Beautifully decorated Greek restaurant located on a quiet side street. We got a table straight away without a reservation. If we had come later it probably wouldn't have worked as it got pretty full afterwards. Good food with excellent service.

We had dinner in Santorini after a long time. Places should definitely be reserved in advance as it is very busy on weekends. This can be easily done via WhatsApp. Food with starter and main course was plentiful and very tasty. You cant complain. The service was so friendly. Unless you have expressed criticism. At the next table, a guest ordered bifteki. It was really just a pat and 2 dollops of rice. Personally, I found it very little and the whole thing costs €20. That was really steep. The guest also said this and the reaction from the service was: “No one has ever said that before. You are the first.” Phew... so there was no approach. I didn't like it. You really pay a lot to go out to eat now and you treat yourself, but then you don't want that kind of reaction. The second waitress reacted much better and was able to appease the guest. Plus point! Otherwise it's clear: this Greek restaurant is recommended and the high capacity utilization speaks for it! There is also the option to sit outside.

I was there today with my son. Chic and stylishly furnished, not the standard Greek in terms of furnishings, the menu is lovingly designed. The inner courtyard also invites you to linger. The restaurant was very well attended, which is generally a good sign. The service is friendly and competent, which is not something that can be taken for granted these days, as we were able to experience here in Wernigerode. Before the meal there were 4 slices of bread, olive oil and salt. It could be tasty, but unfortunately the bread was dry. Can happen . What I wasn't so happy about was the Bifteki I ordered with feta as a filling and Metaxa sauce for a whopping €21.90. Then came a dumpling of minced meat, estimated at most 100 grams, 2 heaps of rice, each about a level egg cup full as well as a dollop of sauce and tzatziki. Nothing else, no lettuce, no lettuce leaf, no onions, nothing. Material used €3.00. Taste okay. That was disappointing. The waitress then told me, astonished, that I would be the first to complain about the portion size. What else can I say . The owner won't care, the store is still a gold mine with margins of an estimated 500%. But I still got full because my son didn't like his penne with gyros and I was able to help myself there. The price level in the tranquil and beautiful Wernigerode is higher than the cosmopolitan city of Hamburg, near which we live. This seems to be a system in Wernigerode, the tourist doesn't come back so quickly.

Ordered food from a waitress, until then everything was great, after 25 minutes we found out from the 2 service staff that it was over, I came from the catering industry myself, we talked to each other and got information, got tickets after 19 minutes, drinks after about 25 minutes of eating too too long and it wasn't even full, really disappointed with 3 service people

The Santorini is located in a quiet side street and has a rustic guest room and a cozy garden terrace. We chose dishes from the lunch menu and were very full and satisfied. We liked it and the prices surprised us positively. The service is pleasantly attentive. Only in the women's toilet should more care be taken with the condition (just screw the toilet lid tight).

Very cozy and I personally enjoyed the food very much. After dinner there was a delicious “swimming pool” cocktail that was made exactly as it should be... We will definitely stop there again!

Our little insider tip is not directly in the pedestrian zone. A bit inconspicuous from the outside, but with a beer garden in the courtyard. Very attentive and friendly service. Everything perfect

We came here spontaneously as holidaymakers and there was a table available for the two of us. The relatively small guest room was 2/3 full with guests. Service that was quick and friendly. Unfortunately there was no ouzo as a welcome, but baguette bread with a coarse salt and herb mixture with olive oil. Can, but doesn't have to. We ordered gyros with fries and a very small bowl of zatziki. The fries were ok, the gyros were a disaster. Dry and salty. Tasted like chicken. When asked, pork was confirmed. We returned ⅔ of the food. Then the boss came and didn't understand the world and was very angry. Nevertheless, he took the food off the bill. We often travel around Greece and speak the Greek language (we are German) and make gyros ourselves professionally. This was the worst gyro we have ever eaten. Wouldn't give a star. Anyone who visits Greece gets to know hospitality.

The food was super delicious, the service was great. The price was completely ok for the food, I can't complain about this restaurant. I thought everything was great and would warmly recommend it to everyone.

We visited the restaurant for a family birthday. The service was extremely friendly. We were immediately served champagne on the house. Food excellent, unfortunately few vegetarian dishes, but everything excellent. Went home with a pleasant stomach ache ;) Thank you very much!

