Food was good and nice/friendly service, next time we would order a plated dish and not a plate for two people as a side dish with bread and dips had to be ordered separately

He was really good when he opened years ago. Nothing here suits my taste anymore. Also too expensive and unfriendly.

We went to the Mira charcoal grill based on a recommendation. Since we were there at 4 p.m. there were of course no other customers. We were warmly welcomed and a short time later we were able to order. Despite the roof being a quarter open on the terrace, it was still too warm. This room has electric heaters and 4-5 air conditioning split units on the wall. When we asked whether the air conditioning device could be switched on on our site, we were told that it could only heat and was not an air conditioning system. Then why the electric heaters? If there's something I hate, it's being made out to be stupid. Tell the truth that you are not allowed to turn it on, but don't think the customers are stupid. In addition, we had quite a few flies while we were eating. There are also enough solutions for restaurateurs. You could make something up with the food. Kudos to the grill master. The meat was tender and well grilled. Rice, potatoes and the salad were also very good. You can't complain about the portions either. I can't say anything about the prices because nothing is cheap anymore, so I think it's normal now. All in all, despite the heat and the foolishness, everything was good. Hence the deduction for the service and the ambience. If necessary, I would come again in different weather conditions when the terrace is cooler.

This Turkish restaurant is located in a somewhat strange location on an industrial estate on the edge of Ochtrup. However, the building is beautiful (new, modern and spacious). Service was friendly and hospitable. Dishes are typically Turkish and of excellent quality. We had a delicious meal here.

We have reserved a table for 10 people for the sugar festival. When we were there, we didn't know about the reservation, so we picked a table and sent it there. The table wasn't cleaned and stayed like that. A waitress took the order. 20 minutes later the waiter came and gave us a piece of paper with which we had to write the order again because the waitress had lost the previous order. 20 minutes later the drinks came and after we asked when we would get the food we were told straight away. We reserved the table at 6 p.m. and got the food at 8:00 p.m. because we said if the food doesn't come in 5 minutes we'll leave. Finally the food came cold and was just thrown on the table, so to speak. The staff was unfriendly, the atmosphere wasn't too nice, and the food wasn't good either. Other people who came after us got their food quickly. Had a very bad experience. I don't necessarily recommend the restaurant and we won't go there anymore.

Not recommendable! Here the price bears no relation to the quality, ambience and service. First of all, the atmosphere is very dark (warehouse atmosphere), and it is also very cold and uninviting. The salad was dried out, the food was served cold, didn't taste good and the dishes and cutlery were dirty. All in all, an absolute failure. Never again.

Zero stars. I was there yesterday with my two daughters. The restaurant was not heated and we had to sit at the table with jackets on. We had 3 plate dishes for €18.90 each. These prices are normal these days and we thought nothing of it. When the starter (salad) arrived we were shocked - the salad was served in dip bowls (very small) without dressing etc. and was DEFINITELY from the day before. The tomatoes and cucumbers were shriveled and the iceberg lettuce was gray in color. We didn't even try it because it looked so unappetizing. Bread and dip was ok (3 small breads with 2 dips). When the dishes arrived (with dirty cutlery) we were horrified. The meat was cold, didn't taste good and they even cut so much that an Adana skewer was cut in half to make it look like two skewers. At these prices you would expect at least two skewers!! We've never experienced anything like this before. The plates were returned almost untouched. After we expressed our disappointment, only €5 was deducted from the €70 bill. This meal wasn't worth €50. Savings are being made in all the wrong corners. We're definitely not coming back. We also don't understand all the good reviews here. If you have a certain standard and know something about really good food, you won't be happy here.

Hey, I was visiting the restaurant today Some of the meat wasn't cooked through on the inside and burnt on the outside. I didn't want any salad on the plate and no potatoes. Really just rice and chicken but one thing knocked my socks off. I paid €33.60 for this portion and I felt really ripped off. Sorry, I can't recommend it way too expensive

We ate there today with 7 people. We all enjoyed it very much. Everything freshly prepared. Can recommend it to everyone. Nice service and nice ambience. We would love to come back 😊

Overall a really bad restaurant. The waiter was very attentive. Restaurant was freezing, as was the food. Really bad in terms of taste and quality.

