A very nice restaurant in the middle of Ludwigshafen. Food was very good. The waitresses are very friendly. I will recommend the restaurant.

Super delicious food. Starter of sheep's cheese in puff pastry and honey. Very tasty, not overly seasoned, cheap sheep's cheese. Very pleasant in taste. The combination with the honey and the sesame. Awesome. Bifteki the madness. The quality of the meat at its best. The tzatziki was also wonderful. The fries OK. Normal thicker fries. The liquid chocolate cake is a dream. The rest of the 7 people who were there were also super happy and found it very, very tasty. Staff super friendly and quick. Price performance more than suitable.

Since I wanted to go to Greece, I decided on the Sigma. The weather was nice, so we stayed outside (it would certainly have been more authentic and comfortable inside, but Ludwigshafen is not Greece 😁). The service was very friendly, but also tried hard. The food was delivered quite quickly and was very plentiful (house plates and bifteki), preceded by salad which looked really fresh. Be careful, the fries are super hot! 😉 Finally, ouzo on the house 👍 Overall we were very satisfied.

If you come from Mannheim from the other end, then it really says it all. For me, by FAR the best Greek in decades. It's also always a mystery to me why the service is described as unfriendly. I have never had this experience before, nor have I ever noticed that no matter who served me, they were unfriendly. Between a healthy friendliness and some guests (if it is unjustified) on the A…. licking makes a big difference. At least that's my opinion

The prices here are OK. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly. I'm extremely satisfied here. HOWEVER: if you have restricted mobility (e.g. wheelchair), you should find out beforehand whether there are toilets on the ground floor. I only know the toilets on the first floor. July 20th, 2024 was here again today, everything was great as always...

A very nice and welcoming environment. What I personally liked were the white and clean tablecloths, the cleanliness was the first positive point of that evening. Very kind staff. Very, very delicious food. Recommended with confidence.

Super great selection, nice portions and nice and accommodating staff

We went to this restaurant spontaneously at lunchtime. Based on the waitress's reaction, I assume that it is advisable to make a reservation, at least for the evening. The restaurant is cozy and you feel comfortable. For dinner I had a pork skewer, two small minced meat rolls, steakhouse fries, a little zatziki and a side salad. I have rarely eaten such good meat from a Greek restaurant, the skewer was exactly right, very juicy, although almost cooked through (I don't even like meat pink). The mixed salad was very fresh and had a great dressing. The fries were also delicious, only the tzatziki was a bit too little for me. My companion had the lunch menu, grilled chicken breast in curry cream sauce with fries and salad. She was also very satisfied. The only drawback: Unfortunately, gyros dishes are only available from 5:30 p.m. and only on certain days. Nevertheless: highly recommended!

For years we have been coming to the restaurant with a small group after visiting the theater in the Pfalzbau and are always impressed by the quality of the food and the service.

We, a group of 9 people, had an extremely disappointing experience at the Sigma restaurant in Ludwigshafen yesterday (12/29/23). Despite our 7pm reservation and an unavoidable 15 minute delay, we were met with a remarkably unfriendly attitude. The waitress, an older lady with glasses, made it clear to us that our delay was not welcome. What was even more disturbing was that after half an hour we still hadn't been served. When we politely asked to place our order, we were met with an angry reaction. We were told that we would have to wait until 8:00 p.m. as other guests now had priority. The situation escalated further when the waitress came to our table. Instead of trying to find a solution, she started an inappropriate discussion that was more reminiscent of childish behavior. Your response to our constructive criticism was unprofessional and disappointing. Ultimately we decided to leave the restaurant as the atmosphere and service were far below our expectations. It's unfortunate that a restaurant of this size cannot adequately deal with a small delay. We hope that the owner uses this criticism as an opportunity to improve rather than becoming defensive. We will avoid this restaurant in the future and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Ich bin gerne bei Sigma. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gepflegt, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und gut organisiert. Das Essen schmeckt. Einfach super.

Essen war in Ordnung, Preise eher teuer. Wir saßen draußen, nah neben einer Straße, neben uns Raucher, Ambiente daher eher geht so. Drinnen sieht es aber super schön aus. Essen hat recht lange gedauert, und als unsere Getränke leer waren, kam auch sehr lange niemand um zu fragen, ob wir noch was bestellen wollen.

Das Sigma bietet leckere griechische Gerichte. Statt auf große Fleischberge setzt man hier auf Qualität und Ausgewogenheit. Es gibt ist auch eine Tageskarte neben der Speisekarte. Preislich ist es eher gehoben, aber noch angemessen. Es ist möglich, Beilagen zu ändern. Gerade im Sommer sind die Salate sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service ist gut. Reservierung ist empfohlen, insbesondere abends. Im Außenbereich sitzt man ruhig und bequem mit Blick auf die Pfalzbühne.

