We were there for the first time and we really liked it... from the outside you can hardly believe that there is such a beautiful restaurant behind it. The food was very good and the prices were okay too. 👍We would love to come back

We're lucky to have such a great restaurant near us. All the different dishes we tried were delicious. What impresses us most is the friendliness of the owner and his staff. Even though it's a restaurant, it feels like you're dining with good friends. We also think it is very clean and excellent value for money. It is one of the restaurants we recommend to our students, guests and good friends.

There would be nothing to complain about if the food was seasoned better. It's a shame, otherwise nice restaurant.

The food is a 10/10, the boss and his wife are super nice people and always respond to requests! If I gave it a 100 I would do it in a heartbeat!

Went there for dinner in the evening on December 28th, 2023 with three people. An additional meal “Dorade for €22.90” was added to our bill. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law, who is 83 years old, did not check the bill directly. Later that evening we wondered why she paid so much. So it's better to check what's on the invoice before paying. We'll be smarter next time.

So far we have always been very satisfied and would love to come back. We always like to use the bowling alley 😊

Went there twice and both times my grill plate was a disaster. Fries were cold and too short in fat. Ambience is great if you like rustic. Service was very friendly but overwhelmed as there was little staff.

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant für die Geburtstagsfeier meines Engels, sind wir im Rustika in Troisdorf gelandet. Wir konnten uns am Salatbuffet befinden und haben uns je ein Seniorengericht (Medaillons auf Spargel und Aprikose, an Sauce Hollandaise mit Kroketten und waren davon nicht begeistert. Das nächste mal bestellen wir Kroatische Gerichte, die sind bestimmt besser, denn dafür ist der Laden bekannt. Bezahlt haben wir mit 5 Getränken und 4 € Trinkgeld 54 € und einen Tisch für 12 Personen reserviert. Da der Laden auch über Parkplätze verfügt, wohl die richtige Entscheidung. We as a group went to this restaurant for the first time today. We have to say the ambience is really nice, that's about it that can be rated positively. The negative, unfriendly behavior from the boss is not acceptable! Unprofessional behavior towards his guests. I ordered schnitzel with fries and mayonnaise. After about an hour, we got our food. However, I didn't get any mayonnaise when I asked the boss where my mayonnaise was? Just got a stupid answer: You don't need mayo! (So ​​much for “Customer is King”) So I just had to eat a dry schnitzel without mayo for €17.50!!!! My brother-in-law's food was completely forgotten. He then sat for another hour waiting for his food. When the boss personally brought the food over, my brother-in-law wanted to make a complaint. Then there was just an arrogant answer from the boss: If you don't want to, then I'll take it back with me! Hello??? Is this how you treat your guests?!!! Fries were also dry and cold and simply inedible! So we definitely won't be coming back...and won't recommend it to anyone!

As always, we were thrilled today too! We celebrated our son's birthday with 16 people. Despite the full restaurant and a lot of work, there was still time for a kind word, every (extra) wish was fulfilled and we felt really comfortable. Thank you for that, we'll always be happy to come back!

We were here for the first time. The waitresses were very friendly and had a sense of humor...which we liked. The food was super tasty, grilled plate and a plate of liver...the portions were really plentiful. The salad buffet had a nice selection, something for every taste. We will definitely eat there again.

Unfortunately, our visit to Rustika on February 27, 2024 was not at all satisfactory this time. We've always liked it so far, but unfortunately there was a lot to complain about this time, which is why I'm putting this up as a review. Feel free to rate our honest impressions for yourself. Unfortunately, the promised reserved window table by the heater was suddenly no longer available. The restaurant was very cold and all three women were very cold after a short time. When we ordered drinks, we were not brought normal small glasses of 0.2 liters, but rather, without any information, simply large glasses of 0.4 liters of apple spritzer. You could have said that! When ordering a vegetable plate, it was explicitly said, no champions please, rather more vegetables, which was simply ignored and an empty plate was put on it so we could put the champions down. Unfortunately, the female waiter was very superficial and didn't respond to our wishes at all. The meat from Madam's plate was very dry and very tough, my mother just left it and was very disappointed. Also because she was still hungry, she ordered chicken soup, but when asked, there was no bread or toast. The pancake with hot cherries and ice cream as dessert was also very carelessly prepared, the ice cream was not tasty and the pancake was rubbery. Well the birthday dinner for my mother was a failure and she was sad and disappointed, especially because we know it differently, which is a shame. Unfortunately we cannot follow the advertising on the Rustika website because we no longer go there. It's also not true that you prefer to eat where you feel good, but rather you eat where it tastes good! This time we didn't like it at all and we didn't like the other points either, but judge for yourself. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for this visit to Rustika yesterday. This is much better!

