Sehr gutes Essen, wechselnde Karte und immer neue leckere Ideen! Nur zu empfehlen! Das Thunfisch Steak letzte Woche war super saftig!

Enttäuschender Kundenservice und unklare Kommunikation Ich besitze einen bereits bezahlten Gutschein, der erst einen Tag zuvor abgelaufen war. Deshalb habe ich vor meinem Besuch extra angerufen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, ich solle vorbeikommen, man werde vor Ort prüfen, ob der Gutschein aus Kulanz noch akzeptiert werden kann. Als ich ankam, wurde mir jedoch gesagt, ich müsse zuerst Essen bestellen und falls der Gutschein nicht akzeptiert wird, den gesamten Betrag selbst bezahlen. Kurz danach hieß es außerdem, es seien keine Plätze mehr frei und ich könne das Essen nur zum Mitnehmen bestellen. Ich hätte mir eine klare Auskunft bereits am Telefon gewünscht. So hätte ich mir die Anfahrt sparen können. Ich bin über die Kommunikation und den Umgang mit einem Kunden, der einen bereits bezahlten Gutschein besitzt, sehr enttäuscht.

Super Leckeres Essen, besonders tollen Frischfisch, Salate, Saisonale Gerichte. Prima Preis Leistung. Netter Service.

Ich kann leider nur drei Sterne geben. Die kommen, aber von Herzen. Mit einem Rollstuhl umständlich zu erreichen Sehr sehr freundliches Personal und sehr guter Service. Sehr schöne Terrasse Die Essen waren gut. Wir hätten uns besser auf Landes typische Mahlzeiten konzentrieren sollen

Wir waren spontan hier zum Essen. Was soll ich sagen? Schon sehr lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Das Essen war sooo lecker und alles frisch zubereitet. Der Service war perfekt, sehr aufmerksam und unheimlich freundlich. Sowas kennt man heute kaum noch. Von mir absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder.

Überragender Service, das Essen war phantastisch. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, höflich. Schon seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr so ein kulinarisches Erlebnis gehabt. Aber das Komplettpaket war einfach perfekt. Ich befürchte hier wurden heute neue Maßstäbe gesetzt 🙂

Das Essen war sehr lecker 😋. Die Portion war für mich auch genau passend. Ich war satt, aber nicht "überfressen". Die Servicemitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente, insbesondere auf der Terrasse ist halt einfach phänomenal.

„Der Mann hat offenbar überhaupt kein Gespür für Anstand und Respekt. Dass etwas ohne sein Wissen eingestellt wurde, ist schon schlimm genug aber seine Art ist zusätzlich äußerst unhöflich. Er sollte dringend erst einmal lernen, was Höflichkeit und respektvoller Umgang bedeuten. Bei so viel Unverschämtheit fällt es einem schwer, seine Arbeit überhaupt noch ernst zu nehmen.“

Update: November 2022 Zwei Jahre später bekomme ich plötzlich eine E-Mail von Google. Der Besitzer hat sich beschwert und behauptet, ich sei dort nie Kunde gewesen und solle meinen Kommentar löschen. Ehrlich gesagt ziemlich absurd, dass das erst nach so langer Zeit kommt. Ich musste dazu schriftlich Stellung nehmen. Am Ende ist mein Kommentar aber weiterhin online geblieben. Zum Glück hatte ich einiges vorher in der iCloud gesichert. Egal was noch kommt, ich stehe zu dem, was ich geschrieben habe. (2020) Ich habe ein Rumpsteak mit 340 g bestellt. Leider war es so zäh, dass ich es kaum essen konnte. Ich musste ewig darauf herumkauen, fast wie Kaugummi. Für 24 Euro hätte ich ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet. Nicht mal ein Beilagensalat war dabei. Die Pommes waren in Ordnung, aber das rettet das Ganze auch nicht. Als die Kellnerin gefragt hat, ob alles gepasst hat, habe ich es genau so gesagt. Ihre Antwort war nur, dass sie es weitergibt.

