You feel at home the moment you enter the restaurant. You receive a warm welcome and then enjoy fantastic food every time. We're regular customers, even though we now live in Holland. Whenever we're here, we go to Sorbas!

We happened to be here on the way from Flensburg to Niebüll with our motorhome and were thrilled.

Since we had a reservation, we got a table right away. Unfortunately, the waitress couldn't answer our questions about the menu. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, and it tasted okay. The gyro was delicious, just a bit dry, and the fries were a bit too soft (but that's a matter of taste). At the end, we even got a free ouzo. All in all, it's a great place to go with friends and family.

The food is always delicious and the service is very friendly. We always feel welcome, whether we eat in or order to take out. Even when I was there with just my child, they took care of us. The food might cost a euro or two more than at other restaurants, but it's definitely worth it.

During a business trip I googled a restaurant and chose this restaurant based on the reviews and the first good pictures. Especially since it's not always easy to find something good at 5 p.m. The reception was super friendly. The service was really nice and attentive. I really wanted gyros and a bifteki. This combination doesn't exist, both only separately. However, I got a Bifteki with it. Perfect! And it was anything but small. The gyros are absolutely great! Also crispy pieces, just the way it should be. The feta-filled bifteki was also absolutely great. Rice very tasty, perfect fries. Great and finally a lot of tzatziki. Also the small salad first: also very good. I can't understand the negative criticism here. Tastes very good! All in all: 5 stars! Highly recommended! Price/performance very good, with very good quality.

We were in Zorbas for the first time. The ambience was nice, the location as you would expect from a Greek. The service was attentive and took the drinks and food orders quickly. The food itself came quite quickly, starting with the starter salad which consisted of coleslaw, a pepperoni, a slice of tomato and little taste. For the main course, I had the Rezina platter which seemed good and plentiful But unfortunately the rice as well as the meat were very bland in terms of taste and gave the impression that everything was already ready in warming devices (which would then also explain the very quick delivery to the table) and unfortunately there were 2-3 pieces of meat where the burnt taste of the grill strips was very dominant Overall we were disappointed and won't eat here again.

We were completely dissatisfied here. We know, among other things, the quality of the Greek Athens in Niebüll and, after not having been to Sorbas for a long time due to bad experiences, we received quite positive feedback from neighbors that it should be so good here. But: The salad beforehand only consisted of simple coleslaw served with little love. A pepperoni included, a tiny slice of tomato/cucumber - no dressing (not really) - so pretty boring and bland. The gyros were cut so small that you could almost have used a spoon to eat them. The specially ordered tzatziki was quite expensive at 5 euros, considering the tiny bowl and the actual lack of garlic in it. Good thing we had cash with us, card payment wasn't possible. Our conclusion: We won't come back here until the chef or owner has changed.

Very good Greek, he still makes real gyros 👍. It doesn't matter how full. This is services is always perfect and now very fast. His prices are still the best

Okay, it was my first time there and I have to say the food is very expensive in my opinion. The atmosphere was nice and the food was "normal", but 30€ for a starter platter is way too much. You can do that once a year, but I'd rather go somewhere else for the good Greek around the corner. The service was also rather bad, but the waiter could have been new.

Last weekend I was there with a group of over 30 people. It was a shared evening at a sporting event with participants from all over Germany. The previous agreements were great. The restaurant did everything to give us a pleasant evening. Great food, friendly, courteous service and reasonable prices. Everyone was full and more than satisfied. I wanted to drink a cappuccino and unfortunately I was disappointed. It was Instand powder stuff from Aldi or something and was only lukewarm. The waitress was a bit confused when I asked for cake. Unfortunately she didn't know what that was. Otherwise a nice restaurant and friendly

Actually I would only give three stars because my food really wasn't good. The tomato soup didn't taste like tomatoes at all and was thin and bland. The turkey steak still had the tendons. But my husband's food was ok, the service was nice and the food came quickly, so it still gets 4 stars.

Es war wieder richtig toll bei euch

Die Taverne Sorbas liegt, von Flensburg aus auf der B199 kommend, direkt am Ortseingang Leck vor der ersten Tankstelle. Zum Parkplatz vor dem Haus muss man allerdings an der ersten Ampel nach links Richtung Sande, Husum abbiegen und dann nach ca. 15 m rechts auf die Parkplatz-Einfahrt fahren. Im Restaurant findet man ein gemütliches Ambiente und wird nach Eintritt gleich freundlich am Tresen begrüßt und an einen Tisch geleitet. Ich war seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr hier, da zuletzt die Qualität der Speisen doch sehr nachgelassen hatte (viel Fett, wenig Gewürz, lieblos), was auch von Freunden und Bekannten bestätigt wurde. Dann ging das Gerücht um, nach Übernahme durch einen neuen Betreiber sei es sogar noch schlechter geworden. Nachdem ich heute eingeladen wurde, war ich doch sehr gespannt. Kurzfassung: Vorspuppe, Hauptgericht, Wein ist m.M. leicht über dem Niveau anderer griechischer Restaurants und ganz bestimmt erheblich besser, als ich es in Erinnerung hatte. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber, ich werde in Zukunft wieder häufiger hier essen gehen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Metaxa - Sauce war etwas fade, aber vielleicht ist das auch nur mein Geschmack. Dafür war im Tzatziki richtig gut Knoblauch, nicht so lasche Joghurtsoße. Alles okay.

