As Eastern rock fans, you of course know this location: The team has the various events under control, you can see their years of experience: placement, sound technology, service as well as the food and drinks are all great!

The food is very tasty and the service is simply top...I can only recommend it. The hotel/restaurant is located right on the water, it couldn't be more romantic in Berlin. Thumbs up and keep it up.

Only went to a few concerts. Great organization. Delicious food beforehand. Great acts. Great mood. Very good service... successful evenings. Not for the last time...

The events are great, as is the space. But the food is an imposition. Praise God the waiters are quick and friendly.

Great excursion restaurant in a concert location

We were there for the first time for the concert Dirk Zöllner & Manuel Schmid - The Most Beautiful Ballads from the Land Before Our Time - and we really enjoyed it. A nice place for a short vacation. Lots of water and forest all around.

Beautifully located excursion restaurant. You always get a table and a varied menu. The waiters are still “old school” The events are very diverse and fun.

Great location on the water, staff are friendly, there can be waiting times in summer - which is normal... Parking spaces available, but limited... Buses and boats also go there.

We were there for dinner, which was again very tasty. Also the staff, very nice, very fast service and relaxed cool. During our last visit in January we forgot a pair of glasses and they were returned. Thank you for that. Highly recommended On January 4th, 2025 we went to a concert in Neu Heligoland. We were again very satisfied, the food was good, the service was friendly and quick. We'd love to come back.

Nice hotel and restaurant on the water, where you can also dock your boat. Otherwise you will need a vehicle as it is a bit remote. We were only there for brunch.

It is a very large cold room. Cold, in the sense of not being heated properly. The staff tried hard to look after the guests. The food went.

Great service that is rare these days

Invited by friends, we were able to experience the rooms and the restaurant. Nice atmosphere that has a bit of old charm despite the reconstruction. If you like it, definitely give it more stars. The food doesn't blow your mind, it's okay... Unfortunately, it's just okay. For the prices I expect a little more love and less finished products. Attentive service, which gets the 5 stars for the service.

Andreas and his team provide excellent service and have the rare quality of really welcoming you. You just feel good. The kitchen crew understands that dishes don't always have to be "super fancy" and complex, but simply good and tasty and that's what it is without a doubt.

I can only judge the restaurant... Very good, no-frills German cuisine. Actually there are always a handful of seasonal dishes on the menu. Service staff is very capable, relaxed and friendly.

Very nicely located restaurant/hotel right on the water. We know the restaurant from GDR times and have visited it at irregular intervals. Lately we have noticed that the quality of the food has declined. Unfortunately the food today was not convincing / Veal liver with red cabbage and mashed potatoes. The sauce is indefinable and also unsightly. Tasted like NOTHING. The veal liver tasted like it had been warmed up and not like it had been freshly fried. Am very disappointed.

We were only there to eat. The location is great. If you come out of the restaurant with too much momentum, you run the risk of landing in the water. Food was rather below average, although to be fair it has to be said that there was a music event going on at the same time and consequently over 100 people had to be fed. If you like it quiet, you definitely shouldn't go when there is a music event, as these also take place in the restaurant and the music can be clearly heard despite the glass/wall.

Beautiful restaurant garden with water views. Home-style cooking - down-to-earth. 9.30 euros for a normal small spicy meat as a starter, without any special finesse - but I think it's far too much. It's a shame - we'll eat somewhere else today.

Yesterday we had a birthday table on the terrace with a view of the water in the best weather. Everything went great, the food was very tasty. Despite all tables being full, quick and cheerful service! Thanks for the lovely afternoon!!! Our 84 year old aunty was happy! 🥳👍

I actually really like it there. The male service personnel are extremely friendly, the female ones are quite the opposite. Today a dark-haired one with a ponytail. Bring my husband and me an Aperol with alcohol and one without and say: how boring and unfunny are they? I found that very presumptuous. There could be a dry alcoholic sitting there or a pregnant woman or or or

In my opinion there was little choice. (But if the food is freshly made, that's of course not so bad) It is often quite crowded and loud. I don't like the way the customers are structured and distributed. But I found the toilets very nice. The food was good. The waiters were really very nice. :))

We were able to enjoy a great coffee session there after making a reservation and stayed straight for dinner after a steamboat trip. Very friendly service, very good food, completely satisfied, it can be that simple. The location is fantastic and brings back many memories old times, when we sat on the terrace as children and waved at every rowing boat. That was 50 years ago. Some good things still last.

We had lunch/dinner here and really enjoyed it. The solyanka was well seasoned, the pike perch with chanterelles was also very tasty, and the herring was also delicious. Service was also very friendly. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience and will definitely come back

Excursion restaurant in an impressive location, simple, tasty food, right next to the ferry and ship pier

Very popular and very good and inexpensive food 👍😊💸 There are around 800 seats inside and outside. Prices are at a very high level, as often happens during inflation. But everything fits together, the quality and taste are top. 👏🤗

The ice cream sundaes are a rip off! We had dinner here today. The food tastes good and the location is nice too. But the portion of food was small. The ice cream sundaes were cheeky though! 3 scoops of ice cream + cream + a little nut slivers/chocolate sauce for 9 euros. There were two big problems here: 1. The ice cream scoops were absolutely puny. The ball size is about half the size of an ice cream parlor. In addition, the cup does not correspond to the description: According to it, there are whole nuts around the ice cream balls. However, we only found a few slivers of nuts lying on top of the cream. That was pretty disappointing when you already paid 9 euros for it. 2. For 3 scoops of ice cream + cream you would have only paid 6.70 euros if ordered individually - i.e. we paid 2.30 euros extra for a few nut slivers + chocolate sauce. I find this unacceptable and a rip-off of the customer.

Restaurant - worst service you can imagine. Waitresses are above average unfriendly. Food overpriced and not tasty either. Location is good. After very, very bad service, we were sparing with our tips, so the waitress said goodbye to us by saying “thanks for nothing”. We will never visit this location again.

Beautifully idyllic, located on the small Müggelsee. Great terrace right on the lake, rich breakfast. The ferry and excursion boats leave directly from the hotel and you can start great tours. Since the hotel is also a destination and event location, you can walk around as a hotel guest. We would still come back.

Wonderful little hotel with restaurants on the Müggelspree. Breakfast as a buffet including fresh fruit. Outdoor area with lots of seating right by the water. Very good cakes and ice cream sundaes, always worth a sin 😊. Very friendly staff! Boat dock directly at the house. Bus stop about 500m away. Walking/hiking/biking path to the small and large Müggelsee directly in front of the house. Swimming possibility within a few minutes walk. We'll definitely come back.
