, dirty cup was carelessly pushed onto the counter. When I asked what the point of pushing a cup like that was, all I got was threatening looks. When I then said that she could cancel the breakfast, the waitress started complaining and complaining and called us assis, which in my opinion is not the way to deal with customers. When you call and ask for the boss, they always say he's not there at the moment, hopefully he'll read this and finally take action.

The roulade was technically well made, unfortunately I have to agree with the problem with the staff, but these days staff are harder to find than customers 😓

If I had seen the kitchen worker's clothes and wipe beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered anything. Very unclean, a shame.

For me it was a really tasty meal (pork maidens) for a good price. It is recommended.

Unfriendly and ignorant, it takes forever to be served, you have to have a lot of time and patience if you want to eat something and the food isn't great either.

The staff is arrogant, ignorant and very unfriendly. People are simply left standing when they want to ask something. Incomprehensible!

Freundlich. Und das immer. Ist leider selten geworden.

Schönes Restaurant und günstiges essen

Auch hier kann man für wenig Geld lecker essen und die Bedienung ist auch freundlich und schnell.

Unflexibel und unfreundlich. Essen war nicht der Bringer.

Endlich wurde mal renoviert, aber leider haben sie das Personal vergessen. Sehr unfreundlich, unflexsiebel, der heutigen Zeit nicht angepasst. Das Essen schmeckt einigermaßen, habe aber auch schon halb rohe Klöße da bekommen.

Dank des Umbaus sieht es sehr hell, freundlich und einladend ein. Am essen kann nan derzeit nicht mehr mäkeln da es für mich bis jetzt leckerer ist als vor den Umbau.

Heute war mein Würzfleisch nicht in Ordnung (zu wabbelig). Die Bedienung ist oft sehr unfreundlich, ansonsten ist das Etablissement okay!
