Typical old Greek restaurant, ambience not very appealing but ok. Despite there being few guests, we waited a long time for our food. I always eat a mixed appetizer platter at every Greek restaurant but this one was subpar. For 25€ 3 different dips plus some sheep's cheese, 6 olives and a tomato on a lettuce leaf. I was shocked for a moment and then thought, there's definitely something else coming...But no! The meat in the main courses (lamb, suflaki, giros) was unfortunately very dry. We won't go there anymore.

Very bad food, not everything I ordered came, everything was cold and tough. The landlord was alone and had no time for complaints and didn't comply

We ate very well here. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly. Price performance justified.

I can't understand the bad reviews! We come here from Werl to eat. Simply delicious, very nice service, plus a nice, perfectly tapped pilsner. Finally, an ice-cold ouzo (from the boss) We'll always come back!

Can't understand the negative reviews. Four of us went there for dinner yesterday and were served very courteously, the food was great and very reasonably priced. Good draft beer and cold ouzo round things off. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because the order from Lieferando was simply canceled. It's happened several times so far...they probably don't feel like driving from Menden to Hemer. If that's too far you should limit the radius. Very disappointed

This restaurant has been our "Greek" for 30 years. The food was great, Theo was always ready for a little chat, and the atmosphere was typical of the country. Unfortunately, a lot has changed over the years. The owner seems to have become tired and the food is no longer what it once was, very tasty and prepared with love. Nothing remains of the former flair, the food is carelessly prepared, not even tzatziki is served unless you specifically order it. The meat was over-peppered, but the rice was dry and bland. The young man who served us was very friendly and tried to make up for the grievances with his nice manner. It makes me so sad because it was probably the last time we were there.

Ordered via Lieferando for 6 people and was delivered promptly. A main course was missing (but there was a side dish). When I asked over the phone, I was told that I could pick it up and that a subsequent delivery would take an hour. To my objection that we all want to eat now, we ordered through Lieferando for certain reasons because we want the food delivered. Then I said he should deliver it. So we all ate, and after more than an hour the missing main course was still not there. I called again, yes it was ready, but there was no supplier. I could pick it up now and he would warm it up. I then set off and picked up the missing dish about 1.5 hours later. There was no understanding from the host. He then warmed up the cordon bleu again and added a new side dish for me as “compensation”, which unfortunately wasn’t cooked (half raw fries). It's a shame because the food itself was delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant's service was unacceptable, so it was removed from our list immediately after the first order!

Delicious food and drinks as well as great service. Very good food, plentiful and well prepared

I was there for the first time yesterday. The older innkeeper/keller was obviously in a bad mood. My fillet was still bloody and stringy. There was no taste of garlic in the tzatziki. There was a bell on the table for service, it was dirty. It was all really a shame, as the evening there was for a special occasion. The owner's son-in-law was able to make up for some of the negative impressions with his friendliness.

Etwas dunkle aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen

2Std gewartet ,angeblich hatte der Fahrer einen Unfall....kaltes,unvollständiges Essen,welches nicht schmeckt. Auf telefonische Beschwerde: Junge,kannst ja zu mir kommen, dann bekommst Essen von mir umsonst....lächerlich...Nie Wieder!!!!

Naja das war das 2 te mal,dass ich ..wir da waren. Und es hat sich nicht gelohnt. Jeder der da nicht Stammgast ist,die wahrscheinlich schon da wohnen, rate ich persönlich ab vor einem Besuch. Essen hat was mit Genuss zu tun,mit Ambiente und Wohlbefinden. Das ist da leider nicht möglich. Ich war froh das,dass Essen schnell vorbei war. Der Laden ist in die Jahre gekommen,dreckig,dunkel und einfach unschön-versifft. Dazu gibt auch auch viele Dinge die kaputt sind. Die Sitzmöbel absolut speckig. Wenn diese Lokalität mal gut war,ist davon nicht viel übrig.

Klasse, wie immer. Haben gemütlich hinten im Hof draußen sitzen 🛋 können. Obwohl nur eine Bedienung da war hat alles schnell und sehr schnell geklappt. Essen lecker und reichlich. Gerne wieder❗️

Wir haben seit langem mal wieder was dort bestellt.Ich muss sagen wir waren leider enttäuscht. Mein Mann hat damals so von der Leber z.b geschwärmt er hatte noch nie so gute gegessen und heute nicht richtig "bearbeitet" ich sage mal nicht richtig "beschnitten" (mein Mann ist Metzger daher weiß er sowas) und sie war innen noch sehr rot , rosa ist ja gut aber rot geht gar nicht also daher nicht genießbar. Und noch ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten. Die Gerichte hier in den Bewertungen die vor Ort gegessen worden sehen auf jeden fall 1000 mal besser aus. Vielleicht versuchen wir das noch mal, mal sehen.

Zufällig im Peloponnes gelandet und es war ein herrlicher, leckerer Abend. Gut gesessen, toll bedient worden. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wir kommen im Grunde bereits unser ganzes Leben gerne hier hin, was nun seit über 40 Jahren bedeutet. In den letzten (Corona-)Jahren leider etwas unregelmäßiger. Unterm Strich sind wir noch zufrieden, wobei es leider paar in letzter Zeit ein paar Abzüge in der B-Note gab, die ich hier aber nicht näher ausführen möchte. Wir hoffen, dass sich das wieder etwas fängt, bis wir das nächste Mal da sind.
