The best tarte flambée we have ever eaten. There was a delicious, large latte and delicious juice spritzers.

The restaurant is nothing special, as the decor there has something of the past. The service is super friendly and the food is very, very tasty. Would definitely go again.

The restaurant is really recommended! There is simple, honest and regional cuisine at the highest level. Every dish is a poem and prepared and served with love. Since we really enjoyed dinner here, we even went here twice during a short vacation in the area. The food is simply top quality and quantity and the service is very nice. We were happy to take the evening bike ride at what felt like 2°C. You should definitely reserve a table because other people also want to eat and drink well. A nice location but we missed an opportunity to park and connect bikes.

Super-mega-tasty! :-) No convenience, just freshly prepared. The side dishes are served in mason jars on a wooden board. The food is also very lovingly prepared. Table reservations are strongly recommended.

I think the combination of farm + restaurant alone is great. The outdoor area/beer garden is beautifully landscaped and is equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas over 2 levels. The menu is extremely individual and surprised me positively. The variation of well-known dishes with local Heidschnucke is very successful. The taste somehow transported me to the Mediterranean. Very friendly service on both visits. The whole thing combined with fair prices gives me 5 stars. The Utspann burger was great and the ice cream menu also had a nice twist. 🐓!!! Anyone who comes here should be very hungry! The restaurant is definitely a place to feel good. The staff is extremely warm and you feel welcome as a guest. The food deserves its own star rating! Here we cook with heart, which you can immediately tell from the arrangement on the plate and on the palate. The restaurant is rustically furnished and there is a cozy outdoor terrace. I recommend everyone who comes to the area (accessible from the A7 in 10 minutes) to eat in this restaurant!

On the way through we stopped for lunch. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, we noticed the beautifully designed children's playground next to the horse stable. We took a seat on the invitingly designed terrace and were quickly greeted by very friendly and competent staff. The regional Heidschnucken dishes on the menu are highly recommended. The sumptuous dishes were served after a reasonable wait. The kitchen had done a very good job so that we could continue our journey with a well-filled stomach. We will definitely stop here again on our next trip.

Everything is just right here. I am always amazed by the super friendly staff and the very good food. There is also at least one vegan dish on the menu and attention is paid to using regional ingredients. You should definitely reserve a table.

We (2 adults) left the A7 while passing through because we wanted to eat somewhere good. So I googled it briefly, was suggested Utspann and spontaneously made a phone call. Reservation is not a problem, but you should definitely do it. It's well attended! We were there half an hour early, but were able to take a seat in the beautiful garden terrace area, pleasantly shaded by trees everywhere. The welcome was really warm and nice, a very well-kept atmosphere and incredibly friendly service. The food was really tasty and plentiful and we really enjoyed the 2 hour break on the motorway there. We will definitely remember the address for future tours! Very cozy café/restaurant with incredibly nice people who enjoy their work. Even from Schleswig-Holstein, I like to have side meetings there because it's a little more central and my "comrades-in-arms" are always very enthusiastic. We came across this really nice restaurant via TripAdvisor. We were traveling with our caravan and were hungry. We were able to park there really well. The service was really very nice. The food was really delicious and we treated ourselves to some ice cream for dessert. We sat on the terrace, which is really beautifully designed. The restaurant also offers carriage rides and the stables for the horses are virtually Visvis. If we are on this tour again, we will definitely stop here again.

We were there with over 60 people. Super delicious food, I haven't eaten this good in a long time! Had roast lamb, pork medallions with side dishes, really highly recommended. Service was very friendly and very attentive. Always my pleasure.

We went there spontaneously for lunch. Because we were late, we had to order quickly, but that was okay. The food was delicious and filling and the service was friendly and attentive. We each had a main course and a dessert. Everything was attractively presented. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to come back there.

We had reserved a table for 5 people for the evening. The menu has a rather small selection of different dishes, but covers fish, meat, salad and vegetarian options. There is also soup and desserts. The service is very good, the food is tasty and the portions are sufficient. The rooms are rustic and cozy. It's lovely to sit outside in the garden.

2023 Everything was perfect in this restaurant, the service, the ambience and above all the food, it was cozy and incredibly tasty. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars, there should be more. 2024 It is by far my favorite restaurant and it hurts a little that it is so far from my home. We always visit Utspann on our way to the North Sea and my words cannot begin to describe how good this restaurant is. The food, the service, everything is just so good. Service and food unbeatable! We had dinner there last night and were greeted warmly and friendly by the waiters. The restaurant is beautifully designed and clean. The toilets were also very clean! All ingredients and types of meat come from local farms. The food was very tasty and fresh. The meat was very tender and buttery. The side dishes such as mashed potatoes, croquettes, beetroot, etc. were also delicious!

The ambience doesn't quite fit. But the food and service is top notch. Not to mention the staff. I would say highly recommended

The restaurant opens at 12pm, we wrote an email to reserve a table at 12.30pm. However, according to the service, e-mails are not viewed, so we were first informed about this. After a moment's hesitation we were assigned a table. There was a stand on it advertising Cordon Bleu. After we had decided on schnitzel from the menu and the order was taken, the waitress came back after a short time and told us that schnitzel would not be available because the supplier had not come. After some back and forth we were able to find something. However, this display with the offer remained on the table, even though this dish didn't work either (because it was schnitzel). Somehow everything was a bit strange.

We actually wanted to eat steak! Since the only steak restaurant was closed, we randomly looked for something else. There was no steak here, but there was a daily menu. Homemade tarte flambée is usually no substitute but it was so delicious that we also had a salad with chicken breast strips! Also very tasty prepared. The surprise was a success and we were well full. That was great!

I've eaten here so many times, even as a small child, when we had family celebrations we always ate with them and we always ate so well back then and that hasn't changed until now. And the service is also so nice, there's always a smile on your face. And this time I had a dish with a raspberry sauce and it went so perfectly with the meat. And even if I once had a dish that was a little more expensive, I have never regretted it.

Not too short of hollondaise. Even though I'm a chronic over-salter, I didn't add a crumb of seasoning. Fries are great too. Price-performance as well. It wasn't the last time we were here. PS: Parking is good. Better reserve. I'm excited 😊

Ich habe selten so gut gegessen, wie hier. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Dekoration wurde mit viel Liebe gemacht (Weihnachten). Das ganze Ambiente im Restaurant, spricht für sich. Wir kommen wieder.

Das utspann gehört zur absoluten Oberklasse der Restaurants. Das Personal, der Service ist sagenhaft toll. Das Ambiente wunderbar. Die frische Küche und die Preise sind einfach genial. Egal ob man dort isst oder etwas abholt. Die Hochzeitssuppe, die Schnitzel, die Flammkuchen, etc einfach alles wird mit besten Zutaten und viel Liebe bereitet und professionell serviert. Die Kleidung des Personals ist ein echter Hingucker und gibt dem Restaurant eine tiefe Atmosphäre. Wer im Heidekreis ist, muss unbedingt das Utspann besuchen. Es lohnt sich in jeder Hinsicht!
