There were two of us here. Friendly welcome in a nice atmosphere. Starters, main courses and dessert to our liking. Recommended.

Hello, my wife and I went there to eat mussels last Friday and yesterday, November 8th, 2024. I ate something else myself. So the food came to our table in under 30 minutes and was really hot. The staff is very, very nice and you can easily change the side dishes. We ordered the house drink in advance, it was super tasty. So we give the whole thing 5 stars. Keep it up. Wolfgang and Gabi

We have been guests in this house off and on for years, celebrated our silver wedding anniversary and my mother's 80th birthday there, and everything was always to our satisfaction. At my husband's 60th birthday we weren't happy for the first time. We ordered a buffet. Schnitzel with various sauces, roast beef, spaetzle, fries and a vegetable platter. In the preliminary conversation I said that we wanted cauliflower, peas with carrots and beans. As a starter there should be beef soup with marrow dumplings. Dessert of your choice. First something positive...my son is vegan and he was immediately offered an alternative soup. Everything else wasn't so great anymore. The beef soup was just a broth without any addition and with very few industrial marrow dumplings. The schnitzels were also industrial products, just made warm. As a vegetable platter we were served a cold antipasti with fruit and lots of garlic, which didn't go well at all. My husband was forgotten at dessert. When we asked if we could pack up the rest because three people couldn't come but we had paid for the entire team, we were complied with, but what we heard was poor. Everything dry without sauces. The beef was the only thing that was really good but not enough. The restaurant was full that evening and when my husband wanted to pay they didn't want to accept payment by card, which had never been a problem before. So he had to pay the bill in cash the next day. We are a little disappointed. In the past there was always a greeting from the kitchen, this time everything was cold and unloving. The nice waiter from before is no longer there either. We will come back to give the restaurant a chance....maybe it was just a bad day We had ordered 6 months in advance and were looking forward to this evening. But if we experience such a lack of food again, we will celebrate somewhere else in the future.

We spontaneously went there for dinner today, by chance. Normally the restaurant is closed on Mondays, but we were allowed to eat in the beer garden due to a celebration. The staff is very friendly and polite. Rarely have I been served so well. The food was perfect. When we wanted to pay we received a gift for our wedding anniversary. Price performance top... Always happy... I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for your great service.

We ate here based on the good reviews and were not disappointed. Clear recommendation. The decoration and furnishings are a matter of taste but the food and service were top. My special requests due to intolerances were also implemented without any problems. Keep it up and all the best.

We have been here several times and will definitely come back. The food is good and at reasonable prices. Portions are sometimes so bad that even I have problems, what more could you want?

It was good there, especially very friendly, good service, and it's cozy too. They also put a lot of effort into looking after their guests, which I like. Very cool with the swivel fireplace, you don't see that often, that's great. Deduction because I find the side fries a bit dry, in my opinion a hot air fryer is used here, that's not my thing. But the food tastes really good and is plentiful. The salad buffet is of course great.

The meat of my gypsy schnitzel was frozen and not properly fried.

Wer Fleisch mag ist hier genau richtig. Mein Favorit bleibt der Schwenkbraten. Sehr moderate Preise. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Trotz vollem Haus ein super Service. Das Bauernschnitzel war riesig. Salat gibt es von der Bar und das Steinbeisserfilet ein Traum.

Sympathisch, effizient, humorvoll. Ein Gewinn für Püttlingen und Umgebung. Die Besitzer haben es geschafft, auch nach Corona das Lokal erfolgreich am Laufen zu halten. Weiter so!

Bedienung war Lust los .Cola ohne Glas man miste immer 2 mal um nachschub bitten und mit der Rechnung das selbe.Essen war reichlich aber für mich zu fade gewürzt.Trotzdem danke für die Bewirtung.

Bin echt begeistert. War vor 27 Jahren das letzte mal dort als ich noch dort oben gewohnt habe.

Das Essen war gut,hat nur etwas lange gedauert Service okay aber mir war das vom Platz zu eng,die Tische stehen viel zu eng zusammen

Ich habe mich mit dem Wirt auf 4,3 Sterne geeinigt 😀. Für 5 Sterne muss einfach alles stimmen. Die Speisekarte bietet neben dem "Standard" auch Spezialitäten, die man anderenorts nur schwer findet. Der Geschack war gut, und alles frisch. Der Service war OK. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Teller vorgewärmt währen. Aber macht Euch selbst ein Bild, ich kann die Küche empfehlen.

Nette Leute, das Essen sehr gut, schmackhaft, schön angerichtet auf dem Teller. Bedienung dauert manchmal ewas, die Preise für die heutige Zeit normal, kann man Ortsfremden empfehlen.

👍2 Weihnachtsfeiertag, Restaurant voll besetzt und trotzdem eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre , Chefin und Personal keine Hektik 👍 Essen kam zügig und war sehr lecker. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
