Nice, nice restaurant with friendly cellars.

We have been here several times. The food is delicious, the service is very nice.

Normally attended afternoon. Even in the evening it was so full that we had to wait. Quality and portions top. Prices are decent, but you really put the money into the store, see perfect conversion. Keep it up, visit customers more often if necessary 😄

As always, delicious, it's good that the portions are small, so eating out is often financially possible

Very good food. Portions are also large and sufficient. Of course prices have risen here too, but I still enjoy eating here. What I would like to have on the menu is chicken with gyros gratinated and with Metaxa sauce. Unfortunately I miss this combination.

Tasty Greek food, even away from home.

Hello. We have already eaten many times in the really well-equipped restaurant. But the prices of the drinks are not worth it at all. My husband ordered a small special...a large one was brought to him. 5.20 euros. And my non-alcoholic wheat beer 5.60 euros. That's not possible. It's a shame, because we won't be coming back in the future. The renovation costs are now added to the expenses. I advise everyone not to leave so much money there. Other restaurants aren't so shameful, and a well-equipped restaurant is no use .

Four of us were there on a Friday. The crowds suggested that guests would vote with their feet and taste the food. The service was prompt and quick. Unfortunately my meal (chicken fillet with gyros) was not like I know it from other Greek restaurants. The salad that was served beforehand was delicious. The gyro was dry whereas the chicken fillet was very thin and hard and dry. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, although I don't usually rate it that harshly. Since the food wasn't exactly cheap, I have to be honest.

We were there during off-peak hours. There was everything you would expect from a good Greek restaurant: nice young service staff, plenty of very tasty food, which also came very quickly, and at the end the obligatory ouzo on the house and a portion of Greek yoghurt with red jelly. We'll be back :) ... been there again in the meantime, rating is still up to date :)

We've been going here since the restaurant opened. But the latest price increase is really cheeky. Now four slices of garlic bread cost almost €7 and the portions are now as big as the small ones used to be. Getting more expensive is one thing, but at the same time almost halving the portions is a real price increase. We'll avoid the restaurant for now. It's a shame we always enjoyed being here.

Everything is absolutely perfect

Big thank you!!!! Because our catering company didn't deliver any food to the wedding with almost 40 people, Olympia was able to spontaneously conjure up a huge buffet within about 1-1.5 hours and deliver it to the wedding location. It tasted wonderful and the evening was saved.

Were there on Sunday evening, the beer garden was relatively full, not enough parking spaces, we had to wait an hour for our food, so we had a round of drinks without paying

We really enjoy going there. The food is good, the employees are very friendly and there is a playground for the children. The only negative point is that here (as in almost all restaurants) smokers are unfortunately more important than children and non-smokers. Because you can smoke anywhere on the terrace. Unfortunately, it often happens that you want to have a nice meal with the children and end up sitting in the middle of cigarette smoke 😕. I don't understand why smoking is allowed anywhere where people want to eat and there are lots of children.

We ate twice during our holiday on the spacious, attractive terrace. The children have also been thought of. While the parents get Ouzo, there is a children's version for the children. Next to the terrace is a small playground and a large lawn.

Delicious food, friendly and courteous service that can cope well with a full house, and a great outdoor area with a garden and opportunities for children to run around and play. But the interiors are also cozy and attractive.

Large excursion restaurant, Greek cuisine. We were there on a Sunday evening when the weather was very nice and the many outdoor spaces were completely occupied. Despite reservations, we had to wait for a free seat. We had to wait much longer for our food, a full 1.5 hours. The service was attentive, friendly despite the crowds, and as compensation there was an Alster at the house's expense. The food was good, but not more than average.

Friendly and competent service. Solid German Greek cuisine with the usual offerings (fries, pita, salad, garlic potatoes, meatballs, gyros, steaks, etc). There's nothing to worry about from a culinary point of view, but that's why no one goes there 😀 .Large portions. You get full. Very effusive welcome from the staff, even if you haven't been there yet. Very nice outdoor area with a large children's playground. Gladly again

I don't think it's nice there, it's loud and the food is so-so, but the toilet paper industry is happy about the increased demand after eating there. The purest intestinal cure. 🤮

Friendly service. Ouzo, espresso and dessert are all on the house. Everything tasted good and there was nothing to complain about.

