First time there and absolutely thrilled. Everyone was great and there was nothing to complain about. The food was delicious...

We visited here for the first time after cycling past it several times. The ambiance was familiar; they make the most of the available space—so it doesn't affect my rating negatively. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The wait was longer than at competitors, but that was reflected in the quality. The service was friendly and attentive, but there's still room for improvement. All in all, a successful evening—we'll be back.

If we could give less than one star we would... Our wedding day was ruined with the bad food and the price being far too high for the quality. I ordered no sides but with roasted onions, and I got boiled pork liver, rock-hard gyro that was impossible to chew, and pork steak that was so dry you just had to leave it... When I said that when the plate came, I was told I hadn't ordered it, I was told I'd just go and ask again. 10 minutes later the food came cold, with the answer that if you really wanted it, it would be €3.50 extra... My husband was shocked, and so was I... They came back and asked if everything was okay and if they should pack it up, to which I replied no, nothing was okay and we didn't want the food... I wouldn't have given it to the chickens or the dogs either... Never again, we can imagine why the food was like that, but if you're not dependent on customers, then keep it up... best friends forever!

We went there for the first time, based on a recommendation from friends. We enjoyed the food immensely and received very friendly service. We sat outside because we had our dachshund with us. He can be a bit loud at times. But the service was still very friendly. We'll be happy to come back.

Addendum and update from December 17, 2024: Since our last visit 3-4 years ago, we have spontaneously come here again for dinner and returned home completely satisfied. The friendly waitress still had a table free. This time there was the Crete plate from the grill and the gratinated gyro pan. We were each served a salad plate beforehand. There was also Gilde Pils on tap. The salad plate had everything you would expect. Whether tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, cabbage and lettuce, sauces or olives. Everything was fresh, delicious and seasoned to match the taste. Likewise the main courses. We really enjoyed the beautifully prepared, tasty and tender meat variation with delicious potato and rice side dishes. The sauce that was also present, which tasted perfect, was actually unnecessary because the meat tasted perfect even without this sauce. We were really happy about this delicious meal. In principle, we were happy to realize that we have finally found what is often lost these days. Very good quality of goods used + down-to-earth and very good cuisine as well as friendly and attentive service. And this has been constant for apparently several years. Sure, the external ambience doesn't reflect what the kitchen does. But that's always better than the other way around. We congratulate the boss on the quality of the food. Keep it up! And, yes, we, or rather I, ate everything that was on the plate. Despite being well-saturated, everything was very digestible. End of addendum. We ended up here quite by chance. Eating Greek here primarily means simply enjoying delicious meat dishes. The taste is really in the foreground. Everything here is prepared fresh and delicious. The meat used is high quality, tasty and certainly doesn't come from a discount store. That's why for me it's the best Greek restaurant in the area. Keep it up!!!!

Despite a table reservation and enough space in the main room, two of us were seated alone in the next room. The ambience consisted of unlit candles and a humming generator. We could have stayed at home and eaten next to the fridge, that would have been more entertaining. The salad was watered down, the main course was ok. Unfortunately, everything took a long time and the evening dragged on. To top it all off, a cute caterpillar crawled across the table. Nobody came to pay and actually we should have left, but you're well behaved and then you go back to the front of the counter. The Ouzo, which was quickly expelled, couldn't get it out. No recommendation!

Super tasty food, the gratinated spaghetti and the gratinated gyros are highly recommended. The nice young service woman was attentive and served quickly. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back. 😊

It was our first time at the location and we really enjoyed it. The food was plentiful (platter for 2 people) very tasty and the staff was very friendly and attentive 😌 you might want to reserve a table beforehand, we were lucky 🍀 and were there without a reservation.

As always, I enjoy being here with my family. The service was friendly and the drinks we ordered came fairly quickly. The food was nice and hot and super tasty and also plentiful, the price was completely okay for me. I'd love to come back when I'm in Brelingen.

Half an hour until the drinks arrived and our food order was taken. Then another half hour until the starter was supposed to arrive, unfortunately it was served at the next table. Then we left after paying for the drinks and definitely won't come back.

Unfortunately, the location is no longer an option for us. We have always enjoyed eating there because the food and the quality, including the staff, were really good. We came from “Celle” especially for this! But not only has the quality slowly declined, the quality of the service is also suffering. If you want to pay and then nothing happens for over 20 minutes, even though there wasn't much going on at the time, then that's a bit unsatisfactory. When you go to the counter yourself... at some point you want to go home again... to pay and the other waitress first apologizes for the fact that it's already taken over 20 minutes for the bill and that her colleague has only been there for 3 If you're new to it for a few days... and you respond a little dissatisfied that you notice that, then as a guest/customer I certainly don't need the answer... I quote: "well...everyone starts over." This is absolutely incredible in my opinion. Apparently some service employees don't seem to be aware that this (actually excellent) restaurant with good food depends on each individual guest and their satisfaction. Stupid pretentious sayings are rather counterproductive. That's why we no longer make the long journey from Celle just to drive to Brelingen for good food. It's a shame...until now we've always enjoyed eating there! Everyone has to decide for themselves whether the “Saloniki” restaurant is recommended. 2** for the taste of the food Let's hope this doesn't happen too often.