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review The store is always packed so you can't get any space and now we were finally lucky and wanted to redeem our voucher, unfortunately it was from the Corona period, now we were told it has expired and will no longer be accepted, it's a shame, customer-friendly is different

We were lucky and got a table without a reservation. Very friendly service, delicious bread and olive oil on the house. Typical Greek dishes, beautifully presented, generous portions. Matching white and rose wine rounded off the successful evening. Gladly again on your next vacation!

Typischer Grieche (Fleisch aus der Pfanne oder vom Grill, wie man es kennt) Gyros, und Fischgerichte. Essen war lecker, Portionen sind groß. Für Vegetarier eher ungeeignet.

We actually really enjoy eating here. Unfortunately, prices have risen significantly here too. And unfortunately the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Salad is only available for an additional charge and the delicious fries are no longer available either. If you increase the prices, at least the portions should stay the same. It's a shame because we always enjoyed being there

We were able to reserve a table in the morning and received a very tasty meal in the evening (with the best fries we have ever eaten). The employees were all super friendly and the price/performance ratio was just right. We will be back definitely :)

Food was very salty, the greeting from the kitchen (bread-olive oil-spiced salt) was a nice touch. I found the operation very annoying at times. Every 10 minutes we were asked if everything was okay. The worst part was that we had reserved a table and when we arrived we were told that we only had it until 6:15 p.m. (1 hour 15 minutes). With a lot of pleading and begging we were given until 7:15 p.m. However, we noticed that almost no other table had been reserved in advance, apart from the one we got. The rest was for walk-in customers in the evening. When you reserve a table, can't you say that you only have it for a certain amount of time? To be honest, I didn't think it was nice to hear at the reception that you had to hurry up. We were a team that met and we wanted to eat and drink something comfortably and in peace, and then you were basically thrown out. And then again with a lot of pleading and begging we were allowed to sit at another table. In no time, a table was put together for a larger group, who also made reservations. Hospitality looks different. I somehow missed Greek music. As a welcome (as in other restaurants) there was no ouzo, only with the bill itself was we asked if we would like one. There was really disgusting, stale air in the room and in May when the outside temperature was 15 degrees, the heating no longer had to be turned on (it was warm). A colleague wanted to get rid of her change when paying and laid everything out neatly so that the waitress only had to give back a €10 note. She did not. Was the math too complicated for her?! She's apparently in the wrong job if she can't even spend a €10 note and the math is too difficult. She also became a bit bitchy. Apparently you don't want to make money these days treating guests like that. I'm definitely not coming back. And neither do the other colleagues.

This is the best Greek I've ever been to. The food was super tasty and the service, which is untypical for Wernigerode, was extremely friendly and enjoyed what she was doing. The prices were reasonable and the portions were large. The only thing worth mentioning is the parking situation, which is a small drawback, but completely understandable in the city center. Everything was great, please keep it up!

In short: the best Greek cuisine I have ever tasted outside of Greece!!! Accompanied by an enchantingly charming and attentive lady in service. Real surprise hit! And btw: one of the first restaurants in Germany that can properly prepare pork ;)

Food: the grilled pepperoni was delicious. Unfortunately, the stuffed pork fillet was a bit too salty. Service: friendly and fast and slow. Unfortunately, it was so quick that the main course was already served when I was only halfway through the starter. Slowly because no one was seen for at least 20 minutes afterwards. Ambience: not so typically Greek, so rather pleasant. Unfortunately, the music was a bit too loud so that all conversations were carried out loudly.

Great restaurant and a completely different Greek. Modern, cozy atmosphere with friendly, young staff. The innovative different drinks, such as a number of long drinks, are worth it alone. The waiting time is extremely limited and the staff is there promptly. What could be criticized is that every guest, regardless of age, is immediately called by their first name. This is certainly not a problem for many guests, but it is a bit inappropriate for our group. However, you will receive very good advice and you will feel like you are in good hands. The meals were convincing simply because of their appearance and ultimately their taste. The prices are in a slightly higher league, which are completely justified due to the ambience and quality. We'd love to come back.

We received a very friendly welcome with our children. The food was very tasty and plentiful. If we are in the area again we will definitely eat there again.

Everything was fine, we ordered a table today at 5:00 p.m. everything worked out... we wanted to have a nice evening after the main course we ordered something to drink where we were told it was 6:45 p.m. for us to finish work so 10 minutes earlier... we sat down and then the waitress came Because of paying...we have never been treated like this in a restaurant and we won't be going there again....

