Restaurant SIKTAK in Ratingen

Inconspicuous restaurant but the food is really tasty. And is run by friendly people :)

I took my German friend here and the food was absolutely delicious. The problem was that my friend and I almost died from food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. The only food we had in common was from this restaurant, so it seems obvious that this was the cause, but I don't know what the problem was. Salmonella? Not sure. Anyway because of that, I had diarrhea all night and vomited 6 times on the street for the first time in my life... I thought it was a great place, but my friend and I will never go there again... 일부러 운전해서 갔는데 여행 중 이게 무슨 봉변인지... 거의 이틀 동안 앓아 누워 있었네요

Super nice young couple with the best Korean cuisine in the area. Super good lunch and always a small starter. Here the boss makes the teriyaki sauce fresh according to her own recipe. Mmm... everything tastes sooo good. Thank you for your kindness and effort.

Update 9/14/24, ate teriyaki today. The best thing I ever ate!! , Homemade kimchi second to none!!! Thanks! You make me happy every time. 5 stars are not enough. And you are such wonderful hosts. See you soon. Authentic cuisine, very tasty dishes. Lunch with soup and a small starter included in the affordable price. Always happy. Service: Landlord and landlady very friendly and personable.

It's a very cozy little shop, the owner is very warm and polite, and the food is delicious. There are several parking spaces at the door👍

I ate at the Siktak restaurant in Ratingen today and was very satisfied. I ordered So-Bulgogi, Gonmandu and Fried Chicken – everything was very very tasty. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself is quiet and offers a pleasant atmosphere. My friend was also thrilled with her Donkatsu. I will definitely come back and can fully recommend Siktak.

Very, very tasty. Appears somewhat inconspicuous from the outside. Once inside you are immediately greeted with a warm smile. You have a view of the open kitchen, which creates trust. First of all, the fried dumplings... delicious. Pork belly, squid and vegetables in spicy served with rice on a hot plate... to kneel down on. First of all, a little greeting from d. Kitchen (tomato salad and thin egg tart..., of course also delicious) and as a "greeting afterwards" some watermelon. I'll be back, although we also have very good Korean restaurants in Hamburg. Thanks to the owners.

Best Korean restaurant in the area, lovely people and wonderful food

I had beef stew and bibimbap. Except for the fact that the broth was a little less than I wanted, the meat was rich and rich, so it was good. The owner and his wife kindly provided me with mixed coffee and we chatted about various things. Wishing you prosperity!

Food is fresh and delicious. The beef for the bibimbap and bulgogi is sublime. The pan chan are delicious with a lovely kick! Service is super friendly with a real family vibe. Have been back twice now and happy each time!

Cozy like home! Delicious like home with nice weather today. Our kids like this place so much. Really kind Korean couple and their son. Excellent food and good price. We visited here twice. We will be back soon.

A nice little Korean restaurant that is family run. The kimchi is homemade and the dishes are prepared with dedication. The restaurant has a small but fine menu that is completely sufficient. You feel welcome as a guest from the first moment.

I visited N times and always enjoyed the food. It's friendly and delicious, but it has a fatal flaw. Food always comes out late. I don't know if it's just me, but I usually have to wait more than 40 minutes for it to come out. Sometimes it takes more than an hour. Intuitively, when I look at the atmosphere of the store, it doesn't look that busy, but it's so late that I'm just going to draw. Sometimes I visited before 1 o'clock, but I was turned away because they said there was no food. Haha. I think it's because you're not used to it yet, but I think it will prosper even more if you just solve this part. The stew is delicious.

We were there about an hour before closing time on a Friday evening and very late (I was really craving coffee and a snack, but my husband was craving a meal). The couple who run the restaurant were extremely friendly. The lady in the kitchen prepared everything herself and freshly. My husband ordered the Yangnyeom chicken, which was delicious. And despite the late time, I also got a coffee - not Korean, but Vietnamese, which wasn't even on the menu! The restaurant has a family atmosphere and we can clearly recommend it. 5 Stars!

Ordered via Uber Eats. Food OK, but side dishes rather poor in taste, overall quite expensive for the quality. Paid €2 extra for a large portion of crispy chicken, only a small portion was delivered... It was worth a try but I won't order there again.

A true hidden gem! A small scale restaurant serving tasty authentic Korean / Asian food with a huge smile! 10 out of 10 will visit again!