Man kann hier wirklich sehr toll kroatisch Essen und der frische Fisch war auch sehr lecker und wirklich ein Gedicht. Hier findet glaube ich jeder etwas zu essen es ist sehr schön eingerichtet man fühlt sich wohl. Wann wird sehr freundlich und gut bedient bis auf ein paar kleine wartezeiten.

Authentisch deutsch-kroatische Küche. Guter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Große Portionen. Djuvec etc sehr zu empfehlen. Direkt am Mainradweg gelegen lädt im Sommer die große und gepflegte Terasse mit schöner Bepflanzung zum länger bleiben ein. Besser reservieren

Wir haben vorab bestellt und alles wurde absolut pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit serviert. Das Timing war perfekt organisiert. Das Essen war hervorragend, geschmacklich auf sehr hohem Niveau und spürbar frisch zubereitet. Qualität und Präsentation waren wirklich überzeugend. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Kellner. Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell im Auftreten. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ich habe im letzten Jahr durch Familie das Picok gefunden und war seither schon mehrmals dort. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, im Winter warm und angenehm und im Sommer ist es richtig schön auf der Terasse, die mit vielen Blumen bedeckt ist, zu sitzen. Das Essen ist wirklich unfassbar lecker, sodass ich nie genug davon bekommen kann und die Mitarbeiter wirklich nett und herzlich, was natürlich alles nochmal viel besser macht🙏🏻 Man fühlt sich ab dem Moment, in dem man durch die Tür kommt, wirklich wohl und gut aufgehoben!! Ich würde es wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen und freue mich auf weitere Besuche dorthin 😋

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Ein absolut perfekter Silvesterabend im Picok! Wir haben den Silvesterabend (31.12.25) im Picok gefeiert und ich möchte es nicht übertreiben – aber dieser Abend war einfach perfekt. Schon beim Betreten wurden wir von einer warmen Atmosphäre empfangen, das gesamte Team war aufmerksam, herzlich und jederzeit präsent. Gastgeber Familie Golubic und sein Team wissen ganz genau, wie man Gäste verwöhnt! Das angebotene Buffet war ein kulinarisches Feuerwerk: mediterrane Küche vom Feinsten – Fisch, Scampi, Garnelen, Steaks, Hühnchen, herrliche Salate und so vieles mehr, dass ich die Karte bräuchte, um wirklich alles aufzuzählen. Und dann die Überraschung: Es gab sogar noch zusätzliche Gerichte, die gar nicht auf der Karte standen! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Live-Cooking, bei dem Steaks, Koteletts, Lammkoteletts und weitere Spezialitäten frisch und perfekt zubereitet wurden – mega schmackhaft, saftig, zart und einfach auf den Punkt. Es wurde kontinuierlich frisch nachgelegt, sodass jederzeit reichhaltig und hochwertig gegessen werden konnte. Wir waren zu viert etwa dreieinhalb Stunden dort und haben uns rundum verwöhnt gefühlt. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt, bevor man ihn aussprechen musste. Zum Abschluss gab es ein grandioses Dessert-Highlight – z. B. unglaublich leckeren Kaiserschmarrn und weitere süße Köstlichkeiten. Fazit: Ein Abend, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Es war sehr lecker, wir waren zum Sylvester Menü. Alles sehr frisch und immer sehr viel. Es wurde laufend nachgelegt. Frisch gegrillt. Eine sehr freundliche Bedienung, immer aufmerksam. Sehr gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent cuisine, a menu that goes beyond the usual fare, though it is a bit more expensive! There were four of us, and we ordered different dishes, all of which were superbly prepared. The service was a little slow; otherwise, we certainly would have ordered a few more drinks. The staff were consistently very friendly! Parking is available directly in front of the restaurant, but unfortunately, as far as I could see, it's only accessible via a staircase!

