Since we've been living in Werder, we've tried different places and stuck with two of them, one of which is Limani. It starts with the greeting, friendly, getting friendlier with every visit. The service is attentive, the ouzo glass is more full than empty. The food is tasty and the portions are big enough to fill you up. We are happy to be guests here.

Good and plenty of seating. Since it was warm, we sat outside. Everyone was very friendly, good selection of food, lots of ouzo, normal prices. If we go on vacation to Werder/Havel again, we'll go to Limani again.

The food was okay, but not a highlight. However, the big hit came at the end! Our two children each wanted ONE scoop of ice cream at the end. For which we paid €4.50 each. So TWO scoops of ice cream in a glass cup without anything else for a whopping €9!!! Sorry, but that spoiled our desire to visit you again. We won't be coming back!

The food wasn't special. The main course was freshly made. The side dishes tasted warmed up. In addition, each component lacked seasoning. I've never eaten such a bland Greek dish before.

We've been here several times and always thought it was great, but we were really disappointed on our last visit. You can't say anything against the food, it's super delicious. The ambience is also nice, especially the winter garden. Unfortunately only 3 stars in total because I felt a bit out of place. All the tables around us were constantly asked if they wanted any more ouzo, and the waiters probably went around 4-5 times. Only no one felt responsible/interested in our table. We just got one of these, but only because we asked. I thought it was a shame, every table around us was asked several times.

A table was placed on the street for us on a busy evening with very good weather.🙂We enjoyed a lot of Greek hospitality, a large selection of dishes and a well-filled plate. Thank you very much for that🙋

We were here again for the first time after the change of ownership. I had the lunch menu gyros with tzatziki and salad decoration. My companion one of the platters with gyros and meat skewers and a salad plate. There were French fries with both. The drinks came immediately, the food after a wait of what felt like 30 minutes. The salad was well mixed and with a delicious dressing. The gyro was covered in sufficiently sweet onions. But that couldn't compensate for the limp gyros without any crispy crust and the soft fries. The gyro was by no means freshly grilled but probably thawed in the pan. The meat skewer was only just cooked through. Some of the waiters tried very hard, with another I thought he didn't understand at all. When he tried to order, he took the cards and disappeared. Someone else then took the order. Unusual. Payment by card was only possible inside at the counter. After the credit card was charged, they were advised to pay with a debit card next time, otherwise the boss would get angry. It's not a problem, there won't be a next time.

Cozy, no fancy stuff, no loud music. It tasted very good. Unfortunately we didn't finish everything, the portions are plentiful and still of good quality. The fact that there was ouzo and coffee on the house was the icing on the cake. Around 1800, we were just able to get a seat, then the restaurant was filled with many visitors from nearby. Good sign. Small and cozy Greek restaurant right before the bridge to Werder Island. The staff is totally great. They are all friendly and helpful with a warm and professional attitude. We visited the place for dinner and went for just starters -like a mix of mezes. We went for 6 different warm starters and unfortunately all of them were below average. The products are all fresh (from eggplant to octopus) but they were soaked in cooking oil. Definitely not a nice experience from the food aspect BUT as I said, the quality of the fast service that we received our friendly Italian waiter made us to visit this place again in the near future to check the main dishes.

The four of us spontaneously went to a Greek restaurant. I was skeptical at first because I was never really that enthusiastic. There was hardly any other ouzo and it was difficult to get value for money. This time it was just great. Super nice waiters, great food (perfectly fried meat) and ouzo was offered in a friendly manner the whole time. Please stay like that... it was really nice with you. I have rarely felt so welcome. Maybe the new competition in Werder will also stimulate business.

Visited the restaurant for the first time as we were on holiday nearby for a week. Super nice service, very attentive and know what they are doing. That's what's going on... Although no reservations were made and the restaurant was almost full, a table was still available for us. Rarely have I felt so comfortable with the Greeks. All 5 stars deserved 👍

Lunch was rather poor - the food was listlessly prepared on the plate, the salad was dry. Garlic bread with sprinkled cheese and a small slice of tomato. Service is top, there is always an ouzo. Overall, the food has decreased (in quality and quantity), but the prices have been adjusted upwards.

