Restaurant und Bar im Holiday Inn München Ost in München

Poor, Saturday evening and the bar is closed. Breakfast in the morning, not enough places for the guests, they can't keep up with breakfast. Beds are worn out, bedding is dirty

The menu offers limited options, possibly because it’s a Sunday. This feels different from the pictures, which seemed to show a wider variety of dishes.

The food was delicious and the service was great.

Ivan is very friendly and accommodating. Very nice service at the bar, had to jump in spontaneously. Had everything under control, had to do a lot of refills, oranges and snacks were in short supply. The bar was busy. Clean places, prompt service

Delicious food beautiful ambient

It was a very bad experience. We arrived half an hour before the kitchen closed and they only let us order pizzas (frozen) and only 3 variants. Furthermore, the waiter was rude, he brought us the bill before having brought all the pizzas and when we were leaving we heard him insult us in whispers. The worst service I have received in a long time

Very nice hotel, beautiful, clean rooms, comfortable bed with 3 different pillows to select. WiFi works perfect. In the room there is an iron and a water cooker. The staff is very friendly. Only the breakfast buffet wasn't that convincing, just very basic food. I wish there was a bigger selection of veggies, smoothies would be nice, there was no simple oatmeal without sugar, the pancake machine was broken. Bread and pastry was ok. Still I was wishing for something more from such a nice hotel.

Das leckere Essen sowie der freundliche Service waren vorzüglich! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Schön, wenn man dann auch noch mit einem Lächeln verabschiedet wird. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :-)
