The food was very oily, and the plates weren't attractively presented. I wouldn't go there again.

Regarding the matter: Since 2015 (with the exception of 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic), the annual neighborhood reunion of former Mitterwöhr residents has been held at the "Mythos" restaurant, formerly "Olympia." This year's reunion took place on October 25, 2025. The necessary reservation for the premises (the rear half of the dining room, starting at the bar) was announced to the owners at the previous reunion, one year in advance, and confirmed. ... On October 20, 2025, five days prior to our event, we were astonished to discover that our reservation had apparently been allocated to someone else and received the following message: Message begins: "Dear Mr. F....., We would be delighted to welcome you to our private room on Saturday starting at 3:00 PM. We are hosting our Mezze Evening on Saturday, for which we are already fully booked. We have reserved the room for you until 7:00 PM. Experience from previous years has shown that most guests leave your event around 6:00 PM, so this year we are happy to serve you until 7:00 PM. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday. You can also reach me at the following telephone number: Tel. ………… Best regards, Max Restaurant Mythos" Message ends: On October 25, 2025, we (after a short time, over 35 people) arrived at Mythos at 3:00 PM and had to take our seats in the very cramped private room. Later arrivals (between 5 and 6 p.m.) found no space in the side room and had to sit separately at a drafty table near the entrance. Around 7 p.m., the owner appeared and told us we should open the side room for later guests. This was completely incomprehensible and unacceptable to our participants. The owner argued that this had all been agreed upon with Mr. F…, which is by no means true but rather his own interpretation of this disastrous planning error. The remaining participants of our meeting then left the side room, except for a few who had found space at the drafty table (6-8 people) next to the entrance. Thus, our neighborhood meeting came to an abrupt and unpleasant end. Conclusion: This is no way to treat guests and make them feel like second-class customers. An apology from the owners, such as "we're sorry things turned out this way," was completely absent or not even offered! This was the last time we held our neighborhood meeting at "Mythos," and we will be looking for other, more suitable venues in the future where we will be treated with the appropriate respect. "Mythos" certainly won't be among them anymore! P.S. Unfortunately, Google's review system doesn't have a "zero" star rating option, which I would have considered appropriate; otherwise, the review couldn't be saved or posted!

The dishes are fresh, authentic, and prepared with love, and the portions are more than generous. Particularly noteworthy is the attentive service, which perfectly rounds off the visit. If you want to enjoy Greek cuisine of the highest quality in Landshut, this is the place to be.

We made a two-hour phone call reservation for a table for two people with a dog for 8 p.m. When we arrived on time, there were still four small tables available inside, one of them in the middle of the very noisy restaurant without a table setting. We would have preferred a different, quieter table...it wasn't possible. Of course, we still wanted something to eat; we were a bit hungry. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the food either. Classic gyro—you can't really go wrong. Except for tasteless tzatziki, soft fries, marbled meat, and not enough meat. Gyro with Metaxa was completely overseasoned. And finally, the final blow: the bill was incorrectly issued. Unfortunately, we only noticed it at home; luckily, there was no tip for this service. The three other small tables were free the entire time. Perhaps we were just unlucky and chose the wrong time. We won't be back.

A very good restaurant with great value for money. The best in the entire area. Highly recommended. Every dish on the varied menu is delicious. The dishes can also be combined, so everyone will find something to their liking. The staff is very friendly and relaxed, and they're happy to give you helpful tips on food and drink choices if needed.

Very delicious food! The server was courteous. We barely had to wait for drinks and food, even though the restaurant was busy outside. There was always ouzo between courses, and everything was very reasonably priced! I'd definitely go back! I had the gyros calamari.

There is only one word to say...Sensational

Wow, that was really good! Two of us went on a Sunday, but we made a reservation in advance. It's no big deal! We had a starter, souvlaki, and a gyro/calamari platter. You can choose your own side dishes, which I really liked. The meat/calamari was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly! Two more things I'd like to highlight are the beer and the service. The light beer comes ice-cold in a stein, and for a more than reasonable price. The service was excellent and attentive from the start, but never excessive or intrusive. Even a brief remark about my hay fever allergy was overheard, and after two minutes, the chef offered me an allergy tablet (thanks again)! One tiny downside, however, is the messy corner at the edge of the beer garden, but that's just a visual issue, and I recommend the restaurant without reservation!

