Restaurant Si[e]gnum im EURO PARK HOTEL in Hennef (Sieg)

Were there for lunch with a maximum of 11 people announced. There were no other guests there! We have 1 hour!!!!!! Waited for food and there weren't 11 different meals to prepare here! I ordered a burger (€16.50), it was an absolute disaster! Firstly, lukewarm rather cold, 1 mini lettuce leaf, almost no sauce, the goat cheese wasn't melty (the cheese was hard because it was almost cold) and the worst: The pattie was fried to death!!!! Tough, dry, simply terrible - frozen pattie - as well as the bun not crispy and all for the absolutely exorbitant price of an unbelievable €16.50. Every burger in the chip shop is a thousand times better. Also the other food: Spaghetti with shrimps - tasteless so hardly seasoned and lukewarm - Salmon with rice - lukewarm Where did this chef learn???? What is he doing with this hotel kitchen? An absolute no-go for a hotel restaurant! I will never eat here again, there are absolutely great restaurants in Hennef where it tastes fantastic. Oh, by the way... When going to the toilets you should perhaps remove the cobwebs at eye level!!!! One star for everything is still far too much

Cheapest frozen rolls at breakfast. Lunch isn't even cafeteria level. I wonder how that can be in a supposedly 4 star hotel.

A raised middle finger from a company vehicle is always bad advertising. Passenger on July 26th, 2022 at 3 p.m....

Someone had reported the restaurant as closed, there are probably bad people too! Today we once again had an excellent meal, sea bream fillet on fennel vegetables with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo. For dessert there was a capuchin mouse, which was also very tasty!