I always enjoy going there when I'm visiting family in Aschaffenburg. The food is good, the staff is very friendly, and there's a good selection of dishes. There are some reviews here that criticize the prices and/or the food quality. I can't agree with that and believe that high-quality food simply comes at a price. I've been there many times and have never been disappointed.

A friendly, but very large restaurant. You're always greeted warmly, even when it's packed, and you'll get a seat (if one is available). Because of its size, it's quite noisy inside, especially during family celebrations. When we were there, there were apparently three birthday parties going on! Despite the commotion, everything was handled efficiently, and we weren't forgotten. I imagine it's quieter and more comfortable outside in the summer when the weather is nice. The food was delicious; someone clearly enjoys cooking there!

We spontaneously asked for a table here by phone, and it was still possible for two people. The restaurant was very busy. You can also sit outside with a view of the Main River. The menu offers something for everyone, from Croatian cuisine to German schnitzel. The menu isn't too extensive, which is fine with us. In addition to the regular menu, there's also a supplementary menu with recommendations, so I opted for the lamb shank. It was super delicious, I can say. We received very friendly and attentive service. Personally, this is my absolute favorite restaurant. We'd love to come back.

We ate at the Picok restaurant in Aschaffenburg, and it was simply fantastic! I had a steak – cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. My wife ordered shrimp as a starter, followed by fish, and she too was delighted. Everything was fresh, excellently prepared, and simply delicious. Added to that was very friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

For a year now, the quality of the food and the preparation has been declining sharply. The weight of the steaks is wrong. The cooking times are wrong. Cooking for this price... has to be different. ...I'm not a chef... I'm a master... !

Very nice restaurant. Plenty of space, even for larger parties. The food was delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Views of nature. A bike path also runs past here, for anyone who enjoys a bike ride. We'd love to come back.

We were invited to a small family gathering and visited the Picok restaurant... we were greeted very warmly and escorted to our table... the orders were excellent and quick... you are often asked by different waiters if you want anything else because there are already so many... the food was delicious and I highly recommend it, of course a bit more expensive than elsewhere, but you are happy to pay more when the quality and taste are very good... all in all, a successful evening

Beautiful outdoor terraces with lots of shade. The price/performance ratio is still somewhat ok for the side salad and grilled squid, but unfortunately not for the gratinated sheep's cheese. 12 € for a small piece of sheep's cheese (not yet 100g), two olives, a few snippets of pepper, a few onion rings, two half cocktail tomatoes and white bread. Quite disappointing.

Absolutely recommended – our favorite restaurant on the Main! We go to Picok regularly and with great pleasure - and for good reason! The quality of the food is consistently at the highest level. We would particularly like to highlight the truffle sauce, which in our opinion is the best around - a real dream! The beef fillet is also cooked to perfection every time and is incredibly tasty. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right – you really get quality for your money here. The service is first-class, the staff are always attentive and friendly - hospitality is truly lived here. We think it's particularly nice that Mr. Golubic, the head chef, personally asks the guests whether everything was to their satisfaction. This personal touch always makes the visit special. Sitting indoors is very comfortable - the tables are positioned so that you can enjoy your privacy. In summer we like to sit outside with a wonderful view of the Main - simply fantastic! We always reserve in advance as the restaurant is very popular - and rightly so! Conclusion: An all-round harmonious experience that we enjoy again and again. Many thanks to the whole Picok team!

It couldn't be better. Went there for the fish buffet... sensationally delicious.

The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. We had a fish platter with 1x sea bream, 1x perch and 4 shrimps for 2 people with a side salad and white bread. At a price of €31.50 per person, that was okay. What I didn't like was that the white bread wasn't enough for us (3 slices per person) and the bread we ordered was charged separately. At this price I would expect that this should be included. I also find it totally unreasonable to charge €6 for a bottle of sparkling water.

Our 4-course Valentine's Day menu was simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Each course was prepared with attention to detail, tasted excellent and was beautifully presented. The service was attentive, friendly and perfectly coordinated. An unforgettable experience – we would love to come back!

