Saturday evening. Very crowded and therefore quite loud. We were among the first and were pushed too quickly to place our orders. After that everything worked fine. Some portions were quite small for the price.

Very popular restaurant in Weida: you should definitely make a reservation or at least call in advance to get one of the coveted seats. The food tastes fantastic, the service is excellent. However, it is quite loud when there are so many guests. But the ambience and the quality of the food make up for it.

A very nice Greek restaurant with an outside seating area that looks like a winter garden. It also looks fantastic inside and is really very comfortable. The welcome during our visit was also very friendly, which is not always the case these days. The food was really very good and sufficient, and the price was also completely ok. The same applies to the drinks. All in all, really nice and would love to come back again

The food tasted great and the waitress was friendly and attentive as always. But unfortunately very little meat for the price. I understand the increase in costs in the catering industry, but then simply increase the prices accordingly and offer the same service. I personally think that's fairer.

Even though we were more than 12 people, the staff was really well placed. The drinks arrived promptly and after a short waiting time all the food was at the table. Seriously it can't be compared with other restaurants in town, where we've been almost entirely disappointed so far. We will definitely come back. Thanks to the entire team. Great restaurant. We saw it in the winter garden in front, which really offers a nice ambience, unfortunately I saw it in a place where it was draughty the whole time. Hence one star less. The quality of the food was very good and the portions were not excessive. You can also have an appetizer there. You can't say anything against the service. Attentive and very quick service.

Nice restaurant, good staff, good food, nice atmosphere, especially in the vaulted cellar. When you look at the menu, your eyes water with what you get out of the thinner wallets of guests in the new federal states. We have been comparing ourselves to other regions for years (decades). I can often get away cheaper in Franconia. The portions are usually larger there too. There is one consolation and not just one: the ingredients and the cooking skills were very good! The starter platter cost 21 euros, but it wasn't unimaginatively designed and fortunately the obligatory broad beans were omitted. It was very good and sufficient. Overall, the dishes were beautifully presented.

We didn't eat here, but after we came out of the registry office there was a large tablet with Uzo for everything. For free. Just like that. Crazy...that's what I call hospitable.

Very popular shop in Weida with typical Greek cuisine. Our condition was great, our child was allowed to try the Bolognese sauce before ordering it. My family loved the warm chocolate cake with ice cream.

Perfect, very good ambience and great service. The staff cares deeply about guest satisfaction. I have a wheat allergy and the dishes were adapted to my needs. The food was a little more expensive, but definitely worth it. Freshly prepared and super tasty.

The food tasted very good and the waiting time was awesome! We didn't even wait 15 minutes for our food. I have never been served delicious food so quickly! Hats off! There is only one point of criticism for which the restaurant itself is not to blame. I went out to eat with my girlfriend on a Friday evening and the place was almost full. I actually wanted to sit with my girlfriend in a quiet corner where we could eat comfortably. Unfortunately we sat right next to a table where there were 12 people. You can also imagine the volume accordingly. But otherwise everything is more than satisfactory!

Bei bis zum letzten Platz besetztem Restaurant genossen meine Familie und ich einen für Deutschland herausragenden Service und ausgezeichnete Speisen. Zwei Minuten nach dem Hinsetzen kam der Ouzo auf Kosten des Hauses. Entgegen der sonst üblichen Wartezeiten in deutschen Restaurants, erst recht bei voll besetztem Haus, konnte man bei Erhalt des Ouzo sofort die Getränke und das Essen bestellen; ca 8 min nach Betreten des Restaurants waren die Getränke am Tisch und und nur 15 min später die typischen griechischen Grillteller. Das Personal war nicht nur schnell, sondern dabei auch ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend; das Essen war hervorragend, die Portionen angemessen und der Preis eher günstig. Dieses Restaurant ist seit vielen Jahren sehr beliebt und wir haben es auch schon oft besucht, aber im Gegensatz zu den meisten restaurants wird hier nicht ständig alles ungerechtfertigt teurer, sondern alles wird immer besser !!!!

Update: After another visit I increase it to 4 stars. This time the food was all good and the atmosphere was also very nice. The original review: I was here again last week (after many years); I don't have to go there again. We sat in the former smoking room, which unfortunately you can still smell today and it doesn't exactly whet your appetite. The tone of the staff when giving orders is like that of the barracks yard. Not necessarily rude, but loud and very direct. You just notice that everything should go quickly. This creates unrest, which is counterproductive to a pleasant evening. The liver here is only from pork, the only thing I know from other Greeks is that there is beef liver. The processed minced meat also tasted like pure minced pork. Which isn't bad, but just not that valuable. I also found everything quite dry (minced meat, fillet skewers and gyros). Therefore: There is no risk of repetition for me. Personally, I simply imagine comfortable visits to restaurants differently. And especially good food.