Wie immer sehr gutes Essen, nettes Personal, einfach Klasse

Die Gerichte in der Auflaufform waren nicht sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Kretanische Kartoffeln bestanden leider nur aus Kartoffelspalten mit etwas Schafskäse darübergestreut, das hat nichts mit dem Original zu tun. Die Portion für den kleinen Hunger mit einem Stück Fleisch und ein paar Pommes für 13,90€ ist kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Es war ok,aber insgesamt hat es uns leider nicht überzeugt.

Sehr nette und schnelle Bedienung. Freundliches Umfeld. Das Essen ist sehr gut und schmeckt nicht alles gleich. Man kann sich auch auf Vorbestellung mit mehreren Personen einen Meze Abend wünschen. Hierbei werden vom Inhaber persönlich verschiedene Griechische Spezialitäten gereicht in Form von Vorspeisenplatten. „Nur zu empfehlen“. Wir sind immer wieder gerne hier, als auch in seinem zweiten Restaurant „Dyonisos“ in Helstorf

Wenn wir in Brelingen zu Gast sind, gehört ein Besuch auf jeden Fall dazu! Das Fleisch ist sehr lecker, das Gyros knusprig und einfach top! Leider gibts nicht automatisch Pommes dazu, das vergesse ich leider immer...aber das ist natürlich persönliche Geschmackssache - ansonsten wirklich ein top Grieche!

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Den Preis ist es definitiv wert! Auch die Größe der Portionen war super. An dem Abend war es recht voll, trotzdem war das Personal sehr nett und die Wartezeit war in Ordnung. Weiter so!!!!

Kleines, gemütliches Restaurant. 7 Tische 4 Personen, 2 Tische 6 Personen. Nach einer kleinen Wanderung wollten wir mal schauen ob wir spontan einen Platz bekommen. War kein Problem ein nicht reservierter Tisch war noch frei. Freundliche Bedienung gab uns dann schon mal die Speisekarte. Angebot ist sehr Abwechslungsreich, die Bestellung wurde mit kleinen Extrawünschen aufgenommen also schon mal flexibel. Für Veganer war auch was auf der Karte, neu und noch nicht aufgeführt war Suflaki Vegan. Der Wirt hatte es erst neu bekommen und noch nicht ausprobiert. Dann kann unsere Tochter doch mal probieren, er war einverstanden. Am Ende waren wir alle mit unseren Bestellungen zufrieden, hat lecker geschmeckt und war reichlich. Das vegane Suflaki hat auch gut geschmeckt.

Wir fühlen uns dort immer bestens aufgehoben, der Wirt ist stets bemüht alles für das Wohlsein seiner Gäste zu tun. Faire Preise, große Portionen und geschmacklich gibt es absolut nix zu meckern. Leere Teller und Gläser werden immer schnell abgeräumt und alles gepaart mit einer Freundlichkeit die man woanders oft vergebens sucht. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert in jeglicher Hinsicht. Vielen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle für den schönen Abend am ersten Feiertag bei Ihnen😀

Wir waren am Samstagabend zum erstenmal im Restaurant Saloniki zum Essen. Nach der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung, waren wir außerordentlich zufrieden, mit dem Service und der hohen Qualität der Speisen. Ausnahmslos alles top!!! Bester Grieche...sehr lecker und erschwinglich.

Leckeres Essen, relativ schnelle Zubereitung obwohl alles direkt frisch gemacht wird. Der Service ist sehr gut und alle sind super freundlich. Man kann vor Ort verzehren oder bestellen und abholen, was beides ohne Probleme möglich wäre. Wir haben schon mehrere Griechen in der Umgebung probiert, aber keiner macht so gutes Gyros. Immer wieder gerne. Preis Leistung stimmt auch

Gute griechische Küche. Ich hatte gestern ein pikantes Gyros. Hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Alles frisch zubereitet. Der Salat ohne Konservierungsstoffe. Angenehme Schärfe. Sehr gut! Das Lokal am Sportplatz ist einfach eingerichtet, überzeugt aber besonders durch die Leistung der Küche. Gute Portionen. Keine lange Wartezeit. Unser Tisch mit 4 Personen, die alle unterschiedlich bestellt hatten, war sehr zufrieden. Alle Speisen waren heiß. Die Preise sind gerecht. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im Biergarten sitzt man sehr gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Metaxasoße ist ein guter Grund wiederzukommen.
