Welcoming place, fantastic staff, delicious food, highly recommended.

We were there for the first time today. We were four adults and one child. The staff were super friendly and relaxed. The food was delicious and quick. The prices were OK. We'll be going there again. THANK YOU

Tråkig inredning ,ihop lappade saker i en blandning. Maten var inte vällagad eller särskilt smakrik ,åt inte upp. Torr mat överlag och gick bara att välja på pommes eller tomatris som tillbehör. Kom dit hungriga och förväntansfulla då vi varit dår flera år sedan och varit nöjda,denna gången blev det platt fall och vi kommer inte gå dit igen.

Nice restaurant. Friendly staff. We had to wait 10 minutes before they took our order. I did not seem busy. The food tasted OK. No problems but the smallest portions we have ever seen in a Greek restaurant. We are often visiting Greek restaurants in Germany. Not bad but not a restaurant we come back to.

Great food and excellent service

Highly recommended. We, four people, were warmly welcomed at 9:30 p.m. and were able to order from the entire menu. Four different dishes, including appetizers, were all delicious. 👍

Rather expensive restaurants that can't live up to the taste standards. Instead of the roasted potatoes listed on the menu, the pan-fried gyro came with fries instead of roasted potatoes. We were very disappointed with the pasta for our little one. For a whopping €11.90, they served tagliatelle mixed with a sauce. There was practically no sauce at all, so our son was disappointed with the meal and didn't touch it.

I had dinner there one evening while passing through. Very friendly service and delicious food, too.

We wanted to try the restaurant, as it's always full. Unfortunately, we don't understand the high reviews. We had a reservation and were simply whisked away to the back right corner. A dead black fly greeted us on the windowsill next to wax residue from blown-out candles. The server was very friendly. Unfortunately, the portions were quite small, and we felt the food lacked the typical Greek flavor of spices. The tzatziki wasn't that great either. It's a shame, but we won't be back.

Unfortunately, the boss, an older man, was extremely out of line. First, we were given the wrong meal, which we accepted and dutifully ate. The fact that the hash browns were actually fries was a given. But then I wanted to pay. When asked whether to pay with cash or by card, all I could say was: "It depends on the amount..." Apparently, that was perceived as rude. Two restless children, and 10 minutes later, several parties without children received their receipts, so I went to the front to pay. And the boss shouted at me loudly and in the middle of the restaurant in a completely inappropriate tone, saying that it was so busy, I should... I'd already forgotten the rest... everyone could hear it... I feel sorry for the Greek soul that it seems to feel so attacked because I would have liked the bill sooner. But whatever, I did come to the front. To then practically shout at me is really inappropriate. A shame.

Restaurant Mythos is definitely recommended. We had soup, the fish platter and a house dish. Everything was incredibly tasty, the home-baked bread and fries were the highlights.

We ate very well there. The service was very friendly.

After a very long time, I went to the Greek restaurant again and was very positively surprised with the culinary delights. A super delicious Greek tapas variation sweetened our evening. It was so delicious that we ate it all and unfortunately didn't fit any more dessert. The service (Alex = boss) is also really nice and cheerful and was infectious with his laughter. We'll be back!

More than just a restaurant – a piece of home! The Mythos restaurant is a prime example of what gastronomy with passion looks like. Got it as a recommendation and have been a loyal regular ever since. The family that runs this restaurant creates an incomparable atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome, almost like part of the family. The dishes are authentic, fresh and prepared with love. A culinary experience not to be missed.

Spontaneous idea on Friday evening, spontaneous space despite the restaurant being full. Service was very nice, friendly, very quick and I seemed to have fun at work, with nice little quick sayings to us. The food was very tasty, not as overloaded as some Greeks usually have.

Super Restaurant, super Service!

We've been going there regularly for seven years, and everything has always been perfect. We haven't tried the entire menu yet, but we've tried many dishes. All delicious. I'd love to have the chef at home. It's best to make a reservation, then it's a good fit.

Very tasty food, would love to come back, recommended

We went there for dinner with friends from Ellerau on December 31, 2024. The appetizers were delicious, the main courses were excellent, and the gyro was a dream. We didn't need any persuasion to try the delicious dessert. The staff was very friendly and knew their stuff when it came to good wine. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. PS: And not just when Hansa Rostock is back in the first division. We wish you a Happy New Year.

