Restaurant La terazza in Schrobenhausen

I'm generally not very sensitive when it comes to food. One pizza was slightly burnt on the bottom, and the starter salad still had the stems in it. That's all still okay. Then I ordered €17 for spaghetti with scampi, which wasn't even deveined. If I spend €17 in a restaurant for three shrimp and some pasta, I can at least expect them to be properly deveined and free of feces. We then wanted to talk to the chef about it calmly, but he didn't even listen to us and said it was normal. He then threw us out of the restaurant without allowing us to reason with him, as one would expect from a grown man. The waiter was fine.

We've always been satisfied with the food at La Terazza. Today, the delivery was very disappointing. One of the two pizzas we ordered was burnt, and the lettuce was unwashed, old, and partially rotten. What a pity.

Good Pizza, but the service... You should not come hungry, we had to wait half an hour for ordering drinks, after 1,5 hours we got our four pizzas then..

We actually wanted to end our weekend on a high note and ordered food for pickup from this restaurant. We checked the prices on the online menu and were horrified to discover upon pickup that the entire order cost €15 more than expected. Example: Antipasti La Terazza. The online menu said €15.50. The pickup price was €21. That's unacceptable. And for that price, the appetizer plate was TERRIBLE. Carpaccio was tasteless and tough. The ham was just fatty. Bruschetta was as hard as stale bread. Pizza was okay. Gnocchi was overcooked. Pesto had a very bitter aftertaste. The waiter there was very unfriendly and condescending. Zero comfort factor. All in all, a huge disappointment. This was the first and last time.

We tried to order two pizzas. The order was received and confirmed at 6:30 p.m. Delivery was promised for 8:00 p.m. By 8:45 p.m., there was still no delivery. We had to drive to the restaurant to get our money back. The service seemed rather disorganized and chaotic—at least on that day.

33€ for a sheet-thin mass. Bad pizza, not recommended.

We ordered via Lieferando today. Lasagna, pasta, pizza, pizza bread. What can I say? THIS is Italian food the way you want it. Everything very fresh, delivered warm by a very friendly driver. Only fine ingredients, the pizza dough alone tastes incredibly good. It feels like you're on vacation. Our new favorite and regular Italian is hereby set :-) We have never had anything better in terms of Italian cuisine in SOB and the surrounding area. Please keep it up, thank you very much.

Two pizzas, two salads, one calzone and we've been waiting for 1:45 hours. Statement on the phone: Driver is leaving soon. We order in Schrobenhausen, we are from Schrobenhausen. Zero understanding that it takes so long. It's really hard to stay calm... Addendum... Food arrived after 1:50 hours. Pasta only lukewarm, pizzas cold... the salads are a disgrace for €6.50 a bit of cheap iceberg lettuce, half a tomato, a quarter of an onion, a bit of carrots and a simple dressing... The driver said it only took 1 hour. The delivery note says order received 5:57 p.m. - confirmed delivery date 6:57 p.m. Then I had to show him and explain it, then he was understanding...but only after I explained to him that I didn't care that they were busy and their terrace was full, blah blah blah. Almost 2 hours is a no-go! And cheap excuses even more so. The fact is, the food was stored dead somewhere, otherwise it wouldn't have been cold. You could also call and say "Hey, we're so busy, it'll be quicker if you pick it up" but excuses don't interest the customer who orders food for €70!!!! Either you only do business on the terrace and indoors and leave the delivery service alone... or you face the matter and prepare accordingly... but cheap excuses are just sad. Will never order here again and you can consider yourself lucky that I still accepted the order. In the end I felt sorry for the driver, who was clearly stressed and couldn't help it...

