Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, gemütliches Restaurant und total leckeres Essen. Reichhaltige Portion!

War jetzt zum 2 mal da und das Personal ist sehr freundlich , zuvorkommend und geht auf die wünsche der Kunden ein . Das essen ist sehr lecker und sehr vielfähltig . So das man den rest auch mit heim nehmen kann .

Essen ist lecker, personal katastrophe… sogar wurde abgezogen um 8-9€ mehr. Mayo extra für kind gefragt… 1€ in rechnung Weiße sosse wieder geholt weil war zu wenig 1 kleine portion für 4 personen.. 1.5€ extra.. Also.. Schade wirklich, essen schmeckt lecker und der Besitzer ist ne sehr gute junge aber mann wird verarscht und muss am besten auch für luft bezahlen.. ~Service - 0 ⭐️ ~Preise - Hoch und kommt extra noch + von kellnerin ~Essen schmeckt obwohl portionen sind klein LETZE MAL FÜR UNS UND WIRKLICH SCHADE FÜR RESTAURANT MARIN UND CHRISTIAN 😔

Wirklich sehr lecker und alles selbst gemacht. Ich hatte ein Cordon Bleu und man konnte hören, wie das Schnitzel zuvor geklopft wurde. Auch sehr freundliches Personal!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Restaurant Marin. Wir haben vorher einen Tisch reserviert, das hat prima geklappt. Die beiden Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da viel los war mussten wir etwas länger auf die Hauptspeise warten, das was aber nicht schlimm, denn wir bekamen alle vorneweg einen leckeren Salat. Die Hauptspeisen waren alle auf den Punkt zubereitet. Toll gewürzt. Die Beilagen bei dem Schweinerücken Steak waren Zwiebeln und Champignons. Ebenfalls sehr gut zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Super nettes Personal und das Essen ist echt der Wahnsinn, ich kenne keinen besseren Kroaten echt empfehlenswert

Recht kleiner Restaurant, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gemütlich, essen ist der Hammer gewesen. Die Platte für 2 Personen war soviel Fleisch drauf 😍🥰, ein sehr guter esser muss man sein um die leer zubekommen, bei 2 Personen und sehr lecker war das essen

Wir sind spontan eingekehrt. Wir sind nicht ortsansässig. Das Essen war super lecker und es war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen wieder. Ein Abfahren von der Autobahn lohnt sich.

Manchmal betritt man ein Restaurant – und fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Genau so ist es im Restaurant Marin in Neumünster-Kleinflecken. Kaum sitzt man, wird man herzlich begrüßt, und spätestens nach ein paar Minuten ist klar: Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Bedienung ist unglaublich nett, besonders Mirela – immer gut gelaunt, aufmerksam und mit einem Lächeln, das ansteckt. Das Essen? Fantastisch. Jeder Besuch ist ein Genuss, egal was auf dem Teller landet. Und die Stimmung ist jedes Mal eine Bombe – entspannt, lebendig und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Kein Wunder, dass wir mindestens einmal pro Woche hier essen gehen. Für uns längst mehr als nur ein Restaurant – eher ein kleines Stück Lieblingsort.

Weihnachtsfeier 2025 eine rundum gelungene Veranstaltung an diesem Ort. Kann man nix falsch machen.

War okay. Hatte mir durch die Bewertungen mehr erhofft. Die Hauptspeise bestand fast nur aus Dosen / Tk Gemüse in Soße und Käse ertränkt . Unter einem Steak Teller, stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor . Leider nicht zu vergleichen mit den anderen Kroaten in der Stadt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und waren mit dem Essen und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Alles war erstklassig! Kann ich auch anderen empfehlen 😊

Everything is overpriced and the service is worse than ever. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, and when I asked about it, I was simply told they were very busy. It's also cold and looks more like a typical Greek restaurant with a white and blue decor.

From the friendly and attentive waiter to the excellently prepared food, everything was truly top-notch. You can tell that the cooking and craftsmanship here is done with love. Super delicious food (and I'm very critical) and very plentiful (and we're really big eaters)! There was really nothing to complain about, the service was also very friendly, and the food arrived quickly...now we're completely full and satisfied and would happily recommend it to others! And we'll be back!

Today, eight of us were at the Marin Restaurant and shared three large platters – unfortunately, I didn't take a photo because the food was simply too delicious. 😊 But there are pictures of the desserts, which were also fantastic. The food was outstanding all around: the meat was super tender, the typical Croatian specialties were delicious, and the desserts were a wonderful mix of hot and cold. You can really tell that the cooking here is done with love and heart. The owner is passionate about her work and is simply incredibly welcoming – that's exactly what rounded off the visit perfectly. For me personally, it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. We'll definitely be back – at the latest next year for the trade fair with the whole team! Highly recommended: If you're nearby and want to try Croatian food, you should definitely stop by here. Thank you for this wonderful evening! 🙏

The service and the food are fantastic. You can park practically right outside. Ultimately, that detracts from the overall impression a bit, and the interior seems a bit dated. But it was really, really good. I'd gladly go back.