It was our first time at Mythos since we moved to Ellerau and it was really really good!! Service was super nice and attentive. The food was sensational - grilled calamari was perfect, tzatziki was incredibly good, grilled pepperoni was also so spicy and delicious. There was even a good ouzo! We can only recommend it! Please keep it up!

This restaurant was just in the immediate vicinity. Not pre-planned nor chosen. It was all the nicer there: thanks for the friendly service and big praise for the excellent cuisine. Since the stopover overnight stay will soon be once a year, our visit to the restaurant will be repeated. All the best to the operators.

Nice, small and solid Greek restaurant with a rustic, cozy atmosphere.

Last Sunday the four of us had dinner with you. We felt extremely comfortable and warmly welcomed in your house! Our "different" meals came to the table at the same time, were plentiful, extremely tasty and we were delighted with the ouzo. Oh yes, your fries are awesome!!!! We will definitely be back soon and would be happy to recommend your restaurant! We found the price/performance ratio to be top! *There was one tiny drawback for us: We would have liked to have ordered another dessert, for example An ice cream sundae (3 scoops with cream), ice cream & hot or preferably loukoumades (with an ice cream scoop) would have been on the menu. So we went home without dessert (we probably wouldn't have fit anything anyway 😄). Thanks for the nice evening!

Best lamb chops ever! Chicken skewer sensational - juicy, well seasoned and pleasant grilled aroma. The dessert was also just great. Warm, fresh and super tasty! The service is also a solid 10 out of 10. We would be happy to come back

After the car ride from southern Germany, we were looking forward to a cozy evening in Mythos with friends. Finally, we cannot understand why this restaurant was rated so poorly by some visitors. We received a very friendly welcome and the senior manager greeted us in a very good mood. The entire team was attentive and we felt looked after. Everyone will find something on the menu and the portions are not too small (someone wrote)! We will definitely come here again if we have time on the trip to Denmark!!! Keep it up.

What an evening. I had a Beutiful baked goat cheese, nice and salty. Yes it was sunday so the the bread was made fresh but what the hec. Ask for the plain salad with only good olive oil. I first got the european edition with home made dressing, just like a generous dash of Scandinavian thousand island dressing. And yes a plain salad comes with onion. The plain salad with just olivr oil was probably the the most orignal in its way. I had a sea food platter. Slightly tomati and garlicy. One of the best ever. For desert a homemade Galaktoboureko fantastic apart for the cliche deco fruits and cream that is way to normal. If you want wine, stay away from the no name rose. Ask for the greek white. I tried it after, and it would have been much better to seafood. Also ask for the 7star metaxa to accompany the dessert. It is not on the menu but they have it. It you really want something good, I know they have a 12star but it was empty when i was there. This is greek food at is best outside greece. You should never compare, as the owner and his son live from the locals and not some travelling tourist. For all travelling tourist to quickborn, do visit Mythos, it your last little visit to greece without killing your budget. A nice chat with owner and don made this my greek evening. Thanks.

While we were passing through, our hotel told us about the restaurant and we were served very friendly, were allowed to bring our dog and had an excellent meal. TOP!

Nice restaurant with good food at a nice price.

As always, the food was very tasty, whether on site or away from home. The cozy atmosphere and the humorous, friendly service definitely invite you to sit a little longer. My recommendation: Gyros in Metaxa sauce gratinated with cheese or the lamb fillet in a spicy tomato sauce. We are always happy to come to you!

Father and son are a great team and offer very attentive service. The dishes for small appetites today were once again a perfect combination for the delicious starters here. Today I chose lamb souvlaki and taramo. The meat was tender and still pink inside, just the way I like it best and was accompanied by delicious spinach and russet potatoes. Thank you for such a pleasant evening and see you soon.

Food was good. Service, yeah. A bit brisk with the children. Ambience, nothing special. Still a good restaurant. We will be back. Oh, this time there was no ouzo, that was different.

Wir haben heute den 55. Geburtstag meines Mannes bei Mythos gefeiert. Ich war heute das erste Mal hier und bin total begeistert. Das Essen war fantastisch und man kam sich vor, als wenn man bei Freunden zu Gast ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

If you’re ever in Quickborn just north of Hamburg, Germany, a visit to Mythos Greek Restaurant is a lovely way to spend an evening. The staff were lovely, attentive and helpful. The food was fabulous.

auf der Durchreise kam uns griechisch gerade recht. Essen war wirklich überraschend gut, die Portionen groß. Wir hatten eine sehr zuvorkommende freundliche junge Frau als Bedienung. Parkplätze ja, Kartenzahlung möglich.
