Delicious food, also available to pick up. Currently there was slaughter with knuckle, super tasty and tender; Slaughter platter and liver dumplings with puree and sauerkraut, mega; and Oktoberfest beer. You have to enjoy it. From mid-October there will be game on the menu. Service was friendly and accommodating. Price/performance, portions and taste are right.

Old traditional restaurant on the Main at the bridge... I sat outside and had a beer and a delicious sausage salad. Was pleasant... Service is a bit slow

A beautiful place on the terrace. The waitresses were extremely friendly and the food was excellent! Pork loin, fried potatoes with cream chanterelle sauce. A super large portion and really nice big chanterelles. I wanted the fried potatoes instead of the spaetzle, my wish was granted. The fried potatoes were wonderfully crispy, just as they should be. The whole meal was perfect and the chanterelles were very nice and large and plentiful. I was completely satisfied and would love to come back when I'm in the area. We can only recommend this restaurant, especially the delicious food and the fast and friendly service!

Tasty, large portions and normal prices

We only ordered iced coffee and it was terrible, unfortunately. No cold coffee, just ice mixed with frozen planks of ice. We really weren't interested in anything else.

Unfortunately I can't say anything or I can only say from what I heard that it was unfortunately closed when I was there, but my friend is really excited and I'll try it out at the next opportunity!!

The food was really delicious, the service was very friendly and the atmosphere on the terrace was very pleasant. What more could you want? Gladly again!

Delicious food, good portions and friendly staff. There is the option to sit inside in a rustic atmosphere, or to enjoy the summer terrace with a view of the Main. Price/performance fits. Also suitable to go with children.

We were there again today, a visit is always worthwhile. We ate a schnitzel with cheese gratin and fries, it was very good. Very nice and friendly service. Always a pleasure.

It would be nice if the menu could offer a little more vegetarian options. Anyway, the food is very tasty 😋 ... we were in the outdoor area, great ambience with a view of the Main and the ships passing by, service is great.

We liked it here, is a traditional German restaurant with good food and nice atmosphere. We were there at Friday evening and it was full, we made a reservation and I think it's necessary to make one. The service is super attentive and really nice with children.

Gute deutsche Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen

Essen und Bedienung sind sehr gut. Momentan (Stand: Juli 2023) wird das ganze Haus umgebaut, deshalb nur wenige Sterne für das Ambiente. Die Lage an sich am Mainufer ist sehr schön.

Sehr gute bürgerliche Küche mit saisonalen Gerichten. Änderungen an Gerichten sind möglich. Es gibt gute Weine von regionalen Weingütern. Personal ist freundlich und gut gelaunt. Ausblick von der Terrasse direkt auf den Main mit ruhiger Lage. Reservierung für Feiern sind möglich.

Öffnungszeiten zu Pfingstmontag waren leider nicht korrekt gepflegt. Essen war gut, ordentliche Portion, aber Vegetarier finden hier keine wirkliche Option.

Hier gibt es sie noch, die viel gerühmte gute Bürgerliche Küche. Die Speisen sind sehr, sehr lecker und obendrein auch noch reichlich. On Top kommt noch eine freundliche Bedienung hinzu.

Zwischenstopp dringend empfohlen!!! Wir wollten eigentlich nur was trinken ;-) Das kann man natürlich auch, aber ! Sauce Hollandaise ist selbst gemacht und so lecker. Wie auch alles andere was wir probieren konnte bisher. Die Menschen die hier arbeiten sind alle super nett. Einziges Manko, KEINE Kartenzahlung!

The duck was dry, the schnitzel were ok but Spätzle didn’t taste home made. Also the prices were €3 more than advertised in internet for the schnitzels so it was quite pricey. Paid €180 for 5 adults and 3 kids just for one drink and one meal each.
