Restaurant.Bistro Westminster in Hamburg

We had set our GPS for a German restaurant, but once we arrived, we realized it was actually a Spanish restaurant. And thankfully so! 😄 The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with an authentic touch that immediately makes you feel at ease. The cuisine is typically Spanish, with tasty and well-prepared dishes—everything was truly excellent. We spent about €56 for two, a more than fair price for the quality of the food and the overall experience. During dinner, the person we believe to be the owner started playing the guitar 🎸 and singing: a truly pleasant and genuine moment that made the evening even more special. At the end of the meal, they also offered us two shots of caramel brandy, a nice and much-appreciated gesture. A place we hadn't planned on discovering, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended! 🇪🇸✨

The food was swimming in oil, and rounds of schnapps were used to discourage us from sending it back. If it weren't for the neighboring table with its friendly guests, the evening would have been a complete disaster. Not recommended!

Anyone who hasn't experienced Franco Caramba and his team has really missed something. A real work of art and culinary fireworks that are set off here every evening. Very high quality goods, attentive service and such a pleasant atmosphere that you immediately feel at home. Spanish guitar music and songs live ensure a good atmosphere and round off a perfect evening in Westminster. Above all, there is something here that money cannot buy: no matter what mood you enter the store with. Franco and his team make sure you leave with a smile...

Brilliant menu, which is served in a very entertaining way. Franco, the owner, is simply brilliant. He always breaks up the waiting time between courses with speeches and local discussions without it being disruptive. Thanks for the lovely evening! I will definitely go there again.

We went to the restaurant spontaneously because Franco de Casa was staying here due to renovation work. Food was top class except for the dessert, which unfortunately didn't match the usual high quality. Service very quick and friendly. Ambience great, but due to a dispute between the owner and the musicians in front of guests, only 3 points this evening.

One of the most pleasant service I have ever experienced, beautiful ambience, live music, excellent food, the only thing missing here is the possibility for a 6th star

Be careful with the paellas. The prices aren't specified. I don't recommend it.

I can only warn against this restaurant. I rarely have anything to complain about, but after half an hour we still hadn't had any drinks (few customers / Saturday night), and our food didn't arrive at all, or rather, the meat was raw and the food was generally cold.