Yes, it's a shame! I've been there three times now with my family and am very disappointed. The first time I had a great gyro. Then I ordered the same the second time and just thought: oh, is there a different chef in the kitchen today? Now we've been there third time, and I ordered minced meat rolls (cevapcici) + a skewer of pork neck and rice. And they were the worst cevapcici I've ever eaten! Gritillic, boneless and very tough. They didn't seem homemade. More like they came from an Aldi packet. The skewer was also tough and stringy. My son's cordon bleu looked good but was also very dry. My mother's salad consisted almost entirely of iceberg lettuce, which was cut very coarsely. Even the old-fashioned balsamic vinegar didn't help. The baguette served with it was the cheapest. Only my aunt's liver was okay; the mashed potatoes that came as a side dish were nicely presented but completely tasteless. It's such a shame how the food there has changed for the worse! What deserves special mention, though, are the staff. I don't even want to know how many miles they walked and yet they were still so friendly! Hats off to them!! This was our last time there, and I would actually only give the food 2 stars if it hadn't been so amazing the first time!

The food is wonderful, the beer is ice cold, and the house cocktails are spectacular.

This was our first time at Marin and we were absolutely not disappointed. We had a meat platter for two people. The meat was delicious, the seasoning was absolutely perfect, and it was very juicy. The fries were perfectly layered under the meat and were crispy and crunchy. The meat wasn't as greasy as in other restaurants, which was a positive. The accompanying vegetables were delicious. The sauces were also incredibly tasty. We highly recommend Marin and will definitely be back. 👍

Simply great Croatian food. Aparol Spritz comes in a really large glass at a fair price. The food is truly delicious. The service and the chef are all excellent. I can recommend it without reservation.

An update to my old review. It's still delicious and plentiful. Pizzas have now been added to the extensive menu. These are also very, very tasty. Crispy crusts and generous toppings. We will remain loyal to you. I can't agree with the previous negative review. The restaurant reopened four days ago at a new location. Unfortunately, a lot of the work necessary for smooth operation wasn't completed in time. Nevertheless, the food was, as always, delicious and plentiful. Despite the staff shortage, the wait times were absolutely reasonable, considering how busy the restaurant was. I give it a thumbs up and wish the new manager all the best and a full house every time. We'll be back. Addendum: My wife and I are regular guests. The food at Marin never fails to surprise. All I can say is: everything is delicious and freshly prepared, the team is super friendly. Thank you for the lovely evenings.

Something completely new at the Marin restaurant. I was there today with my daughter and we were very impressed, especially me. There we were greeted by a menu with new dishes. We had the choice to choose a few new dishes. Of course we chose pizza. With which we were very impressed Especially me because of the drink called, seljačka. Very tasty and rich type of food. And I would definitely recommend it to everyone. ☺️

The food was delicious and the portions generous. Only a forgotten drink left us feeling less than completely satisfied.

We were in NMS because of the Coca-Cola trucks and got hungry. And luckily we went here to eat. Friendly, tasty, lots of food and cheap. Always my pleasure. Delicious 😋

We really enjoyed the food. We were there on a Friday, and all the tables were taken, so it took a little longer for our order to arrive. We would still eat there again.

We were there to celebrate our little Christmas party. The food was really great. Unfortunately, we were seated right upstairs next to the counter, where they started cleaning the counter while we were eating. It wasn't nice and made you feel like you were being thrown out. It was so loud that you couldn't hear yourself and didn't feel like eating any more. You just wanted to leave. What a shame.

Were there for the first time, I had a meat skewer with pork fillet and rump steak with the Djuwet rice. The steak and pork fillet were superbly fried and very tender and large pieces. My husband had grilled beef liver with vegetable fries and rice. The liver was great and plentiful, way too many fries. Unfortunately there were no fried onions to go with the liver, but cauliflower, broccoli and peas and roots were also good but not necessarily suitable. Prices okay, the local wine is delicious 😋. All in all we were very satisfied and will come again.

A very very attentive staff! Very caring for the guests, you immediately feel comfortable and in good hands. The portions are very large and but reasonably priced. It was very tasty. I can only recommend it to everyone, it's worth a visit.