Ein gutes griechisches Restaurant mit den klassischen Gerichten. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Gerichte sind lecker , der Servie ist nett.

Im Tomatensalat waren immerhin 4 Tomatenstücke, Essen war leider schnell kalt und es fehlte reichlich an Geschmack

Essen war sehr gut. Personal war an diesem Tag total überfordert. Später beim Rausgehen haben wir gefragt, ob es keinen Quzo vom Gastwirt für die Gäste gibt. War dem Chef total peinlich. Aber wir haben es mit Humor genommen. Trotzdem immer wieder gerne zum Einkehren.

Die Taverne war sehr gut besucht und dennoch lief der Service und die gesamte Abwicklung äußerst zügig. Das Essen war lecker und Portionen großzügig.

Ich hatte einen Bauernsalat bestellt, an sich eine grosse Portion, doch 50% des Salates bestand aus Weisskrautsalat für 11,50 €, schon ein bißchen langweilig.

Sehr angenehme Überraschung: Die Karte entsprach weitestgehend der "typisch griechischen" Karte entsprechender Restaurants in Deutschland. Das Essen war aber durchgehend überdurchschnittlich. Freundlicher Service, das Essen kam schnell und war vor allem wirklich sehr gut. Preislich absolut angemessen. Portionen groß aber nicht riesig. Das Ambiente war eher schlicht aber angenehm. Tische mit Bänken auf beiden Seiten fand ich persönlich sehr gemütlich.

Sehr geiler Grieche! Preis/Leistung einfach unschlagbar. Gehe sehr gerne dorthin.

Nettes Restaurant, einfach zu finden. Wir waren sehr früh dort und kurze Zeit später kamen mehr Gäste. Die Parkplatzsituation ist als großzügig zu bewerten. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wurde schnell an den Tisch gereicht. Einziges Manko war die Bezahlung, beim dritten Mal wurde dann endlich die Rechnung gebracht.

Wir sind jahrelang dort Kunden. Als der alte nico den Laden übergeben hat ging es auch mit dem Essen abwärts aber war noch ganz okay. Doch die letzten 3 mal waren super schlecht. Teilweise trockens fleisch, das Gyros war angebrannt und das lammkotlett war so unverschämt klein (Größe vom stk Gyros). Sehr traurig aber es war nun wirklich das letzte Mal das wir dort gegessen haben.

Fin service og venligt personale. Hyggelige lokaler med god mad og stemning. Vi er kommet der i mange år og det nye værtspar er kommet fint i gang eftersat have overtaget stedet efter Niko, som var helt i top. Det ser ud til at alt fortsætter med den samme hygge og kvalitet som tidligere.

Sehr schönes und nettes Restaurant, liebevoll eingerichtet und wird von einer griechischen Familie geführt. Die Küche ist typisch griechisch und sehr lecker!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Hier hebben we heel erg lekker gegeten en de porties zijn behoorlijk groot, echt waar voor je geld. De bediening erg vriendelijk en op speciale wensen wordt ingegaan

Vom Gyros bis zum Lammfilet immer wieder ein Gedicht. Die Speisen werden heiß serviert und wohlwollend portioniert. Zu jeden Tellergericht wird ein Salatteller gereicht.Doggybacks möglich!

Das Lokal öffnet erst um 18 Uhr, und obwohl wir gut eine halbe Stunde vor der Zeit waren wurden wir freundlich vom Chef begrüßt, der bei einem Getränk vorm Lokal saß. Wir wurden in einen kleinen Nebenraum geleitet und dann kam der erste Hammer: Wir hatten noch nicht Platz genommen, da wurden die Speisekarten auf den Tisch geworfen und der Chef verschwand wieder. Kurze Zeit drauf kam eine Frau an den Tisch um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nach recht kurzer Zeit kamen unsere Beilagensalate. Ohne Blattsalate, auch nicht wirklich griechisch, Nichts was irgendwie Vorfreude auf den Hauptgang fördern würde. Wir hatten den Salat noch nicht ganz gegessen, da kam die Bedienung (2X) nachschauen ob wir schon fertig seien. Der Hauptgang schien schon fertig zu sein und wir „aus dem Zeitplan“. Mein Tintenfisch mit Reis waren Calamari aus der Fritteuse und die zwei sehr kleinen Reisbällchen definitiv zu klein geraten (auf der Rechnung steht tatsächlich Kalamaris 13€). Die Fischplatte meiner Kollegin unterschied sich von meinem Gericht durch zwei ebenfalls frittierten kleinen (wahrscheinlich) Sardinen, einem winzigen frittierten Fischfilet und einer ebenfalls frittierten Crevette. Nicht nur optisch, auch geschmacklich ein No-Go. Mit einer griechischen Küche hat das nichts zu tun!! Den obligatorischen Ouzo schlug ich aus, aber hätte mich auch nicht umgestimmt zu sagen, dass dieses Lokal absolut keine Empfehlung ist.
