Everything was perfect, we got a table for 4 straight away without a reservation, very nice and friendly staff, food was very tasty and the Sliwo 😋 we will be back

Portions were smaller and food was too salty. And service wasn't that professional. I've been there so often, but last time I was very disappointed!!!

Still sitting here and waiting for our food for over 1.5 hours, the service was not friendly but not rude either, we were put off 3 times after asking when the food would come and saying yes the food would come soon. We will think about going here again

The best restaurant with a large selection of Balkan food, the portions are decent, the food is fresh and delicious, the facility is neat, the service is decent and always in a good mood. The restaurant has a large Biergarten. Birthdays, baptisms, live music, etc. are often organized. Free parking The owner of the restaurant, Mr. very approachable, cultured and a real host!

A CATASTROPHIC experience in which the waitress was clearly to blame: Where should I start!!?? The waitress first brought me the wrong beer: Instead of the non-alcoholic beer I wanted, she served me a normal light beer, then it continued that I specifically wanted "NO fries" with my "special plate", but only Djuvec rice as a side dish and what did the lady bring me!!?? - Of course the plate with fries 🙈 - 2nd mistake already!! And now comes the icing on the cake: We asked 3 different waiters to pay, but none of the 3rd ones felt responsible - so we waited almost 40 minutes until we paid. The lady who had previously simply not honored my second wish simply put a €2 tip in her pocket: it made 26.20 for me - I then said 28 to her, paid in cash with €40 and she only gave me a tenner back - that was the hard part - but I didn't want to get involved in any discussion and said nothing. That was the very last time Kutak - very, very sad... with such service you lose more and more important customers!!! You can NOT serve guests in such an unprofessional manner.... Never experienced anything like this before, not even in Croatia. PS: The 3 stars for the food are only because the special plate didn't taste bad - despite the fries I didn't want...

Very quiet and cozy beer garden or Balkan guest garden next to an allotment garden. But mistakes happen all the time. Eat: In principle only meat and fish are offered. If you don't want any, you're out of luck, because then you'll only get tasteless industrial cheese spaetzle. I wasn't too happy with that, but at least there was a small side salad. The guy ordered his grill plate with rice instead of fries, but that was forgotten. Instead of a non-alcoholic beer there was a real beer, that shouldn't happen. Servive: Without a plan. We had to wait 30 minutes for the bill even though we said it 4 times. They obviously don't have a structured concept. There was also 2 euros too little change given out. Cleanliness: Clean outside. You should only think about the smell in the toilets, as there is a smell coming from the pipes. Prices: Very good. Beer €3.20 / spaetzle €8.60

Locally located in a garden area, open to the public. The service is very attentive and quick. Price/performance for food and drinks is 1a. The commercial garden was not yet fully prepared, I think due to the early season. (salt/pepper, pillow, ashtray), but some of them were brought straight away without being spoken to. All in all, we think we have found a little insider tip here. Thanks for that!

We have already booked a room there for a large number of people 3 times, everything was fine, the food was tasty, they even had Prosseco on offer. Satisfaction

First of all I would like to say that the service and the food were really great 5* The ambience is just okay too. But what I really don't understand is why the food is served on plastic plates and not on porcelain, especially since the plate wasn't 100% clean. But what bothered me most personally was the dirty tablecloth, which had already been turned over. So it's probably dirty on both sides. That's just not possible because first impressions count. It's better to wash the tablecloth more often than to save money in the wrong place. The food and service is worth a visit, but the ambience (cleanliness) is definitely not.

Company Christmas party No decoration, service was indifferent, meat was dry and tough. Everything was done carelessly and served. This place has no soul, I will never eat there again.

It was my birthday and my guests wanted to try dinner at Restaurant Kutak. Unfortunately Lieferando does not deliver to Hochfeld, but a call directly to the restaurant was enough and the boss personally brought the food home to us on time. Great service 👍 Delicious food. We are very satisfied.

A table reserved for two people 5 days in advance, we arrive at dinner, there is no table, we wait outside for 15 minutes, and we ask again for a table, and the owner tells us that the guests are still sitting and to wait until they pay and leave. Why reserve a table if we have to wait at least half an hour outside in the cold for the same reservation? All in all, bad service, bad communication and non-compliance with the reservation agreement.

We came here for the first time. The food was very tasty and the "Octobus" waitress was super friendly and did her best to put a satisfied smile on our faces when the house was full.

Very good food and generous portions - but small hunger pangs were also taken into consideration; Everyone will find something on the extensive menu. The service is very friendly and attentive - despite all the guests changing tables from the beer garden to the inside (storm), the staff had everything under control and didn't allow themselves to be stressed (outwardly). Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the idyllic beer garden due to the thunderstorm - but we'll definitely be back. Also a great stopover for cyclists along the Lech!

It was a birthday party and several dishes were placed in warming containers in our room. The food was amazing, roast veal, fried turkey roulades, meatballs, potatoes and salad It was that good.

It's just an allotment clubhouse. The ambience is accordingly. Unless you sit outside. It's great there. Food fantastic and staff too, and totally affordable.

I was actually looking forward to writing a good review (I'm writing this on behalf of my parents, who just told me this). But unfortunately the rating wasn't good - just like my parents' food was. At lunchtime in the beer garden, attended normally, ordered, got drinks. Waiting for food. A group gets a bunch of food – good! Then my parents' will come soon. Unfortunately not. New guest receives his meal. A new group gets their food. In response to the interim request: five more minutes... End of the song: after about an hour since arriving on site, my mom angrily asks if she would still get her food and gets the answer: “You can also cancel”. I'm no expert, but I think that's pretty cheeky - not to say outrageous. You could then say directly that you don't value new guests and primarily care about your regular customers. Or you could have apologized, even if it was only half serious, so that the food would come soon and save the food from this rating (you & me). It's a shame - because unfortunately you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. ☹️ Then there was something to eat somewhere else - but of course it wasn't intended that way.

Very friendly service. Absolutely delicious food. Good portion for a fair price. A few more pictures of Croatia on the wall and you would feel like you are on vacation. We will definitely come back next time we visit Augsburg.

The food was very, very tasty. The portions are very generous. Unfortunately we couldn't sit outside due to the weather. In the restaurant you sit on very comfortable chairs and benches. It's only quite loud when the room is full. We'd love to come back, probably at short notice, when the weather is nice.

Food ok. Service beyond all description. Were constantly ignored. Guests who arrived after us were served immediately. My mom wasn't even asked if she wanted anything. She went home hungry. That is not how it works.

Food 0 points! (they got a burger that was thick, burnt, and crispy inside...not to mention the rest...) I think that you would get better food in a regular bakery, at least it would be baked properly, tasty and not burnt. I do not recommend the "restaurant" at all.

Beautiful beer garden directly on the Lech. Wonderful to just drink a beer and/or eat something on nice days. Since we have never been inside, unfortunately the atmosphere cannot be rated. Good food, great service and great to sit outside! We can only recommend it and will definitely come back soon.

Salad was old: brown edges and wilted, but totally overpriced, not even a piece of bread, you had to order it separately and pay for it (tough, weak flatbread). Air consumed in the guest room. Never again

Based on the reviews I read, I went to the restaurant for dinner and expected good and quality dishes. I can only say that the food was very bad, ie. the meat was not fresh, the salad was old, that is, withered, etc. The quality of the food in any case does not justify the prices, which are quite high.

We were in this restaurant for a 60th birthday. Great service and really, really good food and all at an affordable price. We'll definitely go there again.
