Restaurant Rustikana in Bergisch Gladbach

A guest at Rustikana for almost 30 years. Even after the change of ownership there was no difference in quality. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Reservations work without any problems. We're always happy to come back.

We were there for lunch...friendly staff...delicious food...gladly again. Price-performance ratio is right.

We ordered a table there for the 2nd Christmas Day. Everything worked well. We had already made the reservation in October. We were warmly welcomed and the table was allocated to us. The food we chose was very good to taste, the portions were enough and you felt full. Not only do we enjoy traveling in the country of Croatia on holiday, but we would also be happy to come back to a restaurant where we feel comfortable.

We had reserved and were immediately assigned a table. The service was very friendly and we were served quickly. The food came after about 20 minutes. We had “grill plate” which was very tasty. There is a salad bar with several types of fresh salads and salad dressings, all fresh and attractively presented. The atmosphere is cozy. We have been there several times and always enjoy coming back.

A really nice, (for us) typical German restaurant. The food was so good and the waiter Milan gave us a really great time. Don’t skip the desserts! We would definitely visit again! :)

We were a larger group and made a reservation quite spontaneously and at short notice on a weekend. The food was delicious, the portions were large and the staff was very friendly. In terms of price, everything is also very fair.

Great service, very quick and friendly. You can pay with all common cards. Quality of the food is great. Everything really fresh and fried to perfection. Well prepared and seasoned. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone. Be sure to reserve!!! There were dogs there too, I think they are allowed, but just to be sure. Parking possible in your own parking spaces or on the side lanes.

We were on our way home from our holiday address and wanted to have something to eat. The restaurant is located a good distance from the highway so was ideal. The food (schnitzels with fries) was very tasty! There was the option to get your own salad, which looked very good. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant and nicely decorated!

Food is good but a steak from a “steakhouse” on a charcoal grill is better. Particularly noteworthy is the very nice waiter. He does a great job.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't good, I can't recommend it, the meat was swapped and the taste wasn't ok, the salt selection wasn't good either, you wouldn't have needed the dressing because there was no taste at all. When asked, all I could say was, “Oh, sorry.” Ambience was ok

The food (robber's plate) was very tasty. But the price/performance ratio doesn't match. Since I have already visited many Balkan restaurants, I can judge the portions very well. In this restaurant the portion was definitely overpriced or too small for the price .,but tasteful.

We happened to be nearby on Good Friday and spontaneously got a table, even though it was busy that day. Food was really very good. Steak was exactly as ordered. The waiters were friendly and attentive.

Rather inconspicuous from the outside and not entirely inviting. But inside you will be surprised. Very cozy and invitingly furnished. The service is very friendly and always prudent and customer-oriented. Normal prices, large selection and portions. Tasty food was confirmed by everyone in our group! Price/performance is right! Table booking recommended!

Went there today for the first time by chance...and loved it! We were greeted very nicely and informally by the waiters. The restaurant was very clean with a very pleasant atmosphere. The menu had a very large selection. We opted for steaks that were prepared to perfection and were served. The taste was really top notch! We particularly liked the salad buffet, where you could put together the salad according to your own taste It was fresh and the sauces were very tasty. The dessert was also very tasty and appetizingly prepared, we thought the relaxed and really courteous nature of our waiter was really great, unfortunately we don't know his name... there would always be waiters like that Certainly many restaurants are always fully booked... all in all... we will definitely come back, everything is right here, especially the price, for such good quality, simply cannot be beaten... in short, pleasing that we found such a great restaurant where everything is still perfect... we would love to come back!!!

After the visit, I was ashamed of how low my expectations were, as the rustikana restaurant set my bar unsurpassably high. Where to start: Meat quality: wow wow wow - lecko mio Taste: imagine going to a remote village in the valleys of the Balkans and an authentic and traditional man serving you one of the tastiest things you've ever tasted Ambiance: you get a cozy feeling, like having a Christmas dinner with the whole family Service: would like to quit my job to become part of this waiter crew The only negative point: at some point it was the end of the day and I had to go home

Delicious, like Dutch people, at a local restaurant. The food was tasty and the price was right! The men (waiters) had a lot of patience for me (I can't speak German, but I tried anyway). Small quibble; a cloth may be used a little more often, dust on the lamp above the table and a glass with a mouth printed on it. But definitely recommended, because the good service made up for it both ways.

As the name suggests, the ambience is rustic and inviting. The service has a relaxed and friendly charm. But this is surpassed by the meat, it comes to the table perfectly as ordered and is of the best quality!!! We would like to come again.