We were there on Christmas Day and of course it was very crowded. If you go to a restaurant on a day like this, you have to be aware that the food will take longer to prepare than on a normal weekday or weekend. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo, but I had the liver and all I can say is that it tasted excellent. The onions were wonderfully crispy… But what more can I tell you now? Call, reserve a table and try it out for yourself. You will not regret it. P.S. It should also be mentioned that all the employees are incredibly nice and can cope with stress very well.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant. Authentische Atmosphäre, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Köche. Die Küche ist immer auf der Höhe. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant jedem. Sowohl für eine Hochzeit oder einen Geburtstag als auch für ein einfaches Abendessen.

Wir waren total begeistert! Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, einer unserer Gäste sagte er habe schon sehr lange nicht so gut gegessen. Das Personal 1A sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen! Die Preise sind super! Das Ambiente ist toll. Besonders toll fanden wir die Kinderfreundlichkeit.

Wir waren Sonntag Abend hier und es war schon sehr voll. Trotzdem haben wir noch ein Plätzchen bekommen, Chefin und Mitarbeiterin waren sehr fleissig, schnell und wie immer sehr freundlich. Trotz des Stresses und der Ungeduld mancher Gäste. Wir bewundern Euch, was Ihr da leistet,und das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Essen war sehr gut. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Sehr angenehme Lautstärke in den Räumen. Wie überall gibt es auch hier Personalmangel und dadurch hat alles etwas länger gedauert. Die beiden Damen haben Ihren Job trotzdem super gemacht.

Wir gehen immer wieder gerne dorthin essen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und die Qualität der Speisen auch. Die beiden Inhaber sind sehr nett und persönlich, man redet ein wenig miteinander am Tisch, immer wieder schön, dort essen zu gehen. Es gibt ein Salat Buffet. Und es gibt sogar dort noch Mittagstisch.

Das Personal ist etwas überfordert. Man sollte Zeit mit bringen. Das Essen ist gut ,Teilweise sind es aber zb bei den Schnitzeln keine frisch panierte Schnitzel. sondern wohl ein Tiefkühl Produkt. Dafür sind die Grillteller gut . Die Balkanleber ist gut. Alles in allem ein guter Abend. Nach der Corona Zeit, sollte sich halt wieder einspielen.

Sonntags zum Mittagessen dort gewesen. Das Lokal war gut besucht aber Oskar und seine Frau bieten immer einen unaufdringlich aber aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet (Schweinelendchen mit Pfifferling, Rahmsosse und Kroketten, Salat vom Buffet) Einen Punkt Abzug für das Ambiente, mir persönlich war es zu dunkel. Aber das empfindet sicher jeder anders . Werden gerne wieder dort hingehen

Für mich war es der zweite Besuch mit meinen Eltern und sicherlich nicht der letzte! Die Balkan Leber war sehr gut, der Service absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preise sind sehr angemessen und nicht zu teuer. Werde das Restaurant Rustika definitiv weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Kirsten Hein

Essen ist geschmacklich leider nicht das Highlight da kaum gewürzt und teilweise nicht richtig durchgegrillt !

Bei schönstem Wetter wird man draußen nicht bedient obwohl draußen alles aufgebaut ist. Echt schade

Es war ein sehr schön angerichtetes und leckeres Auswahlmenü zur Erstkommunionfeier bei wunderschönen Ambiente. Dazu gab es ein köstliches Salatbuffet. Der Service bei Oskar mit Team war wie gewohnt wieder sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
