We are often in Spain and the paella in this restaurant is absolutely not tasty. Sangria too... Live music is good. The musician played very well!

The restaurant Andalucia was not the best experience for me. On the positive side, the portions were generous, and the live music added some atmosphere, even though it was quite loud. However, the interior felt rather tacky, and the vibe wasn’t very inviting. As for the food, the rice was burnt and not very tasty, which was disappointing. On top of that, the lights went out a few times during the evening, which added to the overall discomfort. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food is super delicious! The staff very friendly and helpful. The ambience in the main hall was great, but in the back room it was very dreary, cold and cramped. The menu could be a little larger than other Spanish restaurants. The prices for tapas and drinks are a bit high. Nevertheless, the food is so delicious that you have to come back.

We've been celebrating my future husband's birthday there for three years and generally always enjoy going there. The food is always great, the friendliness and courtesy are so great, in the summer we go there every other weekend if possible, the live music and the dance evenings are just lovely, you always feel a little bit close to Spain - we love it PS: I was even allowed to charge my cell phone a bit, that was very, very nice. A great and family restaurant where children are also welcome, the staff is very friendly. The food is very tasty and the portions are very large. 8 of us ate and had to have the rest packed up because it was too much. The live music and the 2 ladies who danced in Spanish, simply beautiful and unexpected for us, we were happy. We can only recommend it. We would be very happy to come back.

We stayed in Mannheim for one night and found this super delicious restaurant relatively spontaneously. After a small round of tapas, which was simply delicious, we moved on to the main course. Of course it had to be paella and it was fantastic. The delicious food tasted even better thanks to a great ambience that makes everyone want to travel for a short time. This was rounded off with live music and two flamenco dancers. All in all, a great recommendation!

Very authentic Spanish cuisine. The tapas are great. The paella is always made fresh. You can taste it and you shouldn't leave this restaurant without Crema Catalan for dessert, otherwise you've really missed something.

Four of us ate here. One paella with fish and one with meat for two people each. Very tasty and nothing to complain about. However, the paella with fish could have a little more fish on it. They really saved money there. The waitresses were very friendly and regularly asked if there was anything else. Ambience very unusual, but really nice. You can see that the inventory grows over the years. We also had live music. Drinks were very tasty, especially the sangria. But you still have to practice with dessert. The creme brulee had a layer of sugar about 1 cm thick on it, which was definitely too thick. The service also confirmed this to us. Unfortunately we couldn't eat them. We also had a brownie with a warm liquid center. However, one side was extremely cold and the other was very warm. So unfortunately not all sides were heated evenly. Except for the dessert, it was really top and recommended. It was really nice and always a pleasure.

Great food, great service and a great atmosphere. You feel like you are on vacation in Spain. Live music and dancing are offered. A small minus point, you can't pay by card. It's not up to date and you had to run to the ATM late in the evening to pay the bill. Thanks to the team, see you next time.

Bad loading, not worth it at all

Items were charged twice in the bill and we were forced to pay almost €60 more for things we hadn't consumed. You don't treat customers like that at all. It's a shame because the flamenco show was really good.

The seafood Paella was quite nice And the butter was exquisite I didn't like that the bread wasn't toasted and the option itself was not available. The appetizers were just ok The price is a bit steep though

I loved this restaurant with live Spanish and Cuban songs. Sometimes a little loud, for those who want to chat, but I loved it, honestly I held back from dancing with it. Very good quality food and this woody taste of the Paella.. Hummm!! If you have a foreign note lost in your wallet like me at home, take it with you and add it to their note wall. 💵💷👍🏾

We ate there with a group of 7 people and received very warm advice and service from everyone. We immediately felt at home in the cozy restaurant. It's like a short trip to Spain. Live music is played on a stage, but it is not obtrusive but simply underlines the ambience perfectly. If you order paella, don't order too much, the portion is really big and is super filling! I can't understand why my favorite Spanish restaurant got so many bad reviews. Ok, they only accept cash. And some main dishes are not decorated like a Michelin Star restaurant, but other than that: You will find a nice atmosphere outside and nicely decorated inside seating with often Spanish Musicians. The food is great,at least everything that's from the "plancha". And the stuff is outstanding friendly, considering that we are in Germany and service doesn't exist here. It's really nice going there and I will do it again and again....