Very tasty, quick service for lunch, there were 25 of us, no problem, the lunch menu's value for money was ok. I can highly recommend......good Greek.

The best Greek with the world's best Metaxa sauce, the best gyros and tzatziki I've ever eaten at. In summer you can sit outside great and in winter the cellar vault is a great ambience. EXTRA TIP: Be sure to reserve in advance as it is almost always fully booked.

Zuvorkommende Bedienung, Essen sehr schmackhaft!

Jedes Jahr zu Weihnachten kommen wir hierher um unseren Jahrestag zu feiern. Immer wieder toll. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Ambiente und leckeres Essen. Zu meinen Highlights zählt, dass es Indoor keinen Mobilfunkempfang gibt und man somit seine Ruhe hat. Jederzeit wieder.

Super Essen, schnelles Servieren. Essen ist sehr stopfend also nicht zu große Portionen bestellen 😄

wir sind dort am thanksgiving wochenende von kaiserslautern aus nach weida hingefahren . sehr,sehr guter kundenservice. die bedienung war direkt zur stelle und sehr freundlich, das essen dauerte nicht lange, egal wie voll das restaurant war und dazu noch super leckeres essen! gingen am naechsten tag wieder hin. genau der gleiche top service. kann man nur weiter empfehlen. falls wir wieder mal in dieser region sein sollten, ist auf jeden fall ein restaurantbesuch mit eingeplant MACHT WEITER SO!!!

Das Essen ist gut, der Service lässt an manchen Tagen wirklich zu wünsche übrig, vorallem wenn man noch während des kauens den Teller weggenommen bekommt, selbstverständlich mit einem kurzen Danke. Man hatte das Gefühl es gibt nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Geschirr und das muss weiter verteilt werden. Auch das übergreifend über die Gäste um Teller weg oder hinzugeben finde ich störend. Das Ambiente ist ganz nett, für den Winter empfehle ich trotzdem eine dünne Jacke zum anlassen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hier Anfang des Jahres noch besser. Gyros war sehr knorpelig, Portionen kleiner, Lamm fertig und blutig.. Schade.

Essen war wirklich mega lecker. Lammhaxe war richtig zart und hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Ambiente ist auch wirklich sehr schön. Auch für Raucher mit wunderschönen Wintergarten.

Zunächst wirkte die äußere Erscheinung des Lokals eher unscheinbar, aber als wir erst einmal drinnen waren, wurden wir von der gemütlichen und kulinarisch ansprechenden Einrichtung begeistert. Wir finden dieses Restaurant super, das Essen ist spitze, richtig lecker, die Atmosphäre gemütlich. Leider darf man in dem Wintergarten rauchen und dies ist unangenehm wenn man gerade isst und am nachbartisch wird gequalmt.

Das Restaurant Sirtaki bietet ein authentisches griechisches Erlebnis. Das Essen war köstlich und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Portionen waren großzügig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war gemütlich und einladend. Ich empfehle die griechischen Spezialitäten und das leckere Tzatziki. Ein wahrer Genuss für alle Liebhaber der griechischen Küche

Es war wieder klasse. Sehr gutes Essen, super freundliches Personal mit guter Laune, obwohl der Laden brummte und die Leute echt viel zu tun hatten. Und das ganze zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir gehen schon seit Jahren hier essen und sind jedes Mal aufs Neue vom Team beeindruckt. Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft werden hier groß geschrieben. Zudem gibt es die beste Metaxa-Soße und einen super leckeren flambierten Metaxa. Können wir wärmstens empfehlen!

Nach unseren Besuch auf der Osterburg wollten wir dort was essen. Leider wurden wir sehr schroff abserviert. Wir hätten heute sehr schlechte Karten . Die kleine Gaststätte öffnet erst um 14 Uhr und in der großen Gaststätte wäre eine Veranstaltung. Mir ist bald die Sprache weg geblieben. Das zum Thema Thüringer Gastfreundschaft. Also liefen wir runter und schauten uns in Weida an ob wir da was finden. So kamen wir am Sirtaki vorbei. Eine super Begrüßung und sehr Gastfreundlich. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Da können sich manche deutsche Gastronomen eine Scheibe abschneiden.