If you reserve a table for eight people and show up on time, you expect that table to be free. Unfortunately, even though we showed up on time, we weren't even greeted and even ignored! When we asked, we were rudely told off that the table would now be free, "they're just paying". So we stood with 2 children in the middle of the entrance area, in the way of everyone, staff and guests! We didn't hear a word of apology or even an offer of a cheaper "waiting place". People kept scurrying past us ignorantly. After another 10 minutes we left the restaurant...Such behavior is unfriendly to guests! We definitely won't be coming back!

We arrived on time for our reservation time, only to be told after just 5 minutes of waiting that we could wait even longer because our table wasn't free yet. We left after 15 minutes and are pleased with the good service elsewhere. Never again.

Rustikana ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant und der Service ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt und den passenden Salat gibt es an einer kleinen Salatbar für sich selber zum zusammen stellen.

Wenn man im vorderen Bereich einen Platz bekommt ist es sehr gemütlich. Service ist gut. Mein Essen war nicht so lecker, vielleicht hatte ich nur Pech gehabt an dem Tag.

Wir sind gestern auf dem Heimweg vom Phantasialand Wintertraum im Schneetreiben beim Rustikana eingekehrt und der Besuch dort hat den Tag perfekt gemacht! Der Service war super freundlich und auf Zack, das Essen (z.B. Rumpsteak, Rinderleber, Räuberteller..) war absolut köstlich! Das Fleisch hatte eine mega Qualität und auch das Salatbuffet war frisch und reichhaltig! Das Ambiente (rustikal, weihnachtlich geschmückt) passte perfekt zum eisigen Winterwetter draussen! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Danke!

Wir waren gestern nach Online Reservierung zum ersten Mal da. Essen lecker. Preis Leistung angemessen. Bedienung sehr freundlich und nett. Ambiente wie der Name schon sagt rustikal aber einladend. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

War schon einige Male da, habe schon viele Speisen ausprobiert. Alles schmeckt vorzüglich und authentisch. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Und das Sahnehäubchen ist der nette und zuvorkommende Service. Klar Empfehlung, Anreise lohnt sich alle mal.

Immer sehr leckeres Essen. Gehen meist zur Mittagszeit hin. Es gibt Vorsuppe, Salat von der Salatbar, Auswahl zwischen mehreren Hauptgerichten. Preise angemessen. Bedienung nett.

Das Restaurant macht einen gepflegten und authentischen Eindruck. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und zum Tisch geleitet. Drumherum war herbstlich dekoriert. Die Karte kam zügig trotz gut gefülltem Lokal. Wir bestellten 2 Vorspeisen, welche lecker und frisch waren. Zu den authentischen und guten Hauptgängen gehörte ein Salat vom Buffet. Das Buffet war nicht do riesig wie woanders, was ich sehr begrüße weil alles top frisch war. Nichts angetrocknet , keine braune Stelle. Sehr appetitlich. Das von mir gewählte Dressing war höchstwahrscheinlich selbst gemacht und sehr lecker. Das dessert war ebenfalls lecker und sehr anschaulich angerichtet. Der Service war auf Zack und für einen Plausch zu haben; trotz vollem Lokal. Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Ich war Exxon in sehr vielen Lokalitäten. Hier war es absolut gut und das für einen bezahlbaren Preis. Ich komme wieder.

Obwohl wir die ersten Gäste waren, mussten wir eine Stunde auf das Essen warten. Ein Gratisschnaps war auch nicht dabei. Schade.

Der Service sehr nett und die Atmosphäre richtig gemütlich - tolle Sache, dass es eine kleine Salatbar gibt 🥗 und auch noch eine Suppe 🍜 vorweg beim Mittagstisch

Äußerst freundlicher Service. Gut gelaunt, zeugt von einem guten Arbeitsklima. Die Speisen sind vorzüglich und genau richtig, für meinen Geschmack gewürzt. Das Fleisch ist frisch und due Salate knackig. Man sitzt sehr bequem in einer geschmackvoll rustikalen Einrichtung mit Naturstein und Rundbögen ausgestattet. Wenn nicht dieses unpassende Gequietsche aus den Lautsprechern Quellen würde, könnte bin sich auch entspannt unterhalten. Bei einem so hohen Gastaufkommen mit Stimmengewirr, passt das einfach nicht. Ansonsten war alles top!!!

Das Essen und der Service waren super. Mein Steak war der Hammer. Und was den Nachtisch angeht. Meine Frau und meine Mutter konnten nicht genug davon haben. Da werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder essen gehen.