First the positive, the food was very tasty. (Unfortunately, bad surprises from the kitchen) The service was very friendly. The store was very cold even though I was wearing a sweater. Cleanliness wasn't particularly good. Tables chairs and floor were very dirty. Leftover food on chairs, tables and windows. Floor slippery and full of grease. But the amazing thing was that we noticed a cat in the kitchen when we were paying. If I had taken a look at the kitchen first I would have chosen a different “restaurant”. I will not visit the restaurant again and will not recommend it!

Unfortunately disappointing. The staff was okay, the food was juicy and good, but could have been a little more seasoned. €1 for a mini portion of garlic sauce, way too expensive. Rice was missing for everyone, there was no apology or anything, but we were still charged in full. A window was apparently broken, it was drawing in extremely cold air and was very uncomfortable. You weren't allowed to turn on hot lights either. It was my first time there and I can say I won't come back a second time.

The food got cold quickly, because it was very cold inside, there were only 2 patio heaters in the whole place. And under the grill dish, which had room for it, there was no tea light underneath to keep the dish warm.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen… ich glaube es liegt auf der Hand, dass wenn man wöchentlich dieses Lokal besucht, es einem einfach nur schmecken muss. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Es ist alles super dort,aber was mir in letzter Zeit aufgefallen ist,dass der Adana Spieß sehr sehr scharf gewürzt ist. Mein Sohn isst gerne den Beyti Kebab,das letzte Mal konnte er ihn leider nicht essen.

Heute da gewesen die Grillplatte für 2 , Dürümadana und Köfteteller bestellt. Alles war super lecker 😋👍

Sehr leckeres Essen und große Portionen. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Kommen gerne wieder.

War an dem Abend sehr überfüllt. Einzig freier Tisch direkt am Ausgang bei Minusgraden. Die anderen Besucher, die rauchen gingen mussten immer an uns vorbei und ließen die Tür offen. Auf dringliche Nachfrage durften wir den Tisch wechseln und saßen prompt wiederum Durchzug. Das Essen war mittelmäßi, übersalzen und preislich nicht angemessen. Zudem sind nicht alle Zutaten aufgelistet auf der Karte. Also nichts für Allergiker. Der Tisch war klebrig und ungereinigt. Der Service war unterirdisch. Bei Anfrage einer unserer Begleiter bekam er noch eine cola. Die anderen am Tisch würden gar nicht erst gefragt. Nach Lieferung der Cola haben wir anderen auch noch bestellen können. Allerdings würde einer vergessen. Nach dem Essen habe ich im gehen gesehen, wie der Mitarbeiter am Grill mit der Hand die Hälfte des Fleisches abzog auf einen Teller. Das war wohl unser letzter Besuch und ich kann die weit positiveren Bewertungen nicht teilen. Schade. Waren als Geburtstagsgesellschaft dort und alle sehr enttäuscht.

Absolut leckeres Essen und super freundlocher Service. Immer, wenn wir in der Nähe sind kehren wir gerne ein. Tolle, hausgemachte Mezze mit frischem Brot als Vorspeise. Ein exzellenter Ayran zum gegrillten Gericht und als Nachtisch Baklava mit frischem Tee. Ein Genuss, jedes Mal und ohne Ausnahme.

Ein innen unscheinbare Restaurant. Großes Angebot an Speisen und Getränken. Essen war sehr lecker und der Service gut. Nur die Innenausstattung war sehr kalt und ohne Konzept. Aber ich kann es trotzdem sehr empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist top.