Total greislig, kannst dir sparen

Wir waren hier am Sonntagnachmittag, nach dem Markt, zum Essen. Wir haben Getränke und mehrere Gerichte bestellt. Schon bei der Bestellung wurden wir eher unfreundlich bedient. Unser Dialekt und unsere mangelnde Italienisch Kenntnisse gefielen der Bedienung wohl nicht. Der gemischte Salat für 7,50 € (!) war kleine und traurige Erfahrung. Die Gnocchi waren zwar lecker aber die Portion klein. Die beiden bestellten Pizzen (eine große und eine normale) waren ok. Die Toiletten verfügen über KEINE Wickelmöglichkeiten. Man merkte der Bedienung an das wir eher unerwünscht waren, wir hätten gerne noch eine weiterer Getränkebestellung aufgegeben, wurden jedoch ignoriert. Hier bleibt es bei einem einmaligen Besuch.

Super leckere italienische Gerichte zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Pizza mit 50cm Durchmesser sind genau das richtige für den richtig großen Hunger. Nettes und freundliches Servicepersonal. Haben bisher immer vor Ort gegessen und waren immer zufrieden 👍

Gutes Essen aber lange Wartezeiten

Personal war nett, hätte ein bisschen schneller sein können aber war noch ok. Der kleine gemischte Salat war sehr üppig. Die Pizza Chef war sehr gut.

Bedienung unfreundlich& gelangweilt...Essen war fast geschmacklos...Sind da nur hin, weil unser Lieblingsitaliener, San Rocco, Betriebsferien hat...Gummigartiger Gouda, bei San Rocco, Mozzarella! Also, ihr habt keine neuen Gäste gewonnen! Wir gehen wieder, zum San Rocco, in Sob!!!!

Eher zufällig in das Restaurant"rein geraten", aber es stellte sich als absoluter Glückstreffer heraus. Nicht nur, das die Speisen "etwas" größer sind, als ich es sonst kenne (kleine Pizza 33cm, große Pizza 50cm), sondern auch die Qualität ist extrem gut und es wird nicht an Zutaten gespart. So gab es am Nachbartisch ein Knoblauchbrot. Das könnten alle schon riechen, noch bevor es serviert wurde. Das Essen ist heftig lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Die Nachspeisen können teilweise selbst schon mit jeder Hauptspeise mithalten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wartezeiten waren angemessen. Für mich mein absoluter#1 Italiener in Schrobenhausen.

Ich spreche nur für meinen eindruck an diesem Abend. Als nur 4 Personen im außenbereich saßen. War die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aber als die Personenanzahl stetig mehr wurde lies der Service zu wünschen übrig. Gläßer waren leer und keiner kam um zu fragen ob man noch etwas benötige. Genauso wie yer leere teller andauernd rumstand und nicht abgeholt wurde. BenutzteTische und Karten wurden nicht desinfiziert sowie der mund-nasen schutz nicht richtig getragen. Und wenn ich am schluss noch ne halbe stunde warten muss dass ich bezahlen darf, geht auch nicht. Wenn wenn man mit 25 Personen überfordert ist, such ich mir doch jemanden der mich unterstützt

Essen in Ordnung. Doppelbeschallung mit Radio und anderer Musik vom Flatscreen war echt nervig. Service kann noch ne Schippe drauf legen. Warum in einem Restaurant keine EC-Kartenzahlung möglich ist, verstehe ich immer noch nicht.

Schönes Lokal mit guter Italenischer Küche

Sehr gutes Essen, Vorspeisen, Pasta, Pizza Wirklich richtig gut, schade das so wenig Gäste da sind

Ein super Italiener, der sehr schmackhaftes Essen im Lokal serviert und ausliefert. Die nach Hause bestellte Pizza Capriciosa war der Knaller, ich hatte sie mit Knoblauch bestellt. Die Artischocken aromatisch, grosse Kapern drauf, die grünen Oliven extrem lecker und der Schinken sehr hochwertig. Sie kam hier warm an und schmeckte insgesamt klasse. Das war ein "Pizzafest", danke dafür und bitte einfach so weitermachen.

Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend. Das Essen mega und preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Service sehr nett und man wird schnell bedient. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
