The shrimp, calamari, and mussels were perfectly cooked, and the flavors were very well-balanced: the light cream sauce and mild cheese harmonized beautifully. The children were also thrilled: their salami and pepperoni pizza wasn't spicy at all – just right for their taste buds. They devoured everything with great gusto. The salad was fresh and light: crisp vegetables and a subtle dressing that didn't overpower the ingredients. A little more greenery would have been nice, but overall, the salad was very well done. The chicken was juicy, the breading really crispy. The spicy dip wasn't particularly spicy in my opinion, but I do like spicy food every now and then. The service was friendly, and the conversation with the owner after the meal was very pleasant. The prices are more than fair; we paid just €20 for the meal and a mineral water each for two people. Elsewhere, you would have certainly paid €30 or more for the same menu. Especially since SAHARA only opened five months ago, I wish the owner every success. We will definitely eat here again.