We were there today, the food was certainly very tasty. However, you will be thrown out of this restaurant because the table has been taken twice. We paid €200 there that evening and were asked to leave because, as I said, the table was sold again. Thank you, you won't see us again

We have rarely had such juicy and delicious food in a Greek restaurant! Even the fries were super crispy and a poem! The staff was really friendly and accommodating! We look forward to coming back and definitely recommend this restaurant😉

Unfortunately not a cozy atmosphere at all. Very cramped and you didn't feel like you were in a Greek restaurant. The Metaxa sauce was a zero, it was more like cream with a hint of tomato, which is completely different to us. Since we are vacationing here, it was the first and last time.

Food was very good unfortunately it only came after 1 hour. The main course came straight away, the starters were completely forgotten and my wife's main course then we had to wait another 35 minutes for my wife's main course (1 hour and 35 minutes until she had her main course).

Super leckeres Essen, die Bedienung ist höflich und sehr zuvorkommend, immer wieder gern..

Waren vor ein paar Tagen dort essen. Uns hat es nicht so gut geschmeckt. Metaxasoße war nüchtern und beim Knobibrot hat man so gut wie kein Knoblauch gemerkt. Wir sind da leider besseres Essen gewohnt. Wir hatten 2 unterschiedliche Mahlzeiten aber beide mit Metaxasoße. Die Soßen sahen unterschiedlich aus und schmeckten auch anders. Bei den Preisen sollte ein Salat vorweg mit drin sein - muss man aber leider ca. 3 Euro extra bezahlen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Lässt aber auf sich warten. Beim Nachbartisch waren sie sehr oft und fragten immer wieder ob es schmeckt. Bei uns kam keiner. Und wir mussten über 30min warten bis abgeräumt wurde und wir sagen konnten, dass wir bezahlen möchten. Das Ambiente war gut. Schickes kleines Restaurant. Es war voll und nur ein kleiner Durchgang.

Leckeres Essen, super netter Service nur man sitzt sehr beengt und wenn vom Nachbartisch jemand aufsteht, muss man Platz machen damit er durch kann.

Wir sind gestern spontan eingekehrt und haben trotzdem wir nicht reserviert hatten einen auf 1h15 min begrenzten Platz für 2 Personen bekommen. Der vor dem Essen gereichte Salat und das Brot mit Öl und Salz waren sehr lecker.Beim Hauptgang der Leber und dem Hähnchensouflaki scheint dem Koch allerdings der Salzstreuer ausgerutscht zu sein und die Pommesbeilage war so dermaßen salzig,und ich mag eigentlich salzig,dass sie wirklich ungenießbar war.Schade,denn das Huhn und die Leber waren wirklich gut. Die Reaktion auf die Anmerkung am Ende der ungenießbaren Pommes war leider etwas unambitioniert,was ich bei dem sehr netten Personal etwas anders erwartet hätte. Ohne den verrutschen Salzstreuer wäre es aber sicher ein gelungenes Essen gewesen.

Wir waren am 09. Dezember dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein kleines, sehr schönes Restaurant. Eine Reservierung sollte man unbedingt vornehmen.

Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich . Unsere Kellnerin war ausserordentlich zuvor kommend,fröhlich und dabei sehr professionell. Diese Lokalität ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Waren gestern (28.11.2023) im Restaurant, nach telefonischer Reservierung. Service im Restaurant ist Spitze - super schnell, dazu noch freundlich - man hätte sich pudelwohl gefühlt, wäre da nicht das Problem mit der Eingangstüre und der Kälte..... Leider mußte ein Gast mehrere Male wegen irgendwelchen Telefonaten raus aus dem Restaurant, damit wurde es für 4 Gäste im vorderen Bereich sehr ungemütlich kalt ( zumal so nach und nach weitere Gäste eintrafen). Das "Problem" Tür und Kälte ist sichtlich nicht erst seit gestern bekannt und hätte sich schon seit längerem behoben werden können.... Unser Vorschlag für eine schnelle Behebung: Paravent - schnell aufgestellt und wenn er nicht gebraucht wird, einfach zusammen klappen und ab in die Ecke ( kostet auch nicht die Welt). Dadurch das die Türe immer aufging, war natürlich auch das Essen sehr schnell kalt - was anundfürsich sehr gut gemacht hat.