Yesterday we ate there again after a long time. Either he changed operator or things just got bad.! It started with the spec that it was made with Diet Coke! My wife had a stuffed minced steak, which squeaked when cut.🙈 So we definitely think TK, the dish didn't even come with fries and they cost extra, which I find very cheeky! for the price. My grill plate fried the meat so thin and dead that I'm still annoyed today. We both left the store disappointed and hungry. It's a shame actually

Today we ended up in Neumünster while passing through... Spontaneously looked for a Croatian and found him. The food was very good and tasty. The staff is very friendly! The price-performance ratio is really very good here. All 3 of us enjoyed it very much! And the portions are more than enough! That’s why it gets 5*

Great place. Meals are made with very good quality ingredients, fresh and very tasty. Portions are really generous, we had to ask for packages to take home as we couldn't manage to eat it all. Very friendly staff.

We spontaneously decided to have something to eat there and were not disappointed. Delicious food, prices completely acceptable and friendly service. We had a steak platter for two people which we were completely satisfied with. The taste was very good, the quantity was more than enough (we took the rest with us) and the price was completely acceptable. I can only recommend the MARIN, give it a try.

I recently had dinner there with a friend. The service was quick and friendly, even if you had the feeling that you should leave quickly at 10 p.m. The meal with two liver dishes was excellent and very tasty. Prices were acceptable. Thanks to inflation, we were left with around €42 + tip for two dishes with large drinks. The restaurant also offers plenty of space for events or larger family gatherings. And before and after your meal you get an anise as a stimulant and a nightcap... ;)

Super delicious food, we would love to come back

At the table directly at the counter we were handed the drinks over the same. Nothing was brought to the table. This may be nice for many, but we were guests and not family members. The ambience needs to be spruced up. Food was good though.

A great restaurant! The portions are plentiful, tasty and sufficiently prepared. Prices are of course a bit steep given the current situation, but still worth a detour. The service is great! Warm and quick, that's not a given. You take your time but you can also move on quickly (not hastily). The atmosphere is a bit rustic, but well maintained and clean! We felt comfortable and would love to come back!

Ambiance is a bit old, but still nice

Service 1A. The service was so friendly, I've never experienced anything like that before. Were there with my husband and my son. My little one got something to color right away. He even got a dish that wasn't on the menu. I would go there again and again. You rarely see something so sweet and friendly.

We can't complain, nice service, food good and plentiful. Only the 2 person tables are a little inappropriate between events or men's evening tables. Not exactly suitable for a first date.

The food was really bomb, so tender and everything was super fresh.

We, 2 adults, went there for a spontaneous dinner on Friday. Were pleasantly surprised by the ambience. The restaurant was busy, but not full! We were assigned a nice table and our drink requests were quickly accepted. After a short time we ordered 2 x Raznjici (1 x normal, 1 x with fries instead of Djuvic rice). First came 2 bowls with herb quark and very spicy "vegetable puree" (both very tasty) and everyone got a small salad (was very tasty/spicy). Not a long wait and then the main courses came... Unfortunately, both plates were arranged very clearly and carelessly. The meat was spicy, very thin (would have liked a little more meat), the Djuvic rice was a bit watery, the fries were good! The portions weren't very generous... I think the price is a bit too expensive for the portions! The service wasn't intrusive, but friendly. For a spontaneous visit to a restaurant when you're a little hungry, a nice location in a central location with great parking!

The food was excellent and the service was very accommodating despite the absence of illness on New Year's Eve.

We were there on New Year's Eve and found everything to be great. It is understandable that there are waiting times and that not everything can always be ready immediately. Anyone who complains then has only themselves to blame and shouldn't go out to eat on a day like this. You can be lucky that you can still go out to eat on New Year's Eve these days! Despite the positive stress, the staff was nice and friendly and always tried to please everyone. It was our first time eating there and it is one of our favorite places :-) Everything was great!! Keep it up !

The two of us had dinner at the restaurant on New Year's Eve and were very excited! The fact that there are waiting times on an evening like this and the number of guests is understandable for us and not a problem... If you go out to eat on an evening like this when time is short, it's personal bad luck... The food was great! The waitresses were very nice, helpful and very patient! All in one, we would love to come back :)

The best Croatian in Neumünster! Edit from December 31, 2023 Unfortunately today it was completely uncoordinated, pure chaos. The table is only cleared when the new guests arrive and unfortunately it is not wiped down, there is only one menu per table...which you have to wait a long time for. It's very crowded in the hallway because everyone comes in and leaves at the same time. I would like to see more coordination in the future.