We recently visited the restaurant and chose a Croatian Zagreb platter as well as a Swabian platter. The portions were normal in size, but we were not completely impressed by the quality of the dishes. Unfortunately, the sauce for the Swabian plate was much too salty, which affected the taste experience. The Zagreb platter was good overall, but lacked the typical side salad that is usually included. Here the salad has to be ordered separately, which was a bit disappointing for us. The restaurant's prices are rather high compared to the quality of the food and the location, which spoils the overall picture somewhat. What should be highlighted positively is that parking directly in front of the restaurant is easy, which makes the visit pleasant, at least in this respect. Overall, a mixed impression.

We have been guests here several times and are always satisfied with this restaurant. There is a lot of space inside and outside, and the menu, which changes daily, also offers a large selection of dishes. The service is friendly, but in my opinion you sometimes have to be patient.

The food and service can amaze you, we've been there a few times now and each time we've had excellent food and friendly service. Since it is a former clubhouse, the ambience/design is unfortunately not appropriate to the high standard of the food. It's clean and you sit comfortably. As I said, the food is great, you should treat yourself to pleasant company, then the surroundings are of secondary importance.

Had dinner there and I have to say that the nice reception alone was really great. For my main course I had the Surf&Turf and I can say that it was one of the best steaks I've had up to that point. I can only recommend it and will definitely come back :) Price performance is 100% okay. Top quality at a reasonable price.

We went to eat at Picok again, delicious buffet on Christmas and New Year's Eve. The warmth of the service staff and the boss is simply amazing. Here you will be pampered with charm and enjoyment. We really enjoy coming here. We're already looking forward to the next visit...keep it up

There were 7 of us eating goose. The food was excellent, everything was beautifully prepared, with salad, chestnuts, pears and cranberries, a real feast. Unfortunately we only got the bony parts of the goose. The breast with skin and the upper thighs were missing, a lot of stuffing and not so much meat. It was still enough and we will come back. Next time maybe eat half a duck. Staff very friendly.

Had dinner here today. The service staff was friendly and the food, although a little expensive, was good. Portions easily sufficient. BUT: Although there were few guests there, my son's drink was first forgotten, and then my daughter's food too!

It was definitely a great surprise during a meeting with colleagues and friends. We ate very well. Everything is prepared with the right seasoning and the service is very friendly. All the types of meat we tried were very good and the atmosphere was also impressive.

1st time visiting and wasn't disappointed. Very large restaurant with various dining areas. Typical Croatian dining with very nicely cooked meat and vegetables etc. There was no little free shot at the end like at many Criotian places but we were so full of good food nobody cared. Will definitely go again.

Unfortunately, we were immediately spoken to in a very unfriendly manner because we were standing in the parking lot restaurant. Of course they thought we were going to the jumping hall, but you can ask people politely. Now let's look for another place. So you should still work on being friendly

A really excellent restaurant and very, very tasty food. Completely atypical, thank God there are edible portions here :-) and not the completely overloaded plates that you would otherwise find with a Croatian. Very good quality, we would love to come back.

After the fish buffet, my companion, who was with me at Picok for the first time, said that the food alone was worth the three-hour journey. For me, a visit to Picok is always worth it. For as long as I can remember, this restaurant and its cuisine have always been a highlight for me.

The fish buffet on Good Friday was terrific. Top quality, top selection, great taste. The cooking here was done with passion. It doesn't get any better. To mention the great staff. Very friendly, very fast. This is how you want service. Perfect. We felt very comfortable all around. It was fantastic. Thanks to the entire team. We'd love to come back.

Food is very good, but very expensive. Starter was great, but just way too expensive.

Great ambience, especially if you sit outside and great food no matter where you sit 😉 I would deduct half a point for the volume inside. It feels higher than elsewhere, but that's probably due to the large rooms. Otherwise everything was tip top. Been here several times and will come more often 😊

Picok Restaurant is simply fantastic! The food is delicious, the decor is cozy and the atmosphere is unique. The regular events provide additional variety and the team is extremely professional.
