I would have given the restaurant 4 to 5 stars, as the food was absolutely the best we had had in all of Germany. both starter, main course and dessert were top class. we had chanterelle soup, red sole and dessert. our young waiter was really skilled. we ordered a French wine "Sankt Emilion Grand Cru" our skilled waiter served the wine in the best way. unfortunately, after the first glass, a large black fly landed in the wine. we asked for a new bottle. About 5 minutes passed and then a man came out with an apron, and without introducing himself, and spoke quickly in German. i asked him to please speak english as we don't understand german. the first thing he said was that they wouldn't pay for a new bottle and that it was our own fault that we chose to sit outside. we ate for 220€, it was not a cheap but good place. I explained told him that a fly usually comes from animal feces if he wants his customers to drink wine with that animal in the wine. All other restaurants I have been to had it been a formality and you would have been given a new wine asap. It must be said that the staff handled the wine and was on another table and we had no access to the bottle. Still, it was our fault, the customer, and not the restaurant's responsibility? my wife suggested if we could get a new bottle cheaper to close the case. we got a new bottle for 25% discount….The next bottle was demonstratively served by a new unsmiling employee who did not edge that bottle and demonstratively put the cork on so the wine was not oxygenated at all. we gave nice tips and left the place disappointed.

Dejlig restaurant i en af sidegaderne. Vi fik mere en vi betalte for. Vi fik løgsuppe og lever med kartofler og salat. Alt smagte godt og var veltilberedt.

The interior is small, but quite comfortable if you don't sit directly in front of the front door. The menu is completely sufficient and pleased our taste buds and eyes to the highest degree. The staff is very friendly and attentive

I ordered a rump steak. I was given a scrap of the back of a German young bull, unripened/wet meat, not recognizable as rump steak, the cooking point “medium” was adhered to. The potato side dish and other side dishes are very economical and with the salad, everyone reaches their dream weight immediately. If it hadn't been a business lunch that I had organized based on my previous good experiences there, I would have complained about the steak. Our guests' dishes were modest. Are you interested in changing something?

We had booked a table at Truffle this lunchtime because we wanted to celebrate a birthday in a good restaurant in a nice atmosphere. The appetizer came deliciously on a preheated plate, the water was served sparkling in a carafe with our good Harz water (€4). For the main course, however, it wasn't the fillet we ordered but a schnitzel, the other food came almost as ordered - instead of the Macaire potatoes, fried potatoes were brought, even though these were intended for the fillet. When we refused to accept it, we were asked whether we wanted the schnitzel - no, we wanted what we had ordered. Yes, then we would have to wait... The lady apologized briefly - it was her mistake, she had put something wrong in the cash register. We now sat at the table with one meal and had to wait for the other. It would have all been well and good, but having to wait a good 30 minutes for a meal... and this with a special event (birthday dinner) - a shame - but it can happen sometimes... After my partner had eaten everything, she went to the manager in the restaurant for a one-on-one conversation (there was still a lot of time until the second meal came...) and explained that we were a little dissatisfied with everything and we we had hoped for a nicer birthday meal. In addition, the food plate had such a large chip that I would have thrown it away in my kitchen! We have been guests for around 30 years and have almost always been extremely satisfied, but unfortunately the quality of the food and the service have declined since Corona. When the ordered food finally arrived after a long time, the pork fillet was completely cooked and was very difficult to cut with a knife. When the boss came and asked if everything was okay, I complained about my fillet and said that it was "fried to death". She, on the other hand, insisted that it was pink... well, gray and pink are easy to tell apart... When the bill came with unfortunately not a word of apology and the full amount of €90, my wallet was no longer loose and there was no tip. It's a shame, I would have liked different service from a restaurant of this category. Would it have been so bad that they would have asked if the mistake could be made up for with a drink? Unfortunately, it was my impression that a lot of emphasis is placed on local celebrities - unfortunately we were only there dressed in casual style. I can no longer give the unreserved recommendation that I gave years ago. We are also considering whether we will choose this restaurant again.

Vi fandt selv stedet ved at se på Trip advisor, og må sige at de fortjener alle deres stjerner. Vi fik en romsteak med kantareller og kartofler samt en pasta med lammekød og en Tiramisu med jordbær til dessert det hele sad lige i skabet så stedet vil vi også give vores bedste anbefalinger :-)

The food at the Truffle Restaurant was super delicious, from the starter to the main course to dessert! The small restaurant also has a nice atmosphere, so we had a very nice evening for two. The only thing that really bothered us was one of the waitresses, the way she treated us wasn't working at all. For example, our day menu was taken away from us without asking and put at another table. At this point we hadn't even read everything on the daily menu. The way she treated her colleagues also said a lot. Hence the one star deduction. All other waitresses were very nice and accommodating. Otherwise the evening was very nice and delicious!