We were looking for a Spanish restaurant in Mannheim offering tapas and came across this restaurant. Although the atmosphere with live music was great, the tapas and drinks weren’t great as expected.

We were only staying one night in a hotel in Mannheim and we were looking for food we could take back to the hotel. The waiter in particular was very friendly and even offered us a place to sit while we were waiting for our food even though the restaurant seemed very popular to go to. The food was very delicious and I'm sure if we decided to have dinner there we would've had a wonderful evening. Thank you Andalucia for this short but lovely experience!

We have been regular guests at Andalusia for almost 10 years and are always very satisfied. Very attentive service. Constantly good performance, ambience rustic but suitable and price-performance ratio appropriate. Update 2024: unfortunately the quality of the food at Andalusia has deteriorated somewhat. Still a solid spot for Spanish cuisine.

After a leisurely boat tour through Mannheim, we were looking for a suitable end to the day. We came across this little tapas restaurant completely by chance and were immediately impressed. The atmosphere was warm, the service was super friendly and the food was simply sensational! The variety of tapas blew us away and the flavors were simply unforgettable. An absolute must for all Spain lovers in Mannheim!

Great service, beautiful outdoor area with vines and greenery. A little oasis in the middle of the ring. Food is good and the prices are absolutely ok. Another advantage is that the restaurant is open until 3 a.m.

Very nice and good restaurant! The service is absolutely friendly and attentive!! The food (paella) was very good and freshly cooked! The ambience is also nice. There were also two guitarists who made the evening's atmosphere even more pleasant! Unfortunately I have to correct the whole thing! But I consciously leave my first review to understand my decision. The food (paella) has deteriorated a lot! The mussels and seafood seemed like they weren't fresh (weird smell/taste) The paella was quite sparingly seasoned and very sticky! Unfortunately the quality did not remain the same as on our first visit.

Looks dirty and untidy. The outdoor area is used as a storage area for umbrellas and the like. Food was so-so. It lacked the spice of Spanish food. Some of the service seemed annoyed, the other one annoyed us with constant questions. Music was very loud.

Unfortunately not the best experience.

As a Spaniard, the place was good, but it falls short of great. Some menu items, like tortilla, jamón or croquetas were mediocre and worse than you'd usually find at a tapas bar in Spain. It has to be said however that the bravas and alioli were great even by Spanish standards. The price was decent, so all in all it's a good restaurant.

The ambience is really unbeatable in summer. Especially on the weekends when live Spanish music is played discreetly. The food is ok to good. Tapas looked very good. Unfortunately, my lamb chops were very fatty for my taste. It's really a shame that the service was subpar during our visit. Despite repeated requests, missing tapas were only brought 1 1/2 hours later. The same with drinks and ice cream.

We were fine until goodbye. You are very kind and understood the problem, you also tried to solve the problem and offered us more shrimp, but your waitress who fired us did not understand the problem and she did not know how to respond professionally. A simple apology without arguments is all I expected. I also told them privately that the food was not good, not in front of other customers. It wasn't until we left and they didn't understand our problem that I got angry, Lord. You should talk to your employees, so they respond more professionally, especially with the prices they have, I hope to have a good experience. I'm really sorry, because as I said, you are very kind. But for a little more respect from your employees I can ask.

Service is often great and there are tables in the garden. Paella portion is plenty enough to share. Good atmosphere to watch a Spain football match with some tapas and tintos. ONLY CASH PAYMENT IS AVAILABLE.

Once again found a nice restaurant with a great ambience, good food and super friendly service. Even without a reservation (therefore arriving relatively early) you can get a nice spot in the beer garden. The food was amazing. Really tasty and to the point. Despite the house being full and several tables being ordered at the same time, the food arrived within a short time. Bread with olives and garlic butter were quickly on the table as an aperitif before the starter and the starter was already amazing. I had the meat platter and my companion fish. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasty right down to the last bite. In terms of ambience, you sit there under vine leaves and a balustrade made of bushes so that you are a little shielded from the street. When we were there there was a guitarist who created a great atmosphere with songs in Spanish. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating and always had a kind word and a quick saying on her lips. We were very happy to give tips. Conclusion: Always worth a visit!

