A fantastic restaurant with great food and such a good atmosphere. All of this is done by the family that runs the property. You want to go back!

Wow it was very nice yesterday, me and my partner felt very comfortable. Genre again☺️

Sorry, but I had to wait 2 hours for the food and then the minced steak was dry, the gyros were almost dark and not really hot. Even when it's full, the quality shouldn't suffer. Drinks were taken off the bill.

Delicious dishes, service always attentive and friendly. Consistently good quality. Lots of seats. Free public parking is available on the street and side streets.

If a guest leaves the store after more than 2 hours with an empty stomach and a stomach ache, then as a manager you should really think about what is going wrong. Just because all the Greeks in the area are closed for vacation and you are completely overwhelmed by the rush because you really want to take the sales with you, does not justify making your guests wait 2 hours for their food. Not quantity but quality. Gastro is more than just offering delicious dishes, it starts with the service. I'd rather not even start with the lack of cleanliness (tables and floors), we could have overlooked that. @ Managing Director: Please make the waiters aware that you should notice every guest and have the ability to recognize who has already eaten and who still wants to order or has a request. I'm a very patient person, but you don't want to be treated like that on Saturday. It would have helped if we had noticed from time to time that it would still take a while, but complete ignorance? After 1:50 hours they said, 3 more minutes, then another 2 minutes, after 20 minutes still nothing came, either your clocks are ticking differently, which probably explains the whole situation or you think your guests are letting everything happen to them. We didn't even have plates or cutlery on the table... Hello? We pay for the service and the food and I really don't want to waste my valuable time waiting in the store. It was actually supposed to be the end of a nice day that we spent in Hamburg and wanted to support our "local" Greek, but that was probably nothing, the end really fell through, thank you very much for that. By the way: I even called 30 minutes in advance and wanted to make a reservation, the man on the phone told me I could just come by, I could have saved myself the action. By the way, there were only three of us, so not a team of 10. Originally I wanted to go to Dassendorf to see Selevko's Greek tribe, but unfortunately he is on vacation, the Olive was just a more or less "alternative" and not at the top of the priority list, rather at the bottom. The Gyros Palace at the train station or Taverna Dias would have been well before that... Never again, an absolute failure.

Even if the restaurant is full you can be friendly on the phone. We would have accepted a 2 hour wait. But you can't just hang up...

I come here more often with family and friends. Charming service staff, very helpful and know what they are doing. Food is very tasty, prices are okay. On days with many guests, the food is not as beautifully presented as on less busy days, but it still tastes good. See photos: Gyros without salad - many guests, full house vs. Gyros with salad - restaurant was not very busy. On both days there was a salad beforehand and the dishes cost the same. Sometimes there are ouzo alternatives without alcohol, sometimes not. Unfortunately, portion sizes have shrunk somewhat in the last few months.

Great restaurant with very hospitable staff. Really highly recommended. The food is rich and tastes very good. Quality fits. Only the atmosphere in some places is not so cozy due to the dark furnishings. Still 5 🌟 and a clear recommendation from me. When you order out of the house, you are always offered something to drink - to shorten the waiting time. So it fits all around.

We have been here many times and are always thrilled! Simply consistent quality and great service! We were there on a Sunday and it was really well attended - but somehow no wonder! :-) Reservations really make sense! Totally great: when they found out it was my son's birthday, there was even a serenade and a small, very tasty birthday surprise! That was super cute! You are awesome..

I was really excited about the store. When I finally picked it up, the meat wasn't cooked through. Really red. Now we have ordered food again to pick up. Among other things, grilled sheep's cheese. Totally dry, there were holes in the mold (no oil was present). The top sheep's cheese or crumbs are totally dry and the bottom is totally mushy or a strange mass. as if it had been frozen and warmed by heat. And that's why I think the holes were in the packaging as you can see in the pictures.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The ouzo is not forced on you, just asked if you want one. The portions are decent, but not so much that you'll burst 😆. The atmosphere is cozy. Keep it up, we'll definitely be back 👍🏼

Hmmm, we were informed before we ordered that we were only allowed to stay there for 1.5 hours because that's when the next guests arrive 🤔 my food (gyros and souvlaki) was lukewarm to cold 😞 2 salmon orders: 1 time too well done, 1 time only almost through😒, the vegetables were swimming in the oil🙄when we wanted to order the delicious dessert we were told that it would take too long 😡and we didn't even have an ouzo with the meal, something we don't know at a Greek restaurant 🤷despite everything, he was the boss at least nice 😉

We were there for the first time today with four people. What can I say?! It was great!!! The service was extremely attentive, friendly and personable. The bread beforehand was really great! Homemade and really tasty. The salad beforehand was fresh and the dressing was also perfect. Our main courses were impeccable. I have never eaten a gyro that was so delicious and the homemade fries rounded off the meal perfectly. In some restaurants it is often the case that once you have your food and drink, no one from the service shows up. It's definitely different here. As already written above, the service was perfect. Wow, I've never been so excited about a restaurant! The service was incredibly friendly and, despite the full house, everything went really quickly. The food was delicious, the prices were okay, and the service was pretty good. However, anyone expecting a Greek restaurant will be disappointed. More of a robust German economy with Greek cuisine.

Very good to start with, salad nice and crunchy and tasty. The food was okay but unfortunately not hot enough. Meat platter. Lamb was good, the rest unfortunately only warm. The rush was probably too great at this point.