Wir waren wieder einmal zum Nikolaus im „Trüffel“ - wie immer stimmte alles: Speisen, Getränke und Service.

Der Name ließ die Erwartungen eher etwas höher ausfallen, was aber leider weder vom Ambiente noch vom Essen gehalten werden konnte. Beides in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes.

Sicherlich ein top location, essen super. Nur beim Service ist noch Potential nach oben. Unsere Bedinung musste häufig nachfragen und konnte leider den Wein nicht einschenken...das sollte vorher geprobt werden. Das beim Essen die hauptzutat fehlte sollte die Bedienung auch sehen bevor aufgetragen wird. Zum Abschluss noch eine falsch ausgestellte Rechnung... Schade sonst wären volle 5 Sterne drin gewesen.

Gave 2 stars to the food because the minestrone was nice. But the fish wasn't fresh, it was smelly and when I told the waitress she said the chef confirmed there was a problem with it. They didn't charge the fish, but I ended up not having dinner. The salad was swimming in a sweet sauce, not everyone's taste. Service was good, space was OK.

Der Koch ist ein Zauberer. Die Bedienungen sind unglaublich kinderfreundlich, schnell und kompetent.

Wir haben aus der Mittagskarte bestellt, es gab vorweg eine Suppe. Essen war lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett. Kommen gerne wieder.

Hohe gleichbleibende Qualität der leckeren Gerichte, günstige Tagesangebote incl. kleinen Süppchen, tolle Weine und ein sehr netter Service. Extra- Wünsche werden auch Problemlos umgesetzt. Ich bin immer wieder sehr gerne hier zum schlemmen.

Tysk mad i særklasse til absolut fornuftige priser. Anbefalinger fra det yderst serviceminded og venlige personale kan godt betale sig.

The food prices do not reflect what you are getting. I had Mushroom risotto 23 euro with over cooked green asparagus. My wife pesto spaghetti with Parma ham 26 euro. Over priced . Gin and tonic also 12 50.

Wie schon die Wertungssterne Aussagen, waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden. Wir werden wiederkommen, ein Grund mit sind die Pfifferlinggerichte.

Also, wir hatten Trüffelnudeln, Spagetti olio mit Garnelen, Leber mit Kartoffelmus und Ratatouille mit Reis (vegan für meine Schwester). Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, war aber hochpreisig. Selbst die Getränke waren schon ganz schön hochpreisig. Ein veganes Gericht war nicht auf der Karte und wir haben der Kellnerin, die aber sehr nett und bemüht war, erklären müssen, was vegan bedeutet. In der heutigen Zeit für ein gehobenes Restaurant muss das nicht unbedingt sein. Da sollte man Dinge wie vegan, vegetarisch, halal, koscher oder so kennen. Das Ratatouille war am Ende aber auch sehr köstlich und meine Schwester musste nicht zum 30igsten mal diese Woche auf einen Salat ausweichen. Das Ambiente, die Einrichtung und die Toiletten sind alle in Ordnung. Das Dessert mit dem Sekt und dem Zitronensorbet kann ich empfehlen. Es gibt auch eigenes, hausgemachtes.

Vi spiste aftensmad her, som vi har gjort mange gange, og vi glædede os, da vi altid har fået virkelig lækker mad her. Jeg bestilte Saltimbocca af svin med kantareller, og min kone Linguine med kantareller. Linguinen var god og velsmagende. Min ret, saltimbocca, var et tyndt tørstegt stykke svinekød, overdænget med salvie. Og så selvfølgelig skinke. Næsten uspiseligt, medmindre man elsker tørt kød og masser af salvie. Jeg burde have sendt det retur til køkkenet, men jeg fjernede en bunke salvie og spiste det. Indrømmet, det var lidt dumt. Vi tænker os nok om en ekstra gang, før vi kommer her igen.

Er I til veltilberedt og særdeles velsmagende mad, i hyggelig og nærværende atmosfære med høflig og professionel betjening, så tænker jeg Tröffel er noget for jer. En stille søndag i august, finder vi denne perle af en restaurant og vi bliver nødt til at dele oplevelsen. Et godt med ikke for langt menukort, tyder allerede på de ønsker kvalitet frem for at “please” alle - udover de kvalitetsbevidste sultne mennesker. Vi blev budt velkommen af sød og smilende værtinde, der viste os til det veldækkede bord indenfor. Det regnede lidt, ellers havde vi siddet i det fri under varmelamperne. En skøn forret, efterfulgt af den bedste pasta vi nogensinde har smagt,- selv når vi tager Italien med i beregningen. Hertil blev anbefalet hvidvin, der ligeledes smagte af meget mere. Der er både retter med og uden trøffel og vi fik en ret af hver. Rejerne var lige som de skulle være og kalven til pastaen var så mør, at den slet ikke skulle tygges - helt fantastisk og velsmagende det hele. Vi var så mætte, at vi ikke kunne spise dessert - desværre!! Kommer vi til Goslar igen, er vi på plads i restauranten igen. De bedste anbefalinger herfra

