Restaurant Ottofonti in Ottobrunn

Haben heute das erste Mal Pizza vom Restaurant Ottofonti bestellt. Das wird aber auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Die Pizza war super! Die beste die wir bisher in Ottobrunn hatten. Der Kellner war auch super nett! Der Biergarten sah sehr einladend aus.

Leckeres Essen in guten Portionen. Die Bedienung war nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit, aber das ist typisch für deutsches Servicepersonal.

Wir haben heute den Geburtstag meines Vater gefeiert, haben zu 5. eine Vorspeise für ihn und für den Rest 5 Hauptspeise bestellt. Die Vorspeise kam nach ca 30 min aber der Rest von uns musste 1,5 h auf das Essen warten und das kam dann auch nicht zeitgleich sondern versetzt sodass wir nicht zusammen essen konnten. Zudem kam 2/5 Essen kalt. Obwohl bekannt war, dass ein Geburtstag statt findet kam nicht einmal ein „Alles Gute zum Geburtstag“ und als Entschuldigung wurde uns ein Ramazotti hingestellt nur tranken 2 Personen gar keinen Alkohol. Alles in allem wirklich Mega enttäuschend. Ja Fehler können passieren aber in diesem Ausmaß war der Geburtstag für meinen Vater leider alles andere als schön super schade!

Nach Wiedereröffnung waren wir jetzt schon zwei Mal hier und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Essen ist sehr gut, Preis- Leistung in Ordnung und der Service sehr herzlich und angenehm. Wir hatten Lachs auf Salat und Rinder-Carpaccio, zum Dessert Tiramisu, alles perfekt. Reservierung hat gut geklappt. Meiner Mutter wurde mit ihrem Rollator sofort und unaufgefordert beim Rein- und Rausgehen (drei kleine Stufen) geholfen. Im Sommer freuen wir uns schon auf den wunderschönen Biergarten. Ein Gewinn für Ottobrunn, dass es mit dem Ottofonti weitergeht!

Als Tourist aus England hatte ich ein wunderbares Erlebnis in diesem Café. Schon bei meiner Ankunft war ich von der herzlichen Atmosphäre, der Sauberkeit und der Liebe zum Detail im gesamten Café beeindruckt. Es vermittelt ein sehr hochwertiges Ambiente, und es ist deutlich, dass in jeden Aspekt des Kundenerlebnisses viel Wert gelegt wird. Das Essen und die Getränke waren exzellent. Alles war frisch, wunderschön angerichtet und auf höchstem Niveau zubereitet. Der Kaffee gehörte zu den besten, die ich auf meinen Reisen getrunken habe, und die Auswahl an Speisen war ebenso beeindruckend. Jedes Gericht, das wir bestellten, übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl und wurden hervorragend bedient, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ihre positive Art trug wesentlich zum Gesamterlebnis bei. Besonders hervorzuheben war die gleichbleibend hohe Qualität aller Speisen und Getränke. Es ist selten, einen Ort zu finden, an dem Atmosphäre, Service, Speisen und Getränke so perfekt harmonieren. Dieses Café bietet ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Erlebnis und ist ein Ort, den ich sehr gerne wieder besuchen werde. Ich kann dieses Café sowohl Einheimischen als auch Besuchern wärmstens empfehlen. Es war eines der Highlights meiner Reise, und ich kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen, dass alles nahezu perfekt war. Vielen Dank für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Habe mir über den Lieferservice 2 Pizzen bestellt. Meine Erwartungen waren wirklich nicht hoch, und ich bekam leider Recht! Ich habe noch nie eine Pizza gegessen die so trocken und hart war, dass ich sie nicht mal mit meinem schärfsten Messer vernünftig teilen konnte! Für 30€ freut sich da nur einer, und zwar der Wirt, sehr traurig was aus unserer Gastronomie geworden ist....

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war durchweg sehr gut, besonders die Tagliatelle mit Rinderstreifen – geschmacklich stark und genau richtig zubereitet. Der Service war aufmerksam und super nett, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Begeistert waren wir auch davon, dass es für Kinder Nudeln in einer wirklich guten, kindgerechten Portion gab – super lecker und nicht lieblos zusammengestellt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an den Besitzer: Meine Frau hatte ihren Ohrring verloren, der uns später sogar per Post zurückgeschickt wurde. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The food was super delicious... BUT we waited 2 hours for it! We were a group of 12, and other orders were always served before ours. One server was super friendly, while the other was often uncomprehending. And no one apologized for the 2-hour wait 👀

Update 2025: I've known this restaurant since 2017, back when it was run by Liliana Siraguza – the food was excellent, the prices fair, and the atmosphere very pleasant. The restaurant was later sold, and unfortunately, the then owners destroyed the establishment's good reputation in about two years. I haven't visited Ottofonti since then. Since the current owners took over, everything has changed for the better: the food is once again truly delicious, the prices fair, and the service friendly and attentive – just what you'd expect as a guest. My honest opinion: a visit is absolutely recommended!

I had the best pizza I've ever had in Germany here. The dough is always perfect. I'll definitely be back! Small update: Unfortunately, I have to lower my review due to long wait times and declining quality (pizza dough wasn't cooked through).

A really great Italian restaurant with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere! I had the Quattro Formaggi pasta - wonderfully creamy, with just the right mix of cheese, simply heavenly. The menu is just right, the daily menu is extensive but clear. The food was ready quickly, super tasty and came in a large portion, so you'll definitely be full! I've been there twice since the change of tenant. The employees are very attentive and committed to doing everything well, even when it comes to small things. There is a changing daily menu with a delicious selection, where almost everyone will find something, and of course the fixed menu. On the first visit I had a meat dish, on the second visit I had pizza, and the food was great every time. Next time I visit I will try pasta. A very friendly but never intrusive service completes the taste experience.