Ich wollte eigentlich eine Pizza essen, aber da die Pizzaria geschlossen war bin ich in dieses Lokal. Die Bedienung ist schnell, lustig und sehr zuvorkommend, absolute Spitzenklasse. Ich habe selten ein so gutes Biffteki gegessen. Der Teller war sehr liebevoll gestaltet anders als man es meistens aus dem griechischen Restaurants kennt alles nur drauf klatschen. Die Portion war reichlich. Der Preis von 12,50€ war für dieses Essen sehr gut. Absolute Empfehlung von mir !!!

Sehr leckere Gerichte - auch zum Mittagstisch. Für Genießer, die auf Qualität und stilvoll angerichtete Speisen Wert legen, ist das SIGMA eine der ersten Anlaufstellen in Ludwigshafen. Der Service ist äußerst aufmerksam und hält gerne mit seinen (Stamm-)Kunden einen Plausch, ohne dass dadurch für andere Gäste Wartezeiten entstehen. Netter Chef und Gastgeber, der auch mal nach dem Essen ein Special anstelle von Ouzo, Espresso & Co. anbietet. Tolle Atmosphäre wird in den Gasträumen geboten. Wichtig für den ein oder anderen: saubere und frische schön gestaltete sanitäre Einrichtungen. Aufgrund der Speisenauswahl und vieler wechselnder, zusätzlichen Tagesangeboten und der toller wöchentlich neuen Mittagstischkarte ist der Besuch mehrmals die Woche empfehlenswert. Ich würde das SIGMA und seine jetzigen Besitzer und Mitarbeiter vermissen.

Wir bekamen dieses Restaurant von einem Nachbarn empfohlen. Meine Schwester und ich bestellten 3x Gryros mit Pommes zum Mitnehmen. Das Essen war ehrlicherweise gut, die Portionen zu Klein. Der Service schlecht. Wir wollten ein Abend zuvor telefonisch die Bestellung aufgeben was aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich und auch nicht schlimm war, da es geklärt und erklärt wurde. Heute musste sich die Servicekraft mit ihrer oberlehrerhaften Art nochmal "live" erklären, warum die Bestellung am Vorabend nicht klappte - die Dame erinnerte sich scheinbar an das Telefonat. Soweit so gut man hört es sich kommentarlos an- man kann dem nichts hinzuzufügen. Nein, man bekam den Vorgang ohne Nachfragen unsererseits nochmal erklärt, noch immer mit einer bestimmenden Art, erst dann durften bestellen und an einem Tisch warten wo wir völlig ignoriert wurden. Konnten bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen keine Getränkewünsche aussprechen, auch nicht soooo schlimm, da letztendlich die wartezeit 20 - 30min. betrug, es war nichts los. Das Essen kam, mit ihr! UND! wieder begann sie unaufgefordert mit ihrer Leier, also ein drittes Mal!!! -... Bis ich sie unterbrach. Es war der 85ste Gebutstag unserer Mutter, sie wünschte sich mal was anderes - Griechisches Essen. Unter anderen Umständen wären wir sonst definitiv gegangen. Ich kann nach dieser Erfahrung dieses Lokal nicht weiterempfehlen, ich kenne andere Gaststätten wo man als Gast gut behandelt, und ebenfalls lecker gekocht wird.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort, aufgrund eines Gutscheins den ich geschenkt bekam - und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist stets freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen groß. Der Service ist auch gut und strukturiert, am Schluss bekommt man noch einen Espresso oder Ouzo aufs Haus angeboten. Wir gingen mehr als satt wieder nach Hause. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😊👍

Gemütliches ambiente. Preis Leistung top. Große Portionen fürs Geld. Hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Bedienung war Super, 4 Personen haben bestellt Vorspeisen und Hauptgänge und sie hat sich alles gemerkt ohne etwas zu Notieren. Essen kam schnell an. Waren sehr zufrieden und gehen auch wieder dorthin.

Etwas hektisch in der mittagszeit,hatten tagesmenue geschmacklich sehr gut 👍

Nach mehrmaligen zufriedenen besuchen hatten wir Anlass zu einer Reklamation . Die Pommes Frites bei beiden Essen waren total versalzen auch die Soße war sehr salzlastig .Wir reklamierten die Pommes frites und bekamen die Neuen mit den Worten :" hier ohne Salz" serviert .Der obligatorische Ouzo nach Bezahlen der Rechnung blieb aus . Danke das war's da gehen wir nicht mehr hin .

Unser Lieblingsgrieche in LU. Insbesondere weil sich die Karte deutlich von den sonst üblichen griechischen Restaurants abhebt. Immer auch interessante Essen ausserhalb der Karte im Angebot und bisher hat immer alles ausserordentlich gut geschmeckt. Service unaufdringlich gut...