Seit unserem ersten Besuch unserer Lieblingsgrieche!. Nicht nur wegen des leckeren und qualitativ hochwertigen Essens, sondern vor allem wegen der Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals ist ein Besuch immer wieder schön. Immer auf Zack, immer einen netten Spruch zu den Lippen, man fühlt sich wie in einer Familie. Wir werden immer wieder kommen.

Wir hatten diesmal zum alljährlich angebotenen Weihnachtsmenue einen Tisch reserviert und wurden auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großartige Service, stets aufmerksam, schon fast familiär. Wir können die Olive nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen

Wir gehen sehr regelmäßig hier essen. Stets äußerst freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, die mit viel Herz das Restaurant betreiben. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist immer reichlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Jacken wurden uns abgenommen und zur Garderobe gebracht. Dann wurden wir zu unserem Tisch begleitet, Die Speisekarte gebracht und nach Getränken gefragt. Die Getränke gebracht und nach den Speisen gefragt. Wir waren 12 Personen. Der Service brachte alle Gerichte schnell und zügig an d3n Tisch. Alles war heiß und schmeckte sehr gut. Es wurde auch immer nachgefragt ob etwas fehlt oder gewünscht würde. Allen hat es sehr gut geschmeclt. Können wir weiterempfehlen.

Bifteki war etwas lasch gewürzt. Aber sonst Ok.

Lange Wartezeit auf eine Mahlzeit

Also vorweg das essen war echt super. Aber schon beim Anfang war der reservierte Tisch nicht verfügbar obwohl telefonisch bestellt wuste keiner was von der Reservierung. Die Musik war so laut das man sich nur lautstark unterhalten konnte was die anderen ja auch machten und dementsprechend laut war es was die Kellner nicht unbedingt leiser machten. Der Service ist ja manchmal weniger echt mehr. Es ist nicht schön wenn man von drei Mitarbeitern bedient wird und die alles das selbe fragen weil sie sich untereinander wohl nicht unterhalten wer was macht. Und das am abend mindestens 15 mal fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist Macht es nicht unbedingt besser. Ach ja witterungsbedingt war der Parkplatz Spiegel glatt aber das ist ja nicht so schlimm aber es gibt auch bei euch eine Räum und Steupflicht. Im allen müssen wir 4 sagen essen gut aber leider kein Grund wiederzukommen. Schade

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen war wie immer ausreichend und köstlich. Nix zu meckern. Wir kommen wieder. Ganz bestimmt! Dieses Lokal verdient dad Prädikat "empfehlenswert".

Einfach tolle Atmosphäre und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und man hatte irgendwie das Gefühl als gehöre man zur Familie und komme schon seit Jahren. Das Essen war super lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Live Musik war wirklich sehr gut gelungen und wir hatten einfach große Spaß. Herzlichen Dank :)

Das Ambiente ist super gemütlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind unschlagbar! Trotz angekündigter langer Wartezeit für das Essen, bekamen wir, unserer Meinung, recht schnell das Essen! Das Essen ist wirklich super lecker!!! Ein so zartes Gyros hatten wir noch nirgends! Auch der Lachs war super und sehr liebevoll angerichtet…! Wir kommen wieder !

Super Service.... tolles Ambiente .... Lamm gegrillt lecker. Es bleibt noch viel Luft nach oben.

Wir waren neulich zu einem Abendessen in diesem Restaurant und können Gutes berichten: der Service war sehr angenehm und aufmerksam. Das Essen war schnell am Tisch, heiß, saftig und lecker. Die Tische stehen nicht zu dicht zusammen und das Ambiente lädt auf einen Espresso nach dem Essen ein. Die Lautstärke war noch im Rahmen, wenn das Haus voll ist, steppt eben der Bär. Die Tische werden äußerst gründlich nach dem Verlassen desinfiziert, was Pluspunkte bringt. Bezahlung ist via Bargeld und EC Karte möglich, Apple und Google Pay mit Visa und Mastercard funktionieren leider noch nicht. Rundrum bin ich sehr zufrieden und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das komplette Paket, was man von einem guten Griechen erwartet: super Essen, freundliche Menschen und ein bis 2 Ouzo 😃. Im Sommer sitzt man draußen nicht ganz optimal, ansonsten perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne und oft hierher.

Die meisten essen waren sehr gut... Das Bifteki hat leider verbrannt und komisch geschmeckt...aber es wurde Gyros oder so als Ersatz angeboten 👍 sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist sehr Freundlich. Das Ambiente ist schön gehalten, leider etwas eng. Mit Außenbereich. Die Preise sind okay.

Wir waren bei Olive schon relativ spät an Samstag, aber wir haben immer noch eine sehr tolle und nette Bedienung...und das Essen war frisch und geschmackvoll. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder da essen und auch weiter empfehlen

Super leckeres Essen, absolut toller Service, tolle Atmosphäre - leider nur sehr laute Geräuschkulisse.

Etwas laut je nach dem wie voll es ist aber das ist ja normal, wenn es aus gutem Grund gut besucht ist. Das Essen war super, das Gyros kross und auch das Rumpsteak war medium und trotzdem knusprig auch am Fettrand. Auch der Wein und diverse andere Getränke, neben mehreren runden Ouzo aufs Haus waren einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder.