We agree with Ms. Pappert's review. We've never waited so long for a meal. The starter was good, the salad bland, and the bifteki was falling apart. The service was overwhelmed. They brought the wrong food and the wrong bill. This shouldn't happen. Never again.

We've picked up food a few times, and it was always ready on time and very tasty. We were at the restaurant recently. It took a while to arrive, and then the wrong food came, but that was quickly rectified. The quality didn't suffer; it was very tasty. The ambiance—it's a sports restaurant with Greek food, after all. But it's cozy. The prices are reasonable, too. The owners are always very friendly. The menu isn't particularly extensive, but that's okay. I only deduct one point because they don't serve moussaka. In my opinion, that's a must at a Greek restaurant, and I absolutely love it.

I haven't experienced something like that in a long time. Orders were accepted about 30 minutes after arrival, drinks arrived about 20 minutes later, even though there were only 5 tables occupied and there were 2 very friendly service staff. The food arrived about 1 1/2 hours after arrival. There were 4 of us, one had fish that was fried to death, the rest of us had dishes with gyros........ 3/4 of the gyro was just fat on all 3 plates! Rarely eaten so badly!!!!!!!! Unfortunately we were very hungry and ate what was edible, but when the waitress was clearing away we pointed out the very poor quality of the food and we got a round of ouzo on the house and 1 free dessert with 3 spoons on the house too. Despite the defects (actually an unreasonable price for every palate), all dishes were charged at the full, not exactly cheap price. Well, what else can you say about that... I would also like to note that it was very cold in the restaurant, our companion was sitting there with a jacket on, I had my thick winter jacket spread over my legs the whole time. Coziness looks different for me/us! The only positive thing we can say is that the service staff were very friendly and always had a smile. Once and never again! We are very disappointed.....

I can't understand the 4.8 stars. We were there for the first time. There I have to say, catastrophe. We waited 2 hours for our food and then you get such bad meat. Never eaten such bad lamb chops (souvlaki). So when it comes to food, zero stars. I gave 1 atwrn for the starter and it was really good, but unfortunately the rest of the food wasn't at all. Friendly service, nice service. Unfortunately the food there is not good.

Here everyone gets what they like: Greek classics such as gyros and calamari and young combinations such as: B. one of the bowls. I'm always thrilled! The staff is super friendly and attentive. In summer, definitely sit in the cozy beer garden. My highlights: the mixed starter and the vegetarian bowl!

I made a reservation for a birthday party by phone and at relatively short notice. The whole team was so friendly and accommodating just on the phone. The day before the celebration, everyone helped me decorate the room. This celebration should be a surprise. The boss🥰 completely went along with our plan. The food and portions were great. Food is limited to 2 at a time Varieties. So gyros with souvlaki or gyros with calamari etc. The service is very friendly, but also forgetful and not attentive enough. The ambience outside is not that nice. The garden is disastrous and the chairs are very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately I can only give three stars at this point. This is because both the reservation of the table (until it was ready) and the time until the drinks and food are served take far too long. The service itself is extremely friendly and courteous. The food is brilliant and, in my opinion, more authentic than at Poseidon & Co. in the Landshut area. If the running times can be improved, then this is Mythos, the best Greek culinary experience in the area.

It took almost 1.5 hours after arrival for the order to be taken and the food to arrive. Ambiance is simple but calm. Portions are large and inexpensive compared to other restaurants. The taste was solid and met expectations. All in all, if the service goes better it will be a clear recommendation.

That was an interesting local visit today! First of all: the food was first class! When we arrived, we were only accepted as a mercy in the restaurant, which was barely occupied, as there was no reservation. (Even after us, everyone who was more than 2 was turned away (no one came with a reservation!). 1 perfect waiter, the rest ready for comedy! The boss, as it later turned out, almost fell asleep while serving, despite pushing himself There was always enough space with an armchair and the parasol, whereby his trousers regularly got caught, he held every plate at an angle of 45° and never knew where to go! The fact that he then miscalculated by 10 euros in his favor was the final straw! the place, the food and the drinks, especially the retsina and the ouzo were really good!

Went there twice and had to wait over 2 hours for our food each time, which is unfortunately too long. Especially since people were constantly coming to pick up their food and getting their food straight away. I think that guests have some priority in the restaurant. Food is good and the service is very friendly. Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore.