Today I was a guest at 1 p.m., I ordered gyros gratinated in Metaxa sauce without cheese. In my opinion and for my taste, the Metaxa sauce was rather bland, very fatty (the gyro also contributes to this) but still a lot of fat in the lower part the pan, the meat was soggy and very very fatty and had little to no bite at all, the portion was rather small for the price of €15.90. The atmosphere is more of a pub or restaurant style/look. Service was mediocre but still friendly and sloppy (it was empty at the time, maybe 20 people if that).

Ab und zu schon mal dort Essen bestellt und abgeholt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Personal ist freundlich und manchmal gibts auch noch ne kleine Flasche Ouzo/Uzo zur Bestellung dazu.

Empfehlenswert. Das Ambiente ist nett und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Ich hatte die Lammplatte für ~25€ und ein anderes mal den Riesenlammspieß für ~23€. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, mir waren die Portionen allerdings etwas zu klein für den Preis. Der Riesenlammspieß z.B. besteht aus 3 Stücken Fleisch (siehe Bild). Wer mit den Mengen zu dem Preis klarkommt kann hier gut griechisch essen. Das Restaurant ist zudem relativ zentral gelegen.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider war das Personal völlig überfordert: es gab erst keinen Ouzo zur Begrüßung (dafür später aber eine Karaffe) und wir haben sehr, sehr lange gewartet: erst auf die Karten, dann die Getränke und dass wir unser Essen bestellen konnten, dann auf das Essen.. gefühlt wurden wir vergessen, da andere Gäste nach und kamen, aber eher ihr Essen hatten. Außerdem war es unangenehm warm im Restaurant und es stand neben unserem Tisch ein Fenster herum...

Wir hatten da eine Famienfeier. Das Personal war super herzlich und sehr professionell. Das Essen war total Spitze. Der Reis war sowas von super angemacht. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gegrillt, richtig saftig. Im Pavillon war es echt gemütlich. Der Chef ist echt klasse, herzlich und sehr professionell. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Von uns die höchste Punktzahl.

Einfach Gastfreundschaft vom Feinsten. Ihr wisst wie man sich Freunde macht. Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

freundliche Bedienung, trotz sehr vollem Lokal noch einen Platz bekommen, etwas behelfsmäßig, im Durchgang, also für Bedienung und Gäste eher im Weg. Also für die Größe des Restaurants zu viele Tische aufgestellt. Das Essen war von ordentlicher Qualität, es war schmackhaft und mehr als genug. Nichts wirklich Hervorragendes, aber gute durchschnittliche Quallität, die man bei einem Griechen erwarten darf. Der Gastgeber war sehr großzügig, ja überschwänglich mit dem Ausschank seines Ousos, nicht nötig, aber das Wie war sehr sympathisch. Gerne wieder !

Nie wieder: wir hatten vor Betreten der Gaststätte gesagt, daß wir einen Gutschein haben. Das wurde ohne Prüfung des Gutscheines akzeptiert. Der Gutschein belief sich über 54 €. Wir aßen und tranken für das Doppelte.- Als wir den Gutschein (der ohne Datum, aber von 2020 war, mein 54. Geburtstag) einlösen wollten, kam der Chef und sagte, er hätte erst am 1.10.2022 den Laden übernommen und würde den Gutschein nicht akzeptieren. Wir könnten ihn in Potsdam Waldstadt 3 einlösen.- Der Gutschein trug den Stempel: Restaurant Limani, Werder, Unter den Linden 15.-Ich hab dann bezahlt und den Gutschein als Souvenir dortgelassen.... Nie wieder. - Keine Empfehlung. !!!

Die Bedienung ist freundlich und höflich, das Essen super lecker. Besser geht es nicht. Ich würde das Restaurant immer wieder empfehlen.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant heute Abend zufällig ausgewählt und haben es nicht bereut! So muss ein griechisches Restaurant sein. Das Ambiente stimmt, die Speisekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Bedienung ist einfach spitze. Geschmeckt hat es am Ende auch noch vorzüglich und der Preis war absolut in Ordnung (genug Luft für ein ordentliches Trinkgeld)! 👌

Unsere Vorspeise Tzatziki und Knoblauchbrot waren sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Unsere Hauptspeise Gyros, Hähnchenbrustfilet und gefüllte Schweinesteak's waren auch sehr lecker. Die Bedienung freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen hat mich jetzt nicht wirklich umgehauen. Es war geschmacklich ok aber leider muss ich sagen gibt es besseres griechisches Essen.. hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Die Getränke (Bier) waren leider lauwarm. Hier ist nur Barzahlung gewünscht. Sollte man vielleicht vorher kommunizieren. Ich hätte mir noch eine kleine Dessertkarte gewünscht. Kellner waren absolut freundlich. Da gibts nichts auszusetzen.