We come at least once a year and once again it was great and delicious. We came without registering, around 7:45 p.m. and were assigned a place straight away. We ordered the Zeus plate (lamb in Metaxa) and the Corfu plate (gyros and liver with fries and with Metaxa). When we are with you it is always like a short vacation, thank you for that. We were there with our daughter and friends. The ambience outside is really nice and invites you to linger. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. We had the 77, 77, 80, 115 and 104. For starters we had garlic bread with tzatziki. The garlic bread was okay, but some of it was already charred. The tzatziki was delicious. The gyro was very fatty and tasteless, the lamb and my friend's suzuki were really very dry...not edible. The schnitzel was very tough and looked like a finished product. The garlic potatoes and fries were delicious. The waiters were friendly but unfortunately very inattentive. The service needs improvement. We were asked how the food was and we kindly pointed out the things mentioned above. Unfortunately, there was nothing in return... no goodwill... just a mischievous smile and a "I'm sorry". I give the two stars for the location in the garden.

This Greek restaurant is a well-attended place of comfort, with tasty meals and very friendly staff. The bright, pretty restaurant has a large parking lot decorated with well-kept floral decorations. This is used together with the motel "Zur Dachsbaude" next to it, which also makes a welcoming impression and has lots of cozy outdoor seating, so it's always worth a visit.

I really enjoy eating tzatziki, but unfortunately it didn't taste freshly prepared. The outdoor terrace is just great, there is even a small playground for children. Now back to the tzatziki... if it had been fresh it would have been a very successful meal.

Were here today, curious about telling stories. The guest feels comfortable here. The food was great and tasted very good. There is also a larger selection of half portions or for small appetites, which is not done here in Oranienburg. The bill was correspondingly pleasing. We are very happy to recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is located directly on the country road. Guests can sit inside, in the winter garden or outside at the back. The outdoor spaces in particular are very nice and there is a flexible roof in case of strong sunlight. The staff is very friendly and the service is also very good and quick. Otherwise I was always very satisfied, especially with the food. But today I was extremely disappointed. The two of us ordered takeaway and paid €30 for gyros and a large mixed Greek-style salad. There's nothing wrong with the gyro, but the salad is a disgrace. This consisted of a small bowl with a few pieces of tomato and cucumber and 3 strips of onion. And we paid €30 for that? Next time this will be addressed personally... unfortunately we don't live around the corner.

May 1st and everyone goes out to eat in the evening. The Olympia offers enough space - and a good kitchen. The liver was excellent, the stuffed grape leaves in front of it were just as the guest expected. And the service is beyond question. The only thing missing is the beach in Crete... Highly recommended if you're looking for a good "Greek"!

I have dined at this establishment a few times with my circle of friends. The idyllic Olympia restaurant is well located between the village of Basdorf and the small town of Wandlitz. A reservation was usually always possible very quickly over the phone and the staff was always very friendly. Nevertheless, I rate this in categories. | Personnel (Service) | The service is very excellent, the staff responds to many requests. You can also clearly see that there is a certain level of motivation and enthusiasm at work. | Environment/ambience | Both the outdoor and indoor areas are themed very appropriately for a Greek restaurant. You can also hear typical Greek songs that create a more relaxed and relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. Even when the house is full, your own conversations can still be clearly heard at the table. | Food | The food is of a very good quality. The staff put a lot of effort into preparing the dishes and on the whole the portions are well covered. So you can still take something with you. The price for a starter and a main course with two drinks is around €25 - €35, which is a pretty moderate and good price. | Others | What I can clearly say positively is the parking situation in this restaurant. There is almost always a parking space free and available. | Conclusion | All in all, I can only give the 5 star rating all too well. As I said, I've eaten there several times and never had any problems. The service is excellent. The ambience is remarkable and the food is of a very good standard both in terms of price and quality. The one I picked up was pretty tasty. But offering something like this for €15.20 takes a lot of the enjoyment out of it. Seriously serving the micro-pastes with an ice cream scoop scoop is simply a culinary ploy. As a restaurateur you should be ashamed of this. And since disposable plastic tableware has been banned since July 3, 2021, these Styrofoam bowls have their own quality.