Da wir ein Kurzes Wochenende hatten im Harz, natürlich mehr unterwegs als im Hotel haben wir jeden Abend auch im anderen Restaurant verbracht Aber das ist ein wunderbares Restaurant am Rande des historischen Stadtzentrums Goslar. Im Hochsommer draußen mit schönen Tischen oder doch ein Gehobenes aber doch lockeres Atmosphäre drinnen. Die Damen im Service sind charmant und freundlich, auch der Chef ein sehr freundliches Auftreten. Alles wird sehr kompetent erklärt und präsentiert. Bei der Speisenkarte sind auch viele italienische anmutenden Speisen dabei. Natürlich auch Trüffelgerichte die den Haus seinen Namen gibt dazu bieten die auch innovative, feine mediterrane Küche an Variationen von Steaks, oder schöne Meeresfrüchte und köstliche Fischgerichte. Wir hatten folgendes bestellt: Vorspeise: Beef Tatar mit Eigelb, kapern, Zwiebel und Brot Hauptspeise: Rib-Eye Steak Trüffelhonig Glasur Lammfilet scharfkäsesoße Dessert: Schokoladen Soufflé mit Frischen Obst Es war Perfekt und sehr lecker, selten sowas gutes gegessen zu haben. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind werden wir auch hier wieder essen gehen. Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant und empfehlenswert. Lg aus Bremerhaven

Ja, es gibt in Goslar doch ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir waren auf Verwandtenbesuch in Goslar und suchten ein Restaurant, das sowohl Atmosphäre als auch Qualität bietet. In Goslar ist das nicht so leicht. Hier gelang der Abend - wir waren 5 gäste, davon zwei ausschließlich "Fleischesser" - alle sehr zufrieden - Tunfisch in Sesam sehr gut, Rindersteaks sehr gut, Pfifferlingsuppe sehr gut, Desserts auch gut, Wein ganz prima und fair kalkuliert. Service nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus war voll. Da gehen wir wieder hin und die wenigen nörgelnden Gäste hat wohl die Konkurrenz geschickt.

Das ist ein wunderbares Restaurant am Rande des historischen Stadtzentrums. Im Hochsommer mit schönen Tischen im Freien. Die Damen im Service sind charmant und freundlich, wenn auch nicht ganz fehlerfrei. Alles wird sehr kompetent erklärt und präsentiert. Das Konvolut der Speisenkarte nebst umfangreicher Tageskarte wirkt aber überladen. Viele sehr italienisch anmutenden Speisen sind auch dabei. Das Risotto kam mir in diesem Umfeld gleich suspekt vor, Prompt wurde es am Nebentisch als Zumutung gerügt, da es eher eine einfache Reispfanne war. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit einer Pfifferlingsrahmsuppe und einem großen Salat mit Rindersteakstreifen. Gehobenes Umfeld und ebensolche Preise. Gerne wieder.

Wir sind an unserem ersten Tag in Goslar zu diesem Restaurant zum Mittagessen gegangen und haben das bis zu unserem letzten Tag wiederholt, denn es hat uns jedes Mal sehr gut geschmeckt, und auch die Bedienung war ausgesprochen nett. Die Gerichte der Tageskarte sind preislich günstiger und in der Qualität nicht schlechter als die a la carte Gerichte, z.B. ein hervorragender Seehecht in Zitronensauce, der frisch und heiß serviert wurde. Auch bei den anderen Gerichten (z.B. Rinderfilet mit Pfifferlingen) hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass sie überteuert waren - sie waren einfach ein Genuss. Uns gefiel dieses Restaurant, weil es nicht versucht mit Dekorationen auf dem Teller Eindruck zu schinden, sondern mit Zutaten von hoher Qualität. Auch die Weine, die ich probiert habe, waren ihr Geld wert. Zu den Desserts kann ich nichts sagen, da wir sie nicht probiert haben.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend mit hervorragenden Speisen und Getränken. Vielen Dank nochmal an die nette und zuvorkommende Kellnerin aus Berlin . Danke wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren ohne Reservierung da und haben auf der Terrasse einen der letzten freien Tische bekommen. War ein sehr netter und guter Service, das Essen kam zügig und war wirklich lecker! Es hätte etwas wärmer sein. Insgesamt unbedingt empfehlenswert, ein schöner Abend!

Eine Location mit anspruchsvollen Angeboten und hochwertiger Küche. Wir konnten kurzfristig einen Tisch bekommen und wurden gut bedient. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und bietet viele tagesaktuelle Angebote. Ein preislicher Schnapper ist es dort sicherlich nicht. Das sollte man vor dem Besuch einkalkulieren. Wenn es voll ist, kann es etwas hektisch werden