Ausgezeichneter Mittagstisch, jedes Gericht mit Suppe und Vorspeise, alles sehr lecker. Wirt und Wirtin sind sehr nett. Immer wieder gerne.

We arrived 5 minutes before they closed, they were very friendly and took care of us, we ordered Teriyaki and Jeyuk, they were spectacular.

Outstanding Korean food. Authentic ingredients. Kimchi is the best I’ve had in Germany. I just wish they were open on the weekends!

First of all - this is the best service I've ever experienced! I come to this restaurant over and over as the atmosphere is amazing :) great owners :) When it comes to food - fried chicken is AMAZING!! Bulgogi and bibimbap are amazing. We also tried the Eel, teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu and all were great :) This is my and my boyfriend's favourite restaurant 😋

별점 폭격을 드리고 싶네요. 음식 정말 맛있고(해물파전, 장어구이, 순두부, 김삼복 등등), 사장님 부부 진짜 친절하세요. 반찬도 정갈하고 음식 맛이 깔끔했어요. 그리고 샐러리 장아찌! 최고의 한식당입니다.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr kleines Lokal, einfach eingerichtet, offene Küche, und nur 2 Personen als Koch und Service. Aber mehr braucht es nicht...denn alles ist sehr sauber, die Familie ist sehr ! freundlich und sympathisch und das Essen hervorragend. Das selbstgemachte Kimchi ist köstlich, der Bibimbab im Steintopf auch, wenngleich es etwas mehr Sauce vertragen könnte, und das Theo-Bokki war sensationell :) . Sicher kein Imbiss für den kleinen Geldbeutel, aber dafür ein qualitativ hochwertiges, authentisches koreanisches Essen, dass jeden Cent wert war. Ein echter Geheimtipp im sonst verschlafenen Ratingen ...

Kleiner koreanischer Imbiss mit kleiner Karte, aber diese Speisen sind richtig lecker! Esse hier regelmäßig mit Kollegen zu Mittag und komme gerne wieder... :-)

이 집 주인분이 요리 정말 잘하세요..!!!! 😇👍 순두부찌개, 육계장, 돈까스 먹어 봤는데 뭐 하나 빠지는 맛 없이 찐 한국맛 그대로에요! 보통 여러가지 음식에 같은 양념장을 사용하기 마련인데 여기는 순두부찌개랑 육계장 양념장 다르게 하신거에 한 번 반했고 아주 파삭하고 부드러운 돈까스에 두 번 반했슴다. 🥹🫶🏻 뒤셀도르프 시내에서 차로 15분컷 가능하니, 드라이브 삼아 다녀오시기에도 좋을 듯 해요.🫡 완전 강추에요!!! ✨✨✨

Koreanisches Essen von Koreanern! So lecker und freundlich. Die Preise sind angemessen und Reservierungen sind einfach. Es lässt sich auch gut mit der Familie im Garten essen. Tue es.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im neuen SikTak und sind begeistert. Geschmacklich absolut top, die Vorspeisen und auch die Hauptspeisen :-). Leider haben wir von den Hauptspeisen keine Fotos, aber glaubt uns, es war köstlich ! Ein sehr junges Team, das sich kümmert - sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die leckeren Speisen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. (Eine kleine Anregung: Die Musik könntet ihr ändern oder etwas leiser drehen)

Leckeres Bibimbab im Steintopf gegessen. War sehr lecker. Die Speisen meiner Tischnachbarn sahen ebenfalls lecker aus. Ambiente ist etwas rustikal. Nettes und engagiertes Personal. Komme gerne wieder.

Sehr lecker das Essen, wenn scharf drauf steht ist es auch scharf. Das Kimchi ist richtig gut, müsst ihr unbedingt probieren.

독일에서 한국인 입맛에 딱 맞는 한식 찾기 힘든데, 여기 음식은 너무 맛있게 먹었어요! 찌개도 부탁드리면 한국인 입맛에 맞게 칼칼하게 끓여주세요. 한국에서도 자주 생각날 것 같아요.

Nettes Koreanisches Restaurant mit sehr netter und freundlicher Bedienung. Wir waren schon öfter dort essen, sehr gut. Heute gab es um ersten Mal koreanischen Schnitzel.

진짜 한식 입니다. 넉넉한 음식과 친절한 응대, 풍요로운 마음.. 잘 먹었습니다. 다음에 또 오겠습니다.
