Perfect! A great evening, gastronomy could hardly be better.

We like to go to restaurants, including starred restaurants. The “lower pharmacy” absolutely does not have to take a back seat here. A simple, modern atmosphere, attentive service without being intrusive. We both had the five course meal. Wonderful compositions, every single component is good to taste, very attractively presented, the wines correspond. The “Lower Pharmacy” is definitely recommended. And if you don't want to eat a menu, there is also a completely "normal" menu. Watching the chefs through the glass panes in the kitchen is a pleasure.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Service freundlich schnell aber unaufdringlich. Die Portionen der Hauptgerichte sind nicht auf Sattwerden ausgerichtet. Das wird man nur mit Vorspeise und wahrscheinlich Nachtisch. Das ist dann der Hunderter weg. Für wen das ok ist der hat ein schönes kulinarisch lang anhaltendes Erlebnis.

Alles wunderbar, sehr freundliches Personal, Essen mit besten Lebensmitteln gekocht, immer frisch, sehr schön präsentiert. Die Portionen sind etwas knapp (Beilagen), selbst für mich als Frau die keine großen Portionen braucht. Grundsätzlich ein Restaurant in das wir sehr gerne gehen und sehr empfehlen können.

Das beste (und raffinierteste) Risotto meines Lebens. Meine Partnerin hatte Ente. Das Kraut war ausgezeichnet, nur das Fleisch war etwas zu zäh. Alles in allem ein köstliches Essen.

A first-class culinary excursion at a high level. Anyone who thinks that particularly good food can only be found in the state capital is completely wrong - the Lower Pharmacy is the best proof. Welcomed by very attentive staff, an enjoyable evening begins in a very nice atmosphere with a phenomenal greeting from the kitchen. From beetroot salad to cheese buttons and a successful dessert, you are well served with a good selection of wines. All in all a very very nice and enjoyable evening 10/10. This was certainly not the last visit.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in das sehr geschmackvolle umgebaute Restaurant geführt. Service, Menü war perfekt. Ich hatte das vegetarische Menü und war beeindruckt von den verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Dessert war auch sehr gut. Das Essen ist besonders hübsch angerichtet. Ein kurzes Gespräch mir dem netten Chef hat den Abend abgerundet. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung.

A great place to have brunch with friends. We were there on Christmas Day morning, the food was delicious and the atmosphere extremely welcoming. Centrally located in Waiblingen city center, directly opposite the old town hall.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der "Untere Apotheke" in Waiblingen und waren positiv überrascht. Ein modernes Lokal mit schönem Ambiente. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr aufmerksam und das Essen war hervorragend. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

A wonderful all-round experience! We immediately felt at home when we were greeted, the staff was warm and gave recommendations. The greeting from the kitchen was particularly nice and got us in the mood for the great food. The ambience is very pleasant, beautiful light, the music is harmonious, cozy furnishings and the open kitchen, which you can see into, gives the restaurant a special atmosphere. The food was of a high standard - the dishes were not only well prepared, but also very well balanced in terms of taste. The wine selection was large and matched the dishes. Thank you for this lovely experience, we will definitely be back!

Ich hatte einen Tisch am Sonntag Mittag auf der Marktplatz Terrasse gebucht, der jedoch nicht existierte und ich würde diesbezüglich vorab nicht informiert! Wir konnten draußen sitzen, jedoch hinten raus mit schäbiger Hinterhofatmosphäre. Die Mittagstischkarte offerierte lediglich 3 Gerichte (Fleisch , Fisch, vegetarisch). Ein Unding! Das Essen war soweit ok, jedoch weit entfernt von kreativer und liebevoll angerichteter Sterneküche. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Den Mittagstisch kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Waiblingen has a special pearl to eat and the concept of having your own field for produce makes my heart beat faster. I've never eaten a catfish (slightly crispy), anyone who knows the wabelfish knows what I'm talking about, so I was amazed at what I was allowed to eat. A dream from the greeting to the adios simply fantastic... Thanks to everyone in the kitchen and the service team

We have eaten at the Lower Pharmacy several times. Both at lunchtime and in the evening we were treated to new taste innovations each time. The desserts of this quality cannot be found anywhere except here. Very tasty wines at fair prices make it easier to enjoy the great creations. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to experience something extraordinary and escape everyday life with a culinary delight.

An extremely interesting restaurant. The food is very good with an intelligent flair to it. Many of the fruits and vegetables they grow themselves are of organic quality, going straight from the plant onto the plate! Many restaurants could take an example from them. The wine list is small but very fine, with some wines that are hard to come by but worth tasting. Most are available by the glass, all very reasonably priced, bordering on extremely affordable. If they have the Crema Catalana, order it. It's the perfect example of their cooking: great, tasty food with an extremely special and intelligent kick. Bon appétit

Dies ist das 3. Mal, dass ich in dieses Restaurant komme. Immer gutes Essen und schönes Ambiente. Vor allem im Sommer auf der Terrasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen sieht nicht nur schön aus, sondern schmeckt auch fantastisch. Ich liebe es, dass die Speisekarte oft wechselt. Immer eine Überraschung!

By chance we came to this very beautiful, very friendly and very enjoyable restaurant. We ordered a seafood risotto with grilled sea bass for lunch. The result: This dish was an absolute delight!!!!. The owner himself works towards the guests in a very pleasant and very friendly communicative manner!!!!. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated, so you immediately feel very comfortable. We come from Stuttgart and this has become a new restaurant for us!!!. Just a small note, from September 1st, 2024, Sundays are closed, previously Mondays. A 100% recommendation from us and we wish the owner and team the greatest possible success. We look forward to our next visit with a very successful evening menu.