Ich war bereits zweimal im Limani Essen und werde kein drittes Mal herkommen. Beim 1. Besuch hatten wir etwas bestellt, wo ich nicht mehr sagen kann, was es war. Ich kann mich nur erinnern, dass das Essen lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht wurde. Es schmeckte zwar ganz OK aber sah leider sehr unappetitlich aus. Beim 2. Besuch hatte ich Garnelen, die ganz gut schmeckten. Nach 1-2 Tagen hatte ich extreme Magenprobleme, die ich erst nach viel Tee und 2 Wochen fasten in den Griff bekommen habe. Scheinbar war etwas mit den Garnelen nicht in Ordnung, das ist absolutes No-Go. Ich kann das Limani leider nicht weitermepfehlen.

Es war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht gut. Jedoch habe ich kein Verständnis dafür wenn man Knoblauchpulver benutzt, gerade als Grieche, zumal wenn man auch noch mit "frischem Knoblauch" in der Speisekarte wirbt, das geht gar nicht! Der Service ist unorganisiert. Eine Weinkarte gibt es nicht, nur offene Tafelweine. Durchschnittliche Gastronomie, ähnlich einer Imbissbude. Wer nur satt werden möchte ist hier nicht falsch.

Anläßlich eines Geburtstages waren wir mit der Familie an einem Sonntag mittags dort essen. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und an unserem Tisch geführt. Da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten, brachte der Kellner gleich Malsachen. Die Getränke worden aufgenommen und später dann das Essen. Die Vorspeisen u. die Salate kamen sehr zügig, was allerdings über eine 1 Std. auf sich warten ließ, war das Essen. Fand ich jetzt etwas zu lange. Das Essen war allerdings sehr lecker. Es waren alle mit dem Essen zufrieden. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich jemals schon so einen leckeren Zaziki gegessen habe. Der war richtig gut. Vor dem Essen gab es Ouzo und nach dem Essen wurde auch nochmal gefragt, ob man einen Ouzo oder etwas anderes trinken möchte. Essen lecker, die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Alles war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir gehen regelmäßig gerne griechisch essen und Limani ist unser Favorit in Werder. Zu späterer Stunde bekommen wir immer einen schönen Tisch und werden sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen ist lecker, ganz besonders die Vorspeisen. Dazu gibt es immer frischen Salat und natürlich Ouzo. Perfekt! Dem wirklich sympathischen und engagierten Betreiber kann man nur gratulieren. Zum Wohlfühl-Restaurant.

Das Essen war lieblos auf dem Teller angerichtet. Geschmacklich bekommt es jeder Pizzadienst besser hin. Die Bedienung war mehr als unkoordiniert. Drei unterschiedliche Kellner „grasen“ alle Tische im Außenbereich ab, so dass man von allen dreien gefragt wird, was man trinken möchte, aber keiner selbstständig kommt, wenn man das Essen bestellen möchte. Der Rotbarsch in Dillsoße war panniert und totfrittiert um danach in der Soße ertränkt zu werden. Das arme Tier hätte was besseres verdient, als in der vor Fett triefenden Pannade zu enden. Der Überraschungsteller war mit mehreren Fleischsorten üppig belegt. Leider fehlten allen der Geschmack. Thymian, ein Gewürz, was die griechische Küche ausmacht, haben sie hier wohl noch nie gesehen. Ebenso fehlte Pfeffer an allen Fleischstücken. Die grünen Bohnen, die als Beilage dazubestellt werden konnte (als Alternative zu den fetttriefenden frittierten Kartoffelfertigprodukten) waren leider totgekocht und mit einer nahezu ungenießbaren Gewürzmischung verpampt. Wer hier das Essen gut bewertet, sollte seine Geschmacksnerven überprüfen lassen.

Einfach super frische, echte griechische Hausmannskost ein Genuss. Sind echt flott in der Küche und das bei einem echt leckeren Essen. Der Ouzo geht auf's Haus, und bist du ein angenehmer Gast gibt's auch noch den Espresso umsonst. Das nenne ich mal Gastfreundlichkeit.

Dieses griechische Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist super nett, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und das Essen war reichhaltig und wirklich sehr lecker.