Vriendelijke bediening en ‘veel’ eten - maar wat ons betreft teveel vulling (rijst, brood, aardappelen). Meze ontbraken daarentegen. Wel leuk om vooraf brood met smeersels te krijgen. Restaurantruimte doet nogal industrieel (wat kil) aan. Foutje in de rekening, dat was jammer.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und wurde auch sehr schnell zu Tisch gebracht! ABER der Service ist eine Katastrophe! Ich war zwei Mal da und wurde von der selben jungen Dame bedient.... Fangen wir Mal vorne an: Wir kommen ins Restaurant, wurden zum Platz geführt -so weit so gut-. Im Anschluss wurde die Karte ausgeteilt. Nach ein paar Minuten wollte die junge Dame die Bestellung aufnehmen, Getränke und Essen! Nach dem wir gesagt haben was wir wollen, gab es eine Vorspeise. 5 kleine Brötchen mit viel zu viel Dip für 7 Personen. Also könnten zwei entweder nicht dippen, oder müssten sich das Brötchen teilen.... Irgendwie komisch.... Der Restliche Dipp wurde mit Gabel pur gegessen. Geschmack war gut. Während der Vorspeise wurden 2 Cocktails gebracht. *Nach* der vospreise kamen 3 weitere Getränke. Im Anschluss wurden auch schon direkt die Hauptspeisen gereicht (2 Personen hatten zu dem Zeitpunkt immer noch kein Getränk!). Als mein Vater erneut nach seinem Getränk fragte, wurde ihm versichert das "der Kollege" dafür zuständig ist und die Getränke wahrscheinlich gleich bringen wird. Er hat die Hauptspeise bereits zu Hälfte verspeist und dann wurde ihm erst seine Cola (in der Colaglasflasche mit Strohhalm) gebracht! Als wir fast aufgegessen haben, bestellten wir weitere Getränke. Als erstes kamen wieder die Cocktails und die soft Getränke wieder zum Schluss. Während wir tranken und weiter gegessen haben. Wollten die Kellner schon die Teller abräumen. Es waren auf einmal drei Keller die schnell Schell den Tisch abräumen wollten. Vorher war es nur die junge Dame die komplett überfordert war und sich viel Zeit gelassen hat und danach ging es schnell. Wir hatten das Gefühl das man uns los werden wollte. Mein Teller wurde noch nicht abgeräumt, weil ich ja noch am essen war. Ich saß am Kopf des Tisches und meine Schwester am anderen Kopf, anstatt das die Kellnerin einmal um den Tisch läuft, um meiner Schwester ihr Getränk zu servieren, stellt sie sich neben MIR reicht die Hand mit der Cola über den Gesamten Tisch! Dabei möchte sie sich mit der anderen Hand abstützen und berührte ausversehen mein Essen!🤦 Während die Teller immernoch abgeräumt wurden, stellte man uns öle, Salz und Pfeffer (Natürlich für die nachfolgenden Gäste) auf den Tisch. (Warum macht man das nicht nachdem die Gäste gegangen sind und der Tisch gesäubert wurde?) Bei der Vorspeise hätten wir das auch gerne gewünscht, Schade! Musik war viel zu laut und vom Stil her unpassend (Party Musik). Man hat den Eindruck das die Leute unqualifiziert bzw. Zumindest unausgebildet sind, was service angeht.... Fazit: Ich bestelle gerne wieder, aber ich bestelle zum mitnehmen nachhause!!!!!!!!

Tolles Restaurant ich habe selten so lecker gegessen. Kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen.

I visited this place yesterday cuz i wanted to try turkish food for the first time and it was so good, the food is so tasty and good and the staff were so nice , kind and helpful. They even helped my child calm down. A nice experience and i recommend this place 10/10. Also if you go please try this drink it's so so good it's called ipanema.

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie essen und es war einfach nur atemberaubend. Das essen war 1A und die Kellner waren sehr freundlich , ein junger Mann hat uns bedient und immer wieder gefragt ob alles OK ist oder wir noch was bräuchten. Das ist garantiert nicht das letzte Mal gewissen bei MIRA. Danke für den tollen Abend

Das Essen war vorzüglich, und was uns noch besser gefiel war die Bedienung am heutigen Abend.Die Kellner waren stets vorkommend und sehr respektvoll zu uns, zudem haben sie auch mehrmals gefragt ob alles gut bei uns ist und waren in wenigen Sekunden an unseren Tisch falls wir was brauchten. Ein sehr gelungener Abend und ein großen Dank an die Bedienung.

Das Restaurant ist echt super und ich komme gerne wieder. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist sehr gut und wird frisch zubereitet das schmeckt man und sieht zudem auch noch lecker aus.