We’ve been in Germany for a couple of weeks and have had some great food, but this was truly a spectacular meal and experience. We’ve been trying to stick to more traditional German food while here but decided to give this a try. We didn’t have a reservation (highly recommend you do so) but we’re fortunate to be seated right away near the bar. The interior is intimate and warm. They make some amazingly delicious drinks, not to mention the shots of Uzo! It felt more like eating at a good friend’s house than a restaurant. I had the beef kabob with potatoes. Often places will use a lesser cut of meat for a kabob but not here. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and abundantly flavorful. The kabob was accompanied by the perfect tzatziki sauce and herb butter. Enjoyed ever last bite of my meal. If you’re in Wernigerode, this is an absolute must!

Wir waren heute Abend dort. Es war so ein toller Abend mit hervorragendem Essen. Die beiden Kellnerinnen waren so umsichtig und freundlich. Es war perfekt. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

Haben Tisch um 17 Uhr bestellt, Essen war ganz gut mein Gyros war eher wie Geschnetzeltes , das war schade. Getränke zu warm und lange Wartezeit. Es ist zu voll und zu eng. Die Krönung aber war , als die Kellnerin um 19 Uhr kam und zu uns sagte: meine Damen ich brauch den Tisch. Wir hatten alle noch Getränke und wollten eigentlich einen schönen Abend verbringen. Auf meine Frage warum wir gehen müssen antwortete Sie: Wir machen immer 2 Durchgänge. Ich finde das geht gar nicht.

Haben für 17 Uhr Tisch bestellt. Essen gut, schade das der Salat bezahlt werden muss. Wir fanden es zu voll und zu eng. Bier und Ouzo zu warm . Um 19 Uhr kam die Kellnerin und sagte, meine Damen wir benötigen Tisch, ich dachte ich hab nicht richtig verstanden. Bei Nachfrage sagte sie, wir machen immer 2 Durchgänge. Wir konnten froh sein das wir das essen Zeitnah serviert bekamen. Sonst hätten wir ein Problem gehabt. ,wir werden nicht wieder kommen

Guter Grieche, sehr leckeres Essen, superfreundliche Bedienung, Trotz Reservierung zu zweit schlechter Platz im Eingangsbereich, war auch nicht zu tauschen möglich NO GO und aktuell schlechter Trend, Tischbuchung in Zeitslots, wären gerne dort nochmals gerne essen gegangen, aber die Vorgabe 17 oder 19 Uhr geht für uns gar nicht.

Tolles Ambiente. Hervorragende Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich hier willkommen! Es ist sinnvoll einen Tisch zu bestellen. Modern und vor allem mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Macht weiter so!

Wie haben einen Tisch für 2 Personen um 18:30 bei der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin bestellt, unser Hund durfte mit. Es gab nur noch einen Platz auf der Terrasse, das Wetter war gut, sehr gut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten unseren Platz aussuchen. Wir wählten Gyros mit Schweinefleisch und Pommes und Gyros mit Calamaris mit Butterreis, leider gab es die Calamar nur paniert. Wir wählten als Vorspeise Saganaki ( 8,90€)und einen kleinen Beilagensalat für 2,30€. Zunächst bekamen wir einen Gruß aus der Küche: frisches Baguette, Olivenöl und grobes Salz. Sehr geschmackvoll. Die Frage, aus welcher Region das Olivenöl kommt, konnte die freundliche Bedienung nicht beantworten, Der Weißwein ( der einfache Domestica) war mit 6,50€/0,25 l aus meiner Sicht hochpreidig. Der panierte Feta war mit Zwiebeln bestückt und ok. Der Beilagensalat mit einem Klacks Schmandsauce gewürzt, eine Unart der griechischen Küche !!!!! bestand aus drei Gurkenscheiben, einem Tomatenviertel und Eisbergsalat, leider wenig geschmackvoll !! Köche dieser Welt: Eisbergsalat hat in einer guten Gastronomie nichts zu suchen!!!! Diesen lieblos angerichteten Salat muss man nicht essen !!!! Selbst für 2,30€ nicht!!!! Das Hauptgericht mit Gyros und schweinefleisch war saftig, die Pommes ok. Das Hauptgericht mit Gyros und Calamar war ok, keine Geschmacksexplosion, eher fad. Das Gyros war saftig, die Calamar weich, leider ohne Geschmack , der Reis sehr trocken und geschmacklich fad. Köche dieser Welt: schmeckt ihr Eure Gerichte nicht ab? Fazit: das Restaurant war gut besucht, ich frage mich, aus welchem Grund die Besucher so zufrieden sind mit dem Essen. Vielleicht lag es an unserer Speisenwahl. Wir werden morgen zum Prager Restaurant gegenüber gehen und schauen, ob es dort eine Geschmacksexplosion geben wird.