Das Restaurant Marin in Neumünster hat uns mit seinem exzellenten Service und köstlichen Speisen begeistert. Die familiäre Atmosphäre schuf eine angenehme Umgebung für einen gelungenen Abend mit meinen Kindern und meiner Frau. Die vielfältige Speisekarte bot für jeden Geschmack etwas, und die Qualität der Gerichte übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter trugen dazu bei, dass unser Besuch zu einem rundum positiven Erlebnis wurde. Wir haben das Restaurant spontan mit unserer kleinen Tochter und unseren zwei Nichten besucht. Der Laden hat ein sehr kuscheliges und warmes Ambiente und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Essen kam sehr schnell war super lecker und der Service war ein Traum. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Muss ich nicht nochmal haben. Obwohl an diesem frühen Abend nur drei Tische besetzt waren ,hatte es die Bedienung nicht für nötig gehalten mal nachzufragen ob alles okay bei uns ist und ob wir noch was zu trinken möchten. Das Essen selbst war für die Menge die auf meinem Teller war,zu teuer. Geschmacklich war es okay ,mein Mann fand sein Essen nicht so gut. Das Dessert war auch, für die kleine Portion, viel zu teuer

Waren mit 20 Leuten dort und wirklich alle waren zufrieden! Das Essen war wirklich lecker und es war genug auf dem Teller. Was ich besonders gut fand ; wir haben alle zeitgleich das Essen bekommen. Wirklich klasse immer wieder gerne!

Ich kam als Spontangast und durfte mich an den Tresen setzen und wurde von den Mitarbeitern herzlich aufgenommen. Ich bestellte mir ein kleines Bier und die Grillplatte. Ich würde immer wieder kommen… Das Fleisch war herrlich gewürzt und zart, die Pommes knackig und der Reis top. Zudem waren die vorweg gereichten Soßen richtig lecker. Ich sage Danke und freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen wenn ich mal wieder nach Neumünster komme. Lg

Eine ansprechende Auswahl von Speisen auf der Karte, vernünftige Preise, gepflegtes Bier. Der Service kann nur als schnell und gut bezeichnet werden.

Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im Herzen von NMS. Der Besuch lohnt aber auf jeden Fall. Das Essen sehr schmackhaft, die Saucen sind selbst gemacht. Schmecken auf jeden Fall nicht nach Dose oder Glas! Die Menge ist perfekt, super freundliches Personal! Gerne wieder

Super leckeres Essen. Haben schon lange nicht so gut gegessen. Auch die Bedienung war ausgezeichnet. Auch auf Sonderwünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben heute im Restaurant Marin zu Abend gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Empfang vom Service war freundlich und das Essen schmeckte sehr lecker. Es wäre viel los. Einige sind wohl Stammgäste. Auch das spricht für sich. Gerne wieder.

Autentisk stemning. Fantastisk betjening også selvom vi ikke kunne tysk. Og maden var helt perfekt selvom vi kom en time i lukketid. 2 voksne og 2 børn. 5 store stjerne her fra.

Wir waren zu dritt im Marin an einem Donnerstag Abend vor einem Theaterbesuch im Stadttheater Neumünster. Ich hatte eine Woche vorher reserviert, leider ist die Reservierung wohl leider verloren gegangen. Fanden trotzdem Platz, aber es war leider eher ein Katzentisch. Schade. Das Essen kam aber sehr schnell und war sehr gut, sowohl von der Qualität als auch von der Menge her. Das Restaurant war an einem Donnerstag Abend sehr gut gefüllt, was auch für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste spricht. Tisch reservieren macht daher Sinn. Daumen hoch meinerseits.

Nach 2 Jahren nochmal eine Chance gegeben nach der letzten Enttäuschung. Leider nicht besser geworden wieder kalte Sauce Hollandaise erhalten, das Gemüse bestand zu 90 % aus Broccoli und Blumenkohl, aber keine kleinen Röschen sondern sehr große Abschnitte, Kritik wurde kommentarlos zur Kenntnis genommen, Service nicht vorhanden, keine Zwischenfrage ob noch Getränke benötigt werden bzw ob man Nachspeise bestellen möchte.

Leider wurde die Freude auf einen schönen Abend durch das unprofessionelle Verhalten des Personals getrübt. Zuerst mussten wir über 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten und dann wurde auf meine Kritik an meinem Essen absolut unfreundlich reagiert. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass mir das Essen nicht schmeckt, weil es mit Zutaten serviert wurde, die nicht in der Speisekarte angegeben sind , wurde mir frech gesagt, ich hätte ja fragen können. Anstatt mir entgegen zu kommen hat man mich damit sitzen lassen.Daraufhin habe ich nicht weiter gegessen und war auch nicht bereit für das Gericht zu zahlen. Auf meine Aussage bekam ich dann wortwörtlich zur Antwort, dann habe ich mich dort auch nicht mehr blicken zu lassen. Keine Sorge, den Laden betrete ich bestimmt nicht mehr und auch wenn meinen Freunden das Essen geschmeckt hat, so werden wir dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.