I ate here for the first time yesterday with my parents and daughter. The welcome was extremely friendly, the service was very attentive and skillful. We felt comfortable straight away. The food was freshly prepared and really, really tasty. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. The overall atmosphere in the restaurant was totally relaxed. Regardless of whether you were a regular or completely new, everyone was treated with the same friendliness and you felt completely welcome. Many thanks again to the team, I can only recommend you! I'd love to come back when I'm in LA again :)

When I read what the previous speakers had written, I had to think twice about whether I was in the right place! So if someone feels comfortable in an atmosphere that gives the feeling of being in a train station restaurant, that may be true! I would leave it as a club restaurant and not call it a restaurant! No tablecloths and tables set in a Spartan manner. But no matter, the important thing is that the food has to taste good, right? Unfortunately NO, it didn't! From the beginning I didn't have the feeling that a Greek was cooking! Upon request at the end it was also confirmed that there was no Greek in the kitchen! The starter came quite quickly but unfortunately it came with it, mixed bread pre-cut into slices from the discounter and no pita, but no matter I thought it was just a starter, something delicious with meat was coming! While we were waiting for the main course, I had to have my wine glass replaced because it was so dirty and stained! After 50 minutes the main course finally arrived and unfortunately it continued as it began! Gyros fatty and flaxy, Bifteki was still raw inside when I cut it. At my request it was remade again but unfortunately it tasted like nothing!!! When I was eating lamb chops, I had the feeling of biting a mutton in the butt, but that could also be made tastier with spices and herbs! We didn't even have salt and pepper at the table, which we got after asking twice. Unfortunately, that didn't help in hindsight, so I left everything behind and settled for tzatziki. I love coleslaw and I'm never missing it when I go to a Greek restaurant, but that was left behind too! My wife left all her food because it tasted like nothing! When we wanted to pay, the waitress said that they had taken out the starter because they noticed that we didn't like it! Nice, but if you see or know it yourself you should rethink the whole concept and start over with a different chef! Prices are definitely too high for what they offer! It's a shame but I wouldn't and won't recommend it!!!

Probably the best Greek in LA! Just great. Metaxa is available here in small bowls as a side dish. Just crazy. However, the Metaxa sauce used to be a little better :(

Sehr nettes Personal keine Wartezeit

Sehr lecker und üppig war der Vorspeisen-Teller. Hier überraschte absolut die panierte Zucchini ! Also sowas leckeres. .. Ambiente okay. Service freundlich und gut. Nach der super Vorspeise hat der vegetarische Teller allerdings sehr enttäuscht. Das war m.E.n. KEIN gegrilltes Gemüse, sondern mit extrem viel Öl in der Pfanne bis zur Unkenntlichkeit angebratene (schwarze) Gemüse-Sticks. Das war ein Flop!! Ich habe mir sehr wohl überlegt, ob ich da etwas sage, doch da meine Gäste bereits 2 Std mit mir da saßen, konnte ich deren Geduld nicht weiter strapazieren. Warum dennoch 4 Sterne!? Weil sie dort freundlich waren, weil wir sofort einen Platz bekamen und nicht durch laute Dauerbeschallung von Musik bedudelt wurden. Schade, dass wir keinen Ouzo bekamen , aber egal, daheim tat es ein Verdauungsschnaps auch noch ^^

Zum weiterempfehlen, essen war viel und sehr lecker und der Service super sehr freundlich 😊, wir kommen gerne wieder

Eines der Besten Restaurants im Raum Landshut. Service ist Spitze und und das Essen vorzüglich.

Zunächst wollen wir das Personal loben. Sehr Freundlich, Umsichtig und haben sich Zeit genommen um die einzelnen Bestandteile der Vorspeise zu erklären. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen so ausreichend, dass wir die leckeren Reste mit nach Hause genommen haben.

Nicht "nur" eine Vereinsgaststätte. Kann man auch nach dem Sport aus einem guten Speisenangebot wählen. Portionen sind üppig zu fairen Preisen. Service durch das Inhaberpaar einfach Klasse. So freundlich!

Waren zu Dritt und haben unkompliziert einen Platz im Garten erhalten. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr freundlich und alles im Restaurant läuft ruhig ab. Das Essen kam innerhalb 30minunten und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