Facaden indbyder ikke til at gå ind. Når man først er indenfor er det en skjult perle. Maden er helt fantastisk, personalet er på tæerne og stemningen er i top.

Udefra ser restauranten ikke ud af noget særligt, men da vi blev anvist et bord i gårdhaven, fornemmede vi straks hygge og charme. Menukortet er overvældende. Der er så meget forskelligt at vælge imellem. Portionerne er meget stor og det lykkedes ikke at spise op til trods for, at vi mødte ind med stor appetit. Der var lidt kludder i sammensætningen og der blev også forvekslet med et andet bord men serveringspersonalets søde attitude og et par gratis uzzo, så havde det ingen betydning for den samlede oplevelse. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Vorweg: Es hat ca. 1 Stunde gedauert, bis das Essen auf dem Tisch stand. Das Essen selbst war sehr gut! Mehr zum Ablauf: Waren mit 6 Personen (darunter 2 Kinder) am Samstag essen. Haben ca. 19.10 Uhr unsere Bestellung aufgegeben, Getränke und alle Essen als Hauptspeise. Es passierte bis 19.50 Uhr essenstechnisch nichts, so dass ich fragte, ob es noch lange dauern wird. Als Antwort kam: “Das wird noch dauern, da ist noch eine Gruppe vor ihnen dran ist und draußen warten auch noch welche.” Als ich dann 20.10 Uhr zum Tresen vorging, kam das Essen zufällig. Von der Bestellung bis das Essen auf dem Tisch war, dauerte es 1 Stunde. Das ist abends mit Kindern nicht hinnehmbar! Wenn das üblich ist in diesem Restaurant, hätte man uns zu Beginn darauf hinweisen können. Dann hätten wir uns vielleicht für ein paar kalte Vorspeisen vorab entschieden. Nach unserem Eindruck wurde am Nachbartisch kurz vor uns bestellt und da lief es deutlich besser mit der Bedienung. Übrigens ist es in sehr vielen Restaurants voll, aber so was haben wir die letzten Tage in Wernigerode nur ein Mal erlebt!

Ein griechisches Restaurant wie es sein sollte, Gastlichkeit, nicht zu groß, leckeres Essen, Gratisouzo davor und danach. Zu empfehlen!

Das Restaurant war super voll, trotz dessen haben sich die Kellnerinnen Zeit für uns genommen. In angenehmen Abständen wurde nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Cocktails ein Vergnügen 😅 Einfach spitze. Wir haben uns erbracht wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! V+A ❤️

Bij een ander gerecht extra pita besteld en werd gerecht zonder frieten geserveerd en moest men de pita extra betalen. Mayonais twee keer besteld echter maar een gekregen stond wel 2 keer op rekening.

Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit kam das Hauptgericht, die Vorspeise wurde vergessen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Ouzo für 2 Personen. Geschmeckt hat es gut!

Glücklicherweise hatten wir vorab einen Tisch reserviert. Das Restaurant ist nämlich relativ klein. An diesem Freitagabend war es auch bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt und der Service leider etwas unterbesetzt. So kam der Kellner direkt auf uns zu und warnte uns schon mal vor, dass es etwas dauern könnte. Glücklicherweise hatten wir noch nicht allzu großen Hunger. Bei der Bestellung dann hat uns der Kellner direkt gesagt, dass die Getränke (Ginger Ale und Sprite) aufs Haus gehen. Meine Frau bestellet Souvlaki und ich Bifteki. Nach ca. 45 Minuten ab Eintreffen hatten wir auch schon unsere Speisen. Das ist für unser Empfinden in Ordnung. Das Essen war auf modernem Geschirr angerichtet. Unterscheidet sich jetzt aber nicht unbedingt von Rest. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Allerdings muss auch ich sagen, dass die Metaxa-Sauce zu wässrig war und nicht dem entsprach was ich bei anderen griechischen Restaurants bekommen habe. Also entweder machen alle anderen es falsch oder man sollte hier nachbessern. Die Preise sind aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht überhöht sondern absolut ok. EC-Karten-Zahlung ist möglich und wir können das Santorini weiterempfehlen.

Auch ohne Reservierung haben wir einen Platz bekommen. Tolle Einrichtung mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut , jedoch preislich nicht unbedingt moderat . Schwierig finde ich, dass in Bezug auf die bestehenden Coronaregeln, keine Abfrage von Impfstatus etc. erfolgte ?!
