We used to eat at Rhodos often and were always delighted, however, today we ordered two pizzas and a taco dish and afterwards got diarrhea. The pizza was terrible, dry, and the dough was very likely not homemade. The tacos looked like they had been rolled a few days ago; the salad inside the taco was practically spoiled. Even a fresh salad, briefly warmed on the grill, doesn't look like it came from the compost bin. We pointed this out to the owner, and he simply said that our tastes had changed. We are very disappointed.

This place caused a fight with my girlfriend. The pizza I recommended was awful, lacked any concept, had too many toppings slapped on, and was also very small and expensive. We won't be coming back!

Absolute disaster! We received an incorrect order for what we paid for, and they started arguing, becoming rude and disrespectful. How can you run a store with so little empathy?? This is truly a terrible waste of money! I truly wish them the best for the future!

The outdoor area is quite worn. The name "restaurant" is misleading. It's more like a snack bar with poor service. We were consistently ignored after our meal arrived. A second drink wasn't available within 30 minutes, and we had to ask repeatedly to pay. We eat out three to four times a week in various locations. This was the worst experience we've ever had.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller, at least for the Mantaplate. 6.50 for a sausage and a few fries? Why can't they put more fries on it? They don't cost that much.

I was really disappointed with Rhodos Grill. The food was cold and tasted terrible. Absolutely none of it was tasty—everything tasted bland and kind of stale. These "French tacos," which the owner constantly advertises on TikTok, were particularly bad. They looked better online than they were in real life: soggy, greasy, just plain disgusting. The whole place feels more like a social media spectacle than a place where you can get decent food. More show than substance. I really tried to give it a chance, but that was my last visit. Not recommended.

I ordered a pizza with salami and ham, onions, and red peppers. Instead of just red peppers, it came with red, green, yellow, and a mix. The cooked ham was the cheapest thing there was. The cheese substitute. It didn't taste good at all.

Since my office lives nearby, I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. Be it directly on site, via collection or delivery. I was always satisfied, both with the quality of the food and the delivery time or the time it took to prepare it if I were to eat directly in the restaurant. A few days ago I ordered again through a delivery service. The promised delivery time was, and that's not a lie, kept to the minute (which was certainly a coincidence, but still a fun fact worth mentioning). Unfortunately, the quality of the food for this order was not what I was used to. I also stated this in the review of the delivery service, which is only fair in my opinion. You also have to be able to say (and do) if you don't like something - otherwise nothing changes - like in so many areas of life (but that's a different topic). Today I got a call from the restaurant. I was apologized for not meeting my expectations with the last order. I think that's powerful! Even if the not-so-good experience wouldn't have stopped me from eating there again, this is an exemplary step by the restaurant in terms of customer service - and by no means a given. I would like to make one thing clear: I am not writing this review because I have a bad conscience - no (I don't have either) - I am writing it because, with this exception, I have always been satisfied and a positive review from me is still pending. Today was an appropriate time for that.

Portions were all great. Quick to prepare, very tasty. But when it comes to taking the rest of the food with you, packaging is brought to your table and you have to pack it yourself. I've never experienced anything like that. Hence the deduction of three stars.

Tables designed for four people only; If you take a chair you will be yelled at in the back... Not like that... An open word would have been better. I'll see if I try again... We were here several times and were increasingly disappointed. That was definitely the last time here. Prices are okay but the food and especially service were terrible. You couldn't eat Lachmnachu with gyro meat because the Lachmnachu bread was charred so that you could feel more of the bitter charcoal taste. There was no reaction to that, as if it was normal.

Gyros plate feels like 5 fries, the salad is something for rabbits, tastes like nothing, the pita only feels like cabbage, you actually have to measure the pizzas, the gyros comes from a warming container instead of a skewer. Never given another chance again but that was it for now.

I can only recommend this place. All of my guests were very satisfied and I know for sure that we will definitely come here again. Thank you for the delicious and smooth time. TOP TOP TOP

Ordered today via Lieferando, potato casserole that was so small that it was eaten after 5 forks, the gyro taco with rice instead of fries (but no Samurai sauce)! The rice was forgotten when it was delivered, they wanted to give us €4, but I didn't see it and said that I wanted to eat the rice! When the driver drove off, I called the boss to say again that I wanted the Samurai sauce, then he said it would only be available if you ordered fries with it 😂 very ridiculous and it doesn't even say that at Lieferando! I still asked to give it to the driver! The driver came back with the rice but no sauce ☹️ and at these prices

It's difficult to pay distance for a well-running restaurant and then use this guarantee to get into the black in the third year due to Corona nonsense. The new ordering menu is a lot of fun, but the dishes lack consistency in quality.

2024 Correction Service If you spend over €35 you will receive 0.7 liters of soft drink for free via Ordersmart. That's how it still appears. Recently, the delivery men have changed frequently. The last person tells me at the door that this service no longer exists. I order once a week; always over €35, always with more than 10% tip for the messenger, I get neither an apology nor an explanation as to how it can be that it is still offered at Ordersmart. I rely on delivery services, but not like this. I can also get rid of my money elsewhere. It seems that there is no need for a single regular customer. So the fries have been bad for years and just don't get any better. They've never been crispy.

My roommate likes the snack bar, he usually eats gratinated gyros, gyro plates or a pizza and absolutely loves the food, he regularly gets food for himself here. For me it's the opposite. He was supposed to bring something for me 3 or 4 times because I didn't feel like cooking and no, ugh, pizza was totally over salted last time and only tasted of wheat and fat. Burgers are not my taste and pasta Bolognese is also not very tasty. I'll never leave money here again, but my roommate will definitely come over often.

I am always amazed by the food. I think there is no better baked gyro anywhere and the fries are simply great. Always crispy, even after delivery. The team is super friendly and even if the store is full, things still go really quickly. Go on like this!!!

This was my favorite among the gyros providers for a long time. I drove long and often from Gütersloh to Bielefeld. Instead of gyros there is now cheap kebab... What a shame. It used to be so beautiful. Not anymore.

The food was way too greasy and just draped on the plate. It's a snack bar, yes I know, but not Greek but rather Turkish or should I say a mishmash of Turkish, Greek and German? The food is OK. Service doesn't work at all, sorry, I've never been served like that before. It was only when we gave a tip that the older gentleman was nice and turned towards us. A pity.

Gyros "Pita" is served on pita bread, not pita bread. Mayo on fries was missing. Tealight at the table not renewed upon request! The whole thing works better somewhere else...

I have a pizza napoli in size 28cm Ordered and received a 25cm pizza, the olives had pits that were broken. I even choked on a piece of the core 04.02.24 around 6 p.m.