We had dinner there and there we ordered the second bottle of wine. The comb is already open about 15 minutes later. The wine tasted completely different, so we kindly asked for information until the owner came to the table. He kicked us out very rudely and with a louder tone.

Wow...probably some of the best Spanish cuisine I've had in Germany so far. We went to the restaurant with a group of 12 people without a reservation and simply had an incredibly good time! For my taste it is very, very comfortable (outside and inside) + TOP SERVICE + super super tasty (& fast) cuisine! You could have ordered the whole menu, which we almost did and it was EVERYTHING delicious! + small on-top - herbs can be smoked here by arrangement Thanks to the whole team, we'll be back!

We were at the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had pre-ordered. The tapas were ok. But after the tapas we wanted to order more wine for our main course paella, but the wine that was recommended to us at the beginning was gone. So we had to switch to a different variety. Then came the paella with a very modest seafood garnish. The rice was not paella rice but some Chinese sticky rice. Finally, a mouse danced behind my back on the back of the bench. We were 8 adults and 4 children. We will not visit the restaurant again

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great. With the live music and the decoration. Sitting in the garden in warm temperatures is very relaxing. A dinner there is highly recommended! Unfortunately you can only pay in cash, so there is a deduction.

Wir fanden dieses Lokal definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Location, mit ungereinigtem, gesplittertem Geschirr, mehrmals mussten wir Teller & Besteck zurückgehen lassen. Das Essen war alles andere als gut, das Dessert katastrophal und der unfreundliche Chef noch unangenehmer. Ich weiss nicht ob es in Mannheim bessere Spanier gibt, da die Gastronomie hier generell nicht die Beste ist; hierher werden wir allerdings nicht mehr kommen.

We ordered paella with meat and a chicken salad online. Everything was very tasty, super fresh and with very good, tender meat. We also got a lot of bread with (homemade?) aioli. Yummy! The driver was very nice and got there very quickly. We are thrilled 😊

We took advantage of the first hours of sunshine this year and spontaneously met up with our neighbors and friends on our terrace. The restaurant Andalucia provided us with the food in the form of tapas. The timing was adhered to and even though the friendly driver apologized for the "delay" in his delivery, there was nothing to complain about. We had, among other things, grilled pepperoni, spinach croquettes with goat cheese, chicken skewers, dumplings filled with chicken, shrimp grilled and stuffed in batter, roasted potatoes, jalapenios, chorizo ​​grilled and stuffed in tomato sauce, meatballs, aioli and olives and much more. Most of the food arrived warm and we transferred it to appropriate warming containers so that it could maintain its temperature outside. One thing in advance; there was nothing that wasn't tasty. However, there were some criticisms. The consistency of the aioli was too thick and too salty. The dishes in tomato sauce also had too much salt. The chicken skewers (I know them as Moorish chicken skewers) were on the flame for too long and had the same color and little juice. We saw the olives as a bit of a confession of poverty. Every Turk can do it better. But the Andalucia contributed to a lovely evening and even if some of the dishes weren't quite optimal, we'll give you a second chance because we think it's great to not only have pizza, kebab or burgers delivered. So stick with it and maybe improve your points? The price for this fun for four was over €140, meaning €35 per person just for the food. It's already official. We can only provide information about the ambience based on the pictures posted online, where we liked the “beer garden” better than the restaurant. Conclusion: There is still room for improvement, especially in the flagship disciplines of a "Spanish", the quality of the food is good, but not good enough for the price and you can always add more salt. Second chance report follows ;-).

Roasted potatoes with lots of garlic, as well as the pimientos. Unfortunately, the fried chorizzo contained cartilage. Instead of simple white plates, beautiful clay bowls would be more appealing. Hoofdgerecht was ok (klassieke keuken), maar zeker niet om aan te raden. Op vlak van hoofdgerechten is dit geen spaans restaurant. De typisch spaanse smaken komen zeker niet aan bod. Het aanbod tapas op de kaart is groot, maar niet geprobeerd. Ik twijfel of ik deze nog zou proberen...

Unfortunately, cheese tapas were extremely disappointing and the potatoes only came when all the other tapas were gone, small timing error. Can the different, excellent food and the good atmosphere compensate for that? I say yes!