Guter Parkplatz, behindertengerecht, super Service, gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis

Grundsätzlich wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Aber das Essen und der Service sind eine Vollkatastrophe. Vorspeise wurde gebracht und abgeräumt. Besteck wurde mitgenommen. Später kam der Hauptgang, wir sitzen ohne Besteck und mussten uns dann selbst kümmern. Ich hatte eine halbe rohe Zwiebel auf meinem Lamm. Wozu? Der Beilagensalat ist das einfachste, was ich je gesehen habe und das Dressing fertig vom Großhändler. Schlussendlich waren während des Essens unsere Getränke leer. Wir bekamen auch hier keinen weiteren Service. Die Räumlichkeiten wirken sehr gut gepflegt und permanent modernisiert. Ich möchte hier nicht noch einmal Essen gehen.

Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden, diese Woche nicht. Ich hatte 2 Gerichte zum Mitnehmen telefonisch bestellt. Dort angekommen war der Parkplatz und das Restaurant über voll. Meine Bestellung wurde flott gebracht, das Personal wie immer freundlich, aber in Eile. Zuhause dann die Überraschung..ich war bei dem Anblick sehr verärgert, so eine Miniportion für 16,40 €. Das Gyros paßte easy auf 2 Gabeln, die 2 kleinen Stückchen Leber waren seltsam cremig. Die Pommes bestanden aus einer winzigen und kalte Portion. Mein "Gericht" sah von der Menge aus, wie das was man sonst auf dem Teller übrig lässt. Mein Mann hatte nur Gyros und Pommes, das war eine etwas kleinere Portion als sonst im Olympia, gerade noch ok. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und verärgert da bisher dort immer alles gut war. In einer anderen Rezension habe ich zu meinem Erstaunen gelesen, dass eine ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht wurde als das Olympia sehr voll war. Mein Gericht war vielleicht 25% bis 30% von der sonstigen Menge, das sollte nicht passieren.

Ja hier zum essen gewesen, ein Date...mit einer Frau, zum erstenmal getroffen...es war ein bezaubernder Abend, alles hat gestimmt, Ambiente, tolles Essen,...Dankeschön an das Team ,.....wir kommen gerne wieder ......Bernd & Silke.....

Wir waren schon oft dort essen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Ausgerechnet zu meinem Geburtstag (ich hatte Gäste eingeladen) war ich sehr enttäuscht. Der Service war nicht so aufmerksam wie sonst und die Küche… naja Schade! Das Essen war nicht so gut wie ich es von dort gewohnt war! Die Knoblauchkartoffeln waren sehr ölig und die Hühnersuppe war völlig ungewürzt und auch nicht, wie wir sie kannten. Ich bin etwas traurig, weil ich sonst mit dem Restaurant immer zufrieden war. Neuer Koch ?🙄🫣

Ich weiß es ist nicht immer richtig in allen Kategorien die vollen fünf Sterne zu vergeben. Aber hier wage ich mal diese Wertung. Das Olympa in Wandlitz ist ein sauberes und in hübschen Ambiente geführtes Restaurant. Das Personal ist freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Sehr aufmerksam und agiert im Hintergrund . Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Auch die Portionen für den kleinen Hunger sind sehr gut bei den Gästen angekommen. Natürlich gibt es hier und da immer etwas zu verbessern. Aber man befindet sich schließlich nicht in einem 5Sterne Restaurant. Also wenn dann wäre das meckern auf hohem Niveau. Der neu eingerichtete Wintergarten in dem unsere Familienfeier untergebracht war hatte ein schönes Ambiente. Wir hatten genügend Platz auch wenn es sehr voll war. Das essen und Getränke waren schnell serviert . Die Preise waren trotz der überall gestiegenen Kosten moderat und bezahlbar. Vielen Dank an das Team vom Restaurant Olympia. Uns hat es gefallen.
