Re : Torben Sehr geehrter Torben, Ich bin der Koch des Restaurants. Ich würde gerne höflich und respektvoll zu ihrer Bewertung Stellung nehmen. Das Essen, was Sie gestern bekommen haben, wurde mit einem warmen Teller serviert. Das Souvlaki Spieß, die Souzouki wurden frisch angebraten und anschließend gegrillt. Das Gyros wurde frisch geschnitten und dann direkt zu Ihnen gebracht. Dass es kalt sein soll, ist nahezu unmöglich. Und dass Sie das Essen gut fanden und trotzdem nur 1 Stern gegeben haben, hinterlässt uns viele Fragezeichen. Das Ouzo Getränk ist IMMER gekühlt und wird auch IMMER gekühlt serviert. Dass es bei vollem Betrieb mal zu Wartezeiten kommen kann, ist durchaus möglich. Ich denke aber, dass 99% der Menschen dafür Verständnis haben. Ich hoffe, dass Sie nicht von der Konkurrenz sind und deswegen so bewertet haben. Schade, dass Sie es so empfunden haben. Liebe Grüße, Cagatay Birinci.

Essen wahr gut nur leider kalt.🥲 Als ich dem Kellner dies mitteilte, hat er sich versucht rauszureden. Der Ouzo, der zwanzig Minuten später kam war warm. Ich würde es, als gelernter koch, nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ich wünschte, jedes Restaurant wäre so sauber, freundlich und lecker.

Das Essen war lecker aber viel zu wenig für das Geld!Die Bedienung nett !Untern Zelt drinnen ungemütlich kalt und laut. Es gibt besseres.

Nettes Personal, Ambiente etwas dunkel. Geschmacklich super,aber wer richtig Hunger hat wird nicht satt.Zatziki muss extra bestellt werden 9 Euro und wer Überbackene Peperoni mag,15 Euro. Also mit Hunger im Bauch braucht man dort nicht hin.Dafür Empfehlen wir Mykonos in Rinteln oder Lügte

Netter Ort mit leckerem Essen und guter Bedienung

Ich war heute in diesem griechischen Restaurant und bin wirklich begeistert! Der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend – ich hatte einen gemischten Grillteller mit Lammkoteletts aus Neuseeland, und alles war perfekt zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Qualität des Fleisches war top und der Geschmack einfach fantastisch. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Ein super Grieche, nettes Personal und ein Chef der auf die wünsche seiner Gäste persönlich eingeht. Ein gepflegtes Lokal mit einem schönen Wintergarten bzw. Terrasse. Nur zu empfehlen 😉.

Ein Ort mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Dort werden köstliche mediterrane Gerichte, verschiedene griechische Saucen und viele weitere Speisen serviert, dazu griechischer Wein oder Ouzo. Es ist einfach hervorragend, ich liebe es dort und komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen ❤️

Wir hatten 2 mal das Schweinespieß mit Gyros und es war sehr lecker, wir kommen wieder!

Das Essen war nicht genießbar.Gyros war sehr fettig leider.Ich musste leider Hungrig wieder gehen .Aber Bezahlen musste ich voll.Da werde ich nicht wieder hingehen.

A wonderfully cozy restaurant with incredibly friendly staff. We were served almost immediately upon arrival. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the meat, which was incredibly juicy. The value for money is definitely excellent!

Excellent gyros; you can tell it's homemade. Despite the restaurant being full (Saturday evening), we were served quickly. We'll definitely be back! 👍

RE: lolana Schröder Dear lolana Schröder, I am the waiter who served you that evening and would like to briefly address your review. The appetizer and main course were discussed with you in detail beforehand, as was the fact that dessert was not included in the set menu. Asking about it only after the meal and then complaining seems somewhat unfair to me – especially since everything was eaten without any feedback. I was available to answer any questions throughout the evening. Had you mentioned anything, I could have responded immediately. A negative review afterward would have been easily avoidable. The price was also agreed upon beforehand, and drinks were charged separately as agreed. We deliberately omitted the salad because it is often barely eaten by large groups – we want to avoid unnecessary food waste. Furthermore, I would like to politely point out that your unannounced arrival half an hour before the reservation disturbed other guests. I am always open to honest, direct feedback – please feel free to speak to me next time.

Never again! We were a group of 19 people. We had arranged for a set menu to be prepared for us. We were really disappointed 😞. The appetizer was only for adults, not a single salad, and then we got overcooked casseroles that I couldn't eat. The only meat options were pork chops, pork neck as shish kebab, gyros (we asked about it), and chicken breast. The quality of the meat was very questionable—too salty and fatty. There was no dessert at all. And then we had to pay an extra €30 per person for drinks. Sorry, but for me, that was a rip-off!

Highly recommended! The Kreta restaurant in Lemgo impresses across the board. The food is always fresh, delicious, and authentically Greek; the grilled meats and homemade tzatziki are particularly special. The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. The service is also super friendly and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. The cozy ambiance perfectly rounds off the visit. I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from. This place is the worst. Any snack bar is better. The photo shows the fries I was actually served with two sachets of mayonnaise and a small bifteki roll for almost €19!

The food was averagely good and the portions were large enough to fill you up well. We waited a little over an hour for our food. In my understanding, that is clearly too long, especially because other guests came after us and were served before us. What is not possible with a "Greek" is also what others criticize: Tsatziki is not included in all gyros dishes. Fries are generally served without mayo or ketchup and a small bag charges €1.50. A small portion of tzatziki costs €2 extra. The prices overall are higher than other Greek restaurants.

I had a wonderful evening at the Kreta restaurant in Lemgo. The ambience is simply fantastic - a perfect mix of comfort and Greek flair that invites you to linger. The portions are very generous and the food is authentic and incredibly tasty. Another highlight are the employees: very friendly, attentive and always trying to make you feel comfortable. Hospitality is very important here! Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

Food very good, unfortunately prices too high. courts are 3 - 4 euros more expensive than at other Greek restaurants, and tzatziki is also missing from the main courses. It's also a shame that there is only rice with sauce, it doesn't taste good at all. A children's plate for 15.90 euros is probably steep.

Children's meals are very expensive, especially normal pasta dishes are cheaper. Some guests get a treat at the end, others don't.

Very good service and delicious food always happy

It was our first time there and unfortunately we weren't that impressed. It was not possible to eat in the restaurant...a large area outside the restaurant was covered, there is garden furniture scattered everywhere, plastic plants everywhere that look tacky and it gave the impression of being on a campsite. The food was mediocre and really very expensive. I've never paid 20 euros for gyro fries anywhere. Ultimately we had to wait over half an hour for the bill. All in all very much in need of improvement.

I don't think I've ever had such good food in my life

I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Crete recently and all I can say is that it was an absolute highlight! From the warm greeting upon entry to the last bite of dessert, everything was perfect. The ambience is stylish and cozy at the same time, with a wonderful atmosphere that is ideal for both a romantic dinner and a meeting with friends. The decoration is tasteful and helps you immediately feel at home. The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly and extremely competent. Our waitress took the time to explain the menu to us and recommended some of the house specialties, which turned out to be excellent choices. The food was simply sensational! Each dish was not only a visual work of art, but also a taste experience. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the dishes were prepared with great care and attention to detail. The drinks menu also left nothing to be desired. An impressive selection of wines and cocktails perfectly rounded off the culinary experience. All in all, I can highly recommend Crete. It was an unforgettable evening and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Five stars are more than deserved here!