We ordered pizza to take away. The taste and quality were very good and the price was absolutely reasonable. Unfortunately, there was cheese on a pizza contrary to what was ordered, which meant that the person who ordered it could not eat it. We then called the restaurant and informed them of the situation. New tenants who are obviously completely overwhelmed. The Ottofonti was our favorite Italian restaurant here for 10 years, but unfortunately no longer. The tenants are not Italian, so the starters are bland, dry and tasteless. We didn't get any main courses, after 90 minutes of waiting and a lot of complaints at the tables next to us we left, we had now asked for the food three times. The young waitress doesn't know what's on the menu, she's never heard of Vermentino, so instead there's wine spritzer. Never again!

A restaurant with Italian cuisine that is run by a crew of Arab origins, which is not necessarily a mistake. The older pizzaiolo is (visually) Italian or German, the Calabrese pizza had a bit too many toppings, but the dough was absolutely ok. Either other guests liked the pizza or there wasn't enough dough, but at least there was no more pizza around 9:30 p.m. - but other restaurants don't serve anything at that time! The staff is trying very hard, but visibly overwhelmed: the first menu has no pages, Vitello tonnato is taken by one employee, the next says that it isn't available today, "Helles" is served in wheat beer glasses at the next table, and in general a lot of things are wrong " Delivered”, we have white wine spritzer instead of white wine, you can also hear similar things from the neighboring tables. When paying, the waiter has no idea what was eaten or drunk, it's just a good thing that most guests are hopefully honest. Nice guest garden, but you would like to go through it with a vacuum cleaner, as it hasn't seen a broom for a long time. The interior appears to be of high quality and is certainly from its predecessor. The conclusion is mixed: Ottobrunn certainly has good pizza, but there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the staff and the ambience outside!

Nach der Neueröffnung kann ich den Italiener nicht mehr empfehlen. Pizza Salami schwamm in Öl, meine Parma war mit Pharmaschinken aus der Verpackung, da die Enden noch 3 Lagig zusammenkleben. Der Pizzaboden war auch nicht mehr so lecker wie vor der Schließung. Anscheinend neuer Besitzer, neuer Koch etc. Wir waren zu dritt echt enttäuscht.

Pizza Margaritha is available from just over €8 - 33 cm diameter (more likely). The pizzas are homemade! The pasta dishes are manageable, but also good! The service is always there just before you realize that something is needed - excellent! Since the outside area wasn't open yet, I can't say anything about it. But the S-Bahn passes right by... Either way: I'd love to come back!

Quite a nice place. Last night we had to wait an unusually long time for a pizza and the waitress wasn't very attentive to ordering drinks. But that is not the rule. There was a fly under the pizza on my plate and I would have expected at least an apology or a coffee or something similar as compensation when I kindly pointed it out. Unfortunately, nothing like that. That should not happen!

I went to dinner I only ordered a small pasta aglio,olio. €7.90 which seems a little too much to me for a lifeless, bland pasta, barely cooked garlic, sticky pasta and zero spice. They charge me €6.90 for a san pellegrino 0.75. which when I get the receipt it is charged as a surging water which is another brand. But I want to get to the point that that price also seems expensive to me for the water. The meat didn't seem fresh to me either... I'm going to save the comments about environment, location, etc. There are many Italian places in the Munich area that are simply a scam and not worth it in the slightest. To say a bill of €43.60, don't have the little initiative to even invite you to a small digestif. I wouldn't go again, nor do I recommend it.

But if I'm still eating and my bread is taken away from the table and brought to the next table, sorry 🙈 When she asked me why she did that and I wasn't finished yet, she said she had run out of bread 🤷‍♂️

Sehr nettes Lokal, freundliches Personal. Ich hatte die Dorade mit Salatvom Tagesmenü, meine Begleitung Pasta mit Pfifferlingen. Beides sehr lecker. Zu empfehlen.

Direkt am S Bahhof Ottobrunn gelegen. Schöner schattiger Aussenbereich mit grossen Bäumen. Quasi wie ein italienischer Biergarten. Wir hatten Antipasti des Hauses, danach eine Pizza und ein Nudelgericht. Geschmacklich ein gutes Niveau. Portionsgrössen mE sogar sehr grosszügig zum sehr moderaten Preis. Service (wohlgemerkt 1 Person an dem Abend) sehr schnell unterwegs und sehr serviceorientiert. Wir waren seit ewigen Zeiten mal wieder dort und nach dem Erlebnis gehe ich sicher auch erneut hin.

Familien geführtes Italienisches Restaurant. Gut gewürzte und ausreichende italienische Gerichte zur Wahl. Pizza und Pinsa's sind fein. Der Preis ist angemessen. Die Bedienung ist sehr herzlich. Kommen immer gerne wieder. Sehr schöner Gastgarten.

Die Bedienung sah aus wie die italienische Version von mir. Hat mir imponiert und hab mich nun für einen Italienischkurs für Anfänger angemeldet. Bin daran genauso gescheitert wie an der Kochausbildung. Trotzdem 5 Sterne.

Einfach nur toll,wir sind drei Freunde und waren jetzt bestimmt 10x zum essen da,immer Rinderfilet,immer absolut Top Qualität, und besonders hervor zu heben ist Ildi mit ihrem super Service und Ihrer Freundlichkeit.wir werden immer wieder kommen und das ist kein Versprechen sondern eine Drohung !!!! Vorspeise Salat und Carpaccio sehr gut, Pizza war Durchschnitt.

Heel goed en niet te duur. Gezellige plaats en goed bediend.