Update July 24: 5 stars for the service and the kitchen, which has taken another big step forward! Cohesive cuisine, the most pleasant atmosphere, prompt service. The wine was a hit. When it comes to tapas, we would have liked less quantity and more choice. Otherwise we will come back.

Wow! The Lower Pharmacy offers more than just dinner – it is a real taste explosion. The individual dishes have sophisticated and complex flavors that we have never experienced before. We were able to take our time and enjoy every bite. A real highlight for everyone who loves good food!

A top address in Waiblingen/Stuttgart. I'm always surprised that it doesn't have a star yet. Service attentive, friendly and fulfill every wish. Food - not a single point of criticism - very good! I'm used to good food and star cuisine. This one deserves one.

The Untere Apotheke has quickly established itself as a great restaurant in Waiblingen. Fine dining in a wonderful, very tasteful atmosphere, excellent food and high-quality, selected wines. A very attentive service, casual and without chichi. A great alternative to the neighboring star kitchen!

We visited this restaurant for the first time last Friday and were truly disappointed with the cuisine and service. We ordered a summer salad as a starter. Not only was the plate carelessly decorated, but you could hardly taste the lemon vinaigrette and we were sold a simple bread crunch like it came out of a package under the name linseed crunch. The whole thing for a proud price of €16. The main course, priced at €53, was barely edible. Grilled green asparagus was overcooked and was literally swimming in a greasy hollondaise sauce. A few young potatoes in one piece also sank into this fatty mass and a soft-boiled egg lay on top, presumably for decoration. The beef fillet was the only piece on the plate that was edible. The same thing happened with dessert. The strawberry tart was bland and just plain sweet. The highlight of our stay in the restaurant was our order of the espresso macchiato. We had to drink espresso because the waitress didn't want to open a new carton of milk late in the evening. So our conclusion: Overpriced, unprofessional staff and inedible food. It's a shame because the atmosphere looked very inviting.

We were there for dinner. Everything was fine. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was very tasty, attractively prepared and gave the impression of good quality. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. The price-performance ratio is appropriate. There was a greeting from the kitchen - which also tasted excellent - and bread on the house. As women, we were full with 2 tapas or tapa + starter. Because it has already been complained about here: the portions correspond to a slightly more upscale gastro and tapas bar, you shouldn't expect portions like in a schnitzel factory. We wish Pablo much success and will definitely come back. Addendum: I have been there several times in the meantime, always with different people. The food was always excellent and everyone who accompanied us was also enthusiastic.

Das Essen war hervorragend und wirklich etwas besonderes. Auch das vegane Menü (auf etxra Wunsch) war Spitze. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Doch auch sehr gutem Personal passiert mal ein Missgeschick. Bei uns war es der Begrüßungssekt. Das Tablett ging zu Boden und teilweise ergoss sich der Sekt über die Gäste. Die Servicemitarbeiter baten um Entschuldigung und beseitigten den Schaden ruhig und sehr professionell. Eine Entschuldigung vom Chef persönlich gab es allerdings nicht auch kein Angebot zur Wiedergutmachung oder eine kleine Geste des Dankes, dass die Betroffenen so ruhig geblieben sind.

Our visit last Tuesday gave the word "enjoyment" a whole new definition! We both chose the “Onsen Egg” dish, which more than blew us away. For dessert we had Träubleskuchen, served with an incomparably good lemon balm sorbet, which was like a refreshing taste explosion. Both - main course and dessert - consisted of particularly fine compositions and every single bite was pure enjoyment. I can only give a very clear recommendation here! Excellent cuisine from a great restaurant that makes the difference.

Earns more than 5 points. For lunch we had grilled green asparagus, triplet potatoes with truffle cream and a great egg yolk. Every bite was a delight! For dessert there was Träubleskuchen and an incredibly good lemon balm ice cream that I still dream about today.

We were lucky enough to reserve a table at this restaurant and the process went smoothly. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and our jackets were taken straight away. The view through the glass wall of the chefs preparing the dishes was fascinating. Before we started our dinner, we were even surprised with a delicious welcome drink. The menu was very specific and offered a variety of tempting options. The food itself definitely deserves a 5 out of 5 rating - it was deliciously prepared and presented. We can fully recommend this restaurant to everyone and look forward to coming back soon. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful culinary experience!

I would love the 'Lower Pharmacy' so much. The offer is great, whether coffee, food or drinks. Everything is great. However, there is one very big but: the availability of food and drinks is very variable. Sometimes the beloved drink isn't available, then the chef gets off work at 8:30 p.m. and there is no more food, the next time dishes come from the - small, fine - menu, which you then find out at the table and have to reorient yourself can/must (particularly difficult if you don't like everything). The very reduced opening times compared to the first time are also a shame (but certainly understandable). Unfortunately for the younger audience, there is no new second living room (as initially hoped), rather upscale cuisine at an approachable level with more sedate guests.

The food was very tasty. Each dish was prepared and presented with the utmost care. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. Every foodie must visit the Lower Pharmacy! The service was first class. The waitress was able to give us excellent advice on choosing dishes and drinks. The staff made sure we didn't lack for anything. I'm already looking forward to coming back soon and discovering more culinary treats.
